Abstract

本发明公开了一种双向自密封阀门,活塞腔内注有介质(油、水、气等),阀体上设有U形密封环,U形密封环内设有支衬板,活塞腔通过管件与U形密封环连通。阀杆上设有拐臂,拐臂上设有导向槽,丝杆上设有导向销,导向销插入导向槽。本发明是一种零磨损,零泄漏,低扭矩,能满足双向密封工况使用要求的双向自密封阀门。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是涉及一种双向自密封阀门。
背景技术
现有蝶阀和球阀,包括阀体、阀板、阀杆和传动箱体,在启闭时密封面都有不同程度的摩擦,存在承压能力低、密封失效的缺陷;而且有偏心的蝶阀,由于水力不平衡,开启力矩大,没有偏心的蝶阀磨损更显著。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种零磨损,低扭矩,能满足双向密封工况使用要求的双向自密封阀门。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的双向自密封阀门,包括阀体、阀板、阀杆和传动箱体,所述的传动箱体内设有传动杆,所述的传动箱体的一端设有与所述的传动杆的一端连接且驱动所述的传动杆左右移动的驱动装置,所述的传动箱体的另一端设有活塞缸及设在所述的活塞缸内的活塞,所述的活塞缸与所述的活塞之间装有弹簧,所述的传动杆的另一端与所述的活塞接触,一个中空密封环安装在所述的阀体上阀座位置,所述的活塞缸内充满流体介质,介质输送管一端与所述的中空密封环的内腔连接,另一端与所述的活塞缸连接;所述的传动杆上装有导向销,拐臂固定装在所述的阀杆上。
所述的拐臂上设有导向槽,所述的导向槽由在关阀位置与传动杆平行的直槽和与阀杆垂直的斜槽组成,所述的导向销插入所述的导向槽内。
所述的中空密封环为装有支衬骨架的U形密封环,采用金属或非金属材质。
所述的驱动装置的结构是:所述的传动杆一端为螺旋丝杆,一端为光杆,手轮通过键与传动螺母连接,并用锁紧螺母锁紧;所述的传动螺母与所述的传动杆的螺旋丝杆部分螺旋配合,驱动所述的传动杆左右移动;所述的传动螺母的轴肩两端各装有一个平面轴承,轴承固定在轴承座内,所述的轴承座安装在所述的传动箱体上。
所述的活塞缸的端部装有控制所述活塞的行程的调节螺杆。
采用上述技术方案的双向自密封阀门:
开阀:初始时阀门处于全关,逆时钟转动手轮,通过传动螺母推动传动杆向左移动时,装在传动杆上的导向销同步向左移动,导向销运行于拐臂上导向槽的直槽内,导向销向左移动,拐臂不转动,阀板不产生动作,传动杠解除对活塞的限位,活塞在弹簧的推动下向左移动,U形密封环里的介质回到活塞缸内,U形密封环收缩,U形密封环与阀板脱开。随之,导向销继续向左移动,进入导向槽的斜槽,则带动拐臂转动,使阀杆带动阀板转动,实现阀门开启。阀板在转动过程中与U形密封环始终脱开,无磨损。
关闭:初始时阀门处于全开,顺时钟转动手轮,通过传动螺母,推动传动杆与导向销向右移动,导向销在导向槽的斜槽,带动拐臂转动,通过阀杆带动阀板转动,阀板关闭到位后,导向销继续向右移动进入直槽,拐臂停止转动,传动杆推动活塞向右移动,把活塞缸内的介质推压到U形密封环内,U形密封环膨胀,与阀板密封面贴合,阀门实现密封,阀板在转动过程中与U形密封环的密封面始终脱开,无磨损。
综上所述,本发明中阀板的密封面与装在阀体上的U形密封环运行关系为先脱开再旋转和旋转到位后再贴合,从而克服了传统蝶阀和球阀密封强度低,易磨损等缺陷。同时,阀杆的单偏心位置结构消除了阀板在水力作用下的不平衡力,降低了操作力拒。因此本双向自密封阀门具有零磨损、低扭矩,强度高,满足双向密封工况使用要求的特征。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参见图1、图2、图3和图4,一种双向自密封阀门,包括阀体1、阀板2、阀杆13和传动箱体11,传动箱体11内设有传动杆15,传动箱体11的一端设有与传动杆15的一端连接且驱动传动杆15左右移动的驱动装置,传动箱体11的另一端设有活塞缸7及设在活塞缸7内的活塞9,活塞缸7与活塞9之间装有弹簧10,活塞9与传动杆15的另一端接触,一个中空密封环安装在阀体1上的阀座位置,活塞缸7内充满流体介质,介质输送管5一端与中空密封环的内腔连接,另一端与活塞缸7连接;传动杆15上装有导向销27,拐臂14固定装在阀杆13上,拐臂14上设有导向槽6,导向槽6由在关阀位置与传动杆15平行的直槽62和与阀杆垂直的斜槽61组成,导向销27插入导向槽6内。
具体地,中空密封环为装有支衬骨架4的U形密封环3,可采用金属或非金属材质。
具体地,驱动装置的结构是:所述的传动杆15一端为螺旋丝杆15A,一端为光杆15B,手轮16通过键与传动螺母19连接,并用锁紧螺母20锁紧;所述的传动螺母19与所述的传动杆15的螺旋丝杆15A部分螺旋配合,驱动所述的传动杆15左右移动;所述的传动螺母19的轴肩两端各装有一个平面轴承18,轴承18固定在轴承座17内,所述的轴承座17安装在所述的传动箱体11上。
进一步地,活塞缸7的端部装有控制活塞9的行程的调节螺杆8。
参见图1和图2,手轮16通过键与传动螺母19连接,并用锁紧螺母20锁紧;传动螺母19在传动杆15的螺旋丝杆15A部分旋转,使传动杆15左右移动;传动螺母19的轴肩两端各装有一个平面轴承18,轴承18固定在轴承座17内,导向销27的一端固定在传动杆15上,另一端插入拐臂14的导向槽6中,拐臂14的导向槽6由直槽62和斜槽61组成,导向销27在直槽62中运动时,拐臂14不转动,传动杆15的光杆15B和弹簧分别推动活塞9左右移动,介质通过介质输送管5在活塞缸7内与U形密封环3之间运动,介质输送管5一端装在活塞缸7上,一端装在支衬骨架4上,支衬骨架4装在U形密封环3内,起支衬作用,当导向销27在斜槽61中运动时,拐臂14转动,通过阀杆13迫使阀板2转动。U形密封环3装在阀体1阀座位置,收缩时与阀板2脱离开,膨胀时与阀板2贴合。
开阀:初始时阀门处于全关,逆时钟转动手轮16,通过传动螺母19推动传动杆15向左移动时,装在传动杆15上的导向销27同步向左移动,导向销27运行于拐臂14上导向槽6的直槽62内,导向销27向左移动,拐臂14不转动,阀板2不产生动作,传动杠15解除对活塞9的限位,活塞9在弹簧10的推动下向左移动,U形密封环3里的介质回到活塞缸7内,U形密封环3收缩,U形密封环3与阀板2脱开。随之,导向销27继续向左移动,进入导向槽6的斜槽61,则带动拐臂14转动,使阀杆13带动阀板2转动,实现阀门开启。阀板2在转动过程中与U形密封环3始终脱开,无磨损。,
关闭:初始时阀门处于全开,顺时钟转动手轮16,通过传动螺母19推动传动杆15与导向销27向右移动,导向销27在导向槽6的斜槽61,带动拐臂14转动,通过阀杆13带动阀板2转动,阀板2关闭到位后,导向销27继续向右移动进入直槽62,拐臂14停止转动,传动杆15推动活塞9向右移动,把活塞缸7内的介质推压到U形密封环3内,U形密封环3膨胀,与阀板2密封面贴合,阀门实现密封,阀板2在转动过程中与U形密封环3的密封面始终脱开,无磨损。

Claims (5)

1.一种双向自密封阀门,包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)、阀杆(13)和传动箱体(11),所述的传动箱体(11)内设有传动杆(15),其特征是:所述的传动箱体(11)的一端设有与所述的传动杆(15)的一端连接且驱动所述的传动杆(15)左右移动的驱动装置,所述的传动箱体(11)的另一端设有活塞缸(7)及设在所述的活塞缸(7)内的活塞(9),所述的活塞缸(7)与所述的活塞(9)之间装有弹簧(10),所述的传动杆(15)的一端与所述的活塞(9)接触,一个中空密封环安装在所述的阀体(1)上阀座位置,所述的活塞缸(7)内充满流体介质,介质输送管(5)一端与所述的中空密封环的内腔连接,另一端与所述的活塞缸(7)连接;所述的传动杆(15)上装有导向销(27),拐臂(14)固定装在所述的阀杆(13)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向自密封阀门,其特征是:所述的中空密封环为装有支衬骨架(4)的U形密封环(3),采用金属或非金属材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双向自密封阀门,其特征是:所述的拐臂(14)上设有导向槽(6),所述的导向槽(6)由在关阀位置与传动杆(15)平行的直槽(62)和与阀杆(13)垂直的斜槽(61)组成,所述的导向销(27)插入所述的导向槽(6)内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的双向自密封阀门,其特征是:所述的驱动装置的结构是:所述的传动杆(15)一端为螺旋丝杆(15A),一端为光杆(15B),手轮(16)通过键与传动螺母(19)连接,并用锁紧螺母(20)锁紧;所述的传动螺母(19)与所述的传动杆(15)的螺旋丝杆(15A)部分螺旋配合,驱动所述的传动杆(15)左右移动;所述的传动螺母(19)的轴肩两端各装有一个平面轴承(18),轴承(18)固定在轴承座(17)内,所述的轴承座(17)安装在所述的传动箱体(11)上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的双向自密封阀门,其特征是:所述的活塞缸(7)的端部装有控制所述的活塞(9)的行程的调节螺杆(8)。
