图1中示出用于创建“虚拟专用网络”(VPN)的系统100的实施例。VPN可以是两个或多个用户计算机102、两个或多个社交媒介网络站点106和/或在两个或多个社交媒介网络站点106间共享内容的系统的互连。该系统包括操作一个或多个用户计算机102a、102b、102c的一个或多个用户。系统100的实施例可包括比图1中所示的更多或更少的用户计算机,如省略号108所示。用户计算机102可以是结合图5和图6所描述任何计算系统。用户通过用户计算机102与社交媒介网络交互。
用户可与诸如社交媒介网络站点1 106a、社交媒介网络站点2 106b、社交媒介网络站点3 106c的社交媒介交互。系统100的实施例可包括更多或更少的社交媒介,如省略号110所示。社交媒介网络站点106或社交媒介可以是用于提供在两个或更多人之间交互的手段的任何网站或系统。例如,社交媒介网络可包括Facebook、MySpace、Spoke、Plaxo、LineedIn等中的一个或多个,但不限于这些。

图2B中示出社交媒介网关202的实施例。社交媒介网关106可包括一个或多个组件,这些组件可包括硬件、软件或者硬件和软件的组合。社交媒介网关106可通过如结合图5和图6描述那样的计算机系统来运行。然而,在其他实施例中,结合图2B所描述的组件是嵌入在场可编程门阵列(FPGA)中的逻辑电路或其他专门设计的硬件。
在此,社交媒介网关106可包括一个或多个内容过滤器210a、210b和/或210c。内容过滤器210可接收来自社交媒介网络站点106a、160b和/或106c的用于用户计算机102的所有消息,并且可消除或删除不直接应用于用户的那些消息。如此,内容过滤器210可滤除或删除消息以使得这些消息不被社交媒介网络应用编程接口(API)1 212a、社交媒介网络API 2212b和/或社交媒介网络API 3 212c接收。利用内容过滤器210,社交媒介网络API 212只需对应被VPN引擎204接收的那些消息进行转换。此转换一般需要消息到不同格式的变换。
内容过滤器210被提供来自过滤器数据库(未示出)的一个或多个试探或过滤规则。这些过滤规则可由用户或者通信系统101的管理员创建。因此,通信系统101的管理员或用户可定制对于来自社交媒介网络106a、106b和/或106c的消息的过滤。此外,不同规则可应用于不同的社交媒介网络,因为一些社交媒介网络可具有与其他类型的社交媒介网络不同的消息或发帖。过滤可包括基于社交媒介内容的发布者、内容中的关键词或者其他信息的过滤。
虽然内容过滤器210被示出为是社交媒介网关106的部分,但是应认识到,内容过滤器210可以是社交媒介网络API 212的部分。内容过滤器210可对应于社交媒介网络API 212使用的查询项。内容过滤器210或查询项是对于社交媒介网络API 212呼叫的变元(argument)。社交媒介网络API 212可以是用以访问社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c提供的站点的应用。社交媒介网络API 212被呼叫,从而将社交媒介网关106连接到社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c。任何合适的过滤标准可被采用。示例包括源地址域、目的地或接收地址域、时间戳域、主题域以及消息主体域的内容。例如,可搜索的内容是可发出应答的人的姓名。
社交媒介网关106可包括一个或多个社交媒介网络API 212。如图2中所示,社交媒介网关106可包括针对每个社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c的社交媒介网络API 212。因此,社交媒介网关106可以社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c使用的特定的(通常是唯一的)格式或协议来与每个社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c交互。此外,当新的社交媒介网络被创建时,社交媒介网关106可通过添加另外的社交媒介网络API 212来容易地被扩展为与那些社交媒介网络交互。在社交媒介网络106a更加标准化或者使用实质上类似的格式或协议时,多个这样的社交媒介网络106a-106c可共享单个社交媒介网络API。
社交媒介网络API 212可接收来自社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c的消息和向社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c发送消息。在实施例中,社交媒介网络API 212可周期性地(例如每小时一次、每天一次、每周一次,等等)搜索活动社交媒介来获得消息并自动接收来自被动社交媒介的消息。社交媒介网络API 212可对从社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c接收的消息进行转换并将经转换的消息发送给214。社交媒介网络API 212可以将收到的消息转换成标准格式的文件。例如,经转换的消息可通过可扩展标记语言(XML)文件或具有一般格式的其他文件来表示。如此,每个具体或特定的社交媒介网络消息可被转换成供VPN引擎204使用的标准格式。此外,社交媒介网络API 212可接收来自VPN引擎204的一般或标准格式的响应消息,并将该响应转换成可发布到相应的社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c的特定或具体格式的响应消息。
去往用户的消息可被标注目的地是到用户。例如,某人可成为该用户在106b(诸如Facebook)上的“好友”。该人然后可在Facebook上向该用户寄送消息。此非直接联系是这样一种消息,其并不是直接发送给该用户而是被发送到该用户的facebook页面。在其他实施例中,VPN引擎204接收到目的地不是到该用户的消息。例如,用户可能接收到来自Twitter的啁啾声,该啁啾声是“广播的”而不是目的地为该用户。VPN引擎204还可在社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c上搜索消息或内容。示例性搜索标准包括用户的姓名、用户的家庭地址、用户的营业地址、用户的雇主姓名、用户的教育和职业背景、用户的喜好、个人或商业兴趣、用户的家庭情况、等等。因此,社交媒介网关106可进行查询、收集来自社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c的数据或连接到对于来自社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c的数据的实况供给(live feed)并且然后对非直接信息应用过滤。
来自社交媒介网络API 212的经转换的消息可被消息过滤器214接收。消息过滤器214可执行内容过滤器210的一些或全部功能并在消息被发送到VPN引擎204之前将消息消除。这样,VPN引擎204接收到消息的某些内容已被删除的消息。类似于内容过滤器210,消息过滤器214可从过滤器数据库(未示出)获取试探或过滤规则。内容过滤器210和消息过滤器214之间的实质差异是内容过滤器210特定于与相应社交媒介网络站点106a-106c相关联的特定消息格式,而消息过滤器214被应用于标准化的或通用的格式并因此对多个社交媒介网络106a-106c是公共的。本领域技术人员将理解,可用于从消息过滤信息的规则的类型使得只有有关的问题、事实、请求或信息被发送给VPN引擎204。
社交媒介网关106还可包括有消息聚合器216。消息聚合器216可将两个或更多消息组合成一个分组或者群组,这样的分组或群组被发送给VPN引擎204。因此,消息聚合器216可基于消息内的不同信息来对消息进行组合或相互关联。例如,两个消息可基于上面参考的消息域中任意消息域而被组合,诸如寄送消息的人、主题、请求或所问的问题、作为消息发送目的地的人、或者可能与VPN引擎204有关的其他信息。因此,VPN引擎204能够基于消息聚合器216提供的群组来同时响应两个或更多消息。不论消息是否被聚合,每个消息可从社交媒介网关106被发送到VPN引擎204。
社交媒介网关106还可向社交媒介网络106a-106c发送返回响应。来自VPN引擎204的响应可被发送给社交媒介网关202。该响应可以是一般格式或经转换的。经转换的响应然后可由社交媒介网关106发布到适当的社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c。在其他实施例中,VPN引擎204可在不向社交媒介网关202发送响应的情况下直接将响应发布到社交媒介网络站点106a、106b和/或106c。
响应可被发送给两个或更多社交媒介网络106以同时到达两个或更多用户。此外,社交媒介网关202可基于接收者的身份来将向特定的社交媒介网络站点106发送消息。例如,可以识别接收方。社交媒介网关202可从此身份确定接收方所使用的社交媒介网络站点106。然后,社交媒介网关202可将响应直接发送给接收方的社交媒介网络站点106。
图2C中示出了VPN引擎204的实施例。VPN引擎204被描述为软件组件或模块,但是也可以嵌入在作为用户计算机102的部分运行的逻辑电路或其他专门设计的硬件中。VPN引擎204可包括一个或多个子模块,例如截取模块218、转换模块220、格式模块222和呈现模块224。VPN引擎204还可与用户界面226通信。用户界面226可以是用户与其交互以接收来自用户计算机102的信息或向用户计算机102输入信息的任何界面。用户界面226可结合图5和图6来说明。
截取模块218可操作来截取正被提供给社交媒介站点106的内容。在实施例中,如果到用户计算机102的处理器的存储器栈的输入与到社交媒介站点的发布相关联,则截取模块218截取该输入。例如,如果该输入是要被发送到与社交媒介网络站点106相关联的web地址的消息,则截取模块218可读取该输入,从存储器栈提取该输入,以及在该内容被发布之前对此输入进行操作。输入可以是来自用户界面226到处理器的用户界面输入,包括要被发布到社交媒介站点106上的内容。截取模块可将输入移出所述栈以被操纵或改变。
在其他实施例中,截取模块218从社交媒介网关202接收要被发布到社交媒介站点106的内容。如此,社交媒介网关202位于或被布置于用户计算机102和社交媒介网络106之间。去往或来自社交媒介站点106的任何内容可被社交媒介网关202截取并被提供给截取模块218。在截取了内容之后,截取模块218可将内容提供给转换模块220。
转换模块220可操作来将用户发布的内容从一种格式转换成另一种格式。社交媒介站点106可接受一定语言或协议的社交媒介内容。此语言可被转换模块220转换为可被另一社交媒介网络站点106接受。例如,一个社交媒介网络站点106a可接收HTML内容而第二社交媒介网络站点106b可接受XML内容。转换模块220可将HTML码转换成XML。许多其他语言、协议或其他内容相关信息也可由转换模块改变。例如,转换模块220可操作来将与一个或多个社交媒介网络106可接受的内容相关联的任何元数据或参数进行改变。
经转换的内容然后被格式模块222格式化。格式模块222可操作来将内容的风格或形式改变为可被另一社交媒介网络站点106接受。例如,如果发布是Facebook发布,则形式可以是用户的Facebook页面的简单评论。然而,为了将内容置于YouTube中,发布的格式可能需要被改变成对YouTube中的视频的评论或响应。因此,格式可被改变以将内容发布到其他社交媒介网络。格式模块222对此信息格式化以被发送给呈现模块224,从而被呈现在社交媒介网络中。
呈现模块224可操作已将社交媒介内容呈现到一个或多个社交媒介网络106。例如,如果用户向社交媒介网络站点106a发布内容,则呈现模块224可将此内容呈现给社交媒介网络106b和106c。为了将信息呈现给其他社交媒介网络,呈现模块224可访问用户数据库228中的允许呈现模块224登录或采用用户在其他社交媒介网络站点106上的身份的用户数据。因此,通过采用用户的身份,呈现模块224可在若干不同的社交媒介网路间发布内容。
在其他实施例中,内容可被直接引导到某个用户。发布内容的用户可能没有对于呈现模块224需要在其上呈现内容的社交媒介网络的帐户。然而,呈现模块224可将内容呈现在其他社交媒介网络站点106上的页面中,或者直接发送给要接收此内容的人。例如,用户可在Facebook页面中发布对于另一用户的内容。呈现模块224可能希望将评论发布到MySpace页面中。但是,发布该内容的用户可能没有MySpace账户。然而,呈现模块224可无需向用户那样登录而通过直接发布内容来在其他用户的页面中将内容呈现给用户。在一些实施例中,呈现模块224还可将内容呈现到用户界面226。因此,如果从社交媒介网关202接收的内容是某种不容易呈现的形式,则呈现模块224可将信息直接呈现到用户的用户界面226上,可能呈现为弹出窗口或其他显示。呈现模块224可以将内容提供到社交媒介网关202,社交媒介网关202然后将内容发布到不同的社交媒介网络106。
通过将来自一个社交媒介网络站点106a的内容发布到其他社交媒介网络106b和/或106c,VPN引擎204可创建VPN,在VPN处,每个用户可使用他们自己偏爱的社交媒介网络站点106来彼此交互。在一些实施例中,VPN引擎204可通过获得用于一个或多个用户中每个用户的数据并将其存储到用户数据库228中来将用户组织到VPN。当用户发布对于所创建的VPN群组的任一个其他用户的评论时,VPN引擎204可将此内容发布给该VPN群组中的所有用户。在实施例中,用户可选择何时向VPN群组发布信息或者向VPN群组的所有成员的子集发布信息。针对VPN群组的标识符可被创建并与VPN群组的所有成员相关联。如此,用户可使用此标识符来自动向该VPN群组的所有成员发布内容来向该VPN群组发布内容。

在步骤306,VPN引擎204可对去往或来自社交媒介网络站点106的通信进行转换。截取模块218可接收来自社交媒介网关202的通信并可将此通信提供给转换模块220。转换模块220然后可将内容从其被发布时的形式转换成其他社交媒介网络站点106所使用的其他形式。例如,如果所述发布在社交媒介站点106a中是针对Facebook,转换模块220可将内容转换成可作为社交媒介网络站点106b的MySpace使用的语言或协议。在内容转换之后,转换模块220可将内容发送给格式模块222,格式模块222可将内容的格式改变得适合于第二社交媒介网络站点106b使用的格式。
在308中,经转换和格式化的内容被呈现模块224接收,呈现模块224可将通信按照社交媒介网络站点106使用的格式发布到两个或多个社交媒介网络站点106上。这里,呈现模块224可将内容呈现在第一社交媒介网络站点106a和第二社交媒介网络站点106b上。在实施例中,呈现模块224将两个或多个内容发帖发送到社交媒介网关202,以便通过社交媒介网关202将信息呈现给社交媒介网络106。因此,在步骤708中,针对用户使用的社交媒介网络站点106a进行第一发布。然后,在步骤310,社交媒介网关202可将此通信发布到其他社交媒介网络站点106b或106c。

在步骤406,VPN引擎204然后可判断在私密对话中所涉及的社交媒介网络站点106是否具有私密消息功能。VPN引擎204可通过社交媒介网关202来调研社交媒介网络站点106的能力,或者,在实施例中,VPN引擎204访问社交媒介参数数据库230来确定社交媒介网络站点106的功能。如果社交媒介网络站点106包括私密消息功能,在步骤406进行到“是”以通往步骤408。如果社交媒介网络站点106不包括私密消息功能,则步骤406进行到“否”以通往步骤412。
在步骤408中,VPN引擎204访问私密消息功能408。在实施例中,VPN引擎204可访问用户数据库228来自动登录和设定用于用户的参数。因此,将要被发布的内容可改变为对于内容不指向的其他用户而言成为私密消息。在这些设置被建立了之后,为了创建私密消息,在步骤410中,VPN引擎204可发布私密消息。与公开消息一样,VPN引擎204可将私密消息发布给社交媒介网关202。
当没有私密消息功能使,可选地,VPN引擎204可访问通信服务器208或其他功能来发送私密通信。通信服务器208能够发送电子邮件、即使消息或两个或更多用户之间的其他类型的直接通信。这样,在步骤412中,VPN引擎204可通过通信服务器208直接向其他人发送电子邮件。在实施例中,VPN引擎204访问228以获得内容指向的用户。用户数据可包括电子邮件、即时消息地址或用于发送通信的某种其他地址。在确定将消息私密发送给哪里之后,在步骤414中VPN引擎204可向社交媒介站点发布警报消息。此警报消息可向其他用户警告私密内容已经被发送到其他用户的电子邮件或其他帐户并且可提供关于私密消息被发送给哪个通信媒介的通知。消息然后可以通过通信服务器208发送给其他用户。这样,用户可从社交媒介站点确定新的电子邮件或即时消息已被提供并且可通过消息私密手段来访问此新的电子邮件或即时消息。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于建立社交媒介虚拟专用网络VPN的方法,包括:
通过处理器建立社交媒介VPN群组,其中,所述VPN群组包括两个或更多个用户,所述两个或更多个用户使用两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点来传送内容;
通过所述处理器接收来自所述VPN群组中的一个用户的用于第一社交媒介网络站点的内容;
通过所述处理器自动将所述内容发布到所述第一社交媒介网络站点以及与所述VPN群组相关联的第二社交媒介网络站点,其中,所述VPN群组是私密的;
获取有关所述VPN群组中的用户的用户信息;
利用所述用户信息访问针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点中的至少一个社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能;
利用针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点中的至少一个社交媒介网络站点的所述私密消息功能将所述内容发布为私密消息;
获取针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的有关第一用户的信息;
利用有关所述第一用户的信息访问针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能;以及
利用针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的所述私密消息功能发布所述私密消息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点包括博客和视频博客。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括将所述内容从第一协议转换到第二协议。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,还包括将所述内容从第一格式格式化成第二格式。
5.一种用于建立社交媒介虚拟专用网络VPN的系统,包括:
通过处理器建立社交媒介VPN群组的装置,其中,所述VPN群组包括两个或更多个用户,所述两个或更多个用户使用两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点来传送内容;
通过所述处理器接收来自所述VPN群组中的一个用户的用于第一社交媒介网络站点的内容的装置;
通过所述处理器自动将所述内容发布到所述第一社交媒介网络站点以及与所述VPN群组相关联的第二社交媒介网络站点的装置,其中,所述VPN群组是私密的;
获取有关所述VPN群组中的用户的用户信息的装置;
利用所述用户信息访问针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点中的至少一个社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能的装置;
利用针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点中的至少一个社交媒介网络站点的所述私密消息功能将所述内容发布为私密消息的装置;
获取针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的有关第一用户的信息的装置;
利用有关所述第一用户的信息访问针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能的装置;以及
利用针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的所述私密消息功能发布所述私密消息的装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的系统,还包括将所述内容从第一协议转换到第二协议的装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的系统,还包括将所述内容从第一格式格式化成第二格式的装置。
8.一种建立虚拟专用网络VPN的方法,包括:
通过社交媒介网关来接收内容或向两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点发布内容、利用针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点中的至少一个社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能将所述内容发布为私密消息、利用针对第二社交媒介网络站点的所述私密消息功能发布所述私密消息;以及
创建VPN群组,所述VPN群组包括向两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点发布内容的两个或更多个用户,其中,所述VPN群组是私密的;
截取来自第一用户的指向第一社交媒介网络站点的通信;
将所述通信提供到所述社交媒介网关以将所述通信发布到所述第一社交媒介网络站点;
将所述通信提供到所述社交媒介网关以自动将所述通信发布到第二社交媒介网络站点以用于第二用户;
获取有关第一用户的用户信息;
利用所述用户信息访问针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能;
获取针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的有关所述第一用户的信息;
利用有关所述第一用户的所述信息访问针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述社交媒介网关包括:
两个或更多个社交媒介网络应用编程接口API,所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络应用编程接口API可操作来接收来自两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点的内容或向两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点发布内容;以及
与所述社交媒介网络API通信的内容过滤器,所述内容过滤器可操作来对来自所述社交媒介网络站点的内容进行过滤。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,包括:
截取要被发布到所述第一社交媒介网络站点的通信;
将所述通信从第一协议转换成第二协议;
将所述通信从第一格式格式化成第二格式;以及
将所述通信呈现给所述社交媒介网关以供发布。
11.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,通过VPN引擎与用户数据库通信,所述用户数据库存储有关所述VPN群组中的两个或更多个用户的信息。
12.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,通过VPN引擎与社交媒介参数数据库通信,所述社交媒介参数数据库存储有关所述VPN群组中使用的两个或更多个社交媒介网络站内的信息。
13.一种建立虚拟专用网络VPN的系统,包括:
社交媒介网关,所述社交媒介网关可操作来接收内容或向两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点发布内容、利用针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点中的至少一个社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能将所述内容发布为私密消息、利用针对第二社交媒介网络站点的所述私密消息功能发布所述私密消息;以及
VPN引擎,所述VPN引擎可操作用于:
创建VPN群组,所述VPN群组包括向两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点发布内容的两个或更多个用户,其中,所述VPN群组是私密的;
截取来自第一用户的指向第一社交媒介网络站点的通信;
将所述通信提供到所述社交媒介网关以将所述通信发布到所述第一社交媒介网络站点;
将所述通信提供到所述社交媒介网关以自动将所述通信发布到第二社交媒介网络站点以用于第二用户;
获取有关第一用户的用户信息;
利用所述用户信息访问针对所述两个或更多个社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能;
获取针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的有关所述第一用户的信息;
利用有关所述第一用户的所述信息访问针对所述第二社交媒介网络站点的私密消息功能。
14.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述VPN引擎包括:
截取模块,可操作来截取要被发布到所述第一社交媒介网络站点的通信;
转换模块,可操作来将所述通信从第一协议转换成第二协议;
格式模块,可操作来将所述通信从第一格式格式化成第二格式;以及
呈现模块,可操作来将所述通信呈现给所述社交媒介网关以供发布。
