番石榴香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物8-12%、乙酸叶醇酯0.07-0.1%、γ-癸内酯0.02-0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05-0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02-0.05%、桃醛0.04-0.08%、呋喃酮0.02-0.05%、己酸烯丙酯0.03-0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03-0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1-0.3%、香兰素0.1-0.3%、苯甲醇0.2-0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02-0.04%、余量为丙二醇。本发明的天然番石榴香精香气纯正干净,具有良好的天然气息,添加到卷烟中可以提升卷烟烟气的质感和烟香的丰富性,使卷烟具有较好的口腔回甜感。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟用香精,具体地说是天然番石榴香精的制备方法。
背景技术
伴随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对食品品质的要求越来越高,相应的也要求食品原料源自天然。番石榴为桃金娘科番石榴属的常绿灌木或小乔木。原产美洲热带地区,番石榴传入我国已有300多年的历史,我国主要引种栽培的省份有广东、广西、福建、海南、台湾,另外,云南、贵州和四川的一些地方也有栽培,是我国南方名优水果之一。
天然型番石榴香精的香气组成可分为五种类型,青香、甜香、蔬菜香、发酵香和花香。青香在番石榴香精中是主要的香气,可分为青果香和青叶香。甜香在番石榴香精中可分为果甜和蜜甜。蔬菜香在番石榴香精中容易被忽略,但它有着锦上添花的作用,使得整个香精的香气更加逼真。发酵香在番石榴香精中起着辅助的作用,使番石榴香精香气更加天然。由于番石榴香气独特,花香是番石榴香精中重要的一类特征香。
目前,市场上用于卷烟的番石榴香精种类繁多,但基本都是化学合成的。通过化学合成原料调配的番石榴香精香气较为单一,缺乏天然气息,影响其在卷烟上的应用。因此,发明一种天然番石榴香精对于卷烟生产具有一定有意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有烟用番石榴香精的缺陷和不足,提供一种天然番石榴香精,以利用天然番石榴香精香气纯正干净、具有良好的天然气息的优点,提升卷烟烟气的质感和烟香的丰富性,使卷烟具有较好的口腔回甜感。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
番石榴香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物8-12%、乙酸叶醇酯0.07-0.1%、γ-癸内酯0.02-0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05-0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02-0.05%、桃醛0.04-0.08%、呋喃酮0.02-0.05%、己酸烯丙酯0.03-0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03-0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1-0.3%、香兰素0.1-0.3%、苯甲醇0.2-0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02-0.04%、余量为丙二醇。
本发明优选的配方是由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物10%、乙酸叶醇酯0.08%、γ-癸内酯0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.03%、桃醛0.06%、呋喃酮0.04%、己酸烯丙酯0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、丙二醇88.8%。
本发明与传统的合成番石榴香精相比,通过添加番石榴浓缩物,使得香精的气息更加自然、丰富性更好。本发明的天然番石榴香精香气纯正干净,具有良好的天然气息,添加到卷烟中可以提升卷烟烟气的质感和烟香的丰富性,使卷烟具有较好的口腔回甜感。
具体实施方式
实施例1
天然番石榴香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物8-12%、乙酸叶醇酯0.07-0.1%、γ-癸内酯0.02-0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05-0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02-0.05%、桃醛0.04-0.08%、呋喃酮0.02-0.05%、己酸烯丙酯0.03-0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03-0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1-0.3%、香兰素0.1-0.3%、苯甲醇0.2-0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02-0.04%、硫代薄荷酮0.003-0.007%、余量为丙二醇。本发明的上述所有原料均可从市场上购得,或采用现有技术制备。
在常温下,将上述原料组分按重量百分比称好后倒入器皿中搅拌均匀即可。其搅拌时间为15分钟,完成后取样检测合格后,分装入库。
 实施例2
天然番石榴香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物10%、乙酸叶醇酯0.08%、γ-癸内酯0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.03%、桃醛0.06%、呋喃酮0.04%、己酸烯丙酯0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、硫代薄荷酮0.005%、丙二醇88.795%。
实施例3
天然番石榴香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物8%、乙酸叶醇酯0.05%、γ-癸内酯0.02%、、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05%、乙酸己酯0.02%、桃醛0.05%、呋喃酮0.03%、己酸烯丙酯0.04%、乙酸苄酯0.03%、覆盆子酮0.2%、香兰素0.1%、苯甲醇0.2%、反式-2-己烯醇0.03%、硫代薄荷酮0.003%、丙二醇97.177%。
实施例4
天然番石榴香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物12%、乙酸叶醇酯0.07%、γ-癸内酯0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.1%、乙酸己酯0.05%、桃醛0.08%、呋喃酮0.05%、己酸烯丙酯0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.05%、覆盆子酮0.3%、香兰素0.2%、苯甲醇0.3%、反式-2-己烯醇0.04%、硫代薄荷酮0.007%、丙二醇86.653%。
实施例5
天然番石榴香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物10%、乙酸叶醇酯0.1%、γ-癸内酯0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.04%、桃醛0.04%、呋喃酮0.02%、己酸烯丙酯0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、硫代薄荷酮0.005%、丙二醇88.805%。

1.番石榴香精,其特征在于,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物8-12%、乙酸叶醇酯0.07-0.1%、γ-癸内酯0.02-0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05-0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02-0.05%、桃醛0.04-0.08%、呋喃酮0.02-0.05%、己酸烯丙酯0.03-0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03-0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1-0.3%、香兰素0.1-0.3%、苯甲醇0.2-0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02-0.04%、余量为丙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的番石榴香精,其特征在于,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:番石榴浓缩物10%、乙酸叶醇酯0.08%、γ-癸内酯0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.03%、桃醛0.06%、呋喃酮0.04%、己酸烯丙酯0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、丙二醇88.8%。
