Description

本発明は、仮想プライベート・ネットワーク上のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークに関する。
複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークが人々が対話する場所に存在する。しかし１人のユーザは１つのソシアル・メディア・ネットワークのみを使用するあるいは好む。２人のユーザは、異なる（別々の）ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークを使用するあるいは好むことがある。
この場合、２人のユーザは、通信を行うために、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークを使用することは出来ない。それは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークは、相互に対話することができないからである。言い換えると、第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークのユーザは、別の第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークのユーザとは、通信ができないからである。
上記の問題に関し、本発明の目的は、複数のユーザにより使用される異なるソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク間の相互接続を確立することである。
以下本明細書において、「通信」「対話」「相互接続」は、同じ意味で使用する（訳す）ことがある。「翻訳」「変換」も、特に断らない限り、同じ意味で使用する。
本発明によれば、各ユーザは、自分が使用しているソシアル・メディア・ネットワークに関する情報（ユーザ名、パスワード等）を与える。アプリケーションがソシアル・メディア・ネットワークに登録され、ユーザとソシアル・メディア・ネットワークとの間に入る。そしてシステムは、ユーザをＶＰＮ（virtual private network・仮想プライベート・ネットワーク）に相互接続して、このネットワーク上では、ユーザとソシアル・メディア・ネットワークとの間の通信が、別のユーザの別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク用に再生される。かくして異なるソシアル・メディア・ネットワークを使用する別々のユーザでも、通信できるようになる。
通信（相互接続）を確立するために、システムあるいはアプリケーションは、インターセプト・モジュールを有する。このインターセプト・モジュールは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク間の通信をインターセプト（横取り、受信）する。このインターセプトされた通信は、トランスレート・モジュールにより変換される。この変換は、第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク用の第１フォーマットを、第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク用の第２フォーマットへ変更する。この通信は、フォーマット・モジュールにより別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク用にフォーマット化される。最後に、プレゼント・モジュールは、この変換されフォーマット化された通信を、別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトに提示する。
かくして、ユーザがフェースブック（Facebook）を使用している場合には、ユーザは、メッセージを自分のフェースブックのページに載せる。本発明のシステムは、この掲載されたメッセージをインターセプトして、このメッセージを第２ユーザ用に例えば、MySpaceのページに再生する。同様に、第２ユーザは、MySpaceのページ上に応答を載せる。この応答はインターセプトされ、変換され、フォーマット化されて第１ユーザのフェースブックに提示される。かくしてユーザ同士は、１つの共通のサイトを使うことなく、別々のソシアルメディアサイトで相互に対話できるようになる。
他の実施例によれば、ＶＰＮは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトのプリファレンスあるいは機能を制御する。かくしてＶＰＮは、ユーザをソシアル・メディア・ネットワークの「プライベートチャット」の領域に入れる。かくして、ＶＰＮエンジンによりユーザは、プライベートの対話も行うことができる。

図１に仮想プライベート・ネットワーク（ＶＰＮ：Virtual Private Network ）を生成するシステム１００の実施例を示す。ＶＰＮ１０４は、複数のユーザ・コンピュータ１０２と、複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６と、複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６の間でコンテンツを共有するシステムとを相互接続する。このシステムは、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２ａ，１０２ｂ，１０２ｃを操作するユーザを含む。ＶＰＮ１０４を形成するシステム１００の実施例は、図１に示したのとは異なる数のユーザコンピュータを有してもよい。ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２は、図５，６で示すコンピュータ・システムである。ユーザは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２と、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２を介して通信をする。
ユーザは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃ等と対話する。仮想プラベート・ネットワークを生成するシステム１００の実施例のソシアルメディアの数は、図に示した数以上でも以下でもよい。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６即ちソシアルメディアは、ウエブサイトあるいは複数の人の間の相互作用（対話手段）を提供する。例えばソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２の一例は、Facebook, MySpace, Plaxo, LinkedIn等である。
ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２を操る各ユーザは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６の内のいずれか１つを選択する。かくして、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２ａを利用する第１ユーザは、コンテンツを、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ上に載せて、別のユーザに見せる（読ませる）ようとする。しかしユーザ・コンピュータ１０２ｂを利用している他のユーザは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂを選択する。第１ユーザがコンテンツを自分の選択したソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ上に載せても、第２ユーザは、自分がソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂのみを使用している場合には、そのコンテンツを受領（見ることが）できない。かくして本発明のシステム１００は、ＶＰＮ１０４を提供して、異なるソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６の間でコンテンツをコピーあるいは共有することができるようにする。ＶＰＮ１０４は、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２，ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６、場合によっては、第３のコンピュータシステム（図示せず）で実行されるアプリケーションにより、形成される。
図２Ａ−２ｃに、ＶＰＮを生成するソフトウエア・システム２００の実施例を示す。ここに示したソフトウエアは、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２上で実行される。一実施例においては、ソフトウエアは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６又は第３のコンピュータシステム上で実行可能である。各ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６と、ネットワーク２０６を介して対話する。ネットワーク２０６は、ネットワーク、通信システム、プロトコルの種類を問わない、又他の通信媒体でもよい。これに関しては図５，６で説明する。ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２は通信サーバ２０８と通信する。通信サーバ２０８は、図５，６に示したサーバ又はコンピュータシステムである。通信サーバ２０８は、通信サービスを、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２に提供する。
ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２は、ＶＰＮを形成したソフトウエア・コンポーネンツを実行する。一実施例においては、ＶＰＮを形成するモジュール又はソフトウエアは、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２とＶＰＮエンジン２０４を含む。ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２の実施例を図２Ｂに示す。ＶＰＮエンジン２０４の実施例を図２Ｃに示す。
図２Ｂにおいて、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、ハードウエア、ソフトウエア、あるいはそれらの組み合わせを含むコンポーネンツを含む。ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、図５，６に示したコンピュータシステムで実行される。他の実施例では、図２Ｂのコンポーネンツは、ロジック回路、又は他の特殊デザインのハードウエアであり、これらは、Field Programmable Gate Array（ＦＰＧＡ）で実現される。
ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０ａ，２１０ｂ，２１０ｃのいずれかを含む。コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０は、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２用のメッセージの全てを、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃから受領し、そのユーザに直接向けられたものではないメッセージを削除する。かくしてコンテンツ・フィルタ２１０がメッセージを削除すると、その削除されたメッセージは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク（ＡＰＩ１）２１２ａ，ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク（ＡＰＩ２）２１２ｂ，ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク（ＡＰＩ３）２１２ｃで受領されない。コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０で、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４で受領すべきメッセージのみを変換する必要がある。この変換は、メッセージを別のフォーマットに変換することを含む。
コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０は、フィルタ・データベース（図示せず）からの発見法的ルールあるいはフィルタ・ルール（heuristic rule or filter rule）を具備する。これらのフィルタ・ルールは、通信システム１０１のユーザ又は管理者により生成される。かくして通信システム１０１のユーザ又は管理者は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃからのメッセージのフィルタリング基準を、カスタマイズできる。更に、あるソシアル・メディア・ネットワークが別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークとは異なるメッセージあるいはポスティングを有する場合は、別のルールを別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークに適用してもよい。フィルタリングは、ソシアルメディアコンテンツのポスター、コンテンツ内のキーワード、あるいは他の情報に基づいて、行ってもよい。
コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０は、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２の一部として示されている。しかしコンテンツ・フィルタ２１０は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク（ＡＰＩ）２１２の一部でもよい。コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２により使用されるクアイアリ・ターム（query terms）に対応する。コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０即ちクアイアリ・タームは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２の呼びに対するアーギュメント（argument）である。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃのいずれかが、サイトにアクセスするために、提供するアプリケーションである。かくして、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、自分に呼びが入ると、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２を、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃのいずれかに接続する。適宜のフィルタ基準が採用される、その一例は、ソースのコンテンツ、アドレス・フィールド、宛先即ち受領者のアドレス・フィールド、タイムスタンプ・フィールド、サブジェクトマター・フィールド、メッセージ本体フィールドを含む。例えばサーチ可能なコンテンツは、応答が送られる先の人の名前である。
ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２を含む。図２に示すように、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃ用に、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２を含む。ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２は、それぞれのソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃと、これらが使用する特定のフォーマット即ちプロトコルを用いて、相互作用する。かくして、新たなソシアル・メディア・ネットワークが形成された時には、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６は、別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２を追加することにより、この新たなソシアル・メディア・ネットワークと相互作用するよう、拡張する。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａがより標準化されるあるいは同様のフォーマット即ちプロトコルを使用する場合には、１つのソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩは、複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ−１０６ｃにより、共有される。
ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、メッセージをソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃのいずれかと送受信する。一実施例においては、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、周期的（毎時間、毎日、毎週）に、能動状態にあるソシアルメディアをサーチしてメッセージを得る、またメッセージを受動状態にあるソシアルメディアから受領する。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃから受領したメッセージを翻訳（変換）し、この翻訳されたメッセージをメッセージ・フィルタ２１４に送る。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、受領したメッセージを標準のフォーマット化されたファイルに翻訳する。例えば、この翻訳されたメッセージは、ＸＭＬ（eXtensible Mark-up Language）ファイルあるいは他のファイル（一般的なフォーマットを有する他のファイル）で、提示される。かくして特定のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークメッセージは、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４で使用される標準のフォーマットに翻訳される。かくして、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２は、標準的なフォーマット応答メッセージを、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４から受領し、その応答を特定のフォーマット化された応答メッセージに、翻訳し、この応答メッセージは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃにポストされる。
ユーザへのメッセージには、そのユーザのアドレスが付される。ある人は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂ（例、フェースブック）上で、ユーザと「友達」になれる。その人は、フェースブック上でそのユーザへのメッセージにアドレスを付す。この間接的な接触（メッセージ）は、ユーザに直接送信されるメッセージではなく、ユーザのフェースブックのページに送信されるメッセージである。他の実施例では、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、そのユーザへのアドレスが付されてないメッセージを受領することもできる。例えばユーザは、ツイッターからツイート（メッセージ）を受領するが、このメッセージは、特定のユーザへのアドレスが付されたものではなく、ブロードキャスト（放送）されたものである。ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、メッセージ即ちコンテンツを、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃ上でサーチする。代表的なサーチ基準は、ユーザの名前、ユーザの自宅住所、ユーザの会社住所、ユーザの雇用主の名前、ユーザの学歴あるいは職歴、ユーザの趣味、個人的あるいは仕事上の興味、ユーザの家族構成等である。かくしてソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃから生データの供給元に問い合わせをしたり、データを集めたり、供給元に接続されたりする。その後、フィルタをこの間接的な情報に適用する。
ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークＡＰＩ２１２から翻訳されたメッセージを、メッセージ・フィルタ２１４が受領する。メッセージ・フィルタ２１４は、コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０の機能の一部あるいは全てを実行し、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４に送る前に、メッセージを削除する。かくしてＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、メッセージを受領し、そこでメッセージのコンテンツの一部が削除される。メッセージ・フィルタ２１４は、フィルタデータベースからフィルタルールを取り出す。メッセージ・フィルタ２１４は、コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０に類似する。コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０とメッセージ・フィルタ２１４の相違点は次のとおりである。
コンテンツ・フィルタ２１０が、対応するソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ−１０６ｃに関連する特定のメッセージフォーマットに特有なものであるのに対し、メッセージ・フィルタ２１４は、標準フォーマットに適用され、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ−１０６ｃに共通なものである。あるルールのタイプを用いて、メッセージから情報をフィルタ処理し、関連する疑問、事実、要求、情報等のみが、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４に送られる。
メッセージ・アグリゲータ２１６は、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２に含まれる。メッセージ・アグリゲータ２１６は、複数のメッセージをパケットに結合するあるいはグルーピングして、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４に送る。その為メッセージ・アグリゲータ２１６は、メッセージを、メッセージ内の様々な情報に基づいて、関連付けるあるいは組み合わせる。例えば２つのメッセージを、上記のメッセージフィールドのいずれかに基づいて、例えばメッセージをポストした人、主題（subject）、リクエスト、問い合わせ、メッセージの受領者、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４に関連する他の情報に基づいて、組み合わせる。かくして、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、複数のメッセージに、メッセージ・アグリゲータ２１６により提供されたグルーピングに基づいて、同時に応答することができる。メッセージをアグリゲートするか否かを問わず、メッセージは、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２からＶＰＮエンジン２０４に送られる。
ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、応答を、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃに返す。ＶＰＮエンジン２０４からの応答は、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２に送られる。この応答は。汎用フォーマットであり翻訳される。この翻訳された応答は、その後、適宜のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃに、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２によりポストされる。他の実施例においては、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、応答を、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２には送らずに、直接ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ，１０６ｂ，１０６ｃにポストしてもよい。
応答は、複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に同時に送られ、複数のユーザに到達する。更に、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、メッセージを、受領者のＩＤに基づいて、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に送る。例えば受領者はＩＤで特定される。このＩＤから、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、受領者が使用しているソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６を決定する。その後、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、応答を直接、受領者のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に送る。
図２Ｃに、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４の実施例を示す。ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ソフトウエアコンポーネントあるいはモジュールとして記述されるが、論理回路あるいは他の特定のハードウエアで実現することもできる。これらは、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２の一部として実行される。ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、サブモジュール、例えばインターセプト・モジュール２１８，トランスレート・モジュール２２０，フォーマット・モジュール２２２，プレゼント・モジュール２２４とを有する。ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ユーザ・インターフェース２２６と通信する。ユーザ・インターフェース２２６は、ユーザがソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６から情報を受領するか、あるいは情報をユーザ・コンピュータ１０２に入れるようなインターフェースである。ユーザ・インターフェース２２６は、図５，６で説明する。
インターセプト・モジュール２１８は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に提供されるコンテンツをインターセプト（横取り）できる。一実施例においては、インターセプト・モジュール２１８は、この入力がソシアルメディアサイトへのポスティングに関連している場合は、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２のプロセッサのメモリスタックへの入力をインターセプトする。例えば入力が、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に関連するウエブ・アドレスに送られる場合には、インターセプト・モジュール２１８は、この入力を読み取ったり、メモリスタックから入力を取り出したりして、入力を操作して、その後コンテンツをポストする。入力は、ユーザ・インターフェース２２６からプロセッサへのユーザインターフェース入力である。この入力は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６にポストされるこのコンテンツを含む。インターセプト・モジュール２１８は、メモリスタックから入力を取り出し、それを修正変更する。
他の実施例においては、インターセプト・モジュール２１８は、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２から、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６にポストされるコンテンツを受領する。かくしてソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２とソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６との間に配置される。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６との間でやり取りされたコンテンツは、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２により、更にインターセプト・モジュール２１８に与えられる。コンテンツをインターセプトした後、インターセプト・モジュール２１８は、このコンテンツをトランスレート・モジュール２２０に送る。
トランスレート・モジュール２２０は、ユーザによりポストされたコンテンツを別のフォームに変換する。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６は、ある言語あるいはプロトコルでのソシアルメディア・コンテンツを受領する。この言語は、トランスレート・モジュール２２０により変換され、他のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６が受領できるようにする。例えば、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａは、ＨＴＭＬコンテンツを受領し、第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂは、ＸＭＬコンテンツを受領する。トランスレート・モジュール２２０は、ＨＴＭＬコードをＸＭＬに翻訳する。幾つかの言語、プロトコル、コンテンツに関連する情報があるが、これらはトランスレート・モジュール２２０により翻訳される。例えばトランスレート・モジュール２２０は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６により受け入れられたコンテンツに関連するメタデータあるいはパラメータを変更する。
翻訳されたコンテンツは、その後フォーマット・モジュール２２２によりフォーマット化される。フォーマット・モジュール２２２は、コンテンツのスタイル又はフォームをソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に受け入れ可能なものに変換する。例えば、ポスティングがフェースブックのポスティングの場合には、このフォームは、ユーザのフェースブックページ内でのシンプルなコメントである。しかし、コンテンツをYou Tubeに載せる場合には、ポスティングのフォーマットは、You Tubeに変更する、或いはYou tube での画像に応答する必要、又はYou Tubeの画像上のコメントへ変換する必要がある。かくして、フォームを変換して、コンテンツあるいは他のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークをポストする。フォーマット・モジュール２２２は、この情報を、フォーマット化して、プレゼント・モジュール２２４に送り、プレゼント・モジュール２２４が、ソシアルメディア・ネットワークに提示する。
プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、ソシアルメディアコンテンツを、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に提示する。例えばユーザがコンテンツをソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａにポストすると、プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、このコンテンツを、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂ，１０６ｃに提示する。情報をソシアル・メディア・ネットワークに提示するために、プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、ユーザ・データベース２２８内のユーザデータにアクセスして、プレゼント・モジュール２２４が、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６上のユーザのＩＤをログインあるいは確認できるようにする。かくして、ユーザのＩＤを取ることにより、プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、幾つかのソシアル・メディア・ネットワークにコンテンツをポストする。
他の実施例においては、コンテンツはあるユーザに向けられる。このコンテンツをポスティングするユーザは、プレゼント・モジュール２２４がコンテンツを提示するのに必要なソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク上でアカウントを持っていない。プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、コンテンツをページ内の他のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に提示するか、あるいはコンテンツを受領すべき人に直接送る。例えばユーザは、コメントをフェースブックのページ内の他のユーザにポストする。プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、コンテンツをMy Space pageにポストしたいと望む場合がある。しかしコンテンツをポストしたユーザは、My Space にアカウントを持っていない。プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、コンテンツを他のユーザのページ内の他のユーザに、コンテンツをユーザにログインすることなく直接ポスティングすることにより、提示する。一実施例においては、プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、コンテンツをユーザ・インターフェース２２６に提示する。フォーマット・モジュール２２２から受領したコンテンツが容易に提示できるフォーマットではない場合には、プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、この情報をユーザ・インターフェース２２６に、ポップアップウィンドウあるいは他のディスプレイとして、直接提示する。プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、コンテンツをソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２に与え、このソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、このコンテンツを別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に提示する。
コンテンツを、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａから別のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂ又は１０６ｃにポスティングすることにより、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ＶＰＮを創設する。そこでは、各ユーザは、自分の好みのソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６を用いて、互いに対話をすることができる。一実施例においては、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ユーザをＶＰＮにオーガナイズするが、これは、各ユーザのデータを得て、それをユーザ・データベース２２８に記憶することにより行われる。ユーザが、コメントをＶＰＮグループ内でこれらユーザのいずれかにポストすると、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、このコンテンツをＶＰＮグループ内の全てのユーザにポストする。一実施例において、ユーザは、ＶＰＮグループへ情報をポストする時、あるいはＶＰＮグループ内の全てのメンバーのサブセットに情報をポストする時、を選択できる。ＶＰＮグループの識別子が形成され、ＶＰＮグループの全てのメンバーに関連付けられる。かくしてユーザは、コンテンツをＶＰＮグループに、識別子を用いて、提示し、ＶＰＮグループの全てのメンバーにコンテンツを自動的にポストすることもできる。
図３に、様々なソシアルメディアサイトを用いるユーザの間でＶＰＮを形成する方法３００を示す。一般的に、本発明の方法３００は、ステップ３０２で開始し、ステップ３１２で終了する。
図３に本発明の方法３００の一般的なステップの順番を示すが、方法３００は図３に示したのとは異なるステップ或いは順番或いはそれよりも多い数、少ない数のステップを含んでもよい。本発明の方法３００は、コンピュータシステムで実行されるインストラクションの組として実行され、コンピュータで読み取り可能な媒体中に記憶される。本発明の方法５００を、システムとコンポーネント、モジュール、データ構造、ユーザーインターフェイス等を参照して以下説明する。
ステップ３０４において、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６との間で通信をやり取りする。ユーザは、通信をユーザ・コンピュータ１０２内のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６にポストする。この情報をユーザ・インターフェース２２６に提供することにより、ユーザは、コンテンツをソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６にポストする。ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークへのこの通信をインターセプトして、この情報をＶＰＮエンジン２０４に与える。他の実施例においては、ユーザ・コンピュータ１０２ｂからソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６への通信は、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２により読み取られて、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４に与えられる。
ステップ３０６において、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６との間の通信を翻訳する。インターセプト・モジュール２１８は、通信をソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２から受領して、この通信をトランスレート・モジュール２２０に与える。トランスレート・モジュール２２０は、コンテンツのフォームを変換する。これにより、他のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６により使用される他のフォームにポストされる。例えばポスティングがソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａのフェースブック向けであった場合には、トランスレート・モジュール２２０は、そのコンテンツを、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂであるMySpaceが使用する言語又はプロトコルに翻訳する。コンテンツを翻訳した後、トランスレート・モジュール２２０は、このコンテンツをフォーマット・モジュール２２２に送る。フォーマット・モジュール２２２は、このコンテンツのフォーマットを変更して、第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂが使用するフォーマットに貼り付ける。
ステップ３０８において、この翻訳されフォーマット化されたコンテンツをプレゼント・モジュール２２４が受領する。このプレゼント・モジュール２２４は、この通信を複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６が使用するフォーマットでポストする。プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、コンテンツを、第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａと第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂに提示する。一実施例において、プレゼント・モジュール２２４は、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２に、ポスティングされた複数のコンテンツを送り、この情報を、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２を介して、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に提示する。かくして、第１ポスティングは、ユーザにより使用されるソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ａ用に行われる（ステップ３０８）。その後ステップ３１０において、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２は、この通信を他のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６ｂ又は１０６ｃにポストする。
図４に、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークを形成する方法４００を示す。一般的に、本発明の方法４００は、ステップ４０２で開始し、ステップ４１６で終了する。
図４に本発明の方法４００の一般的なステップの順番を示すが、方法４００は図４に示したのとは異なるステップ或いは順番或いはそれよりも多い数、少ない数のステップを含んでもよい。本発明の方法４００は、コンピュータシステムで実行されるインストラクションの組として実行され、コンピュータで読み取り可能な媒体中に記憶される。本発明の方法５００を、システムとコンポーネント、モジュール、データ構造、ユーザーインターフェイス等を参照して以下説明する。
多くのソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６は、情報を公にし、その結果ポスティングは複数のユーザに分かる。しかしある種のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６は、通信を複数のユーザが個人的に行えるように、プライベートなメッセージ機能を提供する。かくして、どのようなソシアルメディアのポスティングも、１人のユーザにのみ行く。
ステップ４０５，４０４において、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、会話がプライベートであるか否かを決定する。会話は、複数のユーザから複数のメッセージのポスティングである。複数のユーザのみが会話に関連しポスティングが公にされない場合には、プライベートである。プライベートな会話は、複数のユーザの間で行われ、複数のポスティングを含んでもよい。ユーザは、１つの会話を又はＶＰＮグループを、プライベートとしてマークする。いずれの場合にも、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、識別子（ＩＤ）を会話のスレッドあるいはＶＰＮグループに記憶する。この識別子は、会話又はＶＰＮグループをプライベートとして指定する。プライバシーの識別子は、その後、取り出されて、会話が私的であるか否かを決定する。会話が私的と見なされた場合には、ステップ４０４は、ＹＥＳでステップ４０６に進む。会話が私的と見なされなかった場合には、ステップ４０４は、ＮＯでステップ４１６に進む。
ステップ４０６において、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６が私的な会話であるか、あるいは私的なメッセージの機能を有するか否かを決定する。ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６の能力を、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２を介して、調査する、あるいは他の実施例においては、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ソシアル・メディア・パラメータ・データベース２３０にアクセスして、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６の機能を決定する。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６が私的なメッセージ機能を含む場合には、ステップ４０６はＹＥＳでステップ４０８に進む。ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６がプライベ−トメッセージ機能を含まない場合には、ステップ４０６はＮＯでステップ４１２に進む。
ステップ４０８において、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、プライベ−トメッセージ機能にアクセスする。一実施例において、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ユーザ・データベース２２８にアクセスして、自動的にログオンしてユーザに対するパラメータを設定する。かくしてポストされべきコンテンツは、他のユーザ向けの私的メッセージに変更されて、コンテンツは他のユーザに送られる。パラメータの設定が確立されると、プライベ−トメッセージを形成するために、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、プライベ−トメッセージをポストする（ステップ４１０）。公的なメッセージの場合と同様に、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、プライベートメッセージを、ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイ２０２にポストする。
プライベートメッセージ機能がない場合は、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、通信サーバ２０８又は他の機能にアクセスして私的通信を送る。通信サーバ２０８は、複数のユーザ間で、ｅメール、インスタントメッセージ、他の直接的通信を送ることができる。かくして、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、ｅメールを他の人に通信サーバ２０８を介して直接送る（ステップ４１２）。一実施例において、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、コンテンツが向けられたユーザのユーザ・データベース２２８にアクセスする。ユーザデータは、ｅメール、インスタントメッセージのアドレス、通信が必要とする他のアドレスを含む。メッセージを私的に送信すると決定した後、ＶＰＮエンジン２０４は、警報メッセージをソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６に送る（ステップ４１４）。この警報メッセージは、他のユーザに対し、プライベートなコンテンツが他のユーザのｅメールあるいは他のアカウントに送信されると注意を促し、プライベートメッセージが送信される通信の媒体に関し通知（警報）を与える。その後、このメッセージは、通信サーバ２０８を介して他のユーザに送られる。かくしてユーザは、ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト１０６から、新たなｅメールあるいはインスタントメールが提供され、メッセージのプライベート手段を介して、アクセスできると決定する。
図５は、コンピュータ環境であるシステム５００を示す。これは、上記したシステムを有する。システム５００は、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０，５１５を有する。ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０，５１５は、汎用パソコン（一例としてマイクロソフト社のウインドウズやアップル社のマッキントッシュで動作するラップトップコンピュータ）、ユニックス・オペレーティング・システムで動作するワークステーション・コンピュータである。ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０，５１５は、様々なアプリケーション、データベースクライアント／サーバ・アプリケーション、ウエブ・ブラウザ・アプリケーションを有する。別の構成として、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５、５１０，５１５は、シン・クライアント・コンピュータ、インターネットで可能となる携帯電話、或いはネットワーク（例、ネットワーク５２０）で通信しウエブページと電子データを表示しナビゲートするパーソナル・デジタル・アシスタントである。本発明のシステム５００は、３個のコンピュータを示したが、あらゆる数のコンピュータも本発明は、使用可能である。
システム５００は、ネットワーク５２０を含む。ネットワーク５２０は、あらゆるタイプのネットワークであり、例えばＴＣＰ／ＩＰ、ＳＮＡ、ＩＰＸ、AppleTalk等である。ネットワーク５２０は、ＬＡＮ、イーサーネットワーク、トークンリング・ネットワーク、ＷＡＮ、仮想ネットワーク例えばＶＰＮ、インターネット、イントラネット、エクストラネット、ＰＳＴＮ、赤外線ネットワーク、無線ネットワーク或いはそれ等の組み合わせを含む。その例としては、ネットワークは、標準ＩＥＥＥ ５０２．１１に適したプロトコルの下で動作するか、ブルートゥースのプロトコル、或いは他の無線プロトコルの下で動作する。ネットワーク５２０は、様々なシステムと構成要素の間の通信が可能となるネットワークである。
システム５００は、サーバ５２５，５３０を含む。サーバ５２５，５３０の内の１つのサーバは、ウエブサーバ５２５であり、これを用いて、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０、５１５から、ウエブページ或いは電子ドキュメントのリクエストを処理する。ウエブサーバ５２５は、上記したＯＳで動く。ウエブサーバ５２５は、ＨＴＴＰサーバ、ＦＴＰサーバ、ＣＧＩサーバ、データベースサーバ、ＪＡＶＡサーバ等を含む様々なサーバ・アプリケーションを動かす。一実施例において、ウエブサーバ５２５は、ウエブ・サービスとしてオペレーションを発行する。
サーバ５２５，５３０の内の他のサーバは、ファイル又はアプリケーション用サーバ５３０である。このサーバ５３０は、上記のＯＳに加えて、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０，５１５上で走るクライアントによりアクセス可能なアプリケーションを含む。サーバ５３０は、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０，５１５に応答して、プログラム又はスクリプトを実行する汎用コンピュータである。一例として、サーバは、ウエブ・アプリケーションを実行する。ウエブ・アプリケーションは、プログラム言語例えばＪａｖａ（登録商標）、Ｃ、Ｃ＃（登録商標）、又はＣ＋＋、スクリプト言語のようなプログラム言語で書かれたプログラム或いはスクリプトで実行できる。スクリプト言語は、例えばＰｅｒｌ、Ｐｙｔｈｏｎ或いはＴＣＬ等である。サーバ５３０は、データベース・サーバ例えばオラクル、マイクロソフト、サイベースＴＭ、ＩＢＭＴＭから市販されているデータベース・サーバを含む。そしてこれ等は、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５上で動くデータベース・クライアントからのリクエストを処理出来る。
ファイル又はアプリケーション用サーバ５３０により創設されたウエブページは、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５にウエブ・サーバ５２５を介して転送される。同様にウエブ・サーバ５２５は、ウエブページ・リクエスト、ウエブサービスインボケーション、入力データ等を、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５から受領し、このウエブページ・リクエスト又は入力データを、ファイル又はアプリケーション用サーバ５３０に送る。一実施例において、ファイル又はアプリケーション用サーバ５３０は、ファイルサーバとして機能する。図５は、ウエブ・サーバ５２５又はファイル又はアプリケーション用サーバ５３０を別個の形態で示すが、サーバ５２５，５３０で記載した機能は、１個のサーバ或いは複数の特殊サーバで実行することも出来る。
システム５００は、データベース５３５を有する。データベース５３５は、様々な場所に配置可能である。一例として、データベース５３５は、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０，５１５、サーバ５２５，５３０これ等に配置された記憶媒体上にあるか、或いはそれ等から離れた場所にあるが、ネットワーク５２０を介して互いに通信可能である。一実施例において、データベース５３５は、ＳＡＮ（storage-area network）にある。同様に、ユーザ・コンピュータ５０５，５１０，５１５、サーバ５２５，５３０に帰属する機能を実行する必要なファイルは、それぞれのコンピュータ上にあるか或いはそれから離れた場所にある。一実施例において、データベース５３５は、リレーショナル・データベースであり、例えばオラクル１０ｉ（登録商標）であり、ＳＱＬフォーマットのコマンドに応答して、データを記憶し更新し取り出すことが出来る。データベース５３５は、上記のデータベースと同一或いは類似する。
図６は、コンピュータ・システム６００の一例である。このコンピュータ・システム６００上で、上記のサーバ、システムが実行される。コンピュータ・システム６００は、バス６５５を介して接続されたハードウエア要素を含む。このハードウエア要素は、ＣＰＵ６０５と、入力装置６１０（例、マウスとキーボード等）と、出力装置６１５（ディスプレイ或いはプリンター等）とを有する。コンピュータ・システム６００は、記憶装置６２０を有する。
コンピュータ・システム６００は、更に記憶媒体リーダー６２５，通信システム６３０（モデム、ネットワークカード（有線又は無線）、無線通信デバイス），作業メモリ６４０を含む。作業メモリ６４０は、ＲＡＭ、ＲＯＭ等を含む。一実施例において、コンピュータ・システム６００は、処理加速器６３５を含む。処理加速器６３５は、ＤＳＰ、特殊目的プロセッサを含む。
記憶媒体リーダー６２５は、他のコンピュータで読み取り可能な記憶媒体に接続可能で、これ等は遠隔地或いは局部的固定型或いは取り外し可能な記憶媒体プラスの記憶媒体でコンピュータで読み取り可能な情報を一時的或いは永続的に記憶する。通信システム６３０は、データが記憶装置６２０或いはシステム６００に関連した他のコンピュータと交換可能となるように、している。
コンピュータ・システム６００は、作業メモリ６４０内にあるソフトウエア要素を含む。このソフトウエア要素は、オペレーティング・システム６４５又は他のコード（プログラム）６５０を含む。これ等の一例は、ソフトウエア或いはその構成要素を実行するプログラムコードである。
用語「コンピュータで読み取り可能な媒体」とは、コンピュータが実行するプロセスを記憶する媒体或いは伝送媒体を意味する。媒体とは、非揮発性媒体、揮発性媒体、伝送媒体を意味する。非揮発性の媒体とは、ＮＶＲＡＭ、磁気ディスク又は光学ディスクである。揮発性媒体とは、ＤＲＡＭ、メインメモリを意味する。このコンピュータで読み取り可能な媒体の一般的なものとしては、フロッピーディスク、フレキシブルディスク、ハードディスク、磁気ディスク、他の磁気媒体、磁気光学媒体、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ、パンチカード、ペーパーテープ等、更にＲＡＭ、ＰＲＯＭ、ＥＰＲＯＭ、ＦＬＡＳＨ−ＥＰＲＯＭ、メモリカード、メモリチップ、或いはカートリッジ等がある。ｅ−ｍａｉｌ或いは他の自己保存型の情報アーカイブに付属したデジタルファイルは、記憶媒体に等価な分配型の記憶媒体であり、本発明でいう記憶媒体と見なすことができる。コンピュータで読み取り可能な媒体がデータベースとして構築された場合には、このデータベースは、あらゆる種類のデータベース、例えば関連型、階層型、オブジェクト志向型のいずれをも含む。
冗長な説明を回避するために公知の構造については省略した、或いはブラックボックスの形態で示している。この省略は本発明の範囲を制限するものではない。ここに開示した実施例は、発明を理解するためのものであり、本発明は個々に述べた特定の実施例以外の様々な方法で実現できる。
ここで議論したフローチャートは、特定のイベントのシーケンスを例に説明するが、本発明の操作に影響を及ぼすことなく、これ等のシーケンス（プロセス）の変更、追加、一部省略も可能である。本発明のシステムと方法は、特殊コンピュータ、プログラムされたマイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコントローラ、ＡＳＩＣ、他の集積回路ＤＳＰ、ハードワイヤド電子素子、論理素子、例えばディスクリートな要素回路、プログラム可能な論理回路、ゲートアレイ、例えばＰＬＤ、ＰＬＡ、ＦＰＧＡ、ＰＡＬ、特殊目的コンピュータ或いは他の手段で実現できる。
他の実施例に於いては、開示された方法は、コンピュータで読み取り可能な記憶媒体に記憶されたソフトウエアで実行され、コントローラとメモリとを有するプログラムされた汎用コンピュータ、特殊目的コンピュータ、マイクロプロセッサ等で実施される。これ等の実施例に於いては、本発明のシステムと方法は、パソコンに組み込まれたプログラムで実行できる。例えばアプレット、ＪＡＶＡ、ＣＧＩスクプリト、サーバ或いはコンピュータ、ワークステーションに記録された資源或いは専用の測定システムに組み込まれたルーチン等で実施できる。
本発明のシステムは、本発明のシステムと方法をソフトウエア又はハードウエアのシステムに物理的に組み込むことにより実施することもできる。 本発明は、特定の標準及びプロトコルを例に説明したが、本発明はこのような標準とプロトコルに制限されるものではない。他の類似の標準とプロトコルも本発明で用いることができる。これ等の標準とプロトコルは、今後開発されるより効率的な標準とプロトコルで置換されるかも知れないが、このような置換も本発明の一態様（一実施例）と考えられる。
「自動的」とは、装置が動作中には人の手を借りずに動作を継続するものを指す。人による入力を使用しても自動的とみなされる。
「モジュール」とは、ハードウエア、ソフトウエア、ファームウエア、ファジーロジック、人工知能、或いはそれらの組合せを指す。
「通信状態にある」とは、情報（例、データ）を交換する為に、電気信号、ハードウエア、ソフトウエア、プロトコル、フォーマットを用いて、相互に通信できる状態を意味する。

Claims (9)

  1. ソシアルメディア仮想プライベート・ネットワーク（ＶＰＮ）を確立する方法において、
    （Ａ）プロセッサで、プライベートなソシアルメディアＶＰＮグループを確立するステップと、
    ここで、前記ＶＰＮグループは、コンテンツを通信するために、複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトを使用する複数のユーザを含み、
    （Ｂ）前記プロセッサが、前記ＶＰＮグループ内のユーザから、ユーザが指定するソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト用のコンテンツを受領するステップと、
    （Ｄ）前記ユーザに関する情報を取り出すステップと、
    （Ｅ）前記ユーザに関する情報を用いて、前記ユーザが指定するソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトを含む複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトの内の少なくとも１つのサイト用に、プライベートメッセージ機能にアクセスするステップ（４０８）と、
    （Ｆ）前記コンテンツを、プライベートメッセージ機能を有するプライベートメッセージとして、前記少なくとも１つの第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトに、ポスティングするステップ（４１０）と、
    （Ｇ）第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトと異なる第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト用に、第１ユーザに関する情報を取り出すステップと、
    （Ｈ）前記第１ユーザに関する情報を用いて、前記第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト用のプライベートメッセージ機能にアクセスするステップ（４０８）と、
    （Ｉ）前記プライベートメッセージ機能を有するプライベートメッセージを、前記第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトにポスティングするステップ（４１０）と、
    （Ｃ）前記ステップ（Ａ）から（Ｉ）を実行し、前記プロセッサが、前記コンテンツを、前記ＶＰＮグループに関連する前記第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトと第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトに、自動的にポスティングする
    ことを特徴とするソシアルメディア仮想プライベート・ネットワーク（ＶＰＮ）を確立する方法。
  2. 前記複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトは、Facebook, MySpace, Plaxo, LinkedIn, Spoke, YouTube, ブログ、ビデオブログからなるグループの内のいずれか２つ以上含む
    ことを特徴とする請求項１記載の方法。

    （Ｂ１）コンテンツを、複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトから受領又はポストし、
    （Ｂ２）プライベートメッセージ機能を有するプライベートメッセージを、前記複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトの内の少なくとも１つの第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイト用に、ポストし、
    （Ｂ３）前記プライベートメッセージを、第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトと異なる第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトに、ポストし、
    前記ＶＰＮエンジンは、
    （Ｃ１）前記コンテンツを前記複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトにポストする複数のユーザを含むプライベートなＶＰＮグループを形成し、
    （Ｃ２）第１ユーザから、第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトに向けられた通信をインターセプトし、
    （Ｃ３）通信をソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイに与えて、前記通信を前記第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトにポストし、
    （Ｃ４）前記通信を前記ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイに与えて、前記通信を第２ユーザ用に、第２ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトにポストする。
    そこにおいて、前記ＶＰＮエンジンは、
    （Ｃ５）前記第１ユーザに関するユーザ情報を取り出すステップと、

    ことを特徴とするシステム。
  6. 前記ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイは、
    （Ｘ）コンテンツを複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトにポストする或いは前記コンテンツを前記複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトから受領する複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワークのアプリケーションプログラムインターフェースと、
    （Ｙ）前記ソシアル・メディア・ネットワークのＡＰＩと通信するコンテンツ・フィルターと、
    ここで、前記コンテンツ・フィルターは、前記ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトからのコンテンツをフィルター処理し
    を有する
    ことを特徴とする請求項５記載のシステム。
  7. 前記ＶＰＮエンジンは、
    （Ｄ１）第１ソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトにポストされる通信をインターセプトするインターセプト・モジュールと、
    （Ｄ２）前記通信を、第１プロトコルから第２プロトコルに翻訳するトランスレート・モジュールと、
    （Ｄ３）前記通信を、第１フォーマットから第２フォーマットにフォーマット化するフォーマット・モジュールと、
    （Ｄ４）前記通信を、ポスティングする為に、第２ソシアル・メディア・ゲートウエイに提示するプレゼント・モジュールと、
    を有する
    ことを特徴とする請求項５記載のシステム。
  8. 前記ＶＰＮエンジンは、ユーザデータベースと通信し、
    前記ユーザデータベースは、前記ＶＰＮグループ内の複数のユーザに関する情報を記憶している
    ことを特徴とする請求項５記載のシステム。
  9. 前記ＶＰＮエンジンは、ソシアル・メディア・パラメータ・データベースと通信し、
    前記ソシアル・メディア・パラメータ・データベースは、前記ＶＰＮグループ内の複数のソシアル・メディア・ネットワーク・サイトに関する情報を記憶している
    ことを特徴とする請求項５記載のシステム。
