Abstract

Description
本发明涉及形成为组合的前窗-和天窗玻璃的具有防晒涂层和均匀的整体美学印象的交通工具复合玻璃板,特别是用于乘用车的组合的挡风玻璃和天窗玻璃,以及涉及其用途。
在夏季,当环境温度高且阳光强烈直接射入时,交通工具的内部空间强烈升温。为了使乘员获得热舒适性,可以给交通工具的玻璃板配备以反射部分的太阳辐射、特别是红外辐射的涂层,从而减少交通工具内部空间的加热。
DE 19927683 C1中公开了一种复合玻璃板,其具有至少两个用透明中间层将它们连接起来的玻璃质玻璃板并且还具有基本上反射太阳辐射的可见光谱之外的辐射、特别是红外辐射的防晒层,其中所述复合玻璃质玻璃板额外在其指向内部空间的表面上具有与防晒层在空间上分离的、透明的、主要反射热辐射的涂层(也称为低E层)。
WO 2013/127563 A1公开了一种复合玻璃板,其在玻璃质玻璃板之间具有防晒层并且在内部空间侧表面上具有低E涂层。该热辐射反射涂层(低E涂层)是基于铌、钽、钼或锆形成的。
WO 2022/112231 A1和WO 2021/180544 A1中公开了另外的具有防晒涂层的复合玻璃板。
全景窗玻璃,尤其是相对于普通的标准挡风玻璃往车顶方向延长并使交通工具乘员的视野能够得到扩展的全景挡风玻璃,在交通工具制造业中越来越受欢迎。由于扩展的玻璃板范围和观看范围,这样的全景窗玻璃被设计得相对较大。具有全景窗玻璃的交通工具通常还具有相对较大的天窗玻璃,其紧邻或直接毗邻于全景挡风玻璃安装。
全景挡风玻璃和天窗玻璃的反射颜色,特别是当它们具有防晒涂层时,在观看者看来颜色是不同的,特别是由于不同的观看角度,这导致整体美学印象不均匀。

根据本发明,所述目的通过根据独立权利要求1的交通工具复合玻璃板得以实现。本发明的有利实施方案由从属权利要求获悉。
根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板形成为组合的前窗-和天窗玻璃,具有下棱边、上棱边和两个侧向的玻璃板棱边并且包括具有外侧表面和内部空间侧表面的外玻璃板、具有外侧表面和内部空间侧表面的内玻璃板以及连接外玻璃板与内玻璃板的热塑性中间层,其中所述交通工具复合玻璃板具有从下棱边起始的第一区域A1、从上棱边起始的第三区域A3以及与第一区域A1和第三区域A3直接相邻且连接第一区域A1和第三区域A3的第二区域A2。
根据本发明,外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面至少在交通工具复合玻璃板的环绕的边缘区域中具有不透明的覆盖印刷物,并且防晒涂层被施加在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上, 它主要反射或吸收太阳辐射的可见光谱以外的辐射,特别是红外辐射。
热塑性中间层优选至少在第三区域中是着色的或上色的。
如上所述,所述交通工具复合玻璃板具有从下棱边起始的第一区域A1、从上棱边起始的第三区域A3以及与第一区域A1和第三区域A3直接相邻且连接第一区域A1和第三区域A3的第二区域A2。不言而喻,第一区域从下棱边起始往上棱边的方向延伸,第三区域从上棱边起始往下棱边的方向延伸并且第二区域连接第一区域与第三区域。
根据 CIELab 颜色模型,色彩空间中的每种颜色都通过颜色位置用笛卡尔坐标{L*, a*, b*}来定义。 a*b* 坐标平面是使用反色理论构建的。绿色和红色彼此相对地位于a* 轴上,而 b* 轴在蓝色和黄色之间伸展。互补的色调各自以180°彼此相对,在其中心(坐标原点a*=0,b*=0)为灰色。
L* 轴描述颜色的明度(亮度),值从 0 到 100。在图中其在零点垂直于 a*b* 平面。它也可以被称为中性灰轴,因为所有非彩色颜色(灰色色调)都包含在端点黑色(L*=0)和白色(L*=100)之间。 a*轴描述了一种颜色的绿色或红色的比例,其中负值代表绿色,正值代表红色。 b*轴描述了一种颜色的蓝色或黄色的比例,其中负值代表蓝色,正值代表黄色。
根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板在60°的角度下反射时具有的反射颜色为,其在CIE色彩空间中的颜色坐标a*具有负值,并且其在CIE色彩空间中的颜色坐标b*具有负值。此外,根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板在8°的角度下反射时具有的反射颜色为,其在CIE色彩空间中的颜色坐标a*具有负值,并且其在CIE色彩空间中的颜色坐标b*具有负值。
因此,对于根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板,在8°或60°的角度下反射的颜色坐标a*和颜色坐标b*分别小于零。根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的反射颜色因此是中性至蓝色/绿色。
优选地,对于根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板,在8°或60°的角度下反射的颜色坐标a*和颜色坐标b*适用-20<a*<0和-15<b*<0。
在一个优选实施方式中,b*的值大于a*的值,从而该反射显得更蓝而较少带有绿色。

如上所述,所述交通工具复合玻璃板具有上棱边和下棱边以及两个在其间延伸的侧棱边。作为上棱边是指提供用于在安装位置向后/向上指向的那个棱边。下棱边是指提供用于在安装位置向下指向的那个棱边。在形成为组合的前窗-和天窗玻璃的根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的情况下,在交通工具中的安装位置,上棱边相应于朝向后窗玻璃方向的后面的车顶棱边,下棱边相应于发动机棱边。因此,根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板从发动机棱边起始延伸直至后面的车顶棱边。
如上所述,外玻璃板和内玻璃板各自具有外侧表面和内部空间侧表面。环绕的侧棱边在其间伸展。在本发明的意义上,外侧表面是指提供用于在安装位置面向外部环境的那个主面。在本发明的意义上,内部空间侧表面是指提供用于在安装位置面向内部空间的那个主面。外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面和内玻璃板的外侧表面彼此面对。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板的表面通常指定如下:
外玻璃板的外侧表面称为侧I。外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面称为侧II。内玻璃板的外侧表面称为侧III。内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面被称为侧IV。
防晒涂层优选作为IR反射涂层提供。特别地,除了环绕的边缘区域和任选局部的作为通信、传感器或摄像头窗口旨在确保电磁辐射传输通过复合玻璃板并因此不提供涂层的区域之外,该涂层被施加在玻璃板表面的整个面上。环绕的未涂覆的边缘区域例如

防晒涂层应实施为透明涂层。透明涂层被理解为是指在可见光谱范围内具有至少70%、优选至少75%的平均透射率的涂层,因此其不会显著限制透过玻璃板的透视。
如果第一层布置在第二层上方,这在本发明的意义上则意味着第一层布置得比第二层更远离外玻璃板。如果第一层布置在第二层下方,这在本发明的意义上则意味着第二层布置得比第一层更远离外玻璃板。
如果一层是基于一种材料形成的,则该层主要由该材料构成,特别是除了可能的杂质或掺杂物之外基本上由该材料构成。
防晒涂层优选是层堆叠或层序列,特别是由薄层构成,包括多个银层,其中每个银层分别布置在两个介电层或层序列之间。这些介电层或层序列被称为介电模块。介电模块因此被理解为是指可以由单个层片,即单个介电层形成的介电层,或由多个介电层层片形成的介电层。因此,该涂层是具有 n 个银层和 (n+1) 个介电层或层序列的薄膜堆叠,其中n 是自然数,并且其中在较低的介电层或层序列之后分别交替地是银层和介电层或层顺序。
防晒涂层是薄层堆叠,即多个薄的单层的层序列,并且优选地包括至少四个介电模块(M1、M2、M3和M4),即至少四个介电层。每个功能银层布置在两个介电层或层序列之间。功能层或层序列和介电层在此布置得使得在每两个相邻的在其间没有布置另外的功能银层的功能银层之间布置至少一个介电层,并且在最上面的功能层上方布置至少一个另外的介电层,并且在最下面的功能层下方布置至少一个另外的介电层。
防晒涂层优选具有至少三个银层。所述自然数n因此至少为3。
根据本发明的涂层可以包括另外的银层和介电模块,它们布置在第四介电模块M4上方(n>3)。然而,在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的一个特别优选的实施方案中,所述自然数n恰好为3。然而,除了银层之外,可以存在其他含金属的层,其对于涂层的防晒性能没有显著贡献,而是实现其它目的。这尤其适用于几何厚度小于1nm的金属阻挡层,其优选布置在银层和介电模块之间。
银层赋予防晒涂层基本的IR反射效果。术语银层在此是对基于银形成的层的命名。所述银层是基于银形成的。该银层优选含有至少90重量%的银,特别优选至少99重量%的银,非常特别优选至少99.9重量%的银。银层可以具有掺杂物,例如钯、金、铜或铝。
在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的一个优选实施方式中,从外玻璃板的方向看,防晒涂层包括如下的层顺序
-第一介电模块(M1),
-第一银层(Ag1),
-第二介电模块(M2),
-第二银层(Ag2),
-第三介电模块(M3),
-第三银层(Ag3),
-第四介电模块(M4)。
防晒涂层的层序列的结构是从外玻璃板的方向起始观察的。这意味着第一介电模块是防晒涂层的最靠近外玻璃板内部空间侧表面的层,然后依此顺序是第一银层 (Ag1)、第二介电模块 (M2)、第二银层 (Ag2)、第三介电模块(M3)、第三银层(Ag3)和第四介电模块(M4)。第四介电模块因此是防晒涂层的距离外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面最远并且最靠近内玻璃板的外侧表面的层。在此,银层分别布置在介电模块之间,即介电层或层顺序之间。
在这种情况下,在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的一个特别优选的实施方式中,防晒涂层的银层(Ag1、Ag2、Ag3)彼此具有0.4<Ag1/Ag3<1.7的相对几何层厚度,其中Ag3或Ag2是具有最大厚度的银层并且其中银层Ag3和Ag2的厚度也可以相同。在此,介电模块(M1、M2、M3、M4)具有

在一个替代的、特别优选的实施方式中,根据本发明的防晒涂层的银层(Ag1、Ag2、Ag3)在此彼此具有Ag1/Ag2>1且Ag1/Ag3>1的相对几何层厚度,并且介电模块( M1、M2、M3、M4)彼此具有M2/M1>1、M2/M3>1且M2/M4>1的相对光学层厚度。

令人惊讶地已经表明,与迄今已知的具有防晒涂层的复合玻璃质玻璃板相比,具有这种防晒涂层的交通工具复合玻璃板具有明显改善的能量性能,并且在此情况下同时具有良好的光学和美学性能,尤其是可以最小化或者甚至避免交通工具复合玻璃板的反射中的不希望的色调。除了光学上吸引人的反射颜色本身,尽可能小的反射颜色角度依赖性改变对于高的客户接受度也是至关重要的。根据本发明的这种交通工具复合玻璃板仅表现出轻微的反射颜色角度依赖性。
在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的一个优选实施方式中,在防晒涂层中,第一银层Ag1和第三银层Ag3彼此具有的相对几何层厚度为0.6<Ag1/Ag3<1.7,而第二银层Ag2是最厚的银层。介电模块M1、M2、M3和M4彼此具有的相对光学层厚度为M2/M1≥2、M2/M3>1且M2/M4≥2,其中第二介电模块M2为具有最大层厚度的介电模块。该实施方式已被证实在交通工具复合玻璃板的进一步改进的反射颜色角度依赖性改变方面是特别有利的。
光学厚度是几何厚度和折射率(在 550 nm 处)的乘积。层序列的光学厚度计算为各个层的光学厚度的总和。折射率例如可以借助于椭圆光度法确定。椭偏仪是商购可得的,例如由Sentech公司。介电层的折射率优选通过如下来确定,首先将其作为单层沉积在基板上,然后借助于椭圆光度法测量折射率。为了确定介电层序列的折射率,将层序列的层分别单独地作为单层沉积在基板上,然后借助于椭圆光度法确定折射率。
在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的另一优选的实施方式中,在防晒涂层中,第三银层是具有最大层厚度的银层,其中第一银层Ag1、第二银层Ag2和第三银层Ag3彼此具有的相对几何层厚度为0.4<Ag1/Ag3<0.9且0.5<Ag2/Ag3<1.0。在此,第一介电模块M1、第二介电模块M2、第三介电模块M3和第四介电模块M4彼此具有的相对光学层厚度为M2/M1≥1.9、M2/M3≥0.8且M2/M4≥1.6。具有防晒涂层的这种实施方式的交通工具复合玻璃板显示出进一步改进的能量反射率。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,所有介电层的折射率都大于1.8,优选大于1.9。换言之,介电模块的所有介电层或层序列仅由折射率大于1.8的介电层形成。由此获得了好的结果。介电层例如可以基于氮化硅、硅-金属-混合氮化物(如氮化硅锆(SiZrN)、硅-铝-混合氮化物、硅-铪-混合氮化物或硅-钛-混合氮化物)、氮化铝(AlN)、氧化锡(SnO)、氧化锰(MnO)、氧化钨(WO3)、氧化铌(Nb2O5)、氧化铋(Bi2O3)、二氧化钛(TiO2)、氧化锌(ZnO) 或锡-锌-混合氧化物(SnZnO)形成。

优选地,第一介电模块、第二介电模块、第三介电模块和/或第四介电模块包含用作抗反射层的介电层。在一个有利的实施方案中,每个介电模块包含介电层作为抗反射层。抗反射层降低了可见光的反射率,从而提高了经涂覆的玻璃板的透明度。抗反射层例如是基于氮化硅(Si3N4)、氧化硅(SiO2)、氮氧化硅、硅-金属-混合氮化物如氮化硅锆(SiZrN)、氮化铝(AlN)或氧化锡 (SnO)形成的。抗反射层此外可以具有掺杂物。抗反射层优选具有5nm至100nm、特别优选10nm至60nm的几何厚度。
在一个有利的实施方案中,一个或多个介电模块,优选地至少每个布置在银层下方的介电模块,具有第一匹配层。第一匹配层优选布置在抗反射层上方。第一匹配层优选直接布置在第一银层下方,以使其与各自的银层直接接触。这在银层的结晶性方面是特别有利的。在一个有利的实施方案中,一个或多个介电模块,优选地每个布置在银层上方的介电模块,具有第二匹配层。第二匹配层优选布置在抗反射层下方。
第一匹配层和/或第二匹配层优选包含氧化锌ZnO。第一匹配层和/或第二匹配层进一步优选包含掺杂物。第一匹配层和/或第二匹配层例如可以包含掺铝氧化锌(ZnO:Al)。氧化锌优选以基于氧计化学计量不足来沉积,以避免过量的氧与含银层反应。第一匹配层和第二匹配层的几何层厚度优选为5nm至20nm,特别优选8nm至20nm。
防晒涂层可以包括本身为本领域技术人员已知的另外的层,例如平滑层、牺牲层、阻隔层和/或阻挡层。
在一个有利的实施方案中,一个或多个介电模块,优选布置在两个银层之间的每个介电模块,特别优选还有最下面的第一介电模块,具有至少一个介电层作为平滑层。如果存在这样的第一匹配层,则所述至少一个平滑层布置在第一匹配层下方,优选地在抗反射层与第一匹配层之间。平滑层特别优选地与第一匹配层直接接触。平滑层起到优化、特别是平滑化用于随后在上方施加的银层的表面的作用。沉积在更平滑表面上的银层具有更高的透射率,同时更低的表面电阻。平滑层的几何层厚度优选为5nm至20nm,特别优选5nm至12nm。平滑层优选具有小于2.2的折射率。
平滑层优选包含至少一种非结晶氧化物。该氧化物可以是无定形的或部分无定形的(并因此部分结晶),但不是完全结晶的。非结晶平滑层具有低粗糙度并且因此形成对于在该平滑层上方施加的层而言有利的平滑表面。非结晶平滑层进一步导致直接沉积在平滑层上方的层的改进的表面结构,该层优选是第一匹配层。例如,平滑层可以包含元素锡、硅、钛、锆、铪、锌、镓和铟中的一种或多种的至少一种氧化物。平滑层特别优选包含非结晶混合氧化物。平滑层非常特别优选包含锡-锌-混合氧化物(ZnSnO)。所述混合氧化物可以具有掺杂物。平滑层例如可以包含掺锑的锡-锌-混合氧化物。混合氧化物优选具有化学计量不足的氧含量。
在一个有利的实施方案中,防晒涂层包括一个或多个阻挡层。优选地,给至少一个银层,特别优选给每个银层,分配至少一个阻挡层。阻挡层优选与银层直接接触并且布置在银层的直接上方或直接下方。因此,在银层和所属阻挡层之间优选地不布置另外的层。也可以将各一个阻挡层布置在银层的直接上方或直接下方。阻挡层优选包含铌、钛、镍、铬和/或其合金,特别优选镍-铬合金。阻挡层的几何层厚度优选为 0.1 nm 至 3 nm,特别优选0.1nm 至 1.5 nm,非常特别优选0.1 nm 至 1.0 nm。在银层的直接下方的阻挡层特别起到在热处理期间稳定银层的作用并改善了防晒涂层的光学品质。在银层的直接上方的阻挡层防止敏感的银层在通过反应性溅射沉积下一层(例如第二匹配层)期间与氧化性的反应性气氛接触。
在一个有利的实施方案中,介电模块分别布置在两个相邻的银层之间,其包括以下的介电层序列:
- 抗反射层,其基于氮化硅、硅-金属-混合氮化物如氮化硅锆、氮化铝和/或氧化锡,
- 平滑层,其基于元素锡、硅、钛、锆、铪、锌、镓和铟中的一种或多种的氧化物,
- 基于氧化锌的第一和第二匹配层,和
- 任选地,阻挡层,其基于铌、钛、镍、铬和/或其合金。在此,没有以特定的层顺序为先决条件。在最下面的银层的下方和在最上面的银层的上方,优选地布置基于上述优选材料的抗反射层和匹配层。
介电模块优选各自具有10nm至100nm的几何厚度,特别优选20nm至90nm,例如70nm至85nm。模块的光学厚度由介电模块的几何厚度通过乘以各自层的折射率得出。介电模块的光学厚度为40nm和240nm,优选50nm和200nm。
防晒涂层的每个功能银层的几何厚度优选为5nm至25nm,特别优选8nm至20nm。防晒涂层的所有功能银层的总几何厚度优选为20nm至80nm,特别优选30nm至60nm。在功能层的厚度和所有功能银层的总厚度的这些范围内在防晒功能和透明度方面实现了特别好的结果。
防晒涂层具有IR反射性能,因此它充当防晒涂层,其通过反射热辐射来减少交通工具内部空间的加热。具有该涂层的交通工具复合玻璃板的TTS值在此优选小于50%,特别优选小于45%,非常特别优选小于40%。根据 ISO 13837 测量的太阳能总透过率被称为TTS 值-它是热舒适性的量度。当该涂层与电接触,从而使得加热涂层的电流流过它时,该涂层还可以用作加热涂层。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板优选由玻璃制成,尤其是由窗玻璃常用的钠钙玻璃制成。然而,原则上,所述玻璃板也可以由其他类型的玻璃(例如硼硅酸盐玻璃、石英玻璃、铝硅酸盐玻璃)或透明塑料(例如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚碳酸酯)制成。外玻璃板和内玻璃板的厚度可以宽泛地变化。优选使用厚度为0.8mm至5mm、优选1.4mm至2.9mm的玻璃板,例如具有1.6mm或2.1mm的标准厚度的那些。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板可以是透明的和无色的,也可以是有色的或着色的。如上所述,交通工具复合玻璃板的第一区域在安装位置对应于挡风玻璃,因此在该区域中需要在光谱的可见范围内的高透射率并且摒弃部件的深色着色。在一个实施方案中,涉及光类型A,在第一区域中透过该复合玻璃的总透射率大于 70%。术语总透射率涉及由ECE-R 43,附录 3,§ 9.1规定的机动车辆玻璃板透光性的测试方法。外玻璃板和内玻璃板可以彼此独立地是无预应力的、部分预应力的或预应力的。如果玻璃板中的至少一个具有预应力,则其可以是热或化学预应力。
合适的玻璃质玻璃板包括,例如,来自 SAINT-GOBAIN 的在商品名Planiclear 和Planilux(各自为透明玻璃)下已知的玻璃质玻璃板。为了进一步改善复合玻璃板在光的可见范围内的透明度TL,也可以使用具有特别高透明度的玻璃质玻璃板。
交通工具复合玻璃板在一个或多个空间方向上弯曲,如对于机动车辆玻璃板而言常见的那样,其中典型的曲率半径为约10cm至约40m。因此,外玻璃板和内玻璃板也在一个或多个空间方向上弯曲。
热塑性中间层由一个或多个热塑性薄膜形成,其中,在所得交通工具复合玻璃板中,在所得中间层中的各个薄膜任选地不再能够彼此区分开。
热塑性中间层包含至少一种热塑性聚合物,优选乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)或聚氨酯(PU)或其混合物或共聚物或衍生物,特别优选PVB。中间层的厚度优选为0.2mm至2mm,特别优选0.3mm至1mm。热塑性中间层可包含一个或多个聚合物薄膜。热塑性中间层的各个聚合物薄膜优选具有约0.2mm至1mm的厚度,例如0.38mm、0.76mm或0.81mm。交通工具复合玻璃板的其他性能会受到薄膜厚度的影响。例如,较厚的薄膜带来改进的隔音效果(特别是如果它们包含有声学效果的芯),交通工具复合玻璃板的提高的防盗性以及还有提高的对紫外辐射的保护(UV保护)。
根据本发明,防晒涂层施加在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上。以这种方式,保护交通工具复合玻璃板的层压件中的防晒涂层免受天气影响。在特别好的防晒效果方面,将防晒涂层定位在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上,即尽可能靠近外玻璃板的外侧,是有利的。这通过使用透明的没有着色的外玻璃板得以进一步优化。
在一个优选的实施方式中,交通工具复合玻璃板可以在内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上至少在第三区域中具有热辐射反射涂层,该涂层减少热传递。此外,如果热塑性中间层在交通工具复合玻璃板具有热辐射反射涂层的区域中是深色上色或着色的,那么该交通工具复合玻璃板可以在该区域中具有小于 14%(根据 ISO13837 测量)的特别低的热辐射总透过率 (TTS) ,其中同时可以获得最佳的美学外观,而不会在交通工具复合玻璃板的反射中出现不希望的色调。尤其是可以避免交通工具复合玻璃板的不希望的红色和黄色反射或混浊。如果热塑性中间层在交通工具复合玻璃板具有热辐射反射涂层的区域中是无色的,则该交通工具复合玻璃板在此区域中可以具有小于 45%、优选小于42%(根据 ISO13837 测量)的低的热辐射总透过率(TTS),其中同时可以获得最佳的美学外观,而不会在交通工具复合玻璃板的反射中出现不希望的色调。尤其是可以避免交通工具复合玻璃板的不希望的红色和黄色反射或混浊。
这种热辐射反射涂层例如从WO2013/131667A1或WO2019/110172A1中已知。热辐射反射涂层也可称为热防护涂层、低发射率涂层、发射率降低涂层、低E涂层或低E层。它的任务是反射热辐射,即特别是波长比太阳辐射的红外部分更长的IR辐射。在外部温度低的情况下,低E涂层将热量反射回内部空间中并减少内部空间的冷却。在外部温度高的情况下,除了防晒涂层外,低E涂层将加热的交通工具复合玻璃板的热辐射向外反射,并减少内部空间的加热。与防晒涂层一起,低E涂层在夏季特别有效地减少玻璃板向内部空间中散发的热辐射和在冬季特别有效地减少热散发到外部环境中。
热辐射反射涂层优选包括功能层,该功能层包含导电氧化物(也称为透明导电氧化物或TCO),优选氧化铟锡(ITO)或氧化锡(SnO2),其布置在介电层之间。介电层尤其可以由介电氧化物或氮化物形成,如ZnO、SnZnO、AlN、TiO2、SiO2或Si3N4。
然而,热辐射反射涂层的功能层也可以包含其他导电氧化物,例如掺氟氧化锡(SnO2:F)、掺锑氧化锡(SnO2:Sb)、铟-锌-混合氧化物( IZO)、掺镓或掺铝的氧化锌、掺铌氧化钛、锡酸镉和/或锡酸锌。由此在该涂层的发射率和可弯曲性方面实现特别好的结果。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,热辐射反射涂层具有最高50%的发射率,优选最高30%。在此,内部空间侧发射率是指与理想热辐射器(黑体)相比,具有热辐射反射涂层的玻璃板在安装位置向例如建筑物或交通工具的内部空间中发出多少热辐射的量度。在本发明意义上,发射率被理解为是指根据标准 EN 12898在 283 K下的正常发射率。
优选地,交通工具复合玻璃板具有的外部能量反射率RE>36%,优选RE>39%。能量的值 RE 是根据标准 ISO 9050 计算的。
在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的一个实施方案中,在使用符合标准的A型辐射器时,在2°的入射角度下,其具有RLext > 8 %,优选10%至20%的外侧反射能力(可见光外部反射率RLext)。光学值RLext的计算根据标准EN 410用光类型A来进行。在此,外侧反射能力描述了从外部环境入射的可见辐射的被反射的比例。
如上所述,热塑性中间层可以至少在第三区域中是着色或上色的。在一个优选的实施方式中,热塑性中间层不仅在第三区域中而且在第二区域中是着色或上色的,其中优选在第二区域中热塑性中间层中的着色剂浓度往第一区域的方向降低。因此,在该实施方式中,热塑性中间层优选具有颜色梯度。
如上所述,外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面至少在交通工具复合玻璃板的环绕的边缘区域中具有不透明的覆盖印刷物。除了环绕的边缘区域中的不透明覆盖印刷物之外,交通工具复合玻璃板也还可以在位于第二区域中的一个区域中具有不透明覆盖印刷物。存在于第二区域的一个区域中的覆盖印刷物任选地在至少一个区域中加宽到第一区域中并且可以任选地具有至少一个用于传感器窗口的凹部。
热塑性中间层可以一件式形成或由彼此焊接在一起的几件组成。
在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的一个实施方式中,所述交通工具复合玻璃板此外在位于第二区域中的一个区域中具有不透明的覆盖印刷物并且热塑性中间层由在焊缝处焊接在一起的两块组成,其中,在从外垂直透视时,焊缝恰好布置在第二区域的不透明覆盖印刷物布置在其中的区域中。以此方式,在从外垂直透视时,焊缝被该不透明覆盖印刷物遮盖。
不透明覆盖印刷物例如可以形成为不透明的搪瓷或不透明的漆。合适的搪瓷或油漆是本领域技术人员已知的。
不透明覆盖印刷物优选包含至少一种颜料和玻璃料。它可含有另外的化学化合物。可以将玻璃料熔化或熔融,并且由此可以将覆盖印刷物与玻璃表面持久地连接(熔合或烧结)。颜料提供覆盖印刷物的不透明度。这种覆盖印刷物通常施加为搪瓷。
形成搪瓷形式的不透明覆盖印刷物的油墨优选至少包含颜料和玻璃料,其悬浮在液相(溶剂)例如水或有机溶剂如醇中。所述颜料通常是黑色颜料,例如颜料黑(炭黑)、苯胺黑、骨黑、氧化铁黑、尖晶石黑和/或石墨。
在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的一个实施方式中,不透明覆盖印刷物由具有相对于防晒涂层的分解性能的印刷油墨形成。
例如,可以通过适当选择玻璃料来实现印刷油墨相对于防晒涂层的分解性能。这些优选基于硼酸铋锌形成。为了实现所述分解性能,铋比例和/或硼比例优选高于常规玻璃料中的。例如,也可以使用由WO 2014/133929 A2已知的分解性覆盖印刷物。
根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板可以附加地包括可切换的功能元件和/或至少一个照明元件。所述附加的可切换功能元件和/或至少一个照明元件优选地布置在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的第三区域中。
这种可切换功能元件的实例是SPD功能元件(SPD=悬浮颗粒装置),其例如由EP0876608 B1和WO 2011033313 A1中已知。通过施加的电压可以控制可见光穿过 SPD 功能元件的透射率。
另一个实例是 PDLC 功能元件(PDLC=聚合物分散液晶),其例如由DE102008026339 A1 中已知。在此,有源层包含嵌入聚合物基质中的液晶。如果不施加电压,则液晶将无序排列,这导致穿过有源层的光发生强烈散射。如果给表面电极施加电压,则液晶沿一个共同的方向排列并且增加光穿过有源层的透射率。
另一个实例是 PNLC 功能元件(PNLC = 聚合物网络液晶)。在这种情况下,有源层包含嵌入聚合物网络中的液晶,其中,该工作方式在其他方面类似于 PDLC 功能元件中的情况。
另一个实例是电致变色功能元件。
SPD-、PDLC和PNLC-功能元件以及电致变色功能元件作为功能元件是商购可得的。
照明元件的实例例如是LED照明器具(LED=发光二极管)或OLED照明器具( OLED=有机发光二极管)或光散射玻璃纤维。本领域技术人员已知用于安装在根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板中的合适的照明器具。也可以通过交通工具复合玻璃板的棱边将光耦合到复合玻璃板中,然后将其又耦合出来,例如,通过复合玻璃板的内玻璃板中的孔。 在 WO2022/136107 A1 中公开了具有至少一个玻璃板和用于将光耦合到该玻璃板中的光源的装配玻璃。
本发明还包括一种用于制造根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的方法,该交通工具复合玻璃板形成为具有下棱边和上棱边以及两个侧向的玻璃板棱边的组合的前窗-和天窗玻璃,所述方法包括以下方法步骤:
a)提供具有外侧表面和内部空间侧表面的外玻璃板、具有外侧表面和内部空间侧表面的内玻璃板以及热塑性中间层;
b)至少在环绕的边缘区域中在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上施加不透明的覆盖印刷物,并在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上施加防晒涂层;
c) 形成按如下顺序至少包括外玻璃板、热塑性中间层和内玻璃板的层堆叠;和
d)将所述至少由外玻璃板、热塑性中间层和内玻璃板构成的层堆叠结合成交通工具复合玻璃板。
在根据本发明的方法的一个优选实施方式中,在步骤b)中首先施加不透明覆盖印刷物,然后施加防晒涂层。因此,在该实施方式中,防晒涂层在没有不透明覆盖印刷物的区域中施加在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上并且此外至少部分地施加在不透明覆盖印刷物上。
在根据本发明的方法的一个替代的优选实施方式中,在步骤b)中首先施加防晒涂层然后施加不透明覆盖印刷物,其中不透明覆盖印刷物由具有相对于防晒涂层的分解性能的印刷油墨形成。因此,在该实施方式中,防晒涂层仅在没有不透明覆盖印刷物的区域中施加在外玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上。
在该方法的一个优选实施方式中,作为进一步的步骤提供:至少在第三区域中在内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上施加热辐射反射涂层。热辐射反射涂层也可以施加在内玻璃板的整个内部空间侧表面上。
为了制造仅在第三区域中在内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上具有热辐射反射涂层的根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板,可以将热辐射反射涂层施加在内玻璃板的整个内部空间侧表面上,然后借助于激光在第一和第二区域中去除或者在将热辐射反射涂层施加在内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面上之前,借助于掩蔽剂掩蔽在第一和第二区域中的内玻璃板的内部空间侧表面,施加热辐射反射涂层,然后除去掩蔽剂。
防晒涂层和任选的热辐射反射涂层都可以承受高热负荷,因此它们也经受住玻璃板的通常超过 600℃温度下的热处理或弯曲而不会损坏。
防晒涂层以及任选的热辐射反射涂层的各个层可以通过本身已知的方法,优选通过磁场辅助的阴极溅射来沉积,并且以适当的层厚度和层顺序来构建。阴极溅射可以在保护气体气氛中进行,例如由氩气构成的,或者在反应性气体气氛中进行,例如通过添加氧气或氮气。然而,各个层也可以通过本领域技术人员已知的其他合适的方法来施加,例如蒸镀或化学气相沉积。
外玻璃板和内玻璃板经由热塑性中间层连接成交通工具复合玻璃板优选通过在热、真空和/或压力作用下的层压来实现。可以使用本身已知的用于制造复合玻璃板的方法。
例如,所谓的高压釜方法可以在约10bar至15bar的升高的压力和130℃至145℃的温度下进行约2小时。本身已知的真空袋-或真空环方法例如在约 200mbar和 80℃ 至 110℃ 下工作。外玻璃板、热塑性中间层和内玻璃板也可以在压延机中在至少一对辊之间被压制成玻璃板。这种类型的装置已知用于制造玻璃板,并且通常在压机之前具有至少一个加热通道。压制过程期间的温度例如为40℃至150℃。在实践中已证实,压延机-和高压釜方法的组合特别有利。或者,可以使用真空层压机。它们由一个或多个可以加热和抽真空的腔室组成,玻璃板在这些腔室中在例如0.01mbar至 800mbar的减压和 80℃ 至 170℃ 的温度下在例如约 60 分钟内层压。
根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的上述优选实施方案也相应地适用于制造根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板的方法,反之亦然。
本发明还包括根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板作为陆上、空中或水上交通的运输工具中的组合的前窗-和天窗玻璃,优选作为轨道交通工具或机动车辆中的组合的前窗-和天窗玻璃,特别是作为乘用车的组合的挡风玻璃和天窗玻璃的用途。

在该实施方式中,防晒涂层5布置在外玻璃板1的内部空间侧表面II上。防晒涂层5在外玻璃板1减去其中布置有不透明覆盖印刷物4的环绕的框架状区域的整个内部空间侧表面II上延伸。这例如可以通过首先在整个面上施加防晒涂层然后施加由具有相对于防晒涂层的分解性能的印刷油墨制成的不透明覆盖印刷物4来实现。
防晒涂层5包括例如至少三个功能银层,所述功能银层各自具有5nm和20nm的层厚度,其中每个功能银层布置在介电模块,例如由氮化硅制成的层之间。在此,根据本发明的防晒涂层的银层(Ag1、Ag2、Ag3)彼此具有0.4<Ag1/Ag3<1.7的相对几何层厚度,其中Ag2或Ag3为最厚的银层,并且介电模块(M1、 M2、M3、M4)彼此具有M2/M1≥1.9、M2/M3≥0.8和M2/M4≥1.6的相对光学层厚度。由于反射红外辐射,防晒涂层5导致交通工具内部空间和内玻璃板2的加热减少。根据本发明,可以实现能量反射率RE>36%,优选>39%。此外,除了良好的与迄今已知的系统相比改进的热舒适性之外,用这样的防晒涂层5还同时获得了交通工具复合玻璃板100的良好的光学和美学性能。在图1和图2中所示的交通工具复合玻璃板100的情况下,在8°或60°角度下的反射的颜色坐标a*和颜色坐标b*各自小于零。因此反射颜色为中性至蓝色/淡绿色。
从图1可以看出,在该实施方式中,第一区域A1基本上对应于交通工具复合玻璃板的在安装位置对应于前窗玻璃、特别是挡风玻璃的区域,并且第三区域A3基本上对应于交通工具复合玻璃板的在安装位置对应于天窗玻璃的区域,其中第二区域A2连接第一区域A1与第三区域A3。
图3示出了根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板100的另一实施方式的透视图,其中该实施方式与图1中所示的实施方式区别仅在于,第一区域A1基本上对应于在安装位置例如延伸直至交通工具的B柱的全景挡风玻璃对应的区域。

在此实施方式中,交通工具复合玻璃板100不仅可以具有良好的能量反射率RE>40%,而且在布置了热辐射反射涂层6且热塑性中间层3深色着色的第三区域A3中也可具有TTS<14%的特别低的热辐射总透过率。热辐射反射涂层6一方面减少了热辐射透过交通工具复合玻璃板100散发到交通工具内部空间中,尤其是在外部温度高的情况下。另一方面,热辐射反射涂层6可以在外部温度低的情况下减少从交通工具内部空间散发的热辐射。此外,热辐射反射涂层6可以减少可见光透射到交通工具内部空间中。由此可以明显改善交通工具内部空间的室内气候并且可以减少使用空调的必要性。
图5中示出了穿过根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板100的另一实施方式的横截面,其中图5中所示的实施方式与图4中以横截面所示的实施方式的不同之处仅在于,热辐射反射涂层布置在内玻璃板2的整个内部空间侧表面IV上。

防晒涂层5包含至少一个阻挡层,特别优选每个功能银层Ag1、Ag2、Ag3如所示般与至少一个阻挡层B1、B2和B3直接接触。根据本发明,阻挡层优选至少包含镍、铬、钛或其合金或由其组成。阻挡层B(B1、B2、B3)优选布置在至少一个功能银层与至少一个介电层之间。通过阻挡层B,在加热时,特别是在制造根据本发明的交通工具复合玻璃板期间,保护了功能层。

S1 提供具有外侧表面I和内部空间侧表面II的外玻璃板1、具有外侧表面III和内部空间侧表面IV的内玻璃板2和热塑性中间层3;

在一个实施方式中,使用玻璃质玻璃板作为外玻璃板1和内玻璃板2。在该方法的一个优选实施方式中,借助于磁场辅助的阴极溅射将具有至少三个功能银层Ag1、Ag2和Ag3以及至少四个介电模块M1、M2、M3和M4的防晒涂层5施加到外玻璃板1的内部空间侧表面II上。
可以借助于根据本发明的方法制造的交通工具复合玻璃板100具有下棱边U、上棱边O和两个侧向的玻璃板棱边S。此外,交通工具复合玻璃板100具有从下棱边U起始的第一区域A1、从上棱边O起始的第三区域A3以及连接第一区域A1与第三区域A3的第二区域A2。
在根据本发明的方法的一个优选实施方式中,在步骤S2中首先施加不透明的覆盖印刷物4,然后施加防晒涂层5。以此方式,例如,可以制造图14、图15和图16中所示的实施方式。
在根据本发明的方法的一个替代的优选实施方式中,在步骤S2中首先施加防晒涂层5,然后施加不透明的覆盖印刷物4,其中不透明的覆盖印刷物4由印刷油墨形成,其具有相对于防晒涂层5的分解性能。以此方式,例如可以制造图2、图4、图5、图7、图8、图9、图11、图12和图13中所示的实施方式。
任选地,根据本发明的方法可以包括至少在第三区域A3中在内玻璃板2的内部空间侧表面IV上施加热辐射反射涂层的附加步骤。
本发明借助以下根据本发明的实施例和非根据本发明的比较例来说明。
实施例
根据实施例和比较例的复合玻璃板的所有光学、美学和能量性能均在层压状态下测量。在实施例和比较例中,防晒涂层5被施加在无色透明的外玻璃板1(实施例Planiclear)的内部空间侧表面II上并与热塑性中间层3和内玻璃板2层压。在中间层中使用了着色的 PVB薄膜。低E涂层被施加在深色着色的内玻璃板 2(实施例 VG10)的内部空间侧表面 IV上。低E涂层的发射率为 30%。低E涂层基于包封在介电层(Si3N4、SiOx)之间的ITO(氧化铟锡)层。实施例和比较例具有相同的所描述的基本结构,但所使用的防晒涂层不同。
根据本发明的实施例1至10和非根据本发明的比较例制造为具有所给出的防晒涂层的复合玻璃板。
对于每个实施例和比较例均给出防晒涂层的堆叠结构(层和层厚度)以及该涂层在成品复合玻璃板中的光学性能。

实施例1至10和A至E的复合玻璃板在能量性能、热和视觉舒适性方面以及同时在美学外观方面得到改进,并且相对于已知的具有防晒涂层的复合玻璃板得到了进一步的优化。可以实现 RE>39% 的能量反射率。用这种防晒涂层,结合以热辐射反射涂层,可以提供可以额外具有小于 14% 的特别低的热辐射总透过率(TTS)的复合玻璃板,其中同时可以获得最佳的美学外观而在复合玻璃板的反射中没有不希望的色调。特别地,可以避免复合玻璃板的不希望的红色和黄色反射或混浊。根据本发明,可以不依赖于观看角度获得复合玻璃板的基本上恒定的、期望的颜色反射。
实施例1至10和A至E的复合玻璃板具有在60°角度下的反射中的反射颜色和在8°角度下的反射颜色,它们的颜色坐标a*在色彩空间CIE中各自具有负值,并且它们的颜色坐标 b*在色彩空间CIE中各自具有负值。
