一种弧形阀板的自密封蝶阀 技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种弧形阀板的自密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀。阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。
现有的蝶阀在长久使用后,其密封性能下降,当介质的压力较大时可能使蝶阀渗漏。现市场上需要一种弧形阀板的自密封蝶阀。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种弧形阀板的自密封蝶阀,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
为此,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种弧形阀板的自密封蝶阀,包括蝶阀体,蝶阀体的底端设置有底盘组件,蝶阀体的内部中端设置有自密封组件,蝶阀体的侧壁且在自密封组件的侧边设置有转动组件。
进一步的,为了能够在蝶阀关闭时,能够依靠介质的压力将弧形蝶板主体上的密封面压向蝶阀体内的弧形蝶板密封圈,进而保证和增强本产品的密封能力,具有自密封特性,自密封组件包括设置在蝶阀体内部中端的弧形蝶板主体,弧形蝶板主体的顶端且在蝶阀体的内部侧壁上设置有弧形蝶板密封圈安装槽,弧形蝶板密封圈安装槽内设置有弧形蝶板密封圈;弧形蝶板主体的顶端设置有密封面,且密封面与弧形蝶板密封圈的底端相抵靠,弧形蝶板主体远离转动组件的一端设置有转动轴,且转动轴远离弧形蝶板主体的一端延伸至蝶阀体的侧壁内,弧形蝶板主体靠近转动组件的一端设置有卡槽。
进一步的,为了能够转动弧形蝶板主体,且在转轴处达到了密封效果,转动组件包括设置在蝶阀体的侧壁上且与卡槽相连接的转轴,且转轴远离卡槽的一端延伸至蝶阀体的外侧并与手柄连接;转轴的中端且在蝶阀体的侧壁内设置有两组转轴密封圈安装槽,且转轴密封圈安装槽内设置有转轴密封圈。
进一步的,为了使底盘处达到密封的效果,底盘组件包括设置在蝶阀体底端的底盘主体,蝶阀体的内部底端设置有底盘密封圈安装槽,底盘密封圈安装槽内设置有底盘密封圈,且底盘主体的顶端抵靠底盘密封圈。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明通过设置自密封组件,从而能够在蝶阀关闭时,能够依靠介质的压力将弧形蝶板主体上的密封面压向蝶阀体内的弧形蝶板密封圈,进而保证和增强本产品的密封能力,具有自密封特性,杜绝了现有蝶阀的蝶板受力加大后发生渗漏的可能,反而弧形蝶板主体受力加大后加大了密封效果。
(2)通过设置转动组件,从而能够转动弧形蝶板主体;通过设置底盘密封圈,从而使底盘处达到密封的效果。

借助于上述方案,本发明具有自密封特性,杜绝了现有蝶阀的蝶板受力加大后发生渗漏的可能。
在一个实施例中,对于上述自密封组件3来说,通过自密封组件3包括设置在蝶阀体1内部中端的弧形蝶板主体301,弧形蝶板主体301的顶端且在蝶阀体1的内部侧壁上设置有弧形蝶板密封圈安装槽302,弧形蝶板密封圈安装槽302内设置有弧形蝶板密封圈303;弧形蝶板主体301的顶端设置有密封面304,且密封面304与弧形蝶板密封圈303的底端相抵靠,弧形蝶板主体301远离转动组件4的一端设置有转动轴305,且转动轴305远离弧形蝶板主体301的一端延伸至蝶阀体1的侧壁内,弧形蝶板主体301靠近转动组件4的一端设置有卡槽306,从而能够在蝶阀关闭时,能够依靠介质的压力将弧形蝶板主体301上的密封面304压向蝶阀体1内的弧形蝶板密封圈303,进而保证和增强本产品的密封能力,具有自密封特性。
在一个实施例中,对于上述转动组件4来说,通过转动组件4包括设置在蝶阀体1的侧壁上且与卡槽306相连接的转轴401,且转轴401远离卡槽306的一端延伸至蝶阀体1的外侧并与手柄402连接;转轴401的中端且在蝶阀体 1的侧壁内设置有两组转轴密封圈安装槽403,且转轴密封圈安装槽403内设置有转轴密封圈404,从而能够转动弧形蝶板主体301,且在转轴401处达到了密封效果。
在一个实施例中,对于上述底盘组件2来说,通过底盘组件2包括设置在蝶阀体1底端的底盘主体201,蝶阀体1的内部底端设置有底盘密封圈安装槽202,底盘密封圈安装槽202内设置有底盘密封圈203,且底盘主体201的顶端抵靠底盘密封圈203,从而使底盘处达到密封的效果。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下就本发明在实际过程中的工作原理或者操作方式进行详细说明。
在实际应用时,通过手柄402带动转轴401转动,转轴401通过卡槽306带动弧形蝶板主体301转动并使弧形蝶板主体301达到平行的状态,即图1所示,此时密封面304抵靠弧形蝶板密封圈303,由于弧形蝶板主体301的截面积大于出口的面积,当介质对弧形蝶板主体301施加压力后,使得弧形蝶板密封圈303的密封效果更好。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过设置自密封组件3,从而能够在蝶阀关闭时,能够依靠介质的压力将弧形蝶板主体301上的密封面304压向蝶阀体1内的弧形蝶板密封圈303,进而保证和增强本产品的密封能力,具有自密封特性,杜绝了现有蝶阀的蝶板受力加大后发生渗漏的可能,反而弧形蝶板主体301受力加大后加大了密封效果。通过设置转动组件4,从而能够转动弧形蝶板主体301;通过设置底盘密封圈203,从而使底盘处达到密封的效果。
