Abstract

本发明的用于机动车辆的CNG容器的夹具和紧固件基于机械工程和产品设计的知识领域。
背景技术
为响应泰国政府的政策,在面对由于超出可合理控制范围的外部因素而导致的不稳定石油价格的危机后,该政策鼓励使用替代能源。压缩天然气或CNG是为国内和国际机动车辆所有者接受的一种替代能源。因而,用于机动车辆的CNG容器的夹具和紧固件通过着重于方便快速安装和保养(包括驾驶员的安全性和经济性)而得以发展和发明。此外,通过减少CNG设置设备的引进也为国家节约了大量资金。这也为泰国的机动车辆工业提供了附加值,从而使其增加了国内的资金流并允许国家以自给自足的方式通过依赖现存的能源和潜力得以进步和发展。
本发明的说明和目的
本发明是用于使用用于为机动车辆制造CNG容器的专用夹具和紧固件的技术和设备而改进安装形式。所述设备将安装于车辆的车架和容器支撑组件并且其通过联接器锁定。避免了为安装所述设备而在车辆的车架上钻孔,因为在工厂中在机动车防锈标准下对车辆车架经过EDP(电泳沉积涂漆)处理。对所述车架钻孔可导致随后的影响。喷漆或涂漆仅能覆盖其表面,不能到达其内表面,因而在下降孔(hole slip)均可能出现锈蚀。 此外,所述设备可直接安装于车辆的底部,而不必移除托架,从而可方便和快捷地安装。此外,可降低在托架上产生刮痕和痕迹的风险。
发明内容
本发明的公开
本发明是用于保持CNG系统的部件,所述部件通过联接器部件分类,并且容器设置为对称安装。这些部件应进行用户安全性测试。
组装单个容器组件和车架的过程:
1.将两个联接器的组件放置在一起:用车架包围它们并且在相同位置设置其侧孔作为车架上的孔;从外侧用车架包围另外两个联接器;旋拧螺钉穿过联接器以及螺杆箱并用螺母将其固定;
2.将联接器放置在一起并使其覆盖安装于车架上的横梁,并在相同位置设置其孔;将下联接器放置于横梁下方;向上旋拧螺钉穿过孔并用两个螺母将其固定。
3.组装后检测所有螺钉的张力。
组装双容器组件和车架的过程:
1.将两个联接器组件放置在一起;通过覆盖车架上的联接器组件将在车架上设置有横梁的中心组件的左侧和右侧保持在车架上;在相同位置设置其孔作为横梁上的孔;在车架的横梁中插入加强板;在相同位置设置所有孔并旋拧螺钉穿过所述孔;
2.安装待安装于右侧的容器保持组件的前支架组件;将联接器组年放置于车架并在相同位置设置所有孔;旋拧螺钉(上螺钉和下螺钉)穿过联接器和螺杆箱。
3.用车架的两侧包围左保持组件和右保持组件的联接器;在相同位置设置所有孔并使用螺钉和螺母保持它们;
4.组装后检测所有螺钉的张力。

Claims (6)
1.气体容器的夹具和紧固件,包括:位于车辆底盘下方的单个容器支撑组件(1);位于车辆底盘下方的用于在车架的前方(2)、车架的后方(3)以及横梁(4)的区域处锁定所述单个容器支撑组件的联接器;容器紧固件(11)。
2.气体容器的夹具和紧固件,包括位于车辆底盘下方的双容器支撑组件(5);位于车辆底盘下方的用于在车架的前方(8)、右侧的后方(9)以及左侧的后方(10)以及横梁的右侧上、左侧(7)上锁定所述双容器支撑组件的联接器;容器紧固件(11)。
3.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的夹具和紧固件用于三容器组件,用作用于保持直接安装于机动车辆中的气体容器的结构。
4.用于在车架中安装单个容器支撑组件的形式和方法,通过根据权利要求1所述的联接器锁定。
5.用于在所述车架中安装双容器支撑组件的形式和方法,通过根据权利要求2所述的联接器锁定。
6.用于在车架中安装三容器支撑组件的形式和方法,通过根据权利要求3所述的联接器锁定。
