本发明涉及表里的粘接性不同的双面粘合带。
背景技术
双面粘合带中存在从其操作性或包覆材料的可移除性的方面出发改变表里的粘接性的双面粘合带。
目前,作为表里的粘接性不同的双面粘合带的制备方法,已知有改变照射强度对由UV固化型粘合剂组合物构成的片材的表里照射紫外线的方法(专利文献1)或将粘接力不同的2层以上的粘合层重叠的方法(专利文献2)等。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
但是,制备表里的粘接性不同的双面粘合带的现有方法工序复杂,制备成本升高。此外,就在表里改变紫外线照射强度的方法(专利文献1)或将粘接力不同的粘合层层压的方法(专利文献2)而言,在发挥所需的粘接力,并且使带变薄的方面产生限制。
相对于此,本发明的目的在于使得可通过简便的方法更薄地制备表里的粘接性不同的双面粘合带。
解决课题的手段
本发明人发现:若在特定表面粗糙度的脱模片上将含有特定粒径的无机填充剂的粘合剂组合物成形为片状,则转印有脱模片的表面粗糙度的粘合带的表面粗糙度与无机填充剂向具有此表面粗糙度的带面侧沉降的偏倚分布(偏在)域相互结合,得到表里的粘接性大不相同的双面粘合带。
即,本发明提供双面粘合带,所述双面粘合带为将含有树脂组合物和无机填充剂的粘合剂组合物固化成片状而得的双面粘合带,所述树脂组合物含有以下成分(A)~(D),其中,无机填充剂的平均粒径为30μm以下,偏倚分布于带的一面侧,无机填充剂偏倚分布侧的带面的表面粗糙度(中心线平均粗糙度Ra)为0.01~0.50μm,
(A) 丙烯酸酯类单体,
(B) 可与(A)共聚的单体,
(C) 光聚合引发剂,

另外,本发明提供双面粘合带的制备方法,作为上述双面粘合带的制备方法,将含有树脂组合物和平均粒径为30μm以下的无机填充剂的粘合剂组合物涂布于表面粗糙度(中心线平均粗糙度Ra)为0.01~0.50μm的剥离片上,使粘合剂组合物光固化,所述树脂组合物含有以下成分(A)~(D),
(A) 丙烯酸酯类单体,
(B) 可与(A)共聚的单体,
(C) 光聚合引发剂,
(D) 光交联剂。
发明效果
由于本发明的双面粘合带通过在具有特定表面粗糙度的脱模片上将含有无机填充剂的粘合剂组合物成形为片状而得,所以可简便地制备。
另外,本发明的双面粘合带可由使粘合剂组合物固化而得的单一粘合层构成,无需其它粘合层或作为基质的层。因此,可在确保所需的粘接力的同时使带的厚度变薄。

实施发明的最佳方式
以下通过实施例对本发明进行更具体的说明。
图1为本发明的一个实施例的双面粘合带1的示意截面图。此双面粘合带1由含有光硬化性的树脂组合物和无机填充剂2的粘合剂组合物通过光照射固化成片状而得的粘合层3形成。无机填充剂2的平均粒径为30μm以下,偏倚分布于带的一面1a侧,无机填充剂2偏倚分布侧的一面1a的表面粗糙度以中心线平均粗糙度Ra计为0.01~0.50μm。在带的另一面1b不存在无机填充剂2,平坦地形成粘合层3。因此,根据此双面粘合带1,在一面1a,平均粒径为30μm以下的无机填充剂2的存在与粘合层3的表面粗糙度Ra为0.01~0.50μm的表面凹凸相互结合,粘接性大幅降低。另一方面,在另一面1b,由于不存在无机填充剂2,平坦地形成相同的粘合层3,所以粘接性未因无机填充剂和表面凹凸而降低。因此,根据此双面粘合带1,表里的粘接性大不相同,可使粘附于表面(平坦面(另一面1b))的包覆材料M1的剥离强度与粘附于里面(粗糙面(一面1a))的包覆材料M2的剥离强度之比为2倍以上。
在这里,不论是带的一面1a的表面粗糙度比上述范围小的情况还是大的情况,均无法充分降低此一面1a的粘接性。其原因被认为在于,若使带面的表面粗糙度从平坦的状态逐渐增大,则粘接性因包覆面与带面的接触面积减小而降低,但若表面粗糙度过度增大,则如图2所示,与无机填充剂2相比存在于粗糙面1a侧的树脂量增多,所以粗糙面1a的粘接性增大,与另一面1b的粘接强度之差缩小。这样,通过将无机填充剂2存在侧的带的表面粗糙度设为特定范围,可在带的表里大幅改变粘接性,这基于本发明人的见解。
无机填充剂2的平均粒径若超过30μm,则在带的平坦面1b侧也形成由无机填充剂2产生的表面凹凸,带表里的粘接性之差缩小,故不优选。从带表里的粘接性之差的观点出发,无机填充剂2的优选的平均粒径为5~20μm。
另外,作为无机填充剂2,优选将比重设为2.0以上,使得在制备双面粘合带1时使无机填充剂2迅速沉降于带的一面1a侧,可在偏倚分布的状态下使粘合剂组合物固化。作为这样的无机填充剂2,可列举出氧化铝、氧化镁、二氧化硅等绝缘性金属氧化物或氢氧化铝等金属氢氧化物。
无机填充剂2的形状优选易通过沉降在带表面形成凹凸的形状,更具体而言可优选使用球状、真球状等。
另一方面,作为形成粘合层3的树脂组合物,使用含有以下成分(A)~(D)的树脂组合物:
(A) 丙烯酸酯类单体,
(B) 可与(A)共聚的单体,
(C) 光聚合引发剂,
(D)光交联剂。
其中,作为(A)丙烯酸酯类单体,优选烷基的碳原子数为1~14、优选4~12的丙烯酸烷基酯或甲基丙烯酸烷基酯(以下也将它们称为(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯)。更具体而言有(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十二烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸癸酯等,可使用它们中的1种以上。
作为(B)可与(A)共聚的单体,可列举出(甲基)丙烯酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、衣康酸、丙烯酸四氢糠酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯酯、(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯等,可使用它们中的1种以上。
作为(C)光聚合引发剂,可优选使用苯乙酮类或二苯甲酮类引发剂,具体而言有4-苯氧基二环苯乙酮(4-phenoxydicycloacetophenone)、4-叔丁基-二氯苯乙酮、二苯氧基苯乙酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、安息香、安息香甲醚、安息香异丁醚、联苯酰缩二甲醇(ベンジルメチルケタール)及它们的混合物。
作为(D)光交联剂,可使用多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
此外,在树脂组合物中,作为成分(E),可含有松香类、萜类、萜酚类等增粘剂,进而可根据需要含有阻燃剂等。
成分(A)的丙烯酸酯类单体与成分(B)的可与(A)共聚的单体的掺混比例优选为相对于100质量份的成分(A)将成分(B)设为1~20质量份。
树脂组合物优选制备成粘度为500~3500mPa·sec (B型粘度计,No.3转子,20rpm,25℃)。若粘度过低,则在涂布时树脂组合物过度扩展,难以形成无机填充剂偏倚分布于一面的涂膜,若粘度过高,则无机填充剂的沉降变慢,难以在带的表里给无机填充剂的沉降程度造成差异。
另外,树脂组合物与上述无机填充剂的掺混比例优选为相对于100质量份的树脂组合物将无机填充剂设为100~500质量份。
作为双面粘合带1的制备方法,首先通过常规方法将构成树脂组合物的各种成分混合,制备树脂组合物,如图3(a)所示,用涂布器等将树脂组合物4均匀地涂布于表面粗糙度(中心线平均粗糙度Ra)为0.01~0.50μm的剥离片10上。作为具有这样的表面粗糙度的剥离片,可使用对高级纸依次进行聚乙烯涂布和硅酮涂布的市售剥离纸或剥离处理塑料膜等。在这里,剥离片10的表面粗糙度为依据JIS B0601测定的值。另外,剥离片10上的树脂组合物4的涂布厚度优选设为50~500μm。
接着,如图3(b)所示,为将树脂组合物4的涂布层与气氛中的氧隔断,在树脂组合物4的涂层之上层压透明的剥离用PET膜等剥离膜11。然后,从剥离膜11侧进行UV照射,使树脂组合物4固化,形成粘合层3。在此固化期间,均匀分散于树脂组合物4中的无机填充剂2沉降,偏倚分布于剥离片10侧。通常,由于无机填充剂2的比重比树脂组合物4的比重大2倍以上,在将树脂组合物4涂布于剥离片10后无机填充剂2迅速沉降,所以实际上在从涂布至UV照射期间无需设置静置时间,但为使无机填充剂2更可靠地偏倚分布,作为涂布后的沉降时间,优选间隔3秒以上。在树脂固化物4因UV照射而固化后,除去剥离片10和剥离膜11,可得到如图3(c)所示的双面粘合带1。
实施例
以下根据实施例对本发明进行具体的说明。
实施例1~3和比较例1、2
制备具有表1的组成的树脂组合物,将100质量份的此树脂组合物和作为无机填充剂的100质量份的氢氧化铝(平均粒径为20μm,球状)混合,制备粘合剂组合物。

需说明的是,在使用B型粘度计(No.3转子、20rpm)测定树脂组合物的粘度(25℃)时,为700mPa·sec。
如表2所示,准备表面粗糙度不同的5种剥离片。这些剥离片的表面粗糙度使用表面粗糙度测定仪(Mitutoyo Corporation (ミツトヨ(株)),SV-2100),依据JIS B0601,在10mm/s的扫描速度下测定。
在于剥离片上将上述树脂组合物充分搅拌后,用涂布器涂布成涂布厚度为100μm,在涂层上层压剥离用PET膜,从此PET膜上方照射UV (照射量:2.8J/cm2),使树脂组合物固化,得到实施例1~4和比较例1、2的双面粘合带。
评价
针对实施例1~3和比较例1、2的双面粘合带,如下测定表面(平坦面)与里面(粗糙面)的(a)滚球粘着性和(b)剥离强度。
将结果示出于表2和图4中。
(a) 滚球粘着性
根据JIS Z 0237,在倾斜角为30°的带上滚动刚球,求出在带上停止的刚球的最大直径。
(b) 剥离强度
依据JIS Z·0237,作为拉伸试验机,使用Tensilon (テンシロン) RTA-250 (A&D Company, Limited (エーアンドディー(株))),作为试验片,使用SUS304 (研磨板),在300mm/min的拉伸速度、180°的拉伸方向下进行测定。

由表2和图4的结果可知,在剥离片的表面粗糙度(Ra)、即双面粘合带的粗糙面的表面粗糙度(Ra)在0.01~0.50μm的范围的实施例1~3中,表里的剥离强度之比为2倍以上,但在表面粗糙度(Ra)比其小的比较例1或比其大的比较例2中,表里的剥离强度差异小。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的双面粘合带由于表里的粘接性大不相同,所以可用于电子仪器内部部件的固定等所使用的再剥离性粘合带或暂时粘贴、再剥离等的用途,特别是由于无机填充剂的含量多,所以可用作需要耐热性的再剥离性粘合带。

Claims (23)

1. 双面粘合带,所述双面粘合带为将含有树脂组合物和无机填充剂的粘合剂组合物固化成片状而得的双面粘合带,所述树脂组合物含有以下成分(A)~(D),其中,无机填充剂的平均粒径为30μm以下,偏倚分布于带的一面侧,无机填充剂偏倚分布侧的带面的表面粗糙度即中心线平均粗糙度Ra为0.01~0.50μm,
(A) 丙烯酸酯类单体,
(B) 可与(A)共聚的单体,
(C) 光聚合引发剂,
(D) 光交联剂。
2. 权利要求1所述的双面粘合带,其中,相对于100质量份的树脂组合物,粘合剂组合物含有100~500质量份的无机填充剂。
3. 权利要求1或2所述的双面粘合带,其中,成分(A)的丙烯酸酯类单体与成分(B)的可与(A)共聚的单体的掺混比例为,相对于100质量份的成分(A),成分(B)为1~20质量份。
4. 权利要求1~3中任一项所述的双面粘合带,其中,在测定条件为B型粘度计、No.3转子、20rpm、25℃下树脂组合物的粘度为500~3500mPa·sec。
5. 权利要求1~4中任一项所述的双面粘合带,其中,树脂组合物与无机填充剂的掺混比例为,相对于100质量份的树脂组合物,无机填充剂为100~500质量份。
6. 权利要求1~5中任一项所述的双面粘合带,其中,成分(A)的丙烯酸酯类单体为(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十二烷基酯或(甲基)丙烯酸癸酯。
7. 权利要求1~6中任一项所述的双面粘合带,其中,成分(B)的可与(A)共聚的单体为(甲基)丙烯酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、衣康酸、丙烯酸四氢糠酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯酯或(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯。
8. 权利要求1~7中任一项所述的双面粘合带,其中,成分(C)的光聚合引发剂为4-苯氧基二环苯乙酮、4-叔丁基-二氯苯乙酮、二苯氧基苯乙酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、安息香、安息香甲醚、安息香异丁醚或联苯酰缩二甲醇。
9. 权利要求1~8中任一项所述的双面粘合带,其中,成分(D)的光交联剂为多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
10. 权利要求1~9中任一项所述的双面粘合带,其中,进一步含有以下成分(E):
(E) 增粘剂。
11. 权利要求10所述的双面粘合带,其中,成分(E)的增粘剂为松香类增粘剂、萜类增粘剂或萜酚类增粘剂。
12. 双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,将含有树脂组合物和平均粒径为30μm以下的无机填充剂的粘合剂组合物涂布于表面粗糙度即中心线平均粗糙度Ra为0.01~0.50μm的剥离片上,使粘合剂组合物光固化,所述树脂组合物含有以下成分(A)~(D):
(A) 丙烯酸酯类单体,
(B) 可与(A)共聚的单体,
(C) 光聚合引发剂,
(D) 光交联剂。
13. 权利要求12所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,在将粘合剂组合物涂布于剥离片上后间隔3秒以上使粘合剂组合物光固化。
14. 权利要求12或13所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,相对于100质量份的树脂组合物,粘合剂组合物含有100~500质量份的无机填充剂。
15. 权利要求12~14中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,成分(A)的丙烯酸酯类单体与成分(B)的可与(A)共聚的单体的掺混比例为,相对于100质量份的成分(A),成分(B)为1~20质量份。
16. 权利要求12~15中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,在测定条件为B型粘度计、No.3转子、20rpm、25℃下树脂组合物的粘度为500~3500mPa·sec。
17. 权利要求12~16中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,树脂组合物与无机填充剂的掺混比例为,相对于100质量份的树脂组合物,无机填充剂为100~500质量份。
18. 权利要求12~17中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,成分(A)的丙烯酸酯类单体为(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十二烷基酯或(甲基)丙烯酸癸酯。
19. 权利要求12~18中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,成分(B)的可与(A)共聚的单体为(甲基)丙烯酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、衣康酸、丙烯酸四氢糠酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苯酯或(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯。
20. 权利要求12~19中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,成分(C)的光聚合引发剂为4-苯氧基二环苯乙酮、4-叔丁基-二氯苯乙酮、二苯氧基苯乙酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、安息香、安息香甲醚、安息香异丁醚或联苯酰缩二甲醇。
21. 权利要求12~20中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,成分(D)的光交联剂为多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
22. 权利要求12~21中任一项所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,树脂组合物进一步含有以下成分(E):
(E) 增粘剂。
23. 权利要求22所述的双面粘合带的制备方法,其中,成分(E)的增粘剂为松香类增粘剂、萜类增粘剂或萜酚类增粘剂。
