Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的液体容器,该液体容器具有用于收集液体的收集装置和收集容器,其中该收集装置在液体容器的底面上方突出。
背景技术
这种液体容器在当今的机动车中经常特别用于存储燃料、尿素或玻璃清洁液,并且由实践已知。从实践中已知了设计为燃料容器的液体容器,其具有一个或多个布置在不同位置的抽吸式喷射泵,该抽吸式喷射泵由液体容器的不同位置中抽吸燃料并且输送给燃料-输送单元。抽吸式喷射泵由燃料-输送单元供给燃料以作为工作介质。由此也应在燃料容器几乎是空的时候确保随时为燃料-输送单元提供充足的燃料。收集装置在燃料容器的底面上方的布置实现了燃料容器的底面的平坦设计。由此避免了同样可能出现的用于收集燃料的燃料容器的凸起。因此可以平坦地设计燃料容器并且也在机动车中的空间实际情况被限制为狭小时使用该燃料容器。
在已知的液体容器中不利的是,多个分布在液体容器中的抽吸式喷射泵的布置需要非常大的装配成本。然而因为液体在机动车倾斜时会流向一侧,则在这种液体容器中必须有多个抽吸式喷射泵。此外收集装置因此非常复杂地构造并且因此容易发生故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,对开头所述类型的液体容器这样改进,即该液体容器在液体剩余量较少时也确保可靠地填充收集容器并且该液体容器特别简单地构造。
该目的根据本发明由此实现,即收集装置具有多个布置在液体容器的内腔中的导向件,并且导向件从和收集容器间隔开的区域引导到收集容器。
在此解决方法中优选的是,即至少一个导向件在液体容器的内腔中不可运动,其中如果在一定条件下可以将全部导向件不可运动地布置在液体容器的内腔中。
在一定条件下,收集装置的部分导向件或附加元件、例如止回阀和类似物是可运动的。
特别也由导向件的、优选为不中断的、从和收集容器间隔开的区域到收集容器的延伸而实现了导向件的“被引导的”布置。
通过该设计,在根据本发明的液体容器的内腔中四处晃动的液体到达导向件。导向件将液体引导入收集容器中。根据本发明使用作用于液体的加速度力、延迟力和方向改变力,以便将液体输送给收集容器。因为在机动车的运行中持久的力作用于位于液体容器内部的液体上,因此根据本发明的液体容器也可以实现在收集容器中收集少量的剩余量。因此可以由收集容器中提取液体。由此,收集装置无需外部能量或调节装置以用于填充收集容器。此外收集装置通过(优选地)固定的组件实现免维护。
如果收集装置具有包围收集容器的收集盘并且如果导向件布置在收集盘上,则收集装置可以布置在根据本发明的液体容器的几乎任意的位置上。
至少一个收集容器可以是指单独的(在一定条件下是可加装的)或和收集容器(特别是和底面)集成的组件。
为了对将液体引导到收集容器中进行简化,根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案提出,收集盘布置在液体容器的底面的上方并且具有开口。在液体容器的底面上四处晃动的液体通过开口到达收集盘的顶面上,并且在此处借助于导向件输送给收集容器。为了避免液体通过开口回流,可以使用止回阀。
如果在收集盘的周缘上布置了竖立的边缘,则能简单地避免位于收集盘的顶面上的液体流走。竖立的边缘阻止液体的快速返回晃动,并且可以可选择地和收集盘一体设计或者设计为液体容器的内壁。
如果收集盘在其朝向收集容器的一侧上比在其朝向开口的一侧上高,则收集装置也可以在具有平坦的底面的液体容器中将液体引导入收集容器中。由此收集装置也可在液体容器特别低时使用。
为了进一步简化收集装置的结构,根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案提出,收集盘设计为平截圆锥体形、朝向边缘下降,并且在中心具有收集容器。
收集容器例如可以布置在液体容器的一侧上。然而如果导向件成星形地远离于收集容器向外导向,则导向件可以根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案特别短地设计。导向件的数量越多,则越多的液体动能可以用于向收集容器中的输送。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果收集容器设计为收集盘中的凹槽,则收集装置在结构上设计得特别简单。
如果收集容器、收集盘和导向件一体地由塑料或金属制成,则可以根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案使收集装置的制造成本保持得特别少。此外,收集装置的壁可以由此制造得非常薄,从而仅仅无关紧要地减小液体容器的体积。
如果收集装置和液体容器的底面一体制成,则根据本发明的液体容器可以特别价廉地制造。
如果收集装置设计为需要安装在液体容器中的插入件,则现有的液体容器可以简单地进行加装。
如果在收集容器之中或之上布置了用于固定泵的紧固装置,则根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案可以简单地抽出存储在收集容器中的液体。泵例如可以是用于将燃料输送到内燃机的燃料-输送单元。对此可替换地,泵也可以是抽吸式喷射泵,借助于该泵在液体容器内部输送燃料。紧固装置优选地固定住泵的抽吸接头。
