Abstract

本发明是一种燃气紧急切断阀,包括阀体、外壳、电磁线圈、铁芯、按钮、弹性密封盖,外壳安装在阀体上,弹性密封盖的四周密封连接在外壳与阀体的连接处,电磁线圈设置在外壳内,铁芯穿在电磁线圈中心,按钮设置在外壳上方,按钮下端连接有拉杆与铁芯的上端连接,铁芯下端连接有连杆,连杆下端与弹性密封盖中心连接。本发明的弹性密封盖四周连接在外壳与阀体的连接处,中心作为阀芯控制阀体的通断,弹性密封盖整体密封,能隔绝阀体和外壳内部的空气流通,防止燃气通过切断阀的外壳泄露,消除了安全隐患,提高了安全性能。

一种燃气紧急切断阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气电磁切断阀,尤其是一种家用并达到电路本质安全等级的燃气紧急切断阀。
背景技术
燃气电磁阀是采用电磁机构控制橡胶座上下移动开启和关闭阀体内的阀口,实现燃气通路的开启和关闭。现有的燃气电磁阀其橡胶座与电磁阀外壳之间没有密封,在开关过程中燃气会通过橡胶座与外壳之间的空隙进入燃气电磁阀,而燃气电磁阀的外壳密封性不好会引起燃气外泄,具有一定的安全隐患。而且燃气电磁阀的开关状态没有信号指示,需要亲自查看燃气电磁阀才能判断,非常不方便。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种燃气紧急切断阀,包括阀体、外壳、电磁线圈、铁芯、按钮、弹性密封盖,外壳安装在阀体上,弹性密封盖的四周密封连接在外壳与阀体的连接处,电磁线圈设置在外壳内,铁芯穿在电磁线圈中心,按钮设置在外壳上方,按钮下端连接有拉杆与铁芯的上端连接,铁芯下端连接有连杆,连杆下端与弹性密封盖中心连接。
本发明的有益效果是弹性密封盖四周连接在外壳与阀体的连接处,中心作为阀芯控制阀体的通断,弹性密封盖整体密封,能隔绝阀体和外壳内部的空气流通,防止燃气通过切断阀的外壳泄露,消除了安全隐患,提高了安全性能。
本发明还包括信号开关,信号开关设置在外壳上,信号开关与按钮联动连接。通过信号开关将切断阀的开关状态反馈给用户,方便用户判断阀的状态,保证安全。
本发明还包括本质安全型接线盒,切断阀的外壳上开设有接线口,本质安全型接线盒连接接线口外,与外壳一体成型。外壳上一体成型有本质安全型接线盒,使切断阀的接线电路达到本质安全的等级。
本发明的弹性密封盖具体设置为弹性密封盖中心为圆形的压盖,圆形压盖上侧面形成中心开孔的圆腔,连杆下端形成连杆盘,连杆通过连杆盘套在圆腔内实现与弹性密封盖的连接,压盖的外圆周上连接有截面为U型的弹性部,弹性部的外周连接在外壳与阀体的连接处。弹性密封盖的结构既起到很好的开闭阀的作用,又能隔绝阀体和外壳内部的空气流通,防止燃气通过切断阀外壳泄露。
本发明按钮与信号开关的联动连接方式是所述按钮上端面向四周延伸形成按钮帽,所述信号开关是微动开关,微动开关的开关片顶端延伸到按钮帽的下端与按钮联动连接。微动开关与按钮的连接简单,成本低。
本发明所述外壳上分体设置有上盖,上盖盖在外壳的上端面上。上盖与外壳分体设置,方便切断阀的装配。
本发明所述外壳上设置有信号开关安装架,信号开关设置在信号开关安装架内,信号开关安装架和外壳之间形成信号连接孔,信号开关的信号线通过连接孔延伸到外壳内,并通过接线口连接到本质安全型接线盒。信号输出同样通过本质安全接线盒,达到本质安全的等级。
本发明的信号安装架具体设置为在微动开关下方的信号安装架内形成无线连接腔,远程控制腔内设置有无线信号通信器。无线连接腔内设置无线信号通信器,让微动开关的信号可以通过无线通信传输给用户,方便用户查看,而且不需要走线安装方便。
本发明所述外壳外设置有防松垫圈。防松垫圈方便了切断阀的安装。

如图1所示,本发明的具体实施例是一种燃气紧急切断阀,包括阀体1、上盖21、外壳2、电磁线圈3、铁芯4、按钮5、弹性密封盖6、微动开关7、本质安全型接线盒8,外壳2安装在阀体1上,弹性密封盖6中心为圆形的压盖61,圆形压盖61上侧面形成中心开孔的圆腔62,压盖61的外圆周上连接有截面为U型的弹性部63,弹性部63的外周连接在外壳2与阀体1的连接处,电磁线圈3设置在外壳2内,铁芯4穿在电磁线圈3中心,按钮5设置在外壳上方,按钮5下端连接有拉杆51与铁芯4的上端连接,铁芯4下端连接有连杆41,连杆41下端形成连杆盘42,连杆41通过连杆盘42套在弹性密封盖6的圆腔62内实现与弹性密封盖6的连接,外壳2上开设有接线口22,本质安全型接线盒8一体连接在接线口22外的外壳2上,外壳2上设置有信号开关安装架23,微动开关7设置在信号开关安装架23内,按钮5上端面向四周延伸形成按钮帽51,微动开关7的开关片71顶端延伸到按钮帽51的下端与按钮5联动连接,信号开关安装架23和外壳2之间形成信号连接孔24,微动开关7的信号线通过连接孔24延伸到外壳2内,并通过接线口22连接到本质安全型接线盒8,上盖21盖在外壳2的上端面上,外壳2外设置有防松垫圈25。
本发明还可以在微动开关下方的信号安装架内形成无线连接腔,远程控制腔内设置无线信号通信器,通过无线传输状态信号,方便用户查看。

1.一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述切断阀包括阀体、外壳、电磁线圈、铁芯、按钮、弹性密封盖,外壳安装在阀体上,弹性密封盖的四周密封连接在外壳与阀体的连接处,电磁线圈设置在外壳内,铁芯穿在电磁线圈中心,按钮设置在外壳上方,按钮下端连接有拉杆与铁芯的上端连接,铁芯下端连接有连杆,连杆下端与弹性密封盖中心连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述切断阀还包括信号开关,信号开关设置在外壳上,信号开关与按钮联动连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述切断阀还包括本质安全型接线盒,切断阀的外壳上开设有接线口,本质安全型接线盒连接接线口外,与外壳一体成型。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述弹性密封盖中心为圆形的压盖,圆形压盖上侧面形成中心开孔的圆腔,连杆下端形成连杆盘,连杆通过连杆盘套在圆腔内实现与弹性密封盖的连接,压盖的外圆周上连接有截面为U型的弹性部,弹性部的外周连接在外壳与阀体的连接处。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述按钮上端面向四周延伸形成按钮帽,所述信号开关是微动开关,微动开关的开关片顶端延伸到按钮帽的下端与按钮联动连接。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述外壳上分体设置有上盖,上盖盖在外壳的上端面上。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述外壳上设置有信号开关安装架,信号开关设置在信号开关安装架内。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述外壳上设置有信号开关安装架,信号开关设置在信号开关安装架内,信号开关安装架和外壳之间形成信号连接孔,信号开关的信号线通过连接孔延伸到外壳内,并通过接线口连接到本质安全型接线盒。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述微动开关下方的信号安装架内形成无线连接腔,远程控制腔内设置有无线信号通信器。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气紧急切断阀,其特征在于:所述外壳外设置有防松垫圈。
