本发明涉及一种车辆座椅,其具有靠背部,所述靠背部设置在座椅部上,以使得靠背部能借由靠背调整器旋转,所述靠背调整器具有优选将转矩传递给靠背调整器的轴。
背景技术
目前,对车辆座椅的安全要求非常高。例如,必须确保车辆座椅能够吸收后方撞击所产生的负载。
因此,本发明的目的就在于提供出这样一种类型的车辆座椅。
发明内容
本目的通过一种车辆座椅实现,其具有靠背部,所述靠背部设置在座椅部上,以使得靠背部能借由靠背调整器旋转,所述靠背调整器具有轴,所述轴优选将转矩传递给靠背调整器,并且所述轴在两端上设置有轴向紧固装置。
根据本发明的车辆座椅的优势在于,后方撞击所产生的沿Y方向的力、即横向于行驶方向的力不会超过车辆座椅、尤其是靠背调整器吸收负载的能力。
本发明涉及一种包括靠背部和座椅部的车辆座椅。这种类型的车辆座椅能为一人或多人提供空间。根据本发明的车辆座椅也可以是长椅。
靠背设置在座椅部上,以使得所述靠背能借由靠背调整器旋转,从而例如以使得靠背的倾度可以调整以实现舒适目的。这种类型的靠背调整器设置在根据本发明的车辆座椅的右边和左边。根据本发明,车辆座椅具有轴,所述轴将转矩传递给两个靠背调整器的至少其中一个,以改变靠背的角位置。
轴优选是管状构型。所述轴优选在其周边具有形状锁定装置和/或力锁定装置,以使得转矩可以传递给靠背调整器。
所述轴在两端还设有轴向紧固装置,通过所述轴向紧固装置可防止所述轴从相应的靠背调整器拉动出来,例如,在后方撞击的情况下,不仅会危及靠背调整器的稳定性,还会危及整个车辆座椅的稳定性。
在轴两端的轴向紧固装置优选是彼此相同的,但尤其优选是彼此不同的。
轴向紧固装置优选是一种尤其为垫圈的装置,其以材料锁合的方式连接于轴。这种材料锁合的连接方式能够通过粘结、但尤其通过焊接实现。
此外,轴向紧固装置优选是星形锁定垫圈,其通过一工具被推到轴上,并且定位在相应的位置。
此外,轴向紧固装置优选是自攻螺母。
在另一优选实施例中,轴向紧固装置与轴设为一体,并优选通过使轴变形来制造轴向紧固装置。特别地,轴向紧固装置是外展区域。在外展操作的过程中,优选设置成管状形态的轴在端部被人工地或机械地拉起给定角度,所述给定角度优选从80°到100°、尤其是90°。这优选通过压制过程或翻边过程(tumbling process)实现。本发明的这个优选实施例的优势在于,其具有>5kN的非常高的承载能力。外展过程也非常便宜。此外,被外展的轴具有明显小型的总体尺寸。优选仅轴的一端被外展。
此外,本发明的另一保护主题在于一种车辆座椅,其具有靠背部,所述靠背部设置在座椅部上,以使得靠背部能借由靠背调整器旋转,所述靠背调整器具有外展构件。

图1示出了根据本发明的车辆座椅1,其具有座椅部3,靠背2设置在所述座椅部3上,以使得靠背2能借由靠背调整器4旋转。例如,靠背相对于座椅部的角位置能通过例如调角器的靠背调整器来设定,以实现舒适目的。这种类型的靠背调整器4优选设置在车辆座椅的右边和左边。靠背调整器包括轴5,手轮或电动驱动器通常设置在所述轴5上。转矩通过轴5传递给至少一个、优选两个靠背调整器4,以调整靠背的角度。
图2a-b示出了靠背调整器4,其设置在根据本发明的车辆座椅的右边和左边。所述两个靠背调整器通过轴5相互连接,所述轴5优选配置为管状件,并且转矩通过所述轴5能传递给优选两个座椅调整器。根据本发明,所述轴在从相应的靠背调整器稍微突伸出的两端被轴向紧固,因此,如果轴5例如在意外状况下弯曲,所述轴5也不会从靠背调整器4拉动出来,和/或以使得所述轴5能增加根据本发明的车辆座椅的稳定性。
图3示出了这种类型的轴向紧固装置的第一个实施例。在这种示例中,垫圈已经被焊接在轴5上。
图4a-c示出了轴向紧固装置的另一实施例,其在本示例中已知为星形锁定垫圈。所述星形锁定垫圈通过一工具推到轴5上,并移位到相应地所需位置。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆座椅(1),其具有靠背部(2);所述靠背部被设置在座椅部(3)上,以使得靠背部(2)能借由靠背调整器(4)旋转,所述靠背调整器(4)设置在车辆座椅的右边和左边,
其中两个靠背调整器通过配置为管状件的轴(5)彼此连接,
其中所述轴在其周边具有形状锁定装置和/或力锁定装置,以将转矩传递给所述两个靠背调整器(4)中的至少一个,
其中在所述轴上设有手轮或电动驱动器,
其中在所述轴(5)的两端分别设置有轴向紧固装置(6);
其中所述轴向紧固装置(6)是自攻螺母,以及
其中所述轴在从相应的靠背调整器稍微突伸出的两端被轴向紧固。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,所述轴向紧固装置是彼此相同的。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,所述轴向紧固装置是彼此不同的。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的车辆座椅,其特征在于,所述轴向紧固装置(6)以材料锁合的方式连接于轴(5)。
