Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括轴体和轴承单元的电机,所述轴体上安装有转子,所述轴体可旋转地安装在所述轴承单元上。本发明的电机尤指永磁体发电机。
背景技术
通常情况下需要定期为电机更换转子的轴承。为此需要将转子支承在电机的另一组件或专门设置的装置上。就永磁体激励的电机而言,如果更换轴承时转子支承在定子上,则转子既以其重力也以额外的磁力附着在定子上。因而只有施加非常大的作用力才能将转子与定子分开。这个问题在具有较大发电机的风电设备上尤其严重。
目前只有他励异步发电机利用升降缸来更换轴承,升降缸的作用是支承和抬高转子。之后将转子安放在定子上。而永磁体发电机实际上几乎不可能实施这种轴承更换。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种可方便更换轴承的电机。特定而言,本发明的目的是让永磁体发电机也能更换轴承。
本发明用以达成上述目的的解决方案为一种包括一轴体、一轴承单元以及一转子支板的电机,所述轴体上安装有一转子,所述轴体可旋转地安装在所述轴承单元上,所述轴承单元固定在所述转子支板上,所述转子支板所采用的尺寸使其能够在所述轴承单元被拆除的情况下对所述轴体进行支承,所述转子支板将所述轴承单元的油脂室与所述轴体密封隔离。
本发明转子支板的优点在于,其不仅起到端盖的作用,还起到密封隔离轴承单元的油脂室的作用。基于这种将油脂室与轴体密封隔离的功能,所述转子支板非常接近所述轴体,这就使得所述轴体在更换轴承时能够顺利地支承在转子支板上。这个光隙一般明显小于转子与定子间的气隙,因此,即使在永磁体发电机(即永磁体激励的发电机)上也能顺利地更换轴承而不必让转子与定子发生接触。
所述转子支板优选采用一体式设计。其中,所述转子支板以实际形成一端盖的方式成型,且一油脂室内盖与该端盖一体成型。
所述轴承单元尤指滚动轴承。这类滚动轴承需要定期更换。
此外,所述转子支板可具有一环形槽,该环形槽是轴承单元的油脂室的一部分。这样就无需设置其他专门用来构成油脂室的部件。
当所述电机处于可用状态时,转子支板与轴体之间的距离优选小于0.5mm。特别是在大型电机中,这个较小距离一般小于转子与定子之间的气隙。由此,即使从电机上拆除轴承,转子也不会接触到定子。
根据特别有利的实施方式,所述轴承外圈与所述转子支板之间设有一拉拔装置,以便从所述轴体上取下所述滚动轴承。这样就能方便地取下滚动轴承。
特定而言,所述拉拔装置可呈环形并具有复数个螺纹孔,为了达到取下所述滚动轴承的目的,这些螺纹孔可供复数个螺钉拧入,这些螺钉支承在所述转子支板上以产生轴向拉力。因此,只需将少量螺钉拧入该拉拔装置就能达到取下滚动轴承的目的。
根据另一可行实施方式,一用于所述轴承单元的轮毂旋紧在所述转子支板上。这种轮毂既可增强支承稳定性也能简化轴承的更换。
根据另一可行实施方式,一用于在外部密封隔离所述轴承单元的油脂室的油脂室外盖旋紧在所述轮毂上。由此,油脂室外盖、轴承单元、轮毂和转子支板这些组件就构成了一个带油脂室和易换型轴承的紧密型轴承单元。
根据另一有利实施方式,所述转子支板具有一定心区段,以便在将轮毂旋紧到转子支板上时使装有所述轴承单元的轴体在转子支板中得到定心。亦即,所述定心区段的作用是,轴承更换完毕后在安装过程中由转子支板自动将所述转子抬高并送入要求的定心位置。
如前所述,将所述电机实施为永磁体发电机特别有利,因为正是在这类发电机上才需要防止转子在更换轴承时与定子发生接触。

具体实施方式
下文中将要详细介绍的实施例为本发明的优选实施方式。
附图中示有一转子支板1,该转子支板通常布置在电机端面。因而也可被视为电机的整个外壳上类似于端盖这样的部件。附图仅以放大图形式对转子支板1处于电机中央区域(即未进一步图示的转子的轴体2附近)的部分予以显示。转子支板1具有一端盖区3,轮毂4旋接在该端盖区上。在轮毂4与轴体2的相应区段之间设有一滚动轴承5。滚动轴承5的内圈6直接压紧轴体2。滚动轴承5的外圈7由轮毂4支承。这样就用轮毂4以传统方式对轴体2进行了固定。
此外,所述轴承还受到油脂室8中润滑油的润滑作用。油脂室8在滚动轴承5两侧沿轴向延伸。在所述电机内部,一个带密封件(毡环)的内盖区9将油脂室8密封在轴体与转子支板之间,该内盖区与端盖区3一体式相连且共同形成转子支板1。为了使油脂室8在容量方面能满足需要,内盖区9具有环形槽10以便可将润滑油压入环形槽中。内盖区9几乎接触到轴体2的相应区段。这两个组件之间留有一个从图中看不到的间隙12,其宽度通常小于0.5mm,例如为0.3mm。这个宽度较小的间隙12和密封件16的存在,使得可以通过内盖区9将油脂室8与轴体2密封隔离。这样,油脂室8内的润滑油就不会进入电机内腔。油脂室8被外盖11在外部予以封闭。油脂室8的这个外盖11沿轴向旋接在轮毂4上。
在内盖区9与轮毂4及轴承外圈7之间设有一拉拔装置13。这个环形拉拔装置13在安装完毕状态下几乎不发挥任何作用。拉拔装置13仅用于取下滚动轴承5。为此,拉拔装置13具有多个(例如)沿其周边分布的螺纹孔14,为了进行拉拔操作,在这些螺纹孔内拧入多个(未图示的)螺钉,再将这些螺钉支承在内盖区9上。当然,只有将轮毂4连同外盖11从转子支板1上旋下后才能取下滚动轴承5。
下面对本发明转子支板的作用进行详细说明。如前所述,更换滚动轴承5时首先要将轮毂4连同外盖11从电机(例如永磁体发电机)上旋下。这样就使滚动轴承5失去了径向支承点。但由于间隙12非常小,因此拆除轮毂4后的轴体受到转子支板1(特别是内盖区9)的径向支承。轴体2与内盖区9之间仅存在0.3mm的间隙,所以不必增设其他装置来支承轴体2。此外还可使装有永磁体的转子不会紧贴在定子上,以免产生非常大的附着力。
在风电设备上采用本发明的这种转子支板1特别有利。因为,通过上述方案可以在配有永磁体电机的风电设备的机舱内更换轴承而不会让转子紧贴定子。否则,只有在机舱内施加非常大的作用力才能将转子松开。
可以从外部取下滚动轴承5而不必使转子完全脱离定子。由于滚动轴承5压紧轴体2,因此需要相应较大的作用力才能将其取下。有鉴于此,本实施例在内盖区9中设置了环形拉拔装置13。取下轮毂4后,拉拔装置13的螺纹孔14处于可及状态。如前所述,通过支承在内盖区9上的螺钉来产生拉拔操作所需要的轴向力。在此过程中,拉拔装置13的径向内侧区段对滚动轴承5的轴承外圈7进行挤压。这样就能将滚动轴承5推离轴体2。
将一个新的轴承安装到轴体2上之后,将轮毂4连同外盖11重新旋紧在转子支板1上。但由于轴体2支承在转子支板1上,因此只有沿径向抬高该轴体才能使其进入工作位置。这一点通过转子支板1上实施为定心区段的成型斜面15和轮毂4上相应的配合结构而达成。成型斜面15在转子支板1中形成锥形凹槽,这个凹槽转化为圆柱形配合结构。如果将轮毂4以其配合结构压入这个凹槽,就会自动实现轴体2的定心。在特定情况下,通过旋紧轮毂4可将所述轴体抬高0.3mm,从而实现所述轴体的自动定心。作为对所述轴体进行自动定心的替代方案,当然也可以在轮毂上设置带成型斜面的配合结构而在转子支板上设置对应的配合结构。视情况还可加装升降缸来抬高转子。
本发明用于在更换轴承时支承转子的转子支板1具有诸多优点。首先,不必在风电设备的机舱中安装平台式起重机等附加设备,这样就节省了空间和成本。其次,不必从发电机上拆除例如250kg重的端盖或转子支板并安放到较薄的机舱壁上,这样可以防止引发安全问题。另外,采用本发明的转子支板能使更换轴承所需要的空间降至最小。

Claims (11)

1.一种电机,包括:
一轴体(2),所述轴体上安装有一转子,
一轴承单元(5),所述轴体(2)可旋转地安装在所述轴承单元(5)上,其特征在于,
还设有一转子支板(1),其中,
所述轴承单元(5)固定在所述转子支板上,
所述转子支板所采用的尺寸使其能够在所述轴承单元被拆除的情况下对所述轴体(2)进行支承,以及
所述转子支板将所述轴承单元(5)的一油脂室(8)与所述轴体(2)密封隔离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机,其中,所述转子支板(1)采用一体式设计。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电机,其中,所述轴承单元(5)是一滚动轴承。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的电机,其中,所述转子支板(1)具有一环形槽(10),所述环形槽是所述轴承单元(5)的一油脂室(8)的一部分。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的电机,其中,当所述电机处于可用状态时,所述转子支板(1)与所述轴体(2)之间的距离小于0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项权利要求所述的电机,其中,
所述轴承外圈(7)与所述转子支板(1)之间设有一拉拔装置(13),以便从轴体(2)上取下所述滚动轴承。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电机,其中,所述拉拔装置(13)呈环形且具有复数个螺纹孔(14),为了达到取下所述滚动轴承的目的,所述螺纹孔可供复数个螺钉拧入,所述螺钉支承在所述转子支板(1)上以产生一轴向拉力。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项权利要求所述的电机,其中,
一用于所述轴承单元(5)的轮毂(4)旋紧在所述转子支板(1)上。

一用于在外密封隔离所述轴承单元(5)的油脂室(8)的油脂室外盖(11)旋紧在所述轮毂(4)上。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的电机,其中,所述转子支板(1)具有一定心区段(15),以便在将所述轮毂(4)旋紧到所述转子支板(1)上时,使装有所述轴承单元(5)的所述轴体(2)在所述转子支板(1)中得到定心。
