Abstract

备有一块磁铁的机构,特征在于:避免了零件的前端磁化,而得以排除供给与接收零件时的故障。与供给部件相关之磁铁的极性经选择成一可控制磁力线只通过零件的一部分中。

Description

本发明涉及零件供给部件与零件接收部件各配置有磁铁的一种零件供给与接收机构。
就本申请人所研究的范围而论,尚未发现有零件供给部件与零件接收部件各配置有磁铁的先例。但在本申请人已提出过的种种有关机构中,其中有一为图6所示的形式,这里所输送的零件为一种具有类凸缘之头部2和杆部3的铁螺栓。供给部件4可进行垂直与水平运动,而接收部件5可进行垂直运动。供给部件4的前端有一缺口6,其中安装有用来吸持零件的磁铁7。此磁铁7嵌装于供给部件4中,上面装有防护板8。头部2为磁铁7吸引,使其端面触及防护板8。供给机构4连到一传动装置(未示明)上,得以按箭头9、10;11、12所示,作水平与垂直运动。
另一方面,接收部件5有用来置纳杆部3的接收孔13,在此孔内部的最深处固定装有一磁铁14。接收部件5于接收螺栓1之后,使螺栓保持原有形式向下运动,把它供给到预定目的地。因此,接收部件5也是能够如箭头11与12所示进行往复运动的。
现在描述上述供给与接收机构的操作。借磁铁7吸持住螺栓1 的供给部件4,如箭头9所示,从左起始运动到杆部3与接收孔13共轴线时为止。其次,供给部件4如箭头11所示向上运动,将杆部3插入接收孔13中并为磁铁14吸持。此后,当供给部件4如箭头12所示回撤,螺栓1在磁铁14的吸持力作用下保留于接收孔13中。当供给部件4回撤到箭头10的指向中,接收部件5便开始下降。
在上述机构中,要是不能适当地选择与供给部件关联的磁铁极性以及与接收部件关联的磁铁极性,就不可能对零件作出正常的供给与接收。下面来较详细地说明它,假定磁铁7的N极朝上而S朝下,于是磁力线15将沿螺栓1的纵向通过此螺栓,而使得杆部3的前端有一N极。要是磁铁14的极性是使其下侧为N极而上侧为S极,那么杆部3的前端便与磁铁14互斥,结果使供给部件4沿箭头12的指向下降,致螺栓不保留于接收孔13中,而是附着于防护板之上退回,这样便无法进行供给与接收作业。
上述问题可以通过适当地选择磁铁14的极性予以解决,即使它与磁铁7的极性成相吸而不是互斥关系。
本发明即在于解决上述问题。本发明提供了一种零件供给与接收机构,其中为零件供给部件与零件接收部件各配置有一磁铁,特征在于;零件供给部件之磁铁的磁力线集中地通过零件的位于供给部件邻近的那部分中。这样的磁力线布置形式防止了零件的前端被磁化,使其能可靠地为相关的磁铁吸持。本发明的另一方面是使供给部件之磁铁的磁力线方向沿着此零件的接触面延伸。这样,磁力线便仅 仅通过零件的一部分。另外,本发明采用了一种与磁铁相组合的叉形件来规定磁力线的通过现象,借此使这种磁力线仅仅通过零件的一部分。
下面简述本发明的附图。
图1是本发明之机构的纵剖面侧视图;

下面对照附图来描述本发明的最佳实施例。在图1中,与图6中相同的部件用同一参考号标明,省除其说明细节。这里设定,让磁铁7的磁力线集中地通过零件中与供给部件4接近的部分(沿头部2的径向)。由于使N极与S极沿水平方向设置,如图所示,磁力线15只通过头部2,从而杆部3本身与其前端不具有磁性,也就不再会出现图6中所示的极性。磁铁7的这种布置可使与接收孔5相关的磁铁极性能自由地选择,而得以消除如前所述的因错误安装而导致的互斥问题。此外,为了使两块磁铁7与14之磁力能准确地作用于螺栓1上,前述的两个部件4与5以及防护板8应由不锈钢制作为恰当。
在图2所示实施例中,两部件4与5之间关系取相反方向,且由 于磁铁7的极性如图所示,于是磁力线与图1中的方式完全相同,沿着零件1(头部2)的接触面延伸。这样,杆部3的前端就完全不会被磁化。
在图3所示实施例中,供给部件4是由一零件接收孔16形成,磁铁7设于此孔中最内端的区域内,N极与S极水平配置。接收部件5则是由一凹座17与嵌装于其中的磁铁14组成,上面装附有防护板18。
在图4所示实施例中,N极与S极虽是沿上下方向而配置,但设置了一叉形件19,致磁力线15只通过头部2的一部分,使杆部3不被磁化。
图5所示装置是一台采用了本发明之零件供给与接收机构的凸焊机。接收部件5为一可动电极,同时有一与之相对设置的固定电极20,后者上面安装有一钢板件21。在一零件供给管22之下端设有与供给部件4之磁铁7相对应的开口23,在焊接到此管22的一托架24上安装着一台气缸25,后者的活塞杆26连接着供给部件4。这样,此气缸25便沿着箭头9与10的方向运动。另外有一气缸(未示明)连接在一固定部件上,此气缸的活塞杆27则经过一托架28连到零件供给管22上,借此得以依箭头11与12所示方向运动。除此,头部2呈凸缘状,上面形成有焊接用的突起部29。
根据本发明,由于为供给部件吸持之零件的杆部前端未被磁化,不论与接收部件相关之磁铁的极性状态如何,也不会有互斥现象 发生,从而能够均衡而可靠地供给与接收零件。

Claims (3)

1、一种其中之零件供给部件与零件接收部件均配置有一磁铁的零件供给与接收机构,特征在于:上述零件供给部件之磁铁的磁力线集中地通过一零件中与供给部件相邻近的部分。
2、如权利要求1所述的零件供给与接收机构,其中所述之磁铁的极性确定为:使供给部件之磁铁的磁力线沿着零件的接触面延伸。
3、如权利要求1所述的零件供给与接收机构,其中,所述之用于零件供给部件之磁铁与一叉形相结合,借此使磁力线集中通过零件中与此零件的接触面相近的那部分。
