Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种风力设备传动器,具有至少一个传动器轴或销轴,它通过固定轴承和活动轴承可旋转地固定。按照本实用新型使所述固定轴承由成对的圆锥滚子轴承构成并且所述活动轴承由圆柱滚子轴承构成。

Description

风力设备传动器中的轴承
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的大型风力设备的传动器中的轴承。
背景技术
由例如按照EP 1 318 329A2的现有技术已知用于这种风力设备的传动器。在这种传动器里面传动器轴最好通过滚动轴承作为固定和活动轴承支承。这种滚动轴承尤其可以承受高的动态负荷和交变的转矩。
在此要指出,风力设备的传动器也处于明显的热负荷下。尤其是它们必需在不同的温度下保证其全部功能性。但是在这方面已经证实,由于上述的、持续交变的运行温度、以及出现的高动态负荷和交变的转矩在传动器轴的轴承里面产生径向和轴向的间隙而且以这样的程度,以增加的程度产生滚动轴承损害。其结果是风力设备长时间停机,在其间必需更换损坏的滚动轴承,这最终导致降低的设备经济性。
实用新型内容
由此提出本实用新型的目的是,提高风力设备的经济性。
这个目的通过具有权利要求1特征的风力设备传动器轴承得以实现。
本实用新型规定,使至少一个传动器轴的固定轴承由成对的圆锥滚子轴承构成并且使活动轴承由圆柱滚子轴承构成。所述圆锥滚子轴承对能够以有利的方式在考虑外壳/轴配合的情况下这样调整,使轴向间隙最小化,但是尽管在运行中的热膨胀最多也只出现略微的预应力。这种预应力在圆锥滚子轴承对的使用寿命方面是无需顾虑的。此外对于交变的转矩不产生动态的附加力。
本实用新型的其它有利结构是从属权利要求的内容。
按照本实用新型的优选结构使所述圆锥滚子轴承对以X形状设置。
另外优选的是,使轴承对的圆锥滚子轴承安置在两个独立的轴承体里面并且使它们在结构位置上在端侧相互挤压。在此也有利的是,相互挤压的端侧的至少一个有至少一个径向槽,它作为油输入通道。

在唯一的附图中以纵向截面图示出按照本实用新型的优选实施例的用于风力设备的传动器。
具体实施方式
所述传动器具有中心空心轴1,它通过作为所述一个端部段上的固定轴承的以X形安装的双圆锥轴承2支承在传动器外壳4上并且通过作为所述另一端部段上的活动轴承的单个的圆柱滚子轴承3支承在传动器外壳上。在所述一个端部段上空心轴1与第一圆柱齿轮5一体地构成,该齿轮与第一行星齿轮6啮合,该行星齿轮又啮合在齿圈7里面。在此行星齿轮6可旋转地支承在行星齿轮支架13上,它形成传动器的输入部件。
在输入空心轴1的所述另一端部段上第二圆柱齿轮8无转动地设置在空心轴1上,该齿轮与第二齿轮9啮合。第二齿轮9支承在传动器外壳4里面。第二齿轮9为此一体地成形在销轴(Bolzen)10上,该销轴在其一个端部段上通过作为活动轴承的圆柱滚子轴承10a可旋转地支承在传动器外壳4里面。在其另一端部段上销轴10通过作为固定轴承的以X形状构成的双圆锥轴承10b支承在传动器外壳4上。
在第二齿轮9旁固定另一圆柱齿轮11,它与传动器的输出轴12啮合。该另一圆柱齿轮11为此无转动地固定在销轴10上。
所述输出轴12在一个端部段上通过作为活动轴承的圆柱滚子轴承12a可旋转地支承在外壳4上。在其另一端部段上输出轴12同样通过作为固定轴承的以X形状构成的双圆锥轴承12b支承在风力设备传动器的外壳4上。
如同由附图所示的那样,所述圆锥轴承对由两个相互挤压的单个圆锥轴承构成,它们分别具有自身的轴承保持架以及自身的内和外轴承环。设置在轴承外环之间的间隔垫配有径向槽,它通过传动器外壳4里面的油管道被供给润滑油。
如同由附图还看到的那样,利用圆锥挤压连接形式的轴-轮毂连接实现上述两个前述圆柱齿轮8和11的无转动固定。具体地说,使空心轴1或销轴10的外壳面局部地以1∶30的斜度锥形地构成,由此得到能自锁的压配合,用于传递大转矩。
为了实现锥形部段,使空心轴1及销轴10具有径向扩大的环段,它对应于以后套上的圆柱齿轮宽度地轴向延伸。在此各环段的外壳面锥形地以上述意义构成。为了减小应力集中,在环段与连接在其上的其余轴段或销轴段之间以半径实现过渡。也可以选择地使圆柱齿轮附加地通过轴环或轴螺母轴向固定。
在所示实施例中在各圆柱齿轮的锥形轮毂孔内部设置轴向延伸的螺旋槽(未详细示出),它与压力油孔流体连接。压力油孔最好径向在轮毂里面延伸并且通到压力油接头上,压力油接头设置在各圆柱齿轮的端侧上。通过压力油接头可以使压力油孔连接到未示出的压力源上。

Claims (4)

1.风力设备传动器,具有至少一个传动器轴(1,12)和/或至少一个销轴(10),它们/它通过固定轴承和活动轴承可旋转地保持,其特征在于,所述固定轴承是成对的圆锥滚子轴承(2,10b,12b)并且所述活动轴承是圆柱滚子轴承(3,10a,12a)。
2.如权利要求1所述的风力设备传动器,其特征在于,所述成对的圆锥滚子轴承(2,10b,12b)具有两个单个的圆锥轴承,它们相互挤压。
3.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的风力设备传动器,其特征在于,所述成对的圆锥滚子轴承(2,10b,12b)以X形状设置。
4.如权利要求2所述的风力设备传动器,其特征在于,在圆锥滚子轴承(2,10b,12b)的圆锥滚子轴承体之间构成径向槽,它是油输入通道。
