Claims (6)
- 相互に間隔をおいてマトリクス状に配されており、角部が面取りされた矩形の複数の太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池の受光面側に配された保護部材と、
前記複数の太陽電池に包囲された領域に配されており、受光面側から入射した光を前記保護部材側に反射させる反射面を有する平面視矩形状の反射部材と、
を備え、
前記反射面は、複数の領域を有し、
前記複数の領域は、前記太陽電池の行または列方向に隣り合う領域において、それぞれ、第1の反射面と、前記第1の反射面に隣接しており、平面視した際に前記第1の反射面とは前記受光面に対し垂直な光の反射方向が180°異なる第2の反射面とを含み、
前記複数の領域のうち、前記太陽電池の行または列方向に隣り合う領域において、前記第1の反射面と前記第2の反射面からなる凸部の延びる方向が異なっている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の反射面と、前記第2の反射面との成す角の大きさが138.5°以下の範囲内にある、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の領域は、交差する2本の仮想線で区画された第1〜第4の領域を含む、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1〜第4の領域は、前記仮想線を境に前記受光面に対し垂直な光の反射方向が互いに垂直となるように設けられている、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1〜第4の領域は、それぞれ、平面視した際に、前記受光面に対し垂直な光の反射方向が前記2本の仮想線のいずれかと平行となるように設けられている、請求項3または4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射面は、前記受光面側からの垂直入射光の前記反射面における反射光が前記保護部材の前記太陽電池側の表面において全反射するように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
