Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的电动设备、特别是电动手持式工具。
背景技术
这种从实践已知的电动设备例如具有壳体,该壳体由两个壳体半壳组成,在其内部安置了用于驱动电动设备的驱动装置和电路。对此的实例例如是钻机、磨削机或类似的电动手持式工具。此外在这样的电动设备中已知的是,在壳体外壳内部设有构造为筋条的密封装置,以便避免灰尘或其它污染物侵入,这是因为由于这些污染物而不能确保在一个较长的工作时间段内电动设备的可靠性。此外由现有技术已知了,借助于装入壳体半壳中的、通过注塑工艺形成的柔性的密封装置将驱动发动机密封。
发明内容
从所显示的现有技术出发,本发明的目的在于,对根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的电动设备这样地加以改进,即仅仅是布置在电路载体上的并且出于功能的或出于光学的原因而必须被保护以防止灰尘、污染物或类似物侵入的那个区域得到了保护。
该目的在一种具有根据权利要求1所述特征的电动设备中实现。本发明的理论在于,将密封装置在与电路载体作用连接的情况下这样地布置,即仅仅是电路载体的一个部分区域借助于密封装置被保护以防止灰尘、污染物或类似物侵入。由此一方面满足了在由密封装置所分隔开的区域中的期望的功能,另一方面然而也可以实现,即电路载体的其它的例如装配有发出热量的部件的区域进一步例如借助于鼓风装置或通过来自于外界环境的空气的进入而可以得到冷却。
根据本发明的电动设备、特别是电动手持式工具的有利的改进方案在从属权利要求中给出。在本发明的范畴中,所有的组合都由至少两个从权利要求、说明书和/或附图中所公开的特征组成。
特别地可以规定,电路载体的元件包括至少一个可从外部识别的光学元件、特别是发光装置;并且光学元件布置在电路载体的、由密封装置密封的部分区域的区域中。借助于在密封的部分区域内部的光学元件的所说明的布置在此能够实现,从外部、例如通过操作者可识别的光学元件、例如以发光二极管的形式(其显示了手持式工具的运行-或张紧状态)始终可以以全部的发光强度识别或不被污染物所遮盖。
在本发明的一个优选的结构性的变型方案中规定,密封装置包括柔性的密封件,该柔性的密封件与位置固定的配合件抵靠接触地布置。特别通过柔性的密封件可以在此对电动设备内部的部件公差进行补偿,从而能够实现密封措施或者说密封件的简化的装配或者说相对物美价廉的制造性能。
为了在壳体内部对柔性的密封件进行定位,在一个优选的实施方式中规定,密封件固定在第一支撑件上,该支撑件布置在设备壳体的内壁上。由此密封件在电动设备的预装配过程中就已经可以集成到电动设备的壳体中,并且从壳体中拆卸电路载体不会引起附带地也拆卸密封件。
在此特别优选的是,即第一支撑件一体地布置在设备壳体上,特别是通过喷射布置在设备壳体上。这优点特别在于,在设备壳体作为塑料注塑件的常见的构造中,第一支撑件的模具已经可以在用于制造设备壳体的模具中集成或加以考虑,从而基本上不会附带产生用于形成第一支撑件的额外费用。
此外规定,第一支撑件具有用于形状配合地容纳密封件的容纳部。由此能够实现密封件的简单的装配以及在损坏情况下在支撑件上对密封件的简单的更换。
为了实现配合件的简单的装配,其中在将电路载体装入壳体中之后不需要附加的装配投入,在此规定,在电路载体上,在面对密封件的侧面上布置有配合件,其中密封件密封地抵靠在配合件上。
在此特别可以规定,密封件和配合件构造为条形的。这样的构造方案通常能够实现在密封件与配合件之间的均匀的抵靠压力和配合件在密封件上的平面的或密封的抵靠。
为了实现在生产技术方面简单的构造方案,且其中电路载体由灌封材料包围,在本发明的另一个结构性的变型方案中规定,电路载体布置在特别为杯形的灌封壳体中,该灌封壳体在面对密封件的侧面上填充了灌封材料;灌封壳体位置固定地布置在设备壳体中;配合件布置在灌封材料的区域中;并且配合件至少以与密封件作用连接的部段从灌封材料中凸出。

具体实施方式
在附图中示出了根据本发明的电动设备10的、特别是电动手持式工具的一个部分区域。电动设备10例如可以是由手持工具领域中已知的钻机或另一种手持式工具机器。
电动设备10具有壳体11,该壳体例如由两个未详细示出的壳体半壳组成。壳体11或者说壳体半壳特别由塑料并且以注塑工艺制成。在壳体11或者说壳体半壳内部布置有电动设备10的组成部分。
在壳体11的下方区域中可以看到容纳区域14,该容纳区域用于容纳特别构造为可更换的能量存储器、特别是以蓄电池组15的形式。此外可以看到电动设备10的电路板17形式的电路载体,在其上布置有多个元件、例如发出热量的元件18和发光二极管20形式的光学元件。借助于发光二极管20例如可以识别电动设备10的运行状态或准备运行状态或者电动设备10的其他功能,其中发光二极管20可以通过壳体11中的构造为透明的部段21,例如通过壳体11中的相应的插入部件,从外部、也就是说由操作者识别。
在这样一个所描述的电动设备10中,例如会通过容纳区域14或通过通风狭缝或类似物使得壳体11内部的污染物或灰尘进入。存在的风险是,当存在(冷却)鼓风机时,灰尘分布在壳体11中的其它的区域中。此外,必须对电动设备10内部的特定的区域、例如发出热量的元件18的区域进行冷却,或者必须至少存在一定程度的空气交换的可能性。
电路载体或者说电路板17容纳在杯形的灌封杯23中,其底部24布置在电动设备10的面对容纳区域14的侧面上。灌封杯23直至电路板17上方的区域中填充了灌封材料25。灌封材料25特别用于受保护地将元件布置在电路板上,例如元件18或发光二极管20。通过灌封材料25将例如振动或其它的机械的、热的或其它的负载吸收或者说接收。由于灌封过程,灌封材料25具有表面26,其准确的形状或高度出于电动设备10的生产技术方面的原因而可以相对于电动设备10在至少很小的程度上波动。为了对该电路板17上的布置有发光二极管20的部分区域进行保护,以防止灰尘、污染物或类似物侵入,从而因此能够实现在电动设备10的整个使用寿命或运行期间从外部对发光二极管20的明确的可识别性能,对电动设备10特别地进行构造。为此,在壳体11的内壁上或在一个或两个半壳体上布置有第一支撑件28。第一支撑件28构造为特别注塑在壳体11上,其中第一支撑件28在根据图1的绘图平面中垂直地在壳体11的整个内部宽度或高度上延伸。
第一支撑件28具有连板29,该连板过渡到带有槽块形式(nutsteinartig)的容纳部31的容纳区域30中。在容纳部31中可以形状配合地装入条形的、柔性的密封件32,例如以由橡胶制成的、必要时多部分式的密封唇的形式。密封件32在面对灌封材料25的侧面上利用其密封边棱33与同样也是条形的配合件35共同作用。配合件35在此利用其接触表面36从灌封材料25或其表面26中伸出,其中配合件35的尺寸这样确定,即接触表面36在考虑到所有的生产技术方面的公差的情况下始终布置在灌封材料25的表面26之上。此外特别规定,例如可以构造为塑料注塑件的配合件35固定、例如以螺栓拧紧或钎焊或熔焊在电路板17上。
当装配电动设备10的单个部件时,首先将密封件32与第一支撑件28形状配合地连接起来。随后,带有灌封材料25的灌封杯23(其支撑了电的或者说电子的元件、部件18和电动设备10的发光二极管20)装入壳体11的相应的容纳部中或与壳体11相连接。密封件32与配合件35的接触表面36作用连接。由此对发光二极管20的区域进行保护以防止污染物、灰尘或类似物侵入,其存在于壳体11的内部。通过发光二极管20的仅仅局部受限制的密封然而能够实现,即例如发出热量的元件18可以继续参加与外界环境的空气交换并且因此被最佳地冷却。
所述的电动设备10可以以多种方式和方法变型或者说修改,而不偏离于发明构思。这在于这样地受保护地布置电子设备或者说电路载体和电动设备10的至少一个部分区域,即所保护的部分区域可以在电动设备10的寿命期间实现始终可靠的功能。
Claims (10)
1. 一种电动设备(10)、特别是电动手持式工具,具有:设备壳体(11);布置在设备壳体(11)中的电路载体(17),所述电路载体具有元件(18,20)和用于避免污染物侵入电路载体(17)的区域中的密封装置(32,35),其特征在于,所述密封装置(32,35)将所述电路载体(17)的一个部分区域相对于在所述设备壳体(11)内部的其它区域密封。
2. 按权利要求1所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述电路载体(17)的所述元件包括至少一个可从外部识别的光学元件(20)、特别是发光装置;并且所述光学元件(20)布置在所述电路载体(17)的、由所述密封装置(32,35)密封的所述部分区域的区域中。
3. 按权利要求1或2所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括柔性的密封件(32),所述柔性的密封件与固定的配合件(35)抵靠接触地布置。
4. 按权利要求3所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述密封件(32)固定在第一支撑件(28)上,所述支撑件布置在所述设备壳体(11)的内壁上。
5. 按权利要求4所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑件(28)一体地布置在所述设备壳体(11)上,特别是通过喷射布置在所述设备壳体(11)上。
6. 按权利要求4或5所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑件(28)具有用于形状配合地容纳所述密封件(32)的容纳部(31)。
7. 按权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电动设备,其特征在于,在所述电路载体(17)上,在面对所述密封件(32)的侧面上布置有构造为配合件(35)的密封装置,其中所述密封件(32)密封地抵靠在配合件(35)上。
8. 按权利要求7所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述密封件(32)和所述配合件(35)构造为条形的。
9. 按权利要求7或8所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述电路载体(17)布置在特别为杯形的灌封壳体(23)中,所述灌封壳体在面对所述密封件(32)的侧面上填充了灌封材料(25);所述灌封壳体(23)位置固定地布置在所述设备壳体(11)中;所述配合件(35)布置在所述灌封材料(25)的区域中;并且所述配合件(35)至少以与所述密封件(32)作用连接的接触表面(36)从所述灌封材料(25)中凸出。
10. 按权利要求9所述的电动设备,其特征在于,所述配合件(35)固定在所述电路载体(17)上。
