发明内容  本发明目的是提供了一种菊花鱼馅响壳饼。 
方案如下:青鱼10-12kg、菊花4-4.5kg、面粉14-15kg、味精300-320g、盐1-1.2kg、黄油500-600g。 
制备方法:将青鱼去骨切成细丝,裹上少量面粉,入油锅炸到金黄捞出,将菊花,味精盐加入到炸好的鱼丝中,拌匀作馅备用,取发好的面团队30克,包入青鱼菊花馅,将饼入菊花饼模中,将黄油均匀涂在饼上下两面上,入烤箱烤制即可。
