Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的燃油输送单元(2),其中防旋流罐(5)具有:由上部部件(16)和下部部件(17)构成的底部(9);以及与底部(9)密封地连接的壳层(8)。上部部件(16)和下部部件(17)限定了抽吸式喷射泵(10)和进给管路(4)的部段(14)的燃油供应区域。由此可以成本特别低廉地制成燃油输送单元(2)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的燃油输送单元,具有:设置在防漩流罐中的燃油泵,用于将燃油从防漩流罐输送到进给管路中;抽吸式喷射泵,用于将燃油输送到防漩流罐中;从燃油泵通至防漩流罐的喷嘴的工作介质管路(Treibmittelleitung);以及通入防漩流罐的抽吸式喷射泵的混合管,其中防漩流罐具有固定在底部上的壳层。
背景技术
这种燃油输送单元在当今的机动车中经常使用,并由实践中是已知的。在已知的燃油输送单元中,单个的部件安装在通常是一体成型的防漩流罐中并且彼此连接。从燃油泵远离凸出的用于进给管路的连接管通常从防漩流罐中凸起。然而因为设置在进给管路中的精滤器经常设置在防漩流罐内,所以引导进给管路从燃油泵重新返回到防漩流罐中直到精滤器。此外,通常将分流管从进给管路引导至预设为用于对防漩流罐进行灌注的抽吸式喷射泵。这导致了已知的燃油输送单元的非常大的结构空间需求和高昂的安装费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,对开头所述类型的燃油输送单元进行改进,以使其结构特别简单和紧凑。
根据本发明,该目的由此实现,即底部具有靠近燃油泵的上部部件和远离燃油泵的下部部件,上部部件和下部部件相对于彼此密封,并且在底部的上部部件和下部部件之间设置有燃油供应或者说引导区域。
通过这种设计可以将燃油供应区域的部分区域,如管路的部分区域设置在防漩流罐的底部内。根据本发明,上部部件和下部部件优选地构成壳形的部件,该部件容纳管路的部段。从而不必再单独安装该管路。因此可以简单地避免从防漩流罐凸起的部件。此外通过相应地在底部中设置分隔面可以实现,即上部部件和下部部件分别作为轴向可脱模的喷射注塑成型件。
如果底部的燃油供应区域具有进给管路的从燃油泵通至设置在防漩流罐中的精滤器的部段,那么根据本发明的燃油输送单元在结构上设计得特别简单,其中该进给管路的部段部分地由底部的上部部件和下部部件限定。上部部件和下部部件优选地分别设计成半壳形,并彼此抵靠以限定进给管路的部段。这有助于实现根据本发明的燃油输送单元的特别紧凑的构造。
如果底部的燃油供应区域具有抽吸式喷射泵的混合管,那么这有助于进一步简化根据本发明的燃油输送单元的结构构造,其中该混合管部分地由上部部件和下部部件构成。优选地,上部部件和下部部件分别设计成半壳形的,并彼此抵靠以限定混合管。这有助于实现根据本发明的燃油输送单元的特别紧凑的构造。
如果壳层和底部的上部部件将设置在防漩流罐中的精滤器密封,那么这有助于进一步减少根据本发明的燃油输送单元的部件数量。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果底部的上部部件和下部部件分别具有相互抵靠的环形边缘,那么可以把用于精确地对准底板的部件的结构费用保持特别低。上部部件和下部部件优选地具有相互匹配的形状配合面,上部部件和下部部件利用该配合面形状配合地相互啮合。
如果上部部件或下部部件的至少一个边缘相对于防漩流罐的壳层密封,那么这有助于进一步简化防漩流罐的部件的对准。此外,由此可靠地密封了防漩流罐的底部。
抽吸式喷射泵的混合管可以例如通入防漩流罐的利用底阀来闭锁的腔中。然而如果混合管密封地与立管连接且该立管与防漩流罐的壳层一体地制成,以及如果将立管一直引导至远离底部的、防漩流罐的预设的最大液位的区域中,那么这有助于进一步减少根据本发明的燃油输送单元的部件数量。通过这种设计,防漩流罐不需要底阀,这是因为立管的长度限定了在防漩流罐中的液位。因为立管设置在防漩流罐的壳层上并且沿着其高度的部分区域延伸,所以可以将防漩流罐与立管一起成本特别低廉地制成为轴向可脱模的喷射注塑模制件。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果进给管路的从精滤器导出的部段与防漩流罐的壳层一体地制成,那么这有助于进一步减少根据本发明的燃油输送单元的部件数量。
如果抽吸式喷射泵的喷嘴的连接管和从燃油泵通至精滤器的进给管路的部段的连接管垂直于防漩流罐的底部的平面指向,那么根据本发明的燃油输送单元的安装就设计得特别简单。通过这种设计可以将燃油泵简单地轴向插到连接管上从而将燃油泵整体地安装好。此外优选地,燃油泵的抽吸连接管通入防漩流罐的底部区域。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出了设置在机动车的燃油箱1中的燃油输送单元2,该单元用于将燃油输送至机动车的内燃机3。燃油输送单元2从燃油箱1的底部区域中抽吸燃油,并将燃油输送到通至内燃机3的进给管路4中。
图2示出了图1中的燃油输送单元2的放大很多的截面图,该单元具有设置在防漩流罐5中的电力驱动的燃油泵6。此外,在防漩流罐5中设置有精滤器7。防漩流罐5具有与壳层8连接的底部9。底部9和壳层8将精滤器7密封。此外,底部9具有抽吸式喷射泵10。抽吸式喷射泵10由燃油泵6来供给燃油作为工作介质,从防漩流罐5的周边环境中抽吸燃油,并将这些燃油输送到防漩流罐5中。为此,抽吸式喷射泵10具有与燃油泵6连接的喷嘴11。防漩流罐5的壳层8与立管12一体地连接。立管12连接在设置在底部9中的抽吸式喷射泵10的混合管13上。此外,进给管路4的部段14从燃油泵6经过底部9通至精滤器7。在流动方向上看,进给管路4的另一个设置在精滤器7后方的部段15与防漩流罐5的壳层8一体地制成。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于机动车的燃油输送单元,具有:设置在防漩流罐中的燃油泵,用于将燃油从所述防漩流罐输送到进给管路中;抽吸式喷射泵,用于将燃油输送到所述防漩流罐中;从所述燃油泵通至所述防漩流罐的喷嘴的工作介质管路;以及所述抽吸式喷射泵的通入所述防漩流罐的混合管,其中所述防漩流罐具有固定在底部上的壳层,其特征在于,所述底部(9)具有面对所述燃油泵(6)的上部部件(16)和背对所述燃油泵(6)的下部部件(17);所述上部部件(16)和所述下部部件(17)相对于彼此密封;并且在所述底部(9)的所述上部部件(16)和所述下部部件(17)之间设置有燃油供应区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述底部(9)的所述燃油供应区域具有从所述燃油泵(6)通至设置在所述防漩流罐(5)中的精滤器(7)的进给管路(4)的部段,其中,所述进给管路(4)的所述部段(14)部分地由所述底部(9)的所述上部部件(16)和所述下部部件(17)限定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述底部(9)的所述燃油供应区域具有所述抽吸式喷射泵(10)的所述混合管(13),其中,所述混合管(13)部分地由所述上部部件(16)和所述下部部件(17)构成。
4.根据前述权利要求中至少任一项所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述壳层(8)和所述底部(9)的所述上部部件(16)将设置在所述防漩流罐(5)中的所述精滤器(7)密封。
5.根据前述权利要求中至少任一项所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述底部(9)的所述上部部件(16)和所述下部部件(17)分别具有相互抵靠的环形边缘(20,21)。
6.根据前述权利要求中至少任一项所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述上部部件(16)或所述下部部件(17)的至少一个所述边缘(20,21)相对于所述防漩流罐(5)的所述壳层(8)密封。
7.根据前述权利要求中至少任一项所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述混合管(13)密封地与立管(12)连接,所述立管与所述防漩流罐(5)的所述壳层(8)一体地制成,以及将所述立管(12)一直引导至所述防漩流罐(5)的预设的最大液位的远离所述底部(9)的区域中。
8.根据前述权利要求中至少任一项所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述进给管路(4)从所述精滤器(7)导出的部段(15)与所述防漩流罐(5)的所述壳层(8)一体地制成。
9.根据前述权利要求中至少任一项所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述抽吸式喷射泵(10)的所述喷嘴(11)和从所述燃油泵(6)通至所述精滤器(7)的所述进给管路(4)的所述部段(14)的连接管(18,19)垂直于所述防漩流罐(5)的所述底部(9)的平面指向。
