内镶嵌式光源封装结构
【技术领域】
 本发明涉及LED照明领域,尤其涉及LED照明光源的封装结构。
【背景技术】
本发明所涉及的光源封装结构,是对现有封装结构的极大的改进。现有的LED照明封装结构一般包括了透镜、灯珠、PCB板、支架、散热器、后盖等,各个部件通过粘贴、卡紧、螺丝紧固等方式安装固定在一起,结构复杂,涉及多重对准、定位、紧固过程,需要人工手工加工,安装复杂、效率低。
【发明内容】
本发明针对以上情况提出了一种内镶嵌式光源封装结构,在简化了封装部件结构的基础上,简化了安装固定工序,使得产品外观简洁,且封装结构不易被拆卸,能更好的保护光源,部件加工简单,封装结构部件化,装配简单,节约成本。
本发明所涉及的内镶嵌式光源封装结构,该结构包括光源面板、光源底板、PCB板、钢钎,其中光源面板、PCB板、光源底板层叠粘合组装在一起,钢钎插入到光源面板和光源底板接缝处,嵌入卡紧光源面板和光源底板。
在该光源底板朝向光源面板的一面,设有阶梯槽,第一阶梯槽对应光源面板,该第一阶梯槽的大小、形状和深度对应光源面板的大小、形状和厚度,而在该第一阶梯槽中央设有第二阶梯槽,该第二阶梯槽的大小、形状和深度对应槽对应PCB板大小、形状和厚度。
该PCB板嵌入置于该光源底板的第二阶梯槽内,而该光源面板嵌入式置于该光源底板的第一阶梯槽内。
该光源面板的侧面和第一阶梯槽内壁相接触,形成一道接缝,该接缝处设有嵌入式锁紧槽,在光源面板侧面和第一阶梯槽内壁各设半个锁紧槽,两侧面贴合构成完整的嵌入式锁紧槽,钢钎插入到两者间的嵌入式锁紧槽内锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
该嵌入式锁紧槽的截面为圆形,该钢钎截面为圆形,钢钎的直径与嵌入式锁紧槽截面圆形直径相适应。
该钢钎与该嵌入式锁紧槽为过盈配合。
一种内镶嵌式光源封装结构,该结构包括光源面板、光源底板、PCB板、钢钎,其中光源面板、PCB板、光源底板层叠粘合组装在一起,在光源底板上设有下陷槽,而该光源底板一端具有导线引出头,PCB板和光源面板置于光源底板的下陷槽内,在光源底板的导线引出头两侧分别设有紧固结构,其中每个紧固结构包括钢钎插槽和一条钢钎,钢钎插槽由相互贴合的光源面板和光源底板构成,钢钎插入到两者接缝处形成的钢钎插槽。
该钢钎插槽的截面为圆形,该钢钎截面为圆形,钢钎的直径与钢钎插槽截面圆形直径相适应。
该钢钎与该钢钎插槽为过盈配合。
本发明内镶嵌式光源封装结构采用内镶嵌的钢钎进行紧固装配,钢钎内嵌在封装结构内部,使得产品外观简洁,避免了螺栓螺母联接、铆接和焊接、开口销等紧固的繁琐,使得封装结构不易被拆卸,牢固,能更好的保护光源,部件加工简单,节约生产成本;封装结构部件化,装配简单,节约成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明附图和具体实施方式对本发明内镶嵌式光源封装结构进行进一步的详细说明。
请参考附图1,其中示出了内镶嵌式光源封装结构,该结构包括光源面板10、光源底板20、PCB板30、钢钎40,其中光源面板10、PCB板30、光源底板20层叠粘合组装在一起,光源底板起到一个定位容纳PCB板30以及光源面板10的作用,PCB板30上固设了若干颗LED发光芯片,是发光部件,而光源面板是起到聚光、散热作用的结构部件,三者按照顺序组装在一起。而钢钎插入到光源面板和光源底板接缝处,嵌入卡紧光源面板和光源底板完成组装。
根据附图3,可见在该光源底板20朝向光源面板10的一面,设有阶梯槽,阶梯槽的作用就是容纳PCB板30和光源面板10,并限定其所应处的区域位置。阶梯槽包括第一阶梯槽21和第二阶梯槽22,第一阶梯槽21的大小、形状和深度对应光源面板10的大小、形状和厚度,适合将光源面10板放入其中;而在该第一阶梯槽21中央又设有第二阶梯槽22,该第二阶梯槽22的大小、形状和深度对应PCB板30的大小、形状和厚度。也即是第二阶梯槽的底面到光源底板20的表面,实际深度是PCB板30的厚度、光源面板10的厚度以及两者之间存在的一定间距的总和。
在光源底板上预留出来的适应PCB板30置入的第二阶梯槽22,保留出PCB板30所占用的空间和间距,这样将光源面板安装在PCB板30之上时,就不会压在PCB板30上,保护了芯片。
在实际安装时,将PCB板30对应第二阶梯槽22放置好,然后再在其上盖装上光源面板21,将光源面板嵌入式置于光源底板的第一阶梯槽21内,最后锁定卡紧光源面板10和光源底板20即可。
根据附图2,该光源面板10的侧面和第一阶梯槽21内壁相接触,形成一道接缝,该接缝处设有嵌入式锁紧槽50,在光源面板侧面和第一阶梯槽内壁各设半个锁紧槽11、211,两侧面贴合构成完整的嵌入式锁紧槽50,钢钎40插入到两者间的嵌入式锁紧槽50内锁紧光源面板10和光源底板20。
在实施例1中,该嵌入式锁紧槽50的截面为圆形,则光源面板侧面和第一阶梯槽内壁上加工出半圆槽即可,而该钢钎40截面为圆形,钢钎40的直径与嵌入式锁紧槽截面圆形直径相适应。在工业加工上,半圆槽加工简单,易装配,节约加工成本。而且钢钎40插入到嵌入式锁紧槽50内的装配工作也较为简单,加工效率高。
更进一步地说明,为了让产品的组合是更加稳定坚固的,让该钢钎40与该嵌入式锁紧槽50的配合为过盈配合。
实施例2:
更详细一点地对本发明所涉及的内镶嵌式光源封装结构进行说明,这种内镶嵌式光源封装结构,更多适应面板形式为矩形的LED光源封装结构,因为这种矩形的面板,必然会将一边设计为灯头所在的边,而与灯头所在边相邻的两条边线是作为内镶嵌紧固结构的部位,该内镶嵌式光源封装结构,该结构包括光源面板10、光源底板20、PCB板30、钢钎40,其中光源面板10、PCB板30、光源底板20层叠粘合组装在一起,在光源底板上设有下陷槽,而该光源底板一端具有灯头,PCB板和光源面板置于光源底板的下陷槽内,在光源底板的灯头两侧分别设有紧固结构,在灯头两侧设计紧固结构,一则可以避开对灯头必然会有的导线产生干涉和影响,二则对称两侧紧固,已经能够保证封装的可靠性和稳固性,特别是在光源面板已经整块嵌入式放置在光源底板的下陷槽内的情况下。
而该紧固结构,每一处紧固结构都包括一个钢钎插槽和一条钢钎,钢钎插槽由相互贴合的光源面板和光源底板构成,光源面板嵌入式置入光源底板的内陷槽内,光源面板的侧面和光源底板的侧壁相贴,在这相互贴合的两壁面上,分别具有半槽,两个半槽合拢一起构成了紧固结构的钢钎插槽,钢钎插入到两者接缝处形成的钢钎插槽,内镶嵌式锁紧并固定了光源面板和光源底板。
该钢钎插槽的截面为圆形,该钢钎截面为圆形;该钢钎与该钢钎插槽为过盈配合。
采用内镶嵌的钢钎进行紧固装配,钢钎内嵌在封装结构内部,使得产品外观简洁,避免了螺栓螺母联接、铆接和焊接、开口销等紧固的繁琐,使得封装结构不易被拆卸,牢固,能更好的保护光源,部件加工简单,节约生产成本;封装结构部件化,装配简单,节约成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述内镶嵌式封装结构,其特征在于,在该光源底板朝向光源面板的一面,设有阶梯槽,第一阶梯槽对应光源面板,该第一阶梯槽的大小、形状和深度对应光源面板的大小、形状和厚度,而在该第一阶梯槽中央设有第二阶梯槽,该第二阶梯槽的大小、形状和深度对应PCB板大小、形状和厚度。
3.根据权利要求2所述内镶嵌式封装结构,其特征在于,该PCB板嵌入置于该光源底板的第二阶梯槽内,而该光源面板嵌入式置于该光源底板的第一阶梯槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述内镶嵌式封装结构,其特征在于,该光源面板的侧面和第一阶梯槽内壁相接触,形成一道接缝,该接缝处设有嵌入式锁紧槽,在光源面板侧面和第一阶梯槽内壁各设半个锁紧槽,两侧面贴合构成完整的嵌入式锁紧槽,钢钎插入到两者间的嵌入式锁紧槽内锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
5.根据权利要求4所述内镶嵌式封装结构,其特征在于,该嵌入式锁紧槽的截面为圆形,该钢钎截面为圆形,钢钎的直径与嵌入式锁紧槽截面圆形直径相适应。
