Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包括发泡树脂材料作为主体的坐垫,所述坐垫例如用于汽车等的座椅。
背景技术
用于汽车等的车辆坐垫通常设置在由软质发泡树脂形成的坐垫主体的周围或其上的部分配置不同硬度的其它组件,以提高乘坐舒适度和降低长时间乘坐的疲劳感,同时确保支撑稳定性和安全性。
然而,因为软质发泡树脂和其它组件之间的接合性通常弱,所以在目前坐垫中存在其中由于其它组件的形状而使其它组件与软质发泡树脂的主体容易剥离的问题。
因此,例如,如在对比文件1中公开的,将其它组件埋设至软质发泡树脂的背面,以致它们的表面是均匀的,从而使得该组件不容易剥离。此外,如对比文件2公开的,提议将发泡聚乙烯的其它组件的表面通过粗糙化方法等处理以提高接合性能,从而改进其它组件和坐垫主体之间的接合性。
这些现有技术需要许多操作步骤,例如用于埋设和表面处理的前处理,因此,不可否认地降低工作效率。

发明要解决的问题
本发明涉及一种坐垫,特别地,提议提高在软质发泡树脂材料和珠粒发泡体(beads-foamed-body)之间的接合强度而没有降低所述珠粒发泡体本身强度的坐垫。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明所述坐垫的特征在于,所述坐垫包括由软质发泡树脂材料组成的坐垫主体和在所述坐垫主体的至少一部分上接合配置的珠粒发泡体,其中所述珠粒发泡体的熔接率在50%至90%的范围内。
在本发明中,将“熔接率(fusing rate)”定义为:基于每1cm2成型的珠粒发泡体的截面表面,发泡颗粒的数值化比率(quantified rate),并且其表示作为珠粒发泡体原料的熔融珠粒的共接合(co-adhesion)的比率。
优选地,在此类坐垫中,所述发泡树脂材料为聚氨酯发泡体,和所述珠粒发泡体为聚苯乙烯发泡体。
发明的效果
本发明的坐垫具有珠粒发泡体,其中熔接率特别地在50至90%的范围内,从而维持珠粒发泡体本身的强度,同时珠粒发泡体的粗糙化表面能使所述软质发泡树脂材料侵入粗糙化表面中。因此,在坐垫主体和其它组件之间的接合强度能够得到提高而没有用于提高接合性等的前处理。
即,当熔接率低于50%时,珠粒发泡体的其它组件的强度降低,珠粒发泡体的内部接合性弱,从而使珠粒发泡体剥离,并导致难以成型加工。因此会导致缺陷产品。相反地,当熔接率高于90%时,珠粒发泡体的整个表面如此平滑以致软质发泡树脂材料的侵入量降低。因此,在珠粒发泡体和软质发泡树脂材料之间的接合会降低。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图详细地描述本发明。
图1示出本发明一个实施方案的座部坐垫的垂直截面图。
在该图中,(1)表示座部坐垫,以及所述坐垫(1)包括软质发泡树脂材料的坐垫主体(2)和接合在坐垫主体(2)的至少一部分上的一对珠粒发泡体的其它组件(3)。在该图中,将其它组件(3)接合在坐垫主体(2)的底部和侧部。各组件具有其中厚度从所述坐垫主体(2)的侧部边缘朝向宽度方向(cross direction)的中心逐渐降低的楔状截面图。
此处,坐垫主体(2)具有基本上仅由具有单一硬度的软质发泡树脂材料构成的所谓单一发泡结构(mono-foam structure)。将具有所需性质的材料,例如具有不同硬度的其它组件(3)配置在坐垫主体(2)的侧部,能够向侧部增加硬度,以对座部坐垫(1)赋予作为相反性质的乘坐舒适度、保持性能以及起坐容易性(ability of sitting and standing)等的提高,这仅使用单一发泡结构难以同时实现。
当坐垫(1)由于乘坐的乘客的重量沿受压方向变形时,该变形主要发生在坐垫主体(2)上,因此,使对乘客的大腿和臀部的压力均匀化,即,充分地降低了压力波动。相反地,通过一对其它组件(3),能够提供给乘客有帮助的侧部支撑。
此外,坐垫主体(2)的软质发泡树脂材料可以为具有弹性的发泡树脂材料,考虑到成型性和乘坐舒适度,优选聚氨酯发泡体。
珠粒发泡体(3)的其它组件包括合成树脂例如烯烃树脂的发泡体,和考虑到轻质、绝热性和外部应力的缓冲性以及耐久性,优选聚苯乙烯发泡体。
此外,在该坐垫(1)中,所述珠粒发泡体的熔接率可以为50至90%,优选50至85%,这充分地提高坐垫主体(2)和其它组件(3)之间的接合强度,同时提供所要求强度的其它组件(3)。
另外,该熔接率能够利用成型温度或加热时间等控制。
此类坐垫(1)的生产步骤如下:例如将其它组件配置在模具中以确定位置;将软质发泡树脂材料的未加工液供给至模具中;随着夹紧该模具,加热和发泡该未加工液;在发泡后使软质发泡树脂材料固化,打开模具;和脱模。配置在模具中以确定位置的其它组件(3)接合至坐垫主体(2)上,从而形成与坐垫主体(2)的单一组合体,并与坐垫主体(2)平缓地从模具中脱模。
实施例
接着,如图2所示的结构,接合聚氨酯发泡体的软质发泡树脂材料(12)和具有如表1所示的熔接率的聚苯乙烯发泡体的珠粒发泡体(13);使用剥离试验机(试验机的名称为“Intesco”)制备具有200×25×6(厚度)mm尺寸的各5个接合组件的实验片;将所述实验片接合在剥离试验机的经酒精清洗的不锈钢板(利用JIS#280抛光)上;在接合后20分钟,将该实验片在室温下施加90度剥离试验,并测量剥离强度。试验结果示于表1以及图3和4中。
此处,剥离速率为300mm/min,并记录各5个实验片的实际值和平均值。
此外,在表中的值为各5片试验片的平均值。

Claims (2)

1.一种坐垫,其包括由软质发泡树脂材料组成的坐垫主体和接合配置在所述坐垫主体的至少一部分上的珠粒发泡体,其中所述珠粒发泡体的熔接率在50%至90%的范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的坐垫,其中所述软质发泡树脂材料为聚氨酯发泡体,所述珠粒发泡体为聚苯乙烯发泡体。
