一种烟用香茅草香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物8‑12%、α‑松油醇0.07‑0.1%、胡椒酮0.02‑0.04%、2‑甲基丁酸甲酯0.05‑0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02‑0.05%、桃醛0.04‑0.08%、柠檬烯0.02‑0.05%、茴香醛0.03‑0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03‑0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1‑0.3%、香兰素0.1‑0.3%、苯甲醇0.2‑0.4%、反式‑2‑己烯醇0.02‑0.04%、硫代薄荷酮0.003‑0.007%、余量的丙二醇。本发明的香茅草香精香气纯正干净,具有良好的气息,添加到卷烟中,可以充分利用香茅草的抗菌、抗氧化以及药理作用,降低卷烟的有害影响,并赋予卷烟独特的风格特征,提升卷烟烟气的质感和烟香的丰富性,使卷烟具有较好的口腔回甜感。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟用香精,具体地说是香茅草香精。
背景技术
香茅草,学名为Cymbopogon citratus,英文名为Lemongrass,属于禾本科,具有浓郁的柠檬香气。我国广泛分布于广西、广东、海南、云南和湖南等省区。从香茅草中提取的香茅草香精香气清新纯正、具有良好的气息。香茅草精油可用来生产香皂、香水、化妆品等日用品。香茅草精油中的多种活性成分,特别是柠檬醛(橙花醛+香叶醛)和香茅醛具有很好的抗菌功效,对细菌、真菌、霉菌的生长均有抑制作用;香茅草精油中含有的烯烃类、酯类和醛类物质均具有抗氧化效果,可以作为天然抗氧化剂添加到食品中;香茅草所含的挥发油有平喘作用、止咳、抗菌等药理作用。
为了满足人们对卷烟功能和香味的多样化需求,不断开发具有降害功能和新型香型和风味的卷烟,也是卷烟企业不断追求的目标。
开发适用于中式卷烟的香茅草香精,可充分利用香茅草的抗菌、抗氧化以及药理作用,降低卷烟的有害影响,并赋予卷烟独特的风格特征,改善抽吸品质,同时推动香茅草香精在卷烟中的应用,拓展香茅草资源的利用途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可提升卷烟烟气的质感和烟香的丰富性、降低卷烟有害性的烟用香茅草香精。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种烟用香茅草香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物8-12%、α-松油醇0.07-0.1%、胡椒酮0.02-0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05-0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02-0.05%、桃醛0.04-0.08%、柠檬烯0.02-0.05%、茴香醛0.03-0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03-0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1-0.3%、香兰素0.1-0.3%、苯甲醇0.2-0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02-0.04%、余量为丙二醇。
本发明优选的配方是由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物10%、α-松油醇0.08%、胡椒酮0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.03%、桃醛0.06%、柠檬烯0.04%、茴香醛0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、丙二醇88.8%。
本发明的烟用香精通过添加香茅草浓缩物,使得香精的气息更加自然、丰富性更好。香茅草浓缩物与α-松油醇、胡椒酮、2-甲基丁酸甲酯、乙酸己酯、桃醛、柠檬烯、茴香醛、乙酸苄酯、覆盆子酮、香兰素、苯甲醇、反式-2-己烯醇、硫代薄荷酮合理配伍,相互协调,能够充分发挥香茅草浓缩物的本香,长久锁住香气,并最好地保持其抗氧化性和药理作用,使其性能稳定。本发明的香茅草香精香气纯正干净,具有良好的气息,添加到卷烟中,可以充分利用香茅草的抗菌、抗氧化以及药理作用,降低卷烟的有害影响,并赋予卷烟独特的风格特征,提升卷烟烟气的质感和烟香的丰富性,使卷烟具有较好的口腔回甜感。

实施例1
烟用香茅草香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物8-12%、α-松油醇0.07-0.1%、胡椒酮0.02-0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05-0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02-0.05%、桃醛0.04-0.08%、柠檬烯0.02-0.05%、茴香醛0.03-0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03-0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1-0.3%、香兰素0.1-0.3%、苯甲醇0.2-0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02-0.04%、硫代薄荷酮0.003-0.007%、余量为丙二醇。上述所有原料均可从市场上购得,或采用现有技术制备。
在常温下,将上述原料组分按重量百分比称好后倒入器皿中搅拌均匀即可。其搅拌时间为15分钟,完成后取样检测合格后,分装入库。

烟用香茅草香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物10%、α-松油醇0.08%、胡椒酮0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.03%、桃醛0.06%、柠檬烯0.04%、茴香醛0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、硫代薄荷酮0.005%、丙二醇88.795%。
实施例3
烟用香茅草香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物8%、α-松油醇0.07%、胡椒酮0.02%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05%、乙酸己酯0.02%、桃醛0.05%、柠檬烯0.03%、茴香醛0.04%、乙酸苄酯0.03%、覆盆子酮0.2%、香兰素0.1%、苯甲醇0.2%、反式-2-己烯醇0.03%、硫代薄荷酮0.003%、丙二醇97.157%。
实施例4
烟用香茅草香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物12%、α-松油醇0.07%、胡椒酮0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.1%、乙酸己酯0.05%、桃醛0.08%、柠檬烯0.05%、茴香醛0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.05%、覆盆子酮0.3%、香兰素0.2%、苯甲醇0.3%、反式-2-己烯醇0.04%、硫代薄荷酮0.007%、丙二醇86.653%。
实施例5
烟用香茅草香精,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物10%、α-松油醇0.1%、胡椒酮0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.04%、桃醛0.04%、柠檬烯0.02%、茴香醛0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、硫代薄荷酮0.005%、丙二醇88.805%。

1.一种烟用香茅草香精,其特征在于,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物8-12%、α-松油醇0.07-0.1%、胡椒酮0.02-0.04%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.05-0.1%、乙酸己酯0.02-0.05%、桃醛0.04-0.08%、柠檬烯0.02-0.05%、茴香醛0.03-0.06%、乙酸苄酯0.03-0.05%、覆盆子酮0.1-0.3%、香兰素0.1-0.3%、苯甲醇0.2-0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02-0.04%、硫代薄荷酮0.003-0.007%、余量的丙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烟用香茅草香精,其特征在于,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合而成:香茅草浓缩物10%、α-松油醇0.08%、胡椒酮0.03%、2-甲基丁酸甲酯0.07%、乙酸己酯0.03%、桃醛0.06%、柠檬烯0.04%、茴香醛0.03%、乙酸苄酯0.04%、覆盆子酮0.1%、香兰素0.3%、苯甲醇0.4%、反式-2-己烯醇0.02%、硫代薄荷酮0.005%、丙二醇88.795%。
