Abstract
本发明公开一种隔热夹层玻璃,其为夹以由热塑性树脂形成的中间膜部层叠至少两片玻璃而成的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,中间膜部是在2张中间膜之间夹持功能性塑料薄膜而成,该功能性塑料薄膜由红外线反射层和红外线吸收层构成。该玻璃的可见光透过率高,对日照具有良好的隔热效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及以中间膜粘接两片玻璃板而成的夹层玻璃,尤其涉及隔热性优异的夹层玻璃。
背景技术
近年来,从屏蔽进入到室内或车内的太阳辐射能量、减少室内或车内的温度上升以及冷气设备负荷的目的出发,建筑用玻璃或车辆用玻璃采用具有热线(红外线)屏蔽性的隔热玻璃。
其中,最近,在夹层玻璃的中间膜中分散有导电性超微粒的隔热夹层玻璃,其隔热性、紫外线屏蔽性优异并且可见光透射性、电波透过性等也优异,例如专利文献1中公开了一种夹层玻璃,其是在至少两片透明玻璃板状体之间具有中间层的夹层玻璃,该中间膜层中分散有0.2μm以下的具有导电性等功能性的微粒。
此外,提出了在两片玻璃板之间设置有红外线反射膜的隔热性优异的夹层玻璃。
例如,专利文献2中公开了一种夹层玻璃,在玻璃上粘接由全息图构成的红外线反射薄膜,按照红外线薄膜位于两片玻璃板之间的方式,使用分散有导电性微粒的中间膜使其一体化。
专利文献3中公开了一种隔热夹层玻璃,其是层叠有第1玻璃板/中间膜部/第2玻璃板的夹层玻璃,中间膜部由在清晰的中间膜与分散有微粒的中间膜之间层叠多个折射率不同的2种聚合物薄膜而成的光学干涉膜所构成。另外,公开了第2玻璃板使用紫外线吸收绿色玻璃。
此外,专利文献4中公开了:在高分子树脂片材上形成由电介质多层膜构成的红外线反射膜,并用中间膜将该高分子树脂片材层叠于2片板玻璃之间。另外,公开了高分子树脂片材使用红外线吸收薄膜。
另外,专利文献5、专利文献6中公开了使用红外线吸收颜料制作的滤光器。

发明内容
本发明提供一种可见光透过率高、对日照具有良好的隔热效果的夹层玻璃。
依据本发明的第1特征,提供一种隔热夹层玻璃(第1玻璃),其为夹以由热塑性树脂形成的中间膜部层叠至少两片玻璃而成的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,中间膜部是在2张中间膜之间夹持功能性塑料薄膜而成,该功能性塑料薄膜由红外线反射层和红外线吸收层构成。
第1玻璃也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第2玻璃),其特征在于,红外线反射层是交替层叠高折射率的氧化物膜与低折射率的氧化物膜而成的多层膜、或交替层叠多个折射率不同的2种聚合物薄膜而成的多层膜、或金属膜。
第1或第2玻璃也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第3玻璃),其特征在于,红外线吸收层是分散导电性微粒而成的塑料薄膜、或在塑料薄膜的表面形成分散有导电性微粒的树脂膜而成的塑料薄膜、或分散红外线吸收颜料而成的塑料薄膜、或在塑料薄膜的表面形成分散有红外线吸收颜料的树脂膜而成的塑料薄膜。
第1~第3玻璃中的任一者也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第4玻璃),其特征在于,与红外线吸收层接触配置的中间膜含有导电性微粒作为红外线吸收材料而成。
第1~第4玻璃中的任一者也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第5玻璃),其特征在于,与红外线吸收层接触配置的中间膜含有颜料或染料作为红外线吸收材料而成。
第1~第5玻璃中的任一者也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第6玻璃),其特征在于,可见光透过率为70%以上,且用于车辆用窗。
依据本发明的第2特征,提供一种隔热夹层玻璃(第7玻璃),其特征在于,其是依次层叠有室外侧玻璃板、中间膜、带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜、中间膜、室内侧玻璃板的用于车辆用窗的隔热夹层玻璃,其中,
(1)室外侧玻璃板的日照透射率为85%以上,
(2)在室外侧玻璃板与带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜之间使用的中间膜的日照透射率为85%以上,
(3)带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的日照反射率为20%以上,
(4)在带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜与室内侧玻璃板之间使用的中间膜的日照透射率为75%以下,
(5)室内侧玻璃板的日照透射率为75%以下。
第7玻璃也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第8玻璃),其特征在于,可见光透过率为70%以上。
第7玻璃也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第9玻璃),其特征在于,红外线反射膜是导电性薄膜、或交替层叠高折射率的氧化物膜与低折射率的氧化物膜而成的多层膜、或交替层叠多个折射率不同的2种聚合物薄膜而成的多层膜。
第7~第9玻璃中的任一者也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第10玻璃),其特征在于,在配置于带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的室内侧的中间膜的树脂膜中以2.0~0.01wt%的混合比例分散有粒径为0.2μm以下的、吸收红外线的功能性超微粒。
第7~第9玻璃中的任一者也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第11玻璃),其特征在于,室内侧玻璃为着色玻璃。
第7~第9玻璃中的任一者也可以是隔热夹层玻璃(第12玻璃),其特征在于,室内侧中间膜被着色。

具体实施方式
基于本发明的第1特征的隔热夹层玻璃能够提供可见光透过率大、并且日照透射率小、隔热性能非常良好的窗玻璃。同样地,基于本发明的第2特征的隔热夹层玻璃能够提供对于抑制因日照导致的室内的高热化、降低冷气设备负荷有效的窗构件。
以下,对基于本发明的第1特征的隔热夹层玻璃进行详细说明。但是,在以下的记述中,省略作为第1特征应载明的内容。如图1所示,该玻璃是通过中间膜部6使至少两片玻璃板1、5一体化而成的隔热夹层玻璃。
玻璃板1(室外侧玻璃板)使用被称为透明型或清晰型的钠钙玻璃较简便,其平滑性良好,透视图像的变形少,具有一定程度的刚性而因风、外力导致的变形少,可见光区域的透射优异,并且可以较低的成本获得,利用浮法制成而减少了氧化金属等着色成分。此外,通过使用日照透射率为85%以上的钠钙玻璃,可获得更高性能的隔热夹层玻璃,所以优选。
玻璃板5(室内侧玻璃板)与玻璃1同样地也可以使用被称为透明型或清晰型的钠钙玻璃,其利用浮法制成而减少了氧化金属等着色成分,更优选的是,适合使用被氧化金属等着色且透射颜色为绿色、蓝色、青铜色、灰色等的吸热玻璃(heatabsorbing glass)。
此外,在汽车等的窗中使用的曲面形状的夹层玻璃中,由于玻璃板弯曲成曲面状,所以在2张中间膜之间插入塑料薄膜,并通过夹层工序将玻璃板一体化时,容易使塑料薄膜产生皱褶。根据情况,发生反射膜的剥离。
为了防止上述问题,优选使用具有曲率为0.9m~3m的曲率半径的弯曲玻璃板。
另外,将曲率的范围设定为0.9m~3m的原因在于,曲率小于0.9m时,难以消除皱褶的产生,曲率超过3m时,与平坦的玻璃板没有差异。
中间膜部是在2张中间膜2、4之间夹持功能性塑料薄成,中间膜适合使用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)。
此外,通过将红外线反射层侧的中间膜2的日照透射率设定为85%以上、将红外线吸收层侧的中间膜4的日照透射率设定为小于75%,可获得更高性能的隔热夹层玻璃,所以优选。
如图2所示,功能性塑料薄膜3由红外线反射层7和红外线吸收层8构成,红外线反射层7适宜为交替层叠高折射率的氧化物膜与低折射率的氧化物膜而成的多层膜、或交替层叠多个折射率不同的2种聚合物薄膜而成的多层膜、或金属膜。
作为交替层叠高折射率的氧化物膜与低折射率的氧化物膜而成的多层膜,可以使用从TiO2、Nb2O5、Ta2O5、SiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、MgF2中选择2种以上的氧化物交替反复成膜而得到的多层膜,成膜可以通过PVD法、溅射法、CVD法等来进行。
氧化物中,特别是高折射率的膜使用Nb2O5或TiO2、低折射率的膜使用SiO2、总计层叠4~11层而得到的多层膜,由于可实现隔热效果所需要的红外线反射率,不会损害透明性,所以较合适。
交替层叠多个折射率不同的2种聚合物薄膜而成的多层膜,可以从聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚偏氟乙烯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共混物、乙烯与不饱和单羧酸的共聚物、苯乙烯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物等中选择而适宜使用。
聚合物薄膜可以通过辊涂法、流涂法或浸渍法等来成膜。
红外线反射层使用金属膜时,可以使用金、银、铜、铝等金属,通过溅射法等进行成膜。
构成功能性塑料薄膜3的红外线吸收层8可以适宜使用分散导电性微粒而成的塑料薄膜、表面上形成分散有导电性微粒的树脂膜而成的塑料薄膜、分散红外线吸收颜料而成的塑料薄膜、或表面上形成分散有红外线吸收颜料的树脂膜而成的塑料薄膜。
可以从Ag、Al、Ti等金属微粒,金属氮化物、金属氧化物的微粒,以及ITO、ATO、AZO、GZO、IZO等导电性透明氧化物微粒中选择1种以上作为导电性微粒,并使其分散到形成塑料薄膜的树脂中,制成分散导电性微粒而成的塑料薄膜。
作为用于形成塑料薄膜的树脂,选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醚砜、尼龙、聚芳酯、环烯烃聚合物等中的树脂较合适。
或者,也可以如下地制成红外线吸收层8:使用选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醚砜、尼龙、聚芳酯、环烯烃聚合物等中的树脂而形成塑料薄膜,在该塑料薄膜上形成分散有选自Ag、Al、Ti等金属微粒、金属氮化物、金属氧化物的微粒、以及ITO、ATO、AZO、GZO、IZO等导电性透明氧化物微粒中的1种以上导电性微粒的树脂的薄膜。
特别是使用ITO、ATO、AZO、GZO、IZO等导电性透明氧化物微粒的薄膜由于可见光透过率高而优选。
用于分散导电性微粒的树脂和用于形成塑料薄膜的树脂可以是相同的树脂,也可以是不同的树脂。
进而,用于分散导电性微粒的树脂使用丙烯酸系的树脂,也可以形成硬涂层。
此外,红外线吸收层8可以适宜使用分散颜料或染料而成的塑料薄膜、或表面上形成分散有颜料或染料的树脂膜而成的塑料薄膜。
颜料或染料可以使用通常所用的公知的各种颜料或各种染料,作为各种染料,可以使用蒽醌染料、偶氮染料、吖啶染料、靛蓝类染料等,此外,作为各种颜料,可以使用炭黑、红色氧化铁、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、普鲁士蓝、锌华、偶氮颜料、阴丹士林系颜料等。
在选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醚砜、尼龙、聚芳酯、环烯烃聚合物等中的树脂中分散选自前述各种颜料、各种染料中的1种以上而形成塑料薄膜后可用作红外线吸收层8;或者在由选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醚砜、尼龙、聚芳酯、环烯烃聚合物等中的树脂形成的塑料薄膜上形成分散选自各种颜料或各种染料中的1种以上而成的树脂的薄膜后,也可用作红外线吸收层8。
红外线反射层7由于通过形成薄膜而获得,所以使用红外线吸收层8作为基板,在红外线吸收层8上形成红外线反射层7的膜,从而可以制作功能性塑料3。
红外线吸收层8的厚度薄于30μm则薄膜难以处理,容易因红外线反射膜层7、后述的硬涂膜的应力而产生卷曲,另一方面,红外线吸收层8的厚度厚于200μm则在夹层加工时因脱气不良而产生外观缺陷,所以,红外线吸收层8的厚度优选为30μm~200μm。
红外线吸收层8与玻璃5之间使用的中间膜4、即与红外线吸收层8接触配置的中间膜4中含有导电性微粒作为红外线吸收材料时,可进一步提高隔热夹层玻璃的隔热性,所以优选。
此外,使用从前述各种颜料、各种染料中选择1种以上而着色的中间膜4,也会提高隔热性,所以优选。
进而,通过将JISR3212:1998中规定的可见光透过率设定为70%以上,可以用于汽车的驾驶所需要的窗,因此优选。
以下,参照图1及图2,通过以下的实施例对本发明的第1特征进行详细说明。
实施例1
制作图1所示那样的依次层叠有玻璃板1、中间膜2、功能性塑料薄膜3、中间膜4、玻璃板5的平坦的隔热性夹层玻璃10。
玻璃板1使用厚度2mm的透明的浮法玻璃,此外,玻璃板5使用厚度2mm的绿色系的吸热玻璃。中间膜2、4使用厚度0.38mm的无色透明的PVB膜。
功能性塑料薄膜3如下所述制作。
在厚度100μm的透明的PET薄膜的单侧的面上,通过辊涂法涂布以分散有掺杂锡的铟氧化物(ITO)微粒的丙烯酸树脂作为主成分的硬涂被膜,使得固化后厚度达到5μm,从而制成红外线吸收层8。
接着,在该塑料薄膜的未形成硬涂被膜的面上,形成由折射率不同的电介质的多层膜构成的红外线反射层7。
作为折射率不同的电介质的多层膜,使用依次层叠有TiO2膜(厚度105nm)、SiO2膜(厚度175nm)、TiO2膜(厚度105nm)、SiO2膜(厚度175nm)、TiO2膜(厚度105nm)的多层膜,通过溅射法进行成膜。
通过下面的步骤来制作隔热夹层玻璃。
步骤1:将玻璃板1、中间膜2、功能性塑料薄膜3、中间膜4、玻璃板5依次层叠、叠置。
此时,按照功能性塑料薄膜的形成有以分散有ITO微粒的丙烯酸树脂作为主成分的硬涂被膜的面即红外线吸收层8面向由绿色系的吸热玻璃构成的玻璃板5侧、由折射率不同的电介质的多层膜构成的红外线反射层7面向玻璃板1侧的方式,配置功能性塑料薄膜3。
步骤2:将步骤1中将玻璃板1、中间膜2、功能性塑料薄膜3、中间膜4、玻璃板5依次层叠、叠置而得到的物品放入真空袋中,用真空泵对真空袋内进行排气、减压。
步骤3:将步骤2中处于减压状态的真空袋放置到高压釜内,以30分钟、90℃进行加热加压处理。
步骤4:使高压釜内恢复到大气压、常温,从高压釜内取出真空袋,使真空袋中恢复到大气压,从真空袋中取出将玻璃板1、中间膜2、功能性塑料薄膜3、中间膜4、玻璃板5一体化而成的夹层玻璃。
步骤5:将该夹层玻璃再次放置到高压釜内,以30分钟、130℃进行加热、加压后,使高压釜内恢复到大气压、常温,从高压釜内取出夹层玻璃,制成本发明的隔热夹层玻璃。
本实施例的隔热性夹层玻璃的日照透射率为45.7%,可见光透过率为76.7%。
实施例2
将厚度2mm的透明的浮法玻璃和厚度2mm的绿色系的吸热玻璃切成汽车的挡风玻璃的形状(上边约1000mm、下边约1500mm、高度约900mm),加热至软化点以上进行弯曲加工,制作相同形状的弯曲玻璃,玻璃板1使用由透明的浮法玻璃构成的弯曲玻璃,玻璃板5使用由绿色系的吸热玻璃构成的弯曲玻璃。
进而,中间膜2使用与实施例1相同的厚度0.38mm的无色透明的PVB膜,中间膜4使用分散有掺杂锑的氧化锡(ATO)微粒的厚度0.76mm的透明的PVB膜。
关于功能性塑料薄膜3的红外线吸收层8,在厚度80μm的透明的PET薄膜的表面上,通过辊涂法涂布以分散有ATO微粒的丙烯酸树脂作为主成分的硬涂被膜,使得固化后厚度达到5μm。
进而,在硬涂被膜上形成折射率不同的电介质的多层膜,作为红外线反射层7。
折射率不同的电介质的多层膜通过依次利用溅射法将NbO膜(厚度115nm)、SiO2膜(厚度175nm)、NbO膜(厚度115nm)、SiO2膜(厚度175nm)、Nb2O5膜(厚度115nm)成膜而形成。
使用前述玻璃板1、中间膜2、功能性塑料薄膜3、中间膜4、玻璃板5,与实施例1同样地制作隔热夹层玻璃。
另外,与实施例1同样地,按照红外线吸收层8面向由绿色系的吸热玻璃构成的玻璃板5侧、由折射率不同的电介质的多层膜构成的红外线反射层7面向玻璃板1侧的方式,配置功能性塑料薄膜3。
本实施例的隔热性夹层玻璃的日照透射率为44.0%,可见光透过率为75.6%。
实施例3
红外线吸收层8使用分散有ITO微粒作为填料的PET薄膜,除此以外全部与实施例1同样地制作依次层叠有玻璃1、中间膜2、功能性塑料薄膜3、中间膜4、玻璃5的平坦的隔热性夹层玻璃。
所制作的隔热性夹层玻璃的日照透射率为44.2%,可见光透过率为74.5%。
以下,对基于本发明的第2特征的隔热夹层玻璃进行详细说明。但是,以下的记述中,省略作为第2特征应载明的内容。
本发明的隔热夹层玻璃是依次层叠有室外侧玻璃板、室外侧中间膜、带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜、室内侧中间膜、室内侧玻璃板的夹层玻璃。
图3所示的剖视图示意性表示本发明的夹层玻璃的构成。
本发明中,日照透射率是根据JIS R3106:1998算出的值。
室外侧玻璃板适宜使用日照透射率为85%以上的、通过浮法制造的钠钙系的玻璃板、及将它们强化后的强化玻璃板、经弯曲加工的弯曲玻璃板。
室外侧中间膜适宜使用无色透明的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)。
为了使红外线反射膜的效果有效、使夹层玻璃的隔热性能有效,室外侧中间膜的日照透射率优选为85%以上。
由于带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜通过在透明的塑料薄膜上形成红外线反射膜而成,所以带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的日照反射率优选为20%以上。
带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜中的塑料薄膜适宜使用由选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醚砜、尼龙、聚芳酯、环烯烃聚合物等中的树脂构成的塑料薄膜。
塑料薄膜的厚度薄于30μm时,薄膜难以处理,并且容易因红外线反射膜、后述的硬涂膜的应力而产生卷曲,另一方面,厚于200μm时,在夹层加工时因脱气不良而产生外观缺陷,所以厚度优选为30μm~200μm。
在汽车等的窗中使用的曲面形状的夹层玻璃中,由于玻璃板弯曲成曲面状,所以在2张中间膜之间插入塑料薄膜并通过夹层工序将玻璃板一体化时,容易使塑料薄膜产生皱褶。根据情况,产生反射膜的剥离。
为了防止上述问题,在具有曲率为0.9m~3m的曲率半径的弯曲玻璃板的情况下,塑料薄膜优选满足下面的(A)、(B)、(C)中的任一条件。
另外,将曲率的范围设定为0.9m~3m的原因在于,曲率小于0.9m时,难以消除皱褶的产生,曲率超过3m时,与平坦的玻璃板没有差异,没有必要满足(A)、(B)、(C)的条件。
(A)带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的热收缩率在90~150℃的温度范围内为0.5~3%的范围。
(B)塑料薄膜的弹性模量在90~150℃的温度范围内为30MPa~2000MPa的范围。
(C)在90~150℃的温度范围内,对每1m宽的塑料薄膜施加拉伸力10N时,该塑料薄膜的伸长率为0.3%以下。
带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的90~150℃下的热收缩率小于0.5%时,在弯曲的玻璃周边部位带红外线反射膜的薄膜过剩,产生形成皱褶的外观缺陷。
此外,热收缩率大于3%时,红外线反射膜不耐受薄膜的收缩,以皲裂状开裂而产生成为裂缝的外观缺陷。
因此,为了防止在夹层加工中产生带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜的皱褶、红外线反射膜的裂缝,优选的是,带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的热收缩率在90~150℃的温度范围内为0.5~3%的范围,更优选的是,带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的90~150℃下的热收缩率为0.5~2%的范围。
在透明的塑料薄膜中,通过逐次双轴拉伸法等拉伸法制作的塑料薄膜,由于在薄膜内部残存制膜时的应力,容易通过热处理使应力缓和而收缩,所以适合使用。
此外,为使塑料薄膜在利用高压釜的高温高压处理中即使达到90~150℃的高温状态也不会产生皱褶,塑料薄膜的弹性模量在90~150℃的温度范围内优选为30MPa~2000MPa,更优选为30MPa~500MPa。
塑料薄膜的弹性模量可以使用粘弹性测定装置并由90~150℃的温度范围内的应力-变形曲线求得。塑料薄膜的弹性模量小于30MPa时,很小的外力也容易使薄膜发生变形,容易在夹层玻璃的整个面产生皱褶状的外观缺陷。此外,塑料薄膜的弹性模量大于2000MPa时,应用于3维弯曲的玻璃时,在利用高压釜的高温高压处理中,中间膜与塑料薄膜之间的空气无法完全排出,容易引起脱气不良。
或者,为使塑料薄膜在利用高压釜的高温高压处理中即使达到90~150℃的高温状态也不会产生皱褶,塑料薄膜的伸长率优选的是,在90~150℃的高温范围内对每1m宽的塑料薄膜施加10N拉伸力时,伸长率为0.3%以下。
对每1m宽的塑料薄膜施加的10N的拉伸力相当于:利用高压釜使中间膜所夹持的塑料薄膜处于高温高压状态、并利用中间膜使塑料薄膜与玻璃板发生热融合时,塑料薄膜中产生的欲拉伸塑料薄膜的拉伸力。
塑料薄膜的伸长率通过下面的步骤1~5来测定。
步骤1:将塑料薄膜切成长度15mm×宽度5mm,作为测定试样。在测定用试样的两端安装固定用的夹具,将两端固定用夹具之间的、测定用试样露出的长度设定为10mm。
步骤2:对测定用试样,相对于每1m宽的塑料薄膜施加拉伸力10N的负载。在步骤1所示的测定试样的情况下,施加0.05N的负载。
步骤3:测定固定用夹具间的测定用试样的长度L0。
步骤4:以5℃/min,加热至90~150℃之间的规定的测定温度,测定该测定温度下的测定用试样的固定用夹具间的长度L。
步骤5:通过(L0-L)/L×100计算出伸长率(%)。
进而,优选在带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的未形成红外线反射膜的面上形成硅烷偶联剂的膜。
硅烷偶联剂是改良带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的塑料薄膜的面与中间膜的密合性的物质,可以使用具有氨基、异氰酸酯基、环氧基等的硅烷偶联剂。
此外,优选在带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的塑料薄膜与红外线反射膜之间形成硬涂膜。
由于中间膜之间插入的塑料薄膜,有时与中间膜的密合性差,或者在形成红外线反射膜时产生白浊,通过在界面形成硬涂膜,能够解决这些不良现象。红外线反射膜使用导电性薄膜时,作为导电性薄膜,适合使用由Ag、Au、Cu、Al、Pd、Pt、Sn、In、Zn、Ti、Cd、Fe、Co、Cr、Ni等金属或合金等形成的金属膜或合金膜、或由掺杂锑的氧化锡、掺杂锡的氧化铟等形成的导电性金属氧化物。
此外,作为层叠于塑料薄膜上的红外线反射膜,使用折射率不同的电介质的多层膜、或折射率不同的树脂的多层膜时,可透过广播、通信中使用的电磁波,所以优选。
折射率不同的电介质的多层膜、或折射率不同的树脂的多层膜是交替反复层叠折射率n1的层叠膜与折射率n2的层叠膜而成的多层膜。
红外线反射膜使用交替层叠高折射率的氧化物膜与低折射率的氧化物膜而成的多层膜时,适合使用由选自TiO2、Nb2O5、Ta2O5、SiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、MgF2中的1种以上的电介质形成的膜。
特别是在折射率低的膜使用SiO2、折射率高的膜使用选自TiO2、Nb2O5、Ta2O5中的1种以上的电介质时,能够以4层~11层的多层膜形成反射近红外线的合适的红外线反射膜,所以优选。
进而,为了有效地发挥隔热性能,由电介质膜构成的红外线反射膜优选的是,按照满足下面的(1)及(2)的条件的方式,电介质膜由4层以上且11层以下层叠而成,在波长900nm~1400nm的波长区域具有超过50%的反射的极大值。
(1)从塑料薄膜侧起依次数电介质膜,设第偶数层的折射率的最大值为nemax、最小值为nemin,设第奇数层的折射率的最大值为nomax、最小值为nomin时,nemax<nomin或nomax<nemin。
(2)设第i层的折射率为n、厚度为d时,对于波长λ为900~1400nm的范围的红外线,225nm≤n·d≤350nm。
热线反射膜使用交替层叠折射率不同的2种聚合物薄膜而成的多层膜时,优选使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醚砜、尼龙、聚芳酯、环烯烃聚合物等,交替层叠有2种聚合物层的多层膜的总数为50~200层较合适。
室内侧中间膜优选的是,在由乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)形成的膜中,在不阻碍可见光透过率的范围内,包含吸收各种红外线的微粒,或混入色素而着色,使日照透射率达到75%以下。
作为吸收红外线的微粒,例如有Ag、Al、Ti等的金属微粒、金属氮化物、金属氧化物的微粒、以及ITO、ATO、AZO、GZO、IZO等导电性透明氧化物微粒,从它们中选择1种以上包含于室内侧中间膜16中,可以提高隔热性能。
特别优选ITO、ATO、AZO、GZO、IZO等导电性透明氧化物微粒。
将EVA、PVB着色时,作为着色剂,可以使用通常使用公知的各种颜料或各种染料。
作为各种染料,可以使用蒽醌染料、偶氮染料、吖啶染料、靛蓝类染料等,此外,作为各种颜料,可以使用炭黑、红色氧化铁、酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、普鲁士蓝、锌华、偶氮颜料、阴丹士林系颜料等。
进而,室内侧中间膜也可以使用:将以前述染料或颜料将聚乙烯醇缩醛膜着色而得到的着色聚乙烯醇缩醛膜与EVA或PVB层叠而得到的膜。
室内侧玻璃板可适合使用透射颜色为绿色、蓝色、青铜色、灰色等的日照透射率小于75%的吸热玻璃。前述吸热玻璃通过使清晰玻璃中含有Ce、Co、Ti、Fe、S e、Cr等金属而制作。
前述吸热玻璃中,特别是绿色的玻璃具有屏蔽对人体有害的紫外线的效果,故优选。
为了防止在夹层加工时因脱气不良而产生失透、气泡缺陷,对中间膜的表面实施凹凸状上的压花加工。这种表面经压花加工的中间膜,光在表面发生散射,难以进行光学测定。因此,以PET薄膜夹持经压花加工的中间膜,进一步以平坦的玻璃板夹住其两侧,装入袋中,边抽吸袋中的空气,边与夹层玻璃的制作同样地利用高压釜进行加压、加热处理,然后从中间膜剥离PET薄膜,制作表面平坦的中间膜的试样,使用该表面平坦的中间膜,通过依据JISR3106:1998的方法,与玻璃板同样地计算出可见光透过率及日照透射率。
JISR3106的可见光透过率为70%以上的中间膜可获得明亮的室内,此外,可获得良好的可视性,所以优选。进而,通过将JISR3212:1998中规定的可见光透过率设定为70%以上,可以用于汽车的驾驶所需要的窗,故优选。
以下,参照图3~图5,通过以下的实施例对本发明的第2特征进行详细说明。以下的比较例作为以下的实施例的对照。
实施例1
制作图3所示结构的平坦的隔热夹层玻璃11。
室外侧玻璃板13使用厚度3mm的透明的浮法玻璃。该玻璃板的日照透射率Te为85.8%,可见光透过率Tv为90.4%。此外,室内侧玻璃板17使用厚度3mm的绿色系的吸热玻璃。该玻璃板的日照透射率Te为62.7%,可见光透过率Tv为81.2%。。
室外侧中间膜14使用厚度0.38mm的无色透明的PVB膜。该中间膜的日照透射率Te为90.8%,可见光透过率Tv为94.3%。
此外,室内侧中间膜16使用膜中分散ITO的微粒而成的厚度0.76mm的PVB膜。该中间膜的日照透射率Te为64.3%,可见光透过率Tv为82.5%。
另外,由于对制作夹层玻璃前的、室外侧中间膜14及室内侧中间膜16使用的PVB膜的表面实施了凹凸状上的压花加工,所以,以PET薄膜夹持PVB膜,进一步以厚度3mm的玻璃板夹住其两侧,装入袋中,边抽吸袋中的空气,边与夹层玻璃的制作同样地利用高压釜进行加压、加热处理,然后从PVB膜剥离PET薄膜,制作能够进行光学测定那样的、表面平坦的中间膜的试样。
使用该表面平坦的PVB膜,通过依据JISR3106:1998的方法计算出PVB膜的可见光透过率及日照透射率。
在带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜15中,作为由折射率不同的电介质的多层膜构成的红外线反射膜,依次通过溅射将TiO2膜(厚度105nm)、SiO2膜(厚度175nm)、TiO2膜(厚度105nm)、SiO2膜(厚度175nm)、TiO2膜(厚度105nm)成膜。该带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的日照反射率为35.5%。
使用前述室外侧玻璃、室外侧中间膜、带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜、室内侧中间膜及室内侧玻璃,按照下面的步骤制作本发明的隔热夹层玻璃。
步骤1:将带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜15放入室外侧中间膜14与室内侧中间膜16之间进行层叠。
步骤2:将步骤1中层叠的3层的膜通过2根热辊之间,进行加热加压,制作出室外侧中间膜14、带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜15及室内侧中间膜16成为一体的3层结构的中间膜。
步骤3:将步骤2中制作的3层结构的中间膜叠置到室外侧玻璃板13上,进一步在3层结构的中间膜上叠置室内侧玻璃板17,放入到真空袋中,使用以管连接到真空袋上的真空泵,对真空袋内进行排气。
步骤4:将前述经排气的真空袋放置到高压釜内,以30分钟、90℃进行加热,并加压脱气而进行夹层处理。
步骤5:使高压釜内恢复到大气压、常温,从高压釜内取出真空袋,使真空袋中恢复到大气压,从真空袋中取出隔热夹层玻璃。
步骤6:将该隔热夹层玻璃再次放置到高压釜内,以30分钟、130℃进行加热、加压处理。
步骤7:使高压釜内恢复到大气压、常温,从高压釜内取出本发明的隔热夹层玻璃。
所制作的隔热夹层玻璃的日照透射率为37.8%,可见光透过率为70.1%。
实施例2
制作图4所示结构的曲面形状的隔热夹层玻璃12。室外侧玻璃板20使用厚度2mm的透明的浮法玻璃。该玻璃板的日照透射率Te为87.8%,可见光透过率Tv为90.8%。
此外,室内侧玻璃板24使用厚度2mm的绿色系的吸热玻璃。该玻璃板的日照透射率Te为70.7%,可见光透过率Tv为84.6%。
将前述两片玻璃板切成近似梯形(上边约1000mm、下边约1500mm、高度约900mm),加热至软化点以上,进行弯曲加工,制作相同形状的弯曲玻璃20、24。曲面形状的曲率半径的最小值为0.9m,最大值为1m。
进而,在厚度50μm的PET薄膜上形成与实施例1同样的由电介质的多层膜构成的红外线反射膜,制成带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜22。该带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜22的热收缩率在MD方向为1.5%,TD方向为1%。
除了使用该带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜22、弯曲玻璃20、24以外,全部与实施例2同样地制作隔热夹层玻璃。图4中,参照编号21和23分别是指室外侧中间膜和室内侧中间膜。
另外,热收缩率依据JIS C 2318如下所述进行测定。
如图5所示,切取长度150mm×宽度40mm的条状薄膜30,在各自的宽度方向的中央附近,空出约100mm的距离,用金刚石笔标出标记线。标出标记线后,将条状薄膜30二等分成150mm×20mm。
将二等分的一个试验片垂直悬挂在热风循环式恒温槽内,以约5℃/分钟的升温速度升温至测定温度130℃,在测定温度130℃下保持约30分。
然后,将热风循环式恒温槽对大气开放,以约20℃/分钟自然冷却,进一步在室温下保持30分钟。
温度的测定使用热电偶温度计,热风循环式恒温槽内的温度分布在±1℃以内。
对于二等分的试验片中的、保持在室温下的试验片31、加热至测定温度的试验片32,分别使用Lasertec Corporation制造的扫描型激光显微镜1LM21D测定标记线间的距离L1、L2。
热收缩率(%)通过(L1-L2)/L1×100计算求得。
此外,分别对于PET薄膜的MD方向、TD方向,切取3张条状薄膜30,热收缩率采用对3张膜测定得到的热收缩率的平均值。
所制作的隔热夹层玻璃12中,带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜没有皱褶,红外线反射膜没有裂缝,从而获得了具有良好外观的隔热夹层玻璃。此外,所制作的隔热夹层玻璃的日照透射率为42.2%,可见光透过率为79.5%。
本实施例中,带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜没有皱褶,红外线反射膜没有裂缝,从而获得了具有良好外观的曲面形状的隔热夹层玻璃。
实施例3
带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜使用在测定温度130℃下、对每1m宽的薄膜负载10N的拉伸力的状态下测定的伸长率在MD方向为0.02%、在TD方向为0.13%的、厚度100μm的PET薄膜,除此以外全部与实施例2同样地制作隔热夹层玻璃。
带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜没有皱褶,红外线反射膜没有裂缝,从而获得了具有良好外观的曲面形状的隔热夹层玻璃。
实施例4
塑料薄膜使用厚度100μm的PET薄膜,在塑料薄膜的两面以5μm的厚度层叠丙烯酸系的硬涂层,进一步在形成有硬涂层的塑料薄膜的一面形成与实施例1同样的热线反射膜,除此以外全部与实施例2同样地制作隔热夹层玻璃。
另外,形成有本硬涂层的带红外线膜的塑料薄膜的130℃下的弹性模量为1000MPa。
带热线反射膜的塑料薄膜没有皱褶、红外线反射膜没有裂缝,从而获得了具有良好外观的曲面形状的隔热夹层玻璃。
比较例1
代替带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜15,使用未形成红外线反射膜的PET薄膜,除此以外全部与实施例1同样地制作夹层玻璃。
该夹层玻璃的日照透射率为47.2%,与使用了带红外线反射膜的塑料薄膜的实施例1相比,日照透射率较大,隔热性能差。
比较例2
室内侧玻璃板17使用与室外侧玻璃板13相同的、厚度3mm的透明的浮法玻璃(日照透射率Te为85.8%,可见光透过率Tv为90.4%),室内侧中间膜16使用与室外侧中间膜14相同的无色透明的PVB,除此以外全部与实施例1同样地制作夹层玻璃。
该夹层玻璃的日照透射率为60.8%,与实施例1相比,日照透射率较大,隔热性能差。
比较例3
除了使用由电介质多层膜构成的红外线反射膜以外,全部与实施例2同样地制作隔热夹层玻璃。
该夹层玻璃的日照透射率为50.2%,与实施例2相比,日照透射率较大,隔热性能差。
比较例4
弯曲玻璃24使用与弯曲玻璃20相同的玻璃板,除此以外全部与实施例2同样地制作隔热夹层玻璃。该夹层玻璃的日照透射率为53.0%,与实施例2相比,日照透射率较大,隔热性能差。
Claims (6)
1.一种隔热夹层玻璃,其为夹以由热塑性树脂形成的中间膜部层叠至少两片玻璃而成的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,中间膜部是在2张中间膜之间夹持功能性塑料薄膜而成,该功能性塑料薄膜由红外线反射层和红外线吸收层构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热夹层玻璃,其特征在于,红外线反射层是交替层叠高折射率的氧化物膜与低折射率的氧化物膜而成的多层膜、或交替层叠多个折射率不同的2种聚合物薄膜而成的多层膜、或金属膜。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的隔热性夹层玻璃,其特征在于,红外线吸收层是分散导电性微粒而成的塑料薄膜、或表面上形成分散有导电性微粒的树脂膜而成的塑料薄膜、或分散红外线吸收颜料而成的塑料薄膜、或表面上形成分散有红外线吸收颜料的树脂膜而成的塑料薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1~权利要求3中任一项所述的隔热夹层玻璃,其特征在于,与红外线吸收层接触配置的中间膜含有导电性微粒作为红外线吸收材料而成。
5.根据权利要求1~权利要求4中任一项所述的隔热夹层玻璃,其特征在于,与红外线吸收层接触配置的中间膜含有颜料或染料作为红外线吸收材料而成。
6.根据权利要求1~权利要求5中任一项所述的隔热夹层玻璃,其特征在于,可见光透过率为70%以上,且用于车辆用窗。
