Abstract
本发明提供一种太阳能电池模块,目的在于简单、廉价地提供有效地利用入射到太阳能电池元件的无效区域上的光的结构,有效地利用光,提高太阳能电池元件的输出特性。为此,提供一种太阳能电池模块,具有在受光面侧的透光性薄片状部件和背面侧的薄片状部件之间夹有板状的太阳能电池元件,且在内部的间隙中填充有密封树脂的结构,其特征在于:在上述太阳能电池元件上的无效区域上,配置使光漫反射的光扩散部或具有白色的光扩散部。

本申请是申请号为200410045322.4、申请日为2004年5月20日、发明名称为“太阳能电池模块”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池模块。
背景技术
在日本专利特开平10-93117号公报中公开了现有的太阳能电池元件的结构。在该太阳能电池元件上的集电极,以侧面作为倾斜面,把入射光向受光面侧反射。因此,集电极配置在太阳能电池元件上的无效区域上,有效地利用入射到该无效区域上的光。
发明内容
在上述现有的太阳能电池元件中,形成具有倾斜面的集电极时,在制造工艺、使用材料上难以廉价地制作。
本发明正是为了解决上述问题而提出的,目的在于简单、廉价地提供有效地利用入射到太阳能电池元件的无效区域上的光的结构。
本发明提供一种太阳能电池模块,具有在受光面侧的透光性薄片状部件和背面侧的薄片状部件之间夹有板状的太阳能电池元件,且在内部的间隙中填充有密封树脂的结构,其特征在于:在上述太阳能电池元件上的无效区域上,配置使光漫反射的光扩散部或具有白色的光扩散部。

具体实施方式
下面,用图1-4详细说明本发明的一实施例。图中,图1是太阳能电池模块的斜视图,图2是沿图1的A-A线的主要部分剖面图。图1中,太阳能电池模块10是大致矩形的板状,具有受光面侧的玻璃等的透光性薄片状部件12、和背面侧的氟系树脂或PET系树脂膜(厚约40-50μm)等的薄片状部件13。
然后,利用在透光性薄片状部件12和薄片状部件13间填充的透光性密封树脂14,把平面上呈矩形形状的多个板状太阳能电池元件11以相互之间夹着间隔相邻固定的状态配置。
然后,对于多个太阳能电池元件11的密封方法、密封结构,通过在透光性薄片状部件12、太阳能电池元件11、薄片状部件13之间配置有EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物)等的在加压真空加热前呈薄片状的密封树脂14的状态下,从太阳能电池模块10的表面和背面一边加压一边真空加热,使密封树脂14软化,密封树脂14填充了内部的间隙,完成图2的结构。
作为太阳能电池元件11,可利用硅单晶或多晶系的太阳能电池。而且,在本实施例中,太阳能电池元件11是可以在表面和背面发电的双面发电型的结构,利用由从表面侧依次为透明导电膜/p型非晶态半导体膜/i型非晶态半导体膜/n型晶态半导体基板/i型非晶态半导体膜/n型非晶态半导体膜/透明导电膜构成的结构。
然后,在这样的太阳能电池元件11中,在n型晶态半导体基板的外周的整周上,以一定距离向内侧至少设置表面侧的透明导电膜/p型非晶态半导体膜/i型非晶态半导体膜的层叠结构。这是为了防止在制造过程中这样的表面侧的层叠结构和背面侧的i型非晶态半导体膜/n型非晶态半导体膜/透明导电膜的层叠结构回入固定在n型晶态半导体基板的侧面上,发生接触成为短路状态,而使上述受光面侧的层叠结构的面积减小。因此,不能发光的外周无效区域I(参照图3)位于太阳能电池元件11的受光面侧的外周。
在太阳能电池元件11的受光面和背面上配置由银浆料等构成的集电极10。从太阳能电池元件11的背面侧看的平面图与从表面侧看到的平面图(=图3)相同,图中未示出。
如图所示,集电极10由与侧边平行地延伸的两条总线电极部15(宽约2mm)、和与该总线电极15垂直地延伸的多个叉指电极部12(宽约50μm,间隔约2-3mm)构成。于是,不能发电的无效区域位于这样的集电极10下。
图1中,相邻的太阳能电池元件11通过在细长的金属箔例如铜箔上浸了锡焊的部件,即连接部件20,来电气连接。详细地说,连接部件20的一端侧通过锡焊层(未图示)与太阳能电池元件11的集电极10的总线电极部15相连,连接部件的另一端侧通过锡焊层(未图示)与相互连接的另一太阳能电池元件11的背面侧的集电极的总线电极部相连。
下面,说明作为本实施例的特征点的光扩散部40。如图3所示,在位于太阳能电池元件11的外周的外周无效区域I上,具体地说,在角部被取圆的角部附近的无效区域I上设置光扩散部40。另外,在位于无效区域的集电极10的总线电极部15上连接的连接部件20上也设置光扩散部40。
作为光扩散部40,把PEP(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)、PVF(聚氟乙烯)等的白色的绝缘性树脂薄片按无效区域的尺寸切断来利用。对于这样的绝缘性树脂薄片,通过成为白色,使受光面侧凹凸化,使入射光散射反射。另外,光扩散部40也可以是未凹凸化处理的白色薄片。光扩散部40也可以是表面进行了凹凸化处理的反射率高的材料例如铝等的材料。在外周无效区域I上配置这样的金属材料即光扩散部40时,为了避免与太阳能电池元件11电气导通,最好在太阳能电池元件11和光扩散部40之间夹有绝缘性材料。如图4所示,被反射的光(图4中,主要的光路用箭头表示)被受光面侧的透光性薄片状部件12和密封树脂14的界面、与透光性薄片状部件12和空气的界面反射,入射到太阳能电池元件11的受光面,提高太阳能电池元件11和太阳能电池模块10的输出特性。另外,在外周无效区域I上配置的光扩散部上也同样地使入射光散射反射,提高输出特性。
另外,也可以使由金属箔构成的连接部件20的受光面凹凸化作为光扩散部,来取代上述的光扩散部40。
另外,本实施例的太阳能电池模块可以在其外周设置由铝等的金属材料构成的外框,固定在屋脊、倾斜面、建筑物的外壁等上。另外,也可以在太阳能电池模块11的背面上利用粘接剂贴在倾斜面、建筑物的外壁面上。
发明的效果
本发明中,由于在太阳能电池元件上的无效区域上配置光扩散部,被反射的光被受光面侧的透光性薄片状部件和密封树脂的界面、与受光面侧的透光性薄片状部件和外气的界面等再次反射,入射到太阳能电池元件的受光面,所以可以提高特性,有效地利用无效区域上的入射光。
Claims (10)
1.一种太阳能电池模块,包括:
透光性薄片状部件;
背面侧薄片状部件;
多个板状太阳能电池元件,夹在上述透光性薄片状部件和上述背面侧薄片状部件之间,在上述板状太阳能电池元件的受光面配置上述透光性薄片状部件,在背面配置上述背面侧薄片状部件,并用密封树脂填充在它们之间,上述太阳能电池元件在上述受光面以及上述背面具有集电极;以及
连接部件,连接到上述集电极上,用于将相邻的上述太阳能电池元件电连接,
上述连接部件具有光扩散部,该光扩散部具有形成有凹凸的表面,使通过上述透光性薄片状部件而入射的入射光在上述透光性薄片状部件一侧扩散并反射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池模块,
由上述光扩散部反射的光在上述透光性薄片状部件一侧再次反射,并入射到上述太阳能电池元件的受光面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池模块,
上述连接部件由金属箔构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能电池模块,
上述光扩散部不同于上述金属箔以及焊锡。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能电池模块,
上述连接部件从设置于相邻的太阳能电池元件中的一方的受光面的集电极向设置于相邻的太阳能电池元件中的另一方的背面的集电极延伸连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能电池模块,
上述连接部件具有设置上述光扩散部的第一表面和与上述第一表面相对的第二表面,上述连接部件的上述第二表面连接到设置于相邻的太阳能电池元件中的一方的受光面的集电极,上述连接部件的上述第一表面连接到设置于相邻的太阳能电池元件中的另一方的背面的集电极。
7.根据权利要求6所述的太阳能电池模块,
上述多个太阳能电池元件在上述透光性薄片状部件与上述背面侧薄片状部件之间排列成矩阵状。
8.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能电池模块,
上述光扩散部是设置在上述连接部之上的白色薄片。
9.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能电池模块,
上述光扩散部是铝部件。
10.一种太阳能电池模块,包括:
透光性薄片状部件;
背面侧薄片状部件;
多个板状太阳能电池元件,排列成矩阵状地夹在上述透光性薄片状部件和上述背面侧薄片状部件之间,在上述板状太阳能电池元件的受光面配置上述透光性薄片状部件,在背面配置上述背面侧薄片状部件,并用密封树脂填充在它们之间,上述太阳能电池元件在上述受光面以及上述背面具有多个集电极;以及
连接部件,连接到上述集电极上,用于将相邻的上述太阳能电池元件电连接,
上述连接部件从设置于相邻的太阳能电池元件中的一方的受光面的集电极向设置于相邻的太阳能电池元件中的另一方的背面的集电极延伸连接,具有光扩散部,该光扩散部利用形成有凹凸的表面使通过上述透光性薄片状部件而入射的入射光在上述透光性薄片状部件一侧扩散并反射。
