技术领域

背景技术
如在美国专利No.4,910,987(Woodrow)所公开的,已知的密封组件通常使用固定的双唇形密封件,所述密封件接触被安装在旋转辊轴上的抛油环的相邻表面。这种设置遭受多个缺点的影响,包括由于密封唇缘的快速磨损和热劣化所导致的泄漏以及无法自补偿由于轴承间隙和载荷诱发的轴偏离导致的旋转部件和静止部件之间的不对准。
发明内容
根据本发明的一方面,圆形抛油环被安装在辊轴上。抛油环具有轴向间隔开的径向向外突出的凸缘。密封承载件围绕抛油环。密封承载件具有轴向间隔开的内边沿,所述内边沿径向突出到抛油环凸缘之间的空间内。环形密封件被密封承载件的内边沿承载。当环形密封件承受正常的摩擦磨损时,内边沿被弹性地驱使分开以维持环形密封件与抛油环凸缘的密封接触。
根据本发明的另一方面,密封承载件是自对准的以便补偿由于轴承间隙和载荷诱发的轴偏离导致的旋转部件和静止部件之间的不对准,从而维持环形密封件的最佳定位及其与抛油环凸缘的接触。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于外壳和从所述外壳突出到外部的可旋转轴之间的密封组件,该轴被轴颈安装在偏心筒内来旋转,该偏心筒又是旋转可调的,所述密封组件包括:
圆形抛油环,其被安装在所述轴上以随其旋转,所述抛油环具有在其间限定轴向空间的径向向外突出的凸缘;
围绕所述抛油环的密封承载件,所述密封承载件具有轴向间隔开的第一和第二内边沿,所述内边沿径向向内突出到所述抛油环的凸缘之间的空间内;
被所述内边沿承载的环形密封件;以及
用于弹性地驱使所述内边沿分开从而维持所述环形密封件与所述抛油环的凸缘接触的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,还包括密封板,其被固定到所述外壳的前板并且限定与所述偏心筒的旋转轴线轴向对齐的圆形开口,所述密封承载件被所述密封板支撑并且在所述圆形开口内可旋转,其中所述密封承载件的第一和第二内边沿以及被承载在其上的环形密封件相对于所述圆形开口被偏心设置并且轴向对齐于所述轴的旋转轴线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,还包括用于将所述密封承载件可旋转地固定到所述偏心筒的定位装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封组件,其中所述定位装置包括从所述密封承载件突出到所述偏心筒中的开口内的销。
5.根据权利要求2所述的密封组件,其中所述密封承载件是圆形密封承载件,所述第一内边沿包括所述圆形密封承载件的一体部分,并且所述第二内边沿包括与所述圆形密封承载件的内边缘分隔开且被支撑在其上的环形部件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其中所述用于弹性地驱使所述第一和第二内边沿分开的装置包括在绕所述抛油环的周向隔开的位置处被置于所述内边沿之间的Belleville垫圈组件。
7.根据权利要求4所述的密封组件,其中所述开口被构造成适应所述销的枢转运动。
8.一种用于外壳和从所述外壳突出到外部的可旋转轴之间的密封组件,该轴被轴颈安装在偏心筒内来旋转,该偏心筒又是旋转可调的,所述密封组件包括:
圆形抛油环,其被安装在所述轴上以随其旋转,所述抛油环具有在其间限定轴向空间的径向向外突出的凸缘;
密封板,其被固定到所述外壳的前板并且限定相对于所述偏心筒的旋转轴线轴向对齐的圆形开口;
围绕所述抛油环的密封承载件,所述密封承载件被所述密封板支撑、在所述圆形开口内可旋转并且具有径向向内突出到所述抛油环的凸缘之间的空间内的第一和第二内边沿;
用于将所述密封承载件可旋转地固定到所述偏心筒的定位装置,所述定位装置包括从所述密封承载件突出到所述偏心筒中的开口内的销,所述销和所述开口被构造成适应所述销相对于所述偏心筒的枢转运动;
被所述密封承载件的内边沿承载的环形密封件;以及
用于弹性地驱使所述内边沿分开从而维持所述环形密封件与所述抛油环的凸缘接触的装置。
