Abstract

一种带有单向阀的微扭矩球阀,还包括一单向阀,单向阀贯穿阀体与阀盖,单向阀的推杆由直杆和钢球组成,直杆与密封球抵接,钢球与阀杆抵接,当单向阀处于关闭状态时,钢球位于阀杆的凹槽内,阀杆转动,推动推杆开启单向阀;阀体上设置介质通道,介质通道一端与单向阀的介质进口相连,另一端与空腔相连,单向阀的介质出口与阀体中腔连通。本发明的有益效果是:1、在阀杆转动带动阀门开启的过程中,单向阀打开,实现中腔泄压,阀座在弹簧力的作用下与球体脱离,防止密封面摩擦,保证密封性能;2、单向阀推杆处依靠钢球与阀杆抵接,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,由于滚动摩擦力远小于滑动摩擦力,因此阀杆扭矩减小,阀门启闭便利。

本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及微扭矩球阀。
背景技术
球阀由于具有体积小、结构简单、维修方便等特点且阀座密封面与球体密封面常在接触状态,不易被介质冲蚀,使用寿命长,在各行业中得到广泛应用。
目前现有固定式球阀启闭时扭矩偏大,影响操作,且密封面处由于长期摩擦,产生磨损,影响其密封性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有球阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种启闭扭矩小、密封可靠的微扭矩球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种带有单向阀的微扭矩球阀,包括阀体,阀体内腔中设置球体,阀体内还设置有与球体联动并从阀体上方伸出的阀杆,阀杆通过阀盖进行支撑和限位,球体在阀体的轴向两侧设置有阀座,阀座与球体形成密封副,
还包括一单向阀,单向阀贯穿阀体与阀盖,单向阀,包括小阀体、水平流道、密封球以及推动机构,小阀体内位于水平流道中部位置设置密封座,密封球与密封座相配合形成密封副,在密封座两侧的小阀体上分别开设介质进口以及介质出口,水平流道靠近介质进口侧设置弹簧,弹簧两端分别与小阀体以及密封球抵接,推动机构位于水平流道靠近介质出口侧,推动机构由直杆和钢球组成,直杆与密封球抵接,钢球与阀杆抵接,当单向阀处于关闭状态时,钢球位于阀杆的凹槽内,阀杆转动,推动推动机构开启单向阀;
阀座通过压板固定安装于阀体上,其轴向端面与阀体之间设有供介质流通的空腔,阀座另一轴向端面与压板之间设置弹簧;
阀体上设置介质通道,介质通道一端与单向阀的介质进口相连,另一端与空腔相连,单向阀的介质出口与阀体中腔连通。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、在阀杆转动带动阀门开启的过程中,单向阀打开,介质从介质通道进入单向阀并从介质出口进入阀体中腔,实现中腔泄压,阀座在弹簧力的作用下与球体脱离,防止密封面摩擦,保证密封性能;同理,在阀门关闭过程中,起始阶段阀座与球体无接触,仅在单向阀关闭后阀座才会在介质力的作用下克服弹簧力,使得阀座与球体贴合,实现密封。
2、单向阀推动机构处依靠钢球与阀杆抵接,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,由于滚动摩擦力远小于滑动摩擦力,因此阀杆扭矩减小,阀门启闭便利。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种带有单向阀的微扭矩球阀,包括阀体2,阀体2内腔中设置球体4,阀体2内还设置有与球体4联动并从阀体2上方伸出的阀杆1,阀杆1通过阀盖5进行支撑和限位,球体4在阀体2的轴向两侧设置有阀座18,阀座18与球体4形成密封副,
还包括一单向阀,单向阀贯穿阀体与阀盖,单向阀,包括小阀体19、水平流道8、密封球10以及推动机构20,小阀体19内位于水平流道8中部位置设置密封座9,密封球10与密封座9相配合形成密封副,在密封座9两侧的小阀体19上分别开设介质进口12以及介质出口13,水平流道靠近介质进口12侧设置弹簧11,弹簧11两端分别与小阀体19以及密封球10抵接,推动机构20位于水平流道8靠近介质出口13侧,推动机构20由直杆7和钢球6组成,直杆7与密封球10抵接,钢球6与阀杆1抵接,当单向阀处于关闭状态时,钢球6位于阀杆1的凹槽3内,阀杆1转动,推动推动机,20,开启单向阀,在此开启的过程中,钢球6与阀杆1之间为滚动摩擦,与传统的单向阀相比,降低了阀门的驱动扭矩。
阀座18通过压板16固定安装于阀体2上,其轴向端面与阀体2之间设有供介质流通的空腔17,阀座18另一轴向端面与压板16之间设置弹簧;
阀体2上设置介质通道15,介质通道15一端与单向阀的介质进口12相连,另一端与空腔17相连,单向阀的介质出口13与阀体中腔14连通;
在阀杆1转动带动阀门开启的过程中,单向阀打开,介质由空腔17进入介质通道15,流经单向阀并从介质出口13中进入阀体中腔14,实现中腔泄压,使得阀座18与球体4脱离,从而实现阀门开启过程的无摩擦运动,防止密封面摩擦,保证密封性能;同理,在阀门关闭过程中,起始阶段阀座18与球体4无接触,仅在钢球6进入凹槽3后,单向阀关闭,阀座18会在介质力的作用下克服弹簧力,使得阀座18与球体4贴合,实现密封。

1.一种带有单向阀的微扭矩球阀,包括阀体,阀体内腔中设置球体,所述阀体内还设置有与球体联动并从阀体上方伸出的阀杆,阀杆通过阀盖进行支撑和限位,所述的球体在阀体的轴向两侧设置有阀座,阀座与球体形成密封副,其特征在于:
还包括一单向阀,所述单向阀贯穿阀体与阀盖,所述单向阀,包括小阀体、水平流道、密封球以及推杆,所述小阀体内位于水平流道中部位置设置密封座,所述密封球与所述密封座相配合形成密封副,在所述密封座两侧的小阀体上分别开设介质进口以及介质出口,所述水平流道靠近介质进口侧设置弹簧,弹簧两端分别与小阀体以及密封球抵接,所述推杆位于水平流道靠近介质出口侧,所述推杆由直杆和钢球组成,所述直杆与密封球抵接,所述钢球与阀杆抵接,当单向阀处于关闭状态时,钢球位于阀杆的凹槽内,阀杆转动,推动推杆开启单向阀;
所述阀座通过压板固定安装于阀体上,其轴向端面与阀体之间设有供介质流通的空腔,所述阀座另一轴向端面与压板之间设置弹簧;
