本实用新型涉及一种水轮机密封装置。 
背景技术
目前冷却塔用水轮机在使用过程当中,由于设备本身结构紧凑、运转速快而传统密封结构单一等原因,经常引起水轮机齿轮油泄漏,进而造成齿轮、轴承的异常磨损,严重缩短了设备的使用寿命。 
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以克服上述缺陷,能提高水轮机使用寿命,具有良好密封性的水轮机密封装置。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水轮机密封装置,包括水轮机,其特征在于:还包括内套、外套,内套和外套均为弹性密封套,内套紧贴水轮机外壁,外套设置在内套外侧,内套和外套之间设置有阶梯式迷宫台阶。 
所述的阶梯式迷宫台阶内设置有弹性密封圈。 
水轮机外壁紧贴包覆有内套和外套,双重保证其密封性。而且内套与外套之间设置有阶梯式迷宫台阶,当发生介质泄漏时可增加介质泄漏路径,尽可能减少介质的泄漏量,同时阶梯式迷宫台阶内设置弹性密封圈,同样可增大介质泄漏路径和介质泄漏的摩擦力,从而减少介质损耗。 
本实用新型所具有的有益效果是:加工制造简单、维修方便、密封性能好、运行中稳定性与可靠性高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述: 
如图1所示,一种水轮机密封装置,包括水轮机1,还包括内套2、外套3,内套2和外套3均为弹性密封套,内套2紧贴水轮机1外壁,外套3设置在内套2外侧,内套2和外套3之间设置有阶梯式迷宫台阶4,阶梯式迷宫台阶4内设置有弹性密封圈5。 
水轮机1外壁紧贴包覆有内套2和外套3,双重保证其密封性。而且内套2与外套3之间设置有阶梯式迷宫台阶4,当发生介质泄漏时可增加介质泄漏路径,尽可能减少介质的泄漏量,同时阶梯式迷宫台阶4内设置弹性密封圈5,同样可增大介质泄漏路径和介质泄漏的摩擦力,从而保证密封性,并减少介质损耗保证设备的使用寿命。

1.一种水轮机密封装置,包括水轮机,其特征在于:还包括内套、外套,内套和外套均为弹性密封套,内套紧贴水轮机外壁,外套设置在内套外侧,内套和外套之间设置有阶梯式迷宫台阶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水轮机密封装置,其特征在于:所述的阶梯式迷宫台阶内设置有弹性密封圈。
