技术领域
本发明涉及在具有电磁屏蔽功能的框体内安装电子部件的电子部件安装装置及其制造方法。
背景技术
以往,公知有在框体内安装各种电子部件的电子部件安装装置。公知有如下技术:在该装置中,为了抑制电磁噪声从外部侵入装置内部并抑制电磁噪声从内部向外部泄漏,使框体等具有电磁屏蔽功能。
近年来,伴随搭载了电子部件电路的电子设备的小型化和高速动作化,由于电磁噪声而导致的问题增加。例如,在车载用的微型计算机等中,软件的代码数超过20万行,动作频率达到100MHz,由于从各电子部件产生的电磁噪声而导致的电子电路的误动作的问题显著。并且,由于小型化、微细布线化和小功率化等,半导体芯片的电磁耐性本身降低。因此,为了保护电子部件不受外部电磁噪声的影响、并抑制来自电子部件的电磁噪声向外部泄漏,更加需要进行电磁屏蔽。
以往,作为电磁屏蔽技术,公知有在电子部件电路基板上被覆金属制或实施了金属镀敷的树脂制罩的方法(参照专利文献1、2)、通过金属被膜覆盖由模塑树脂密封的电子部件电路基板的方法(参照专利文献3)等。
但是,如前者那样在电子部件电路基板上被覆具有导电性的罩的方法的情况下,需要使罩和电路基板电连接,存在生产工序复杂而成本高的问题。并且,存在电磁噪声从电路基板上的布线电路的间隙泄漏的问题、由于电路基板的形状而限制罩的大小并限制罩的设计自由度的问题。
并且,如后者那样通过金属被膜覆盖电子部件电路基板的方法的情况下,需要树脂模塑工序和镀敷或蒸镀等的金属被膜覆盖工序,所以,存在材料费和制造成本升高的问题。
并且,在大致密闭的框体的内部安装电子部件的结构中,也公知有使该框体具有 电磁屏蔽功能的技术(参照专利文献4、5)。参照图5说明这种现有例的电子部件安装装置。图5是现有例的电子部件安装装置的示意剖视图。
该现有例的电子部件安装装置通过箱体100和平板状的盖部件103构成框体,在该框体的内部安装有电子部件102。箱体100构成为,通过折曲加工或拉深加工等钣金加工将导电性的金属板构成为具有开口部的箱形状。在该箱体100的底表面形成有布线电路101,在该布线电路101上安装有电子部件102。并且,盖部件103构成为,在树脂制的平板状的基板上形成有导电电路104。
以与布线电路101和导电电路104电连接的方式固定如上所述构成的箱体100和盖部件103,由此,能够对电子部件102的周围进行电磁屏蔽。
但是,在这种现有例的电子部件安装装置中,存在以下问题。即,在盖部件103的导电电路104中,电路之间的间隙没有导电性,电磁噪声可能从该部分泄漏。作为其对策,当使用多层布线板时,制造成本升高。并且,需要使箱体100上的布线电路101和盖部件103上的导电电路104电导通连接,需要进行电路彼此的定位工序、导电性粘接剂的局部供给工序以及加热固化工序等,所以生产率低下。并且,为了将电子部件102完全收纳在箱体100的内部,需要使箱体100的深度110为电子部件102的高度以上。因此,为了通过钣金加工得到箱体100,为了确保必要的金属板的折曲量、拉深加工量,有时所使用的材料或加工形状受到限制。进而,平板状的盖部件103由于周围环境温度的变化等而膨胀或收缩时产生的变形应力集中于盖部件103与箱体100的接合部120。因此,存在接合部分容易剥离的问题。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于,提供实现电磁屏蔽效果的提高且生产率高的电子部件安装装置及其制造方法。
用于解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明采用以下手段。
即,本发明的电子部件安装装置具有:框体,其由导电性的金属材料构成;以及至少一个电子部件,其安装在该框体的内部,其特征在于,所述框体由第1箱体和第2箱体构成,该第1箱体和第2箱体以彼此的开口部相对的方式固定,并且,在第1箱体的外侧设有隔着绝缘层而层叠的导电层,并且,在第1箱体上设有用于将与所述电子部件连接的导线引出到所述导电层的贯通孔,该贯通孔设置在由所述导电层覆盖的位置。
根据如上所述构成的电子部件安装装置,在由导电性的金属材料构成的框体的内部安装电子部件,所以,电子部件的周围被电磁屏蔽。而且,在构成框体的第1箱体上设有用于将与电子部件连接的导线引出到导电层的贯通孔,但是,贯通孔由导电层覆盖,所以,不会损害电磁屏蔽功能。并且,框体由金属材料构成,所以,电磁屏蔽效果高,并且,强度也强。
并且,框体由第1箱体和第2箱体构成,所以,能够使各箱体的箱深度比所安装的电子部件的高度浅。因此,与使一方为箱体另一方为平板状的盖来构成框体的情况相比,能够使箱体的箱深度变浅。由此,设计自由度扩大。而且,通过扩大设计自由度,还能够提高箱体的加工性,能够实现生产率的提高。
并且,通过固定2个箱体而得到框体,所以,不需要对电路彼此进行定位,不需要对导电性粘接剂进行局部供给,能够实现生产率的提高。
进而,在由于周围环境温度的变化等而使各箱体膨胀或收缩的情况下,应力集中于各箱体中的弯曲部位,所以,能够缓和对第1箱体与第2箱体的接合部的应力集中。由此,能够抑制第1箱体与第2箱体的接合部分的剥离。
这里,安装在第1箱体内的电子部件中的至少一个电子部件可以以从第1箱体中的开口部向第2箱体的内部侧突出的状态配置。
如果采用这种结构,则能够使第1箱体的箱深度变浅。并且,通过使第1箱体的箱深度变浅,能够更加容易地进行电子部件在第1箱体中的安装。
安装在第1箱体内的电子部件可以通过填充在第1箱体内的灌封部固定。
由此,能够更加可靠地将电子部件固定于第1箱体。
所述电子部件之一是MEMS麦克风芯片,在该MEMS麦克风芯片通过所述灌封部固定在第1箱体内的状态下,设于所述MEMS麦克风芯片的上部的音孔设置在从第1箱体的开口部向第2箱体的内部侧突出的位置。
由此,设于MEMS麦克风芯片的上部的音孔设置在向第2箱体的内部侧突出的位置,所以,即使在第1箱体内填充有固化前的(液状的)灌封剂的情况下,也能够抑制灌封剂侵入MEMS麦克风芯片内。
并且,本发明的电子部件安装装置的制造方法是上述电子部件安装装置的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法具有以下工序:通过钣金加工而形成第1箱体的工序;在第1箱体的外侧隔着绝缘层形成导电层的工序;在第1箱体内安装至少一个电子部件的工序;通过贯穿第1箱体上设置的贯通孔的导线使安装在第1箱体内的电子部件与所述导电层电连接的工序;以及在第1箱体上固定通过钣金加工而得到的第2箱体的工序。
这里,如上所述,在本发明的电子部件安装装置中,第1箱体或第2箱体的设计自由度扩大,能够使箱深度变浅。因此,在本发明中,用于形成箱体的钣金加工(弯曲加工或拉深加工)比较容易。并且,与此相伴,箱体的材料选择的自由度也扩大。
并且,可以在第1箱体和第2箱体中的任意一方的开口部侧形成有向外侧折曲的折曲部,所述制造方法具有以下工序:在使第1箱体和第2箱体中的另一方的开口端部与所述折曲部抵接的状态下,从所述折曲部中的与所述另一方的开口端部抵接的抵接部的相反侧照射激光束,从而通过激光束焊接使第1箱体和第2箱体固定。
由此,能够更加容易且准确地进行激光束焊接作业。
可以通过所述导线使安装在第1箱体内的电子部件与所述导电层电连接,在第1箱体内填充灌封剂,在第1箱体上固定第2箱体。
由此,填充灌封剂的范围是最大限度充满第1箱体内部的范围,所以,能够限制灌封区域。
并且,所述制造方法可以具有以下工序:对第1金属板通过拉深加工形成多个作为第1箱体的部分的工序;在这些作为第1箱体的部分的外侧分别隔着绝缘层形成导电层的工序;在这些作为第1箱体的部分上分别安装至少一个电子部件的工序;通过 贯穿这些作为第1箱体的部分上设置的贯通孔的导线、使分别安装在这些作为第1箱体的部分上的电子部件与各导电层分别电连接的工序;以及对第2金属板通过拉深加工形成多个作为第2箱体的部分的工序,在这些工序结束后具有以下工序:在将作为第1箱体的部分和作为第2箱体的部分全部固定后,通过切断加工对第1金属板和第2金属板中的作为各箱体的部分之间进行切割。
由此,能够通过一连串的制造工序制造多个电子部件安装装置。另外,采用了这种制造方法很大程度上是因为能够使第1箱体和第2箱体的箱深度变浅。这是因为,在通过拉深加工在金属板上形成多个作为箱体的部分的情况下,需要使作为箱体的部分变浅。
另外,能够尽可能地组合采用上述各结构。
发明效果
如以上说明的那样,根据本发明,能够实现电磁屏蔽效果的提高并提高生产率。

下面,参照附图,根据实施例例示性地详细说明用于实施本发明的方式。但是,该实施例所记载的结构部件的尺寸、材质、形状及其相对配置等只要没有特别特定的记载,就不是将本发明的范围仅限定于此的意思。
(实施例)
参照图1~图3说明本发明的实施例的电子部件安装装置及其制造方法。
<电子部件安装装置>
特别地,参照图1说明本发明的实施例的电子部件安装装置20。本实施例的电子部件安装装置20具有由导电性的金属材料构成的框体、以及安装在框体内部的电子部件201、202。作为电子部件201、202的具体例,可以举出电阻、电容器以及IC。
而且,本实施例的框体由第1箱体200和第2箱体203构成。第1箱体200和第2箱体203均是通过钣金加工而得到的,均是具有开口部的箱形状的部件。这些第1箱体200和第2箱体203以彼此的开口部相对的方式固定,从而构成框体。另外,在图1中,通过接合部210固定第1箱体200和第2箱体203。并且,作为接合部210中的接合方法的例子,可以举出金属焊接和由导电性粘接剂实现的粘接。在本实施例中,固定各箱体的开口部的整周。由此,框体的内部成为大致密闭的状态。
这里,作为用于第1箱体200的材料(金属板)的一例,可以举出厚度为0.15mm的镍-铁合金(42合金)板。并且,作为用于第2箱体203的材料(金属板)的一例,可以举出厚度为0.12mm的镍-铁合金(42合金)板。
并且,在第1箱体200的外侧(这里为底面侧的外侧)设有隔着绝缘层208而层叠的导电层205。这里,作为绝缘层208的一例,可以举出由环氧类粘接剂构成的层。并且,作为导电层205的一例,可以举出由厚度为18μm的铜箔构成的电路。
并且,电子部件201、202安装在第1箱体200内。这些电子部件201、202通过填充在第1箱体200内并固化的灌封部207固定。这里,作为形成灌封部207的灌封剂的一例,可以举出环氧类的密封剂。
而且,在第1箱体200的底板上设有贯通孔204。该贯通孔204是为了将与电子部件202连接的导线(例如金线)206引出到导电层205而设置的。即,在该贯通孔204中贯穿导线206,导线206的一端侧与电子部件202电连接,另一端侧与导电层205电连接。另外,在图1中,在2个部位设有贯通孔204,但是,贯通孔204的数量当然可以根据所安装的电子部件的种类和个数而适当设定。
<电子部件安装装置的制造方法>
特别地,参照图2和图3,按照制造工序的顺序说明本发明的实施例的电子部件安装装置的制造方法。
(工序A(图2(A)))
在本实施例中,作为第1箱体200的胚料,使用厚度为0.15mm的镍-铁合金(42 合金)板320(第1金属板)。然后,通过拉深加工,如图3所示,在该镍-铁合金板320上形成多个凹部。这些多个凹部分别是作为第1箱体200的部分。另外,在本实施例中,以矩阵状排列的方式形成这些多个凹部。但是,在图3中,仅简略地示出8个部位的凹部。
并且,在本实施例中,作为第2箱体203的胚料,使用厚度为0.15mm的镍-铁合金(42合金)板330(第2金属板)。然后,与上述镍-铁合金板320的钣金加工的情况相同,以矩阵状排列的方式形成多个作为第2箱体203的凹部(参照后述的图2(F))。
这样,采用针对一张金属板通过拉深加工以矩阵状形成多个凹部的方法,在制造成本的削减以及大量生产时的生产率提高的方面是有效的。
并且,在针对镍-铁合金板320通过拉深加工形成的凹部(相当于第1箱体200的部分)中,只要根据要安装的电子部件的个数、大小和配置适当设定凹部的底面的形状和尺寸即可。然后,相对于要安装的电子部件中的厚度最大的部件的高度H,将该凹部的深度230设定为小于1H。另外,在本实施例中,如上所述,镍-铁合金板320使用厚度为0.15mm的较薄的部件,所以,通过拉深加工,能够加工成凹部的侧面相对于底面大致垂直。
并且,在本实施例中,在拉深加工时,通过冲压加工在作为第1箱体200的凹部的底板上同时形成贯通孔204。在本实施例中,该贯通孔204的直径为1.0mm左右。
(工序B(图2(B)))
接着,通过丝网印刷等在形成在镍-铁合金板320上的多个凹部的背面侧分别涂布环氧类的粘接剂,该粘接剂的厚度为10~15μm左右。这里,在凹部的背面中的除了设有贯通孔204的部位以外的部分的整面涂布粘接剂。然后,以覆盖镍-铁合金板320的方式在所涂布的粘接剂上粘贴厚度为18μm的一张铜箔300。然后,在150℃的环境下,对该铜箔300施加5~10Kgf/cm2的压力。这样,通过加热并加压,使铜箔300隔着粘接剂形成的层而固定在镍-铁合金板320中的凹部的背面侧。另外,粘接剂形成的层相当于上述绝缘层208。
(工序C(图2(C)))
接着,将通过工序B固定在镍-铁合金板320中的凹部的背面侧的铜箔300蚀刻成规定的图案形状,形成导电层205。另外,该导电层205作为由规定图案构成的电路发挥功能。并且,贯通孔204位于由蚀刻后的导电层205覆盖的位置。
本实施例的蚀刻方法采用在制作印刷电路基板时使用的公知的蚀刻方法。即,首先,在铜箔300的表面贴合感光性的干膜。然后,以规定形状的布线图案进行曝光,在显影后,通过氯化铁等的液体对露出的铜箔部分进行蚀刻。
在进行了蚀刻之后,对导电层205的表面(图2中下表面)和导电层205的背面中的从贯通孔204露出的部分覆盖厚度为15μm左右的金。可以通过公知的闪镀法等进行该覆盖。
(工序D(图2(D)))
接着,在形成在镍-铁合金板320上的凹部内安装电子部件201、202。即,在各凹部内分别配置电子部件201、202,适当进行电子部件彼此之间以及电子部件与电路之间的电连接。在本实施例中,包含通过导线206对电子部件202和导电层205进行电连接的作业。在该作业中,具有如下的构造特征:电子部件202的电极和导电层205通过贯穿在贯通孔204中的导线206连接。但是,镍-铁合金板320的厚度为0.15mm,比较薄,所以,可以通过公知的管芯焊接、引线接合等一般的表面安装技术来安装电子部件202。
另外,在本实施例中安装的电子部件201和电子部件202中,前者的厚度大。因此,相对于在该电子部件201的高度中加上与电子部件201连接的导线206a的线路高度而得到的高度H1,将上述工序A中的拉深深度230设定为大于H1/2且小于H1。
(工序E(图2(E)))
接着,在镍-铁合金板320中,在作为第1箱体200的凹部内填充液状的灌封剂(环氧类的密封剂)。该液状的灌封剂固化,从而形成上述灌封部207。由此,更加可靠地将电子部件201、202固定在凹部内,并且,保护了各电连接部。
这里,通过在作为第1箱体200的凹部内填充灌封剂来形成灌封部207,所以,能够抑制灌封剂从第1箱体200的开口部露出到外侧。并且,与此相伴,能够抑制灌封剂附着于安装在凹部内的电子部件中的从上述开口部向外侧突出的部分(在本实施例中为电子部件201的一部分)。即,在电子部件安装装置20中,能够将灌封部207的高度限制为一定值以下。
另外,如果在灌封剂中混入金属或氮化铝等的填充物,则能够高效地将由电子部件201、202产生的热传递到第1箱体200。由此,能够提高散热效果。
(工序F(图2(F)))
接着,使这些合金板重合,使得在镍-铁合金板320上形成为矩阵状的作为第1箱体200的多个凹部与在镍-铁合金板330上形成为矩阵状的作为第2箱体203的多个凹部重叠。
这里,构成为作为第2箱体203的凹部的开口部比作为第1箱体200的凹部的开口部小一圈。由此,当着眼于作为各箱体的部分时,在第2箱体203的开口部侧形成有向外侧折曲的折曲部,成为第1箱体200的开口端部与该折曲部抵接的状态。然后,在使它们抵接的状态下,从上述折曲部中的与第1箱体200的开口端部抵接的抵接部的相反侧照射激光束,通过激光束焊接使作为各箱体的部分彼此固定。
这里,在将合金板彼此固定的情况下,作为使两者电导通并相对于外部应力得到足够强度的接合方法,如上所述,优选为激光束焊接。但是,假设在第1箱体200的开口部与第2箱体203的开口部的大小相同的情况下,开口端部彼此成为接合部,必须倾斜照射激光束,无法适当地进行焊接。与此相对,在本实施例中,如上所述,通过使各箱体的开口部的大小不同,能够笔直地对接合部210照射激光束(参照图2(F)中的箭头),能够进行适当的焊接。另外,在本实施例中,采用第2箱体203的开口部比第1箱体200的开口部小一圈的结构,但是,也可以采用第1箱体200的开口部比第2箱体203的开口部小一圈的结构。该情况下,如果从第1箱体200侧照射激光束,则当然可以与上述情况同样地进行适当的焊接。
(工序G(图2(G)))
最后,通过切断加工对镍-铁合金板320和镍-铁合金板330中的作为各箱体的部分之间进行切割。由此,能够得到多个电子部件安装装置20。
<本实施例的优点>
根据如上所述构成的本实施例的电子部件安装装置20,在由导电性的金属材料构成的框体的内部安装电子部件201、202。而且,该框体的内部成为大致密闭的状态。由此,电子部件201、202的周围被电磁屏蔽。因此,能够保护电子部件201、202不受外部电磁噪声的影响,并且,能够抑制来自这些电子部件201、202的电磁噪声向外部泄漏。
而且,在构成框体的第1箱体200上设有用于将与电子部件202连接的导线206引出到导电层205的贯通孔204,但是,贯通孔204由导电层205覆盖,所以,不会损害电磁屏蔽功能。并且,框体由金属材料构成,所以,电磁屏蔽效果高,并且,强 度也强。
并且,框体由第1箱体200和第2箱体203构成,所以,能够使各箱体的箱深度比所安装的电子部件的高度浅。因此,与使一方为箱体另一方为平板状的盖来构成框体的情况相比,能够使箱体的箱深度变浅。由此,设计自由度扩大。在本实施例中,如上所述,相对于在厚度最大的电子部件201的高度中加上与电子部件201连接的导线206a的线路高度而得到的高度H1,将第1箱体200的深度230设定为大于H1/2且小于H1。这样,能够使各箱体的箱深度变浅,能够没有障碍地进行拉深加工,所以,能够在一张金属板(合金板)上形成多个凹部。因此,能够实现生产率的提高。并且,安装电子部件201、202的第1箱体200的深度变浅,因此安装这些电子部件201、202的作业也变得容易。因此,也能够实现生产率的提高。
并且,在本实施例中,通过固定2个箱体而得到框体。因此,不需要对电路彼此进行定位,不需要对导电性粘接剂进行局部供给。因此,也能够实现生产率的提高。
进而,在由于周围环境温度的变化等而使各箱体膨胀或收缩的情况下,应力集中于各箱体中的弯曲部位220(参照图1)。因此,能够缓和针对第1箱体200与第2箱体203的接合部210的应力集中。由此,能够抑制第1箱体200与第2箱体203的接合部分的剥离。
并且,在本实施例中,安装在第1箱体200内的电子部件201、202通过填充在第1箱体200内并固化的灌封部207来固定。
由此,能够更加可靠地将电子部件201、202固定于第1箱体200。并且,能够保护各电连接部。
并且,在本实施例中,在对第1箱体200和第2箱体203进行接合时,采用笔直地对接合部210照射激光束的结构,所以,能够更加容易且准确地进行激光束焊接作业。
并且,在本实施例中,能够通过较浅地设定各箱体的深度,对一张金属板(合金板)分别形成作为箱体的多个凹部,通过一连串的制造工序制造多个电子部件安装装置20。由此,能够实现生产率的提高。
(其他)
为了使框体内部成为大致密闭的状态,需要对第1箱体200的开口部和第2箱体203的开口部的整周进行接合。例如,在上述工序F中进行激光束焊接的情况下,基本上需要对各箱体的开口部整周照射激光束进行焊接。
但是,也可以不是整周,而是在不妨碍电磁屏蔽的范围内进行点焊接。但是,该情况下,存在在未焊接的部分中气密性低的问题。因此,在进行点焊接的情况下,使用利用尿烷树脂等热塑性树脂覆盖镍-铁合金板320和镍-铁合金板330中的至少任意一方的表面而得到的部件即可。由此,在点焊接时,焊接部周围的树脂熔融后固化,从而能够嵌入未焊接的部分的间隙。
在开口部整周进行激光束焊接的情况下,由于因焊接而引起的收缩,容易产生挠曲等变形,但是,在点焊接的情况下,具有难以产生这种变形的优点。
(应用例)
参照图4说明上述本实施例的电子部件安装装置的应用例。具体而言,说明将本实施例的电子部件安装装置应用于MEMS麦克风的例子。在说明本应用例之前,参照图6和图7说明构成MEMS麦克风的MEMS麦克风芯片的概略以及MEMS麦克风的现有技术。
<MEMS麦克风>
以往,作为搭载于便携电话等中的小型麦克风,广泛使用利用有机薄膜的ECM(驻极体电容麦克风)。但是,伴随进一步的小型化、薄型化和回流焊安装的对应要求,近年来,采用具有MEMS(微电子机械系统)芯片的MEMS麦克风,该MEMS芯片基于半导体微机械加工技术(参照专利文献6)。
参照图6说明该MEMS麦克风所具有的MEMS麦克风芯片。
MEMS麦克风芯片50在硅基板500上隔着绝缘层501设有振动膜电极502和驻极体膜503。这些振动膜电极502和驻极体膜503由氮化硅等构成。并且,在这些振动膜电极502和驻极体膜503的周围,在绝缘层501上还层叠有绝缘层504,在该绝缘层504上设有固定电极506。在该固定电极506与驻极体膜503之间设有间隙。并且,在该固定电极506上形成有多个音孔505。并且,在振动膜电极502的背面侧(固定电极506的相反侧)设有空间区域507。
根据如上所述构成的MEMS麦克风芯片50,当振动膜电极502由于声压而振动时,由振动膜电极502和固定电极506构成的平板电容器的静电容量变化,作为电压变化被取出。
参照图7说明具有如上所述构成的MEMS麦克风芯片50的MEMS麦克风的现有技术。该现有例的MEMS麦克风60在印刷布线基板600上安装有上述MEMS麦克风芯片50和集成电路芯片601。该集成电路芯片601对来自MEMS麦克风芯片50的电信号进行放大等信号处理,两个芯片通过导线(金属线)602电连接。
然后,以覆盖这些MEMS麦克风芯片50和集成电路芯片601的方式,在印刷布线基板600上固定有由导电性的金属材料构成的罩壳体(箱体)603。这样,在该现有例的MEMS麦克风60中,在由印刷布线基板600和罩壳体603构成的框体的内部安装有作为电子部件的MEMS麦克风芯片50和集成电路芯片601。
这里,罩壳体603和印刷布线基板600的布线电路通过焊锡604等电连接。一般地,为了防止电磁噪声从印刷布线基板600泄漏,该印刷布线基板600使用重叠了多个金属导电层的多层基板。
在这种构造的MEMS麦克风60中,MEMS麦克风芯片50内的振动膜电极502与固定电极506的电极间距离大幅影响特性变动。因此,需要将支承MEMS麦克风芯片50的基板的变形抑制得较小。
但是,上述现有技术的情况下,一直以来伴随小型化和薄型化的要求,需要减薄印刷布线基板600,难以较强地维持其强度。并且,为了发挥电磁屏蔽功能,作为印刷布线基板600,必须使用多层的印刷布线基板,或者必须利用焊锡等对印刷布线基板600和罩壳体603进行电连接,所以,存在材料费和制造成本高的问题。
并且,在改善MEMS麦克风60的输出信号的SN比的情况下,通过变更设置在罩壳体603上的音孔603a和罩壳体603自身的形状,能够调整SN比。但是,上述现有技术的罩壳体603是覆盖安装部件全体的形状,所以,为了避免罩壳体603与安装部件或引线等的接触,并且,为了确保灌封部的空间,需要在罩壳体603与各种部件之间确保足够的间隙。因此,罩壳体603的设计自由度缩小,基于罩壳体603的形状实现的上述SN比的调整困难。
接着,参照图4说明将上述本实施例的电子部件安装装置应用于MEMS麦克风的例子。
关于本实施例的MEMS麦克风70,在上述实施例的电子部件安装装置20中,设电子部件201为MEMS麦克风芯片50,设电子部件202为集成电路芯片601。其他结构是与上述实施例的电子部件安装装置20相同的结构,所以,在图4中,对同一结构标注同一标号。但是,在作为MEMS麦克风70的功能方面,在第2箱体203 上设有音孔203a。
根据本实施例的MEMS麦克风70,安装有MEMS麦克风芯片50的第1箱体200构成为,通过钣金加工(拉深加工)将金属板构成为立体的箱形状,强度较强,难以变形。因此,得到稳定的信号特性。
并且,第2箱体203几乎不受所安装的MEMS麦克风芯片50和集成电路芯片601的形状和配置的限制。因此,第2箱体203的设计自由度扩大,通过适当变更该第2箱体203的形状,能够调整MEMS麦克风70的输出信号的SN比。
并且,根据本实施例,不使用多层的印刷布线板等的高价部件,能够得到充分的电磁屏蔽功能。关于得到充分的电磁屏蔽功能这点,如针对上述电子部件安装装置20说明的那样。
并且,第1箱体200与第2箱体203的接合部210位于与MEMS麦克风芯片50的安装面不同的面。因此,对第1箱体200和第2箱体203进行接合时产生的应力集中于第1箱体200中的弯曲部位220。因此,能够抑制对MEMS麦克风芯片50的应力负荷。并且,热膨胀收缩等来自外部的机械应力集中于各箱体的弯曲部位220,能够缓和对接合部210的应力集中。
并且,在本实施例中,在MEMS麦克风芯片50通过灌封部207固定在第1箱体200内的状态下,设于MEMS麦克风芯片50的上部的音孔505设置在从第1箱体200的开口部向第2箱体203的内部侧突出的位置。
因此,即使在第1箱体200内填充有液状的灌封剂的情况下,也能够抑制灌封剂侵入MEMS麦克风芯片50内。

Claims (7)
1.一种电子部件安装装置,该电子部件安装装置具有:
框体,其由导电性的金属材料构成;以及
至少一个电子部件,其安装在该框体的内部,
其特征在于,
所述框体由第1箱体和第2箱体构成,该第1箱体和第2箱体以该第1箱体和第2箱体彼此的开口部相对的方式固定,并且,
在第1箱体的外侧设有隔着绝缘层而层叠的导电层,其中,在第1箱体上设有用于将与所述电子部件连接的导线引出到所述导电层的贯通孔,该贯通孔设置在由所述导电层覆盖的位置,
安装在第1箱体上的电子部件通过填充在第1箱体内的灌封部固定,
安装在第1箱体上的电子部件中的至少一个以从第1箱体的开口部向第2箱体的内部侧突出的状态配置,由此电子部件的向第2箱体的内部侧突出的部分从所述灌封部突出。
2.一种电子部件安装装置,该电子部件安装装置具有:
框体,其由导电性的金属材料构成;以及
至少一个电子部件,其安装在该框体的内部,
其特征在于,
所述框体由第1箱体和第2箱体构成,该第1箱体和第2箱体以该第1箱体和第2箱体彼此的开口部相对的方式固定,并且,
在第1箱体的外侧设有隔着绝缘层而层叠的导电层,其中,在第1箱体上设有用于将与所述电子部件连接的导线引出到所述导电层的贯通孔,该贯通孔设置在由所述导电层覆盖的位置,
安装在第1箱体上的电子部件通过填充在第1箱体内的灌封部固定,
所述电子部件是MEMS麦克风芯片,在该MEMS麦克风芯片通过所述灌封部固定在第1箱体内的状态下,设于所述MEMS麦克风芯片的上部的音孔设置在比第1箱体的开口部更向第2箱体的内部侧突出的位置。
3.一种电子部件安装装置的制造方法,该电子部件安装装置是权利要求1或2所述的电子部件安装装置,其特征在于,所述制造方法具有以下工序:
通过钣金加工而形成第1箱体的工序;
在第1箱体的外侧隔着绝缘层形成层叠的导电层的工序;
在第1箱体上安装至少一个电子部件的工序;
通过贯穿第1箱体上设置的贯通孔的导线使安装在第1箱体上的电子部件与所述导电层电连接的工序,该贯通孔设置在由所述导电层覆盖的位置;以及
在第1箱体上固定通过钣金加工而得到的第2箱体的工序。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子部件安装装置的制造方法,其特征在于,
在第1箱体和第2箱体中的任意一方的开口部侧形成有向外侧折曲的折曲部,
所述制造方法具有以下工序:在使第1箱体和第2箱体中的另一方的开口端部与所述折曲部抵接的状态下,从所述折曲部的与所述另一方的开口端部抵接的抵接部的相反侧照射激光束,从而通过激光束焊接使第1箱体和第2箱体固定。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的电子部件安装装置的制造方法,其特征在于,
通过所述导线使安装在第1箱体上的电子部件与所述导电层电连接,在第1箱体内填充灌封剂,在第1箱体上固定第2箱体。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的电子部件安装装置的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述制造方法具有以下工序:
对第1金属板通过拉深加工形成多个作为第1箱体的部分的工序;
在这些作为第1箱体的部分的外侧分别隔着绝缘层形成层叠的导电层的工序;
在这些作为第1箱体的部分上分别安装至少一个电子部件的工序;
通过贯穿这些作为第1箱体的部分上设置的贯通孔的导线,使分别安装在这些作为第1箱体的部分上的电子部件与各导电层分别电连接的工序;以及
对第2金属板通过拉深加工形成多个作为第2箱体的部分的工序,
在这些工序结束后具有以下工序:在将作为第1箱体的部分和作为第2箱体的部分全部固定后,通过切断加工对第1金属板和第2金属板的作为各箱体的部分之间进行切割。
7.根据权利要求5所述的电子部件安装装置的制造方法,其特征在于,
所述制造方法具有以下工序:
对第1金属板通过拉深加工形成多个作为第1箱体的部分的工序;
在这些作为第1箱体的部分的外侧分别隔着绝缘层形成层叠的导电层的工序;
在这些作为第1箱体的部分上分别安装至少一个电子部件的工序;
通过贯穿这些作为第1箱体的部分上设置的贯通孔的导线,使分别安装在这些作为第1箱体的部分上的电子部件与各导电层分别电连接的工序;以及
对第2金属板通过拉深加工形成多个作为第2箱体的部分的工序,
在这些工序结束后具有以下工序:在将作为第1箱体的部分和作为第2箱体的部分全部固定后,通过切断加工对第1金属板和第2金属板的作为各箱体的部分之间进行切割。
