Abstract

本发明提供了一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统,包括:主轴轴承、轴承密封件、轴承端盖、废油通孔和至少一个拨轮;所述轴承密封件套设在所述主轴轴承的一端,所述轴承端盖配合所述轴承密封件环绕在所述轴承密封件外侧;所述废油通孔设置在所述轴承端盖上;所述至少一个拨轮设置在所述轴承密封件上,以使所述废油通过所述拨轮作用后从所述废油通孔中排出。由于拨轮随主轴轴承转动,从而可以将废油从废油通孔有效排出,进而降低对风力发电机组周边环境的污染。

Description

风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统
技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电机组制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统。
背景技术
目前风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统普遍采用唇形密封圈密封或迷宫式密封,并在主轴轴承两端的轴承端盖上设置有废油收集孔。该废油收集孔主要用于排放风力发电机组主轴轴承中存在的废油。
通常风力发电机组的轴承座内空腔较大,使得空腔内可容纳大量使用过的废油,废油的粘度较大,在轴承座内流动性差,从而造成废油很难从废油收集孔排出,长期累积的废油油脂会在压力的作用下,从主轴轴承两侧的密封层处在整个圆周方向被挤压出来,造成对整个风力风力发电机组及周边环境的严重污染。目前现有技术中还没有解决上述问题的方法。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统,从而可以实现风力发电机组主轴轴承有效排油,进而降低对风力发电机组及周边环境的污染。
第一方面,本发明提供一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统,包括:主轴轴承、轴承密封件、轴承端盖、废油通孔和至少一个拨轮;所述轴承密封件套设在所述主轴轴承的一端,所述轴承端盖配合所述轴承密封件环绕在所述轴承密封件外侧;所述废油通孔设置在所述轴承端盖上;所述至少一个拨轮设置在所述轴承密封件上,以使所述废油通过所述拨轮作用后从所述废油通孔中排出。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能实施方式中,所述拨轮包括:第一面板和第二面板;所述第一面板与所述第二面板垂直设置。
结合第一方面的第一种可能实施方式,在第一方面的第二种可能实施方式中,所述第一面板和所述第二面板通过焊接方式连接。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能实施方式或第二种可能实施方式,在第一方面的第三种可能实施方式中,所述拨轮与所述轴承密封件通过螺栓或者卡槽固定方式或者焊接方式或者粘接方式连接。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能实施方式或第二种可能实施方式,在第一方面的第四种可能实施方式中,所述拨轮与所述主轴轴承夹角为θ,其中0<θ<90°。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能实施方式或第二种可能实施方式,在第一方面的第五种可能实施方式中,若所述排油系统采用迷宫密封方式,则所述轴承密封件为密封环。
结合第一方面的第五种可能实施方式,在第一方面的第六种可能实施方式中,所述密封环上设置至少一个开口槽;所述拨轮设置在所述开口槽中。
本发明提供了一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统,包括:主轴轴承、轴承密封件、轴承端盖、废油通孔和至少一个拨轮;所述轴承密封件套设在所述主轴轴承的一端,所述轴承端盖配合所述轴承密封件环绕在所述轴承密封件外侧;所述废油通孔设置在所述轴承端盖上;所述至少一个拨轮设置在所述轴承密封件上,所述拨轮随着主轴轴承的转动,使得废油通过拨轮作用后从所述废油通孔中排出。从而可以实现风力发电机组主轴轴承有效排油,进而降低对风力发电机组及周边环境的污染。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1为本发明一实施例提供的一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统的结构示意图,图2为本发明一实施例提供的一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统的剖面图,结合图1和图2所示,该系统包括:主轴轴承1、轴承密封件2、轴承端盖3、废油通孔4和至少一个拨轮5;所述轴承密封件2套设在所述主轴轴承1的一端,所述轴承端盖3配合所述轴承密封件2环绕在所述轴承密封件2外侧;所述废油通孔4设置在所述轴承端盖3上;所述至少一个拨轮5设置在所述轴承密封件2上,以使所述废油通过所述拨轮5作用后从所述废油通孔4中排出。
具体地,该排油系统的工作原理为:主轴轴承1顺时针转动时,润滑油从主轴轴承1中间部位注入,经主轴轴承1使用后的废油从主轴轴承1两侧排出到两侧的轴承座6的空腔内,通常风力发电机组的轴承座6内空腔较大,使得空腔内可容纳大量使用过的废油,并且由于采用了较好密封件,在内部压力较小的情况下,使得废油难以从密封处流出。本发明提供的排油系统中的拨轮5会随着主轴轴承1一起转动,从而实现对空腔内的废油不断搅动,这时空腔内的废油在拨轮5的作用下分别向主轴轴承1两侧流动。并且由于在所述轴承端盖3上设置有废油通孔4,因此当拨轮5将废油拨到废油通孔4处时,废油则可以通过废油通孔4流出。
上述的拨轮5可以根据实际需要确定它的数目,通常在主轴轴承1两侧至少各设置一个拨轮5,相应的在两侧的轴承端盖3上设置有至少一个废油通孔4,以便废油可以顺利排出,除此之外,该系统还包括主轴7,并且还设置有锁紧螺母8。
图3为本发明一实施例提供的一种拨轮的俯视示意图,结合图1和图3,所述拨轮5包括:第一面板9和第二面板10;所述第一面板9与所述第二面板10垂直设置。
可选地,所述第一面板9和所述第二面板10通过焊接方式连接。
进一步地,如图1所示,所述拨轮5与所述轴承密封件2通过螺栓或者卡槽固定方式或者焊接方式或者粘接方式连接。所述拨轮5与所述主轴轴承1夹角为θ,其中0<θ<90°。
可选地,所述排油系统可以采用迷宫密封方式,也可以采用密封圈密封方式,若所述排油系统采用迷宫密封方式,则所述轴承密封件2为密封环。轴承端盖3与密封环组成迷宫式密封结构,迷宫式密封结构的间隙为1-2mm,这种情况下,所述密封环上设置至少一个开口槽;所述拨轮设置在所述开口槽中。所述轴承端盖3配合所述密封环环绕在所述密封环外侧;所述废油通孔4设置在所述轴承端盖3上;所述至少一个拨轮5设置在所述密封环上,以使所述废油通过所述拨轮5作用后从所述废油通孔4中排出。
进一步地,上述的拨轮5可以由金属材料制成,也可以为其他非金属材料制成,并且废油通孔4可以为圆形、方形等易于废油排出的任何形状。此方面不限于此。
本发明提供了一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统,包括:主轴轴承、轴承密封件、轴承端盖、废油通孔和至少一个拨轮;所述轴承密封件套设在所述主轴轴承的一端,所述轴承端盖配合所述轴承密封件环绕在所述轴承密封件外侧;所述废油通孔设置在所述轴承端盖上;所述至少一个拨轮设置在所述轴承密封件上,以使所述废油通过所述拨轮作用后从所述废油通孔中排出。从而可以实现风力发电机组主轴轴承有效排油,进而降低对风力发电机组及周边环境的污染。

Claims (7)

1.一种风力发电机组主轴轴承的排油系统,其特征在于,包括:主轴轴承、轴承密封件、轴承端盖、废油通孔和至少一个拨轮;
所述轴承密封件套设在所述主轴轴承的一端,所述轴承端盖配合所述轴承密封件环绕在所述轴承密封件外侧;
所述废油通孔设置在所述轴承端盖上;
所述至少一个拨轮设置在所述轴承密封件上,以使所述废油通过所述拨轮作用后从所述废油通孔中排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排油系统,其特征在于,所述拨轮包括:第一面板和第二面板;
所述第一面板与所述第二面板垂直设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的排油系统,其特征在于,所述第一面板和所述第二面板通过焊接方式连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的排油系统,其特征在于,所述拨轮与所述轴承密封件通过螺栓或者卡槽固定方式或者焊接方式或者粘接方式连接。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的排油系统,其特征在于,所述拨轮与所述主轴轴承夹角为θ,其中0<θ<90°。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的排油系统,其特征在于,若所述排油系统采用迷宫密封方式,则所述轴承密封件为密封环。
7.根据权利要求6所述的排油系统,其特征在于,所述密封环上设置至少一个开口槽;
所述拨轮设置在所述开口槽中。
