一种特色凉拌菜,其主要原料:土豆,莜面,碗秃,海带丝,粉条,豆芽;调料:蒜、醋、姜粉、味精、食盐、芝麻、香油、葱花、食油、鸡精、大料、酱油(少许)。
具体实施方式
一种特色凉拌菜,其制作过程为首先准备原料:将土豆去皮洗净,切丝,放清水里过一遍;再将泡好的海带洗净切丝;准备适量绿豆芽,莜面面条,切好的碗秃细条,适量粗细的粉条。接着往锅里加水,同时放入适量的粉条,待水烧开,沸腾5分钟,再将海带丝放入熬2分钟后便将准备好的土豆丝和豆芽一同放入使其沸腾3分钟,锅内的材料便被焯熟,然后捞出来再过一遍凉水,滤干水分,放水容器中,将莜面面条,碗秃加入。将姜粉、大料、味精、鸡精撒菜上,取适量食油倒入锅中,加热使其烧开,将芝麻、葱花分别洒在油中,等葱花发黄,关火,将油倒在调料上,然后再给其上添加适量的食盐、醋、蒜泥、香油、少许酱油,将其拌匀后装盘即可。
