Abstract
本发明提供能够向轨道顺畅地供给油分的滚动轴承。具备:内圈;外圈,经由多个滚动体配置于该内圈的外周;保持器,沿圆周方向等间隔地保持多个滚动体;密封部件,配置在内圈和外圈之间的环状空间,对润滑剂进行密封。在保持器的内径侧形成有贮存润滑剂的第1润滑剂贮存部,在密封部件的内侧形成有贮存润滑剂的第2润滑剂贮存部,在外圈的内周面且供滚动体滚动的轨道附近,形成有贮存润滑剂的第3润滑剂贮存部。在密封部件的内侧面形成第1引导面,对第2润滑剂贮存部内的润滑剂向轨道侧进行引导,并且在外圈的内周面形成第2引导面,与该第1引导面连接,并对润滑剂向轨道侧进行引导。保持器的第1润滑剂贮存部与收纳滚动体的保持器的窗孔连通。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滚动轴承。更详细地说,涉及高速旋转中采用润滑脂润滑的滚动轴承。
背景技术
一直以来,涡轮分子泵等高速旋转设备中使用的滚动轴承,一般通过油或油雾进行润滑,然而近年来,考虑到处理的便利性,开始以润滑脂作为润滑剂使用。在这种情况下,在内圈和外圈之间的环状空间左右的端面部,配置由钢板等制作的密封环(密封部件),从而防止封入轴承内部的润滑脂外泄。
但是,若在高速旋转的润滑脂润滑的条件下使用现有结构的滚动轴承,则在较为初期的阶段封入轴承内部的润滑脂由于离心力飞散而向密封环的内侧面等流动,从而有时很难向轨道(外圈内周面及内圈外周面与滚动体接触的部分,需要通过润滑剂进行润滑的部分)供给润滑所需的油分,短时间内容易发生由润滑不良导致的振动、磨损。
因此,为了延长封入轴承内部的润滑脂的残存时间,提出了各种方案。例如,在专利文献1中,如图3所示,公开了在圆环状保持器40的内周面凹陷设置用于贮存润滑脂的凹处41的技术。上述凹处41凹陷设置在多个圆形窗孔42中的邻接的窗孔之间,所述窗孔42用于保持滚子。根据专利文献1所述的保持器40,通过在保持器40内周部的凹处41贮存润滑脂,从而即便存在高速旋转时的离心力,润滑脂也不会脱落,延长了润滑脂的残存时间,并且,通过长时间持续地从该凹处41向滚子表面供给润滑脂,带来延长轴承运转寿命的效果。

但是,专利文献1所述的保持器40的凹处41,由于是独立于收纳滚子的窗孔42而形成的凹处、即相对于窗孔42形成为非连通状态的凹处,因此,虽然能够长时间贮存润滑脂,但是存在不能顺畅地向轨道供给润滑所需的油分的问题。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述情况而提出的,其目的在于提供能够顺畅地向轨道提供润滑所需的油分的滚动轴承。
(1)本发明的滚动轴承,具备:内圈;外圈,其经由多个滚动体配置于该内圈的外周;保持器,其沿圆周方向大致等间隔地保持上述多个滚动体;以及密封部件,其配置在上述内圈和外圈之间的环状空间,对润滑剂进行密封,其特征在于,在上述保持器的内径侧,形成有贮存上述润滑剂的第1润滑剂贮存部,在上述密封部件的内侧,形成有贮存上述润滑剂的第2润滑剂贮存部,在上述外圈的内周面且供上述滚动体滚动的轨道附近,形成有贮存上述润滑剂的第3润滑剂贮存部,在上述密封部件的内侧面,形成有倾斜状的第1引导面,其对上述第2润滑剂贮存部内的润滑剂向上述轨道侧进行引导,并且在上述外圈的内周面,形成有倾斜状的第2引导面,其与该第1引导面连接,并对润滑剂向轨道侧进行引导,并且,上述保持器的第1润滑剂贮存部与收纳滚动体的保持器的窗孔连通。
在本发明的滚动轴承中,形成在保持器的内径侧且贮存润滑剂的第1润滑剂贮存部,与收纳滚动体的保持器的窗孔连通,因此,经由收纳于该窗孔内的滚动体,能够向需要润滑的轨道(外圈内周面与滚动体的接触部,以及内圈外周面与滚动体的接触部)顺畅地供给油分。即,第1润滑剂贮存部不经过台阶或凸部等阻挡壁地连续并与保持器的窗孔连通,从而能够向需要润滑的轨道顺畅地供给油分。
另外,在外圈的内周面且供上述滚动体滚动的轨道附近,形成有第3润滑剂贮存部,因此,从该第3润滑剂贮存部也能够向外圈内周面与滚动体的接触部供给油分。
进一步,在密封部件的内侧面形成倾斜状的第1引导面,并且在外圈的内周面,形成与该第1引导面连接且对润滑剂向轨道侧进行引导的的倾斜状的第2引导面,因此,能够向外圈的轨道顺畅地供给贮存在密封部件的第2润滑剂贮存部的润滑剂。
这样,在本发明的滚动轴承中,能够顺畅地向轨道供给油分,因此,不会发生由润滑不良导致的振动、磨损等,能够长时间在高速旋转域使用滚动轴承。
(2)在上述(1)的滚动轴承中,优选为,在上述保持器的内周面轴向的两端沿着周向形成凸部,该凸部的内侧空间构成上述第1润滑剂贮存部。在这种情况下,能够通过在保持器形成凸部这一简单的结构来设置第1润滑剂贮存部。上述凸部的内侧空间不经过台阶或凸部等阻挡壁地与保持器的窗孔连续并与保持器的窗孔连通,因此,能够向需要润滑的轨道顺畅地供给油分。
(3)优选为,在上述(1)或(2)的滚动轴承中,上述保持器由具有含油性的棉布基材酚醛树脂制成,构成上述润滑剂的润滑脂基础油预先浸渗在该保持器中。在这种情况下,由于润滑脂基础油预先浸渗在保持器中,因此封入轴承内部的润滑脂中的基础油不会浸渗到保持器,能够有效地将润滑脂中的基础油用于轨道的润滑。
(4)优选为,在上述(1)~(3)的滚动轴承中,在上述保持器的外周面形成有倾斜状的第3引导面,该第3引导面在与第2引导面的协作下对润滑剂向轨道侧进行引导。在这种情况下,通过形成在保持器外周面的倾斜状的第3引导面和外圈的第2引导面,能够将润滑剂中的油分顺畅地向轨道引导,从而有效地对该轨道进行润滑。
根据本发明的滚动轴承,能够向轨道顺畅地供给润滑所需的油分。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的滚动轴承的实施方式进行详细说明。图1是本发明的一实施方式所涉及的滚动轴承1的剖面说明图,图2是图1所示滚动轴承1的保持器2的剖面说明图。
滚动轴承1具备内圈3、外圈4、保持器2和密封部件5。
外圈4经由多个作为滚动体的滚珠6配置于内圈3的外周,该外圈4和内圈3构成为绕着旋转轴线C相对旋转。在外圈4的与上述内圈3对置的内周面4a,以及内圈3的与上述外圈4对置的外周面3a,分别凹陷设置有供上述多个滚珠6滚动的轨道7、8。
如图2所示,保持器2由圆环状的主体2a构成,在该主体2a上沿周向按照规定间隔形成圆形的窗孔2b,该窗孔2b用于收纳、保持上述滚珠6。上述窗孔2b沿径向贯通保持器2的主体2a,窗孔2b的内周形成圆筒状。保持器2由具有含油性的棉布基材酚醛树脂制成,作为润滑剂的润滑脂基础油预先浸渗在该保持器2中。因此,封入轴承内部的润滑脂中的基础油不会浸渗到保持器2,能够将润滑脂中的基础油有效地用于轨道7、8的润滑。
密封部件5为防止填充于轴承内部的润滑脂泄漏,并且防止水等异物从外部侵入轴承内部的部件,配置在上述内圈3与外圈4之间的环状空间。更详细而言,在外圈4的内周面4a的轴向两端部形成有内周密封槽9,在内圈3的外周面3a的轴向两端部形成有外周密封槽10。另一方面,密封部件5由金属芯11和经硫化处理烧结在该金属芯11周围的橡胶等弹性体12构成,在该弹性体12的外周侧形成有固定部13,内周侧形成有密封唇14,该密封唇14在上述外周密封槽10的表面滑动。并且,通过将上述固定部13固定于外圈4的内周密封槽9,进行将密封部件5向外圈4的固定。
在保持器2的内径侧形成有贮存润滑脂的第1润滑剂贮存部20。具体地说,在保持器2的主体2a的内周面的轴向两端(图1中左右方向两端)沿周向形成有凸部2c,该凸部2c的内侧空间构成第1润滑剂贮存部20。该第1润滑剂贮存部20与保持器2的窗孔2b连通,即不经过台阶或凸部等阻挡壁地连续并与保持器2的窗孔2b连通。第1润滑剂贮存部20形成在窗孔2b的两侧(保持器2的轴向两侧)。
另外,在密封部件5的内侧形成有贮存润滑脂的第2润滑剂贮存部21。进一步,在外圈4的内周面4a且供滚珠6滚动的轨道7附近,形成有贮存润滑脂的第3润滑剂贮存部22。第3润滑剂贮存部22沿着周向遍及整周地形成在外圈4的内周面4a。其中,该第3润滑剂贮存部22还可以制成沿着周向按照适当的间隔形成在外圈4的内周面4a,并且能够与上述轨道7连通的凹部。
这样,在本实施方式中,轴承内部形成有3种润滑剂贮存部,即第1润滑剂贮存部20、第2润滑剂贮存部21以及第3润滑剂贮存部22,其中,形成在保持器2的内径侧的第1润滑剂贮存部20与收纳滚珠6的保持器2的窗孔2b连通,因此,经由收纳于该窗孔2b内的滚珠6,能够顺畅地向需要润滑的轨道7、8供给润滑脂中的油分。另外,在外圈4的内周面4a且供上述滚珠6滚动的轨道7附近,形成有第3润滑剂贮存部22,因此,从该第3润滑剂贮存部22,也能够向外圈内周面4a与滚珠6的接触部供给润滑脂中的油分。
另外,在本实施方式中,在密封部件5的固定部13的内侧面形成有倾斜状的第1引导面30,该第1引导面30对上述第2润滑剂贮存部21内的润滑脂向外圈4的轨道7侧进行引导,并且在外圈4的内周面4a形成有倾斜状的第2引导面31,该第2引导面31无台阶地平滑地与上述第1引导面30连接,对润滑脂向上述轨道7进行引导。第2润滑剂贮存部21中贮存的润滑脂中的油分,经由上述第1引导面30以及第2引导面31供给到上述外圈4的轨道7。在这种情况下,由于第1引导面30以及第2引导面31形成为随着靠近轴承内部侧而走向径外方向的倾斜状,因此,能够顺畅地向轨道7供给润滑脂中的油分。
进一步,在本实施方式中,在保持器2的外周面形成有倾斜状的第3引导面32,该第3引导面32对润滑脂中的油分向外圈4的轨道7侧进行引导。该第3引导面32在与外圈4的第2引导面31的协作下,将润滑脂中的油分引导至外圈4的轨道7。
另外,本发明不限于上述实施方式,可进行各种变化。例如,在上述实施方式中,举出了滚动轴承为单排球轴承的例子,但多排球轴承也可,另外,本发明也能够适用于滚子轴承等其他滚动轴承。
此外,作为保持器、密封部件可以适当采用公知的部件。

1.一种滚动轴承,具备:内圈;外圈,其经由多个滚动体配置于该内圈的外周;保持器,其沿圆周方向大致等间隔地保持上述多个滚动体,且在所述内圈的外周面被引导;以及密封部件,其配置在上述内圈和外圈之间的环状空间,对润滑剂进行密封,其特征在于,
在上述保持器的内径侧,形成有贮存上述润滑剂的第1润滑剂贮存部,
