镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构
【技术领域】
 本发明涉及LED照明领域,尤其涉及LED照明光源的封装外壳,以及锁紧该封装外壳的锁闭结构。
【背景技术】
本发明涉及对LED照明光源的外壳封装结构的锁紧以及固定,对LED光源的改进和完善随着技术不断革新一直在发展,大力发展LED光源不仅是为了节约能源节约型社会的需求,也是现代生活发展的趋势。
对LED光源照明来说最关键的是散热问题,控制LED由于发光而产生的热量累积而造成的温度升高,对于保证LED光源的使用寿命,使用效果有着重要的意义。而光源的设置、散热结构、外壳、封装方式都会影响LED光源上产生的热量。
在封装过程中,为了能够机械化自动化,对产品外壳的设计上则强调易于对位、安装简单、紧固可靠、外表简洁。
现有的锁紧结构或者安装结构,通常采用螺丝螺孔装配,这种装配方式需要对位,然后机器高速旋转拧紧螺钉,在工序上要在产品上攻丝,然后需要准确对位,以及要求产品加工精度高,这些都对自动化机械化升级带来了障碍。
【发明内容】
本发明针对以上情况提出了一种改进了外壳结构的LED光源,以及针对该改进后的外壳设计的结构简单、锁紧可靠、无需复杂的定位对准过程的锁闭结构。
本发明所涉及镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,包括光源面板、光源底板、设置在光源面板和光源底板之间的锁紧凹槽以及锁紧件,该光源底板和光源面板为内嵌入式结构,在光源底板上设有凹陷槽,该凹陷槽大小形状适合容纳整个光源面板嵌入式安装,在该凹陷槽的侧壁上以及该光源面板的侧壁之间设有锁紧凹槽以及锁紧件,该锁紧件置入锁紧凹槽内,锁闭卡紧光源面板和光源底板。
在该光源底板中央设有凹陷槽,该凹陷槽包括底面和侧壁,该底面大小和形状与光源面板一致,而该凹陷槽的侧壁深度与光源面板的厚度一致。
该光源面板包括底面、侧面和顶面,当光源面板置入光源底板的凹陷槽内,该光源面板的底面整个与凹陷槽的底面平贴,侧面与凹陷槽的侧壁接触,而顶面与光源底板的外表面平齐。
在光源面板的侧面与光源底板凹陷槽的侧壁相互接触贴合,形成一道接缝,在该接缝处设有锁紧凹槽,在光源面板侧面和光源底板的凹陷槽侧壁各设半个锁紧凹槽,两侧面贴合构成完整的锁紧凹槽,锁紧件置入锁紧凹槽中。
该锁紧凹槽的截面为圆形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的圆形。
该锁紧凹槽的截面为矩形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的矩形。
该锁紧凹槽的截面为三角形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的三角形。
光源底板为矩形,光源底板上的凹陷槽为矩形,光源面板也为矩形,锁紧凹槽延伸出一个通孔,该通孔贯穿光源底板至其外表面。
该锁紧件为钢钎,从光源底板上的通孔插入,并卡入到锁紧凹槽内。
该锁紧件为环氧树脂,从通孔灌入至锁紧凹槽,固化成型后锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
光源底板为圆形,光源底板上的凹陷槽为圆形,光源面板为圆形,垂直于锁紧凹槽方向设有一个灌注孔,该灌注孔连通锁紧凹槽至外表面。
该锁紧件为环氧树脂,从灌注孔灌入至锁紧凹槽,固化成型后锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
该发明所涉及的锁闭结构,是针对镶嵌式LED封装外壳而设计,这种锁闭结构能让LED外壳封装更加稳定可靠,同时不需要精准地定位对准,也无需机械拧固过多螺钉,表面简洁,且避免了安装发热对内部元器件的损害,简化了封装方式,有利于大规模实现机械化自动化工艺。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明附图和具体实施方式对本发明内镶嵌式光源封装结构进行进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:请参考附图1和附图2,其中示出了镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,该锁闭结构适合用于镶嵌式结构设计的光源外壳,能够无痕组装紧固,且保持紧固可靠耐用。避免组装对产品组件产生损害以及磨损。该锁闭结构包括光源面板10、光源底板20、设置在光源面板10和光源底板20之间的锁紧凹槽30以及锁紧件40,该光源底板20和光源面板10为内嵌入式结构,请参考附图1,可以看出图中示意了在光源底板20的水平面中央往下内陷出一个凹陷槽21,该凹陷槽21大小形状适合容纳整个光源面板10嵌入式安装,应该可以说在设计之初就是让光源面板10能够放置到光源底板20内的形式来设计结构,所以凹陷槽21即是设计为容纳光源面板10的下陷凹槽形式。
该凹陷槽21包括底面211和侧壁212,该底面大小和形状与光源面板一致,而该凹陷槽的侧壁深度与光源面板的厚度一致。
在该凹陷槽21的侧壁上以及该光源面板10的侧壁之间设有锁紧凹槽30以及锁紧件40,该锁紧件40置入锁紧凹槽30内,锁闭卡紧光源面板10和光源底板20。
该光源面板10包括底面11、侧面12和顶面13,当光源面板10置入光源底板20的凹陷槽21内,该光源面板10的底面11整个与凹陷槽21的底面211平贴,侧面12与凹陷槽21的侧壁212接触,而顶面13与光源底板20的外表面平齐。
在光源面板10的侧面12与光源底板20凹陷槽21的侧壁212相互接触贴合,形成一道接缝,在该接缝处设有锁紧凹槽30,在光源面板10侧面12和光源底板20的凹陷槽侧壁212各设半个锁紧凹槽,两侧面贴合构成完整的锁紧凹槽30,锁紧件40置入锁紧凹槽中。
在本实施例中,光源底板20为矩形,光源底板20上的凹陷槽为矩形,光源面板10也为矩形,锁紧凹槽采用了圆形结构,从截面上看锁紧凹槽30的形状为圆形,而与之相适应的是锁紧件40为钢钎,其截面形状为大小与锁紧凹槽30相适应的圆形。锁紧凹槽30向光源底板20外部延伸出一个通孔32,该通孔32贯穿光源底板至其外表面。钢钎通过该通孔32才能从光源底板外部插入,然后沿着锁紧凹槽30锁紧光源面板10和光源底板20。
实施例2:请参考附图3,本实施例与实施例1大致方案相似,区别仅在于,本实施例中锁紧凹槽的截面为矩形,而锁紧件40为截面为矩形的钢钎。
实施例3:请参考附图4,本实施例与以上实施例方案相似,区别仅在于,本实施例中锁紧凹槽的截面为倒置的三角形,而锁紧件为环氧树脂。通过通孔灌注液态环氧树脂道锁紧凹槽内,并待其自然固化,即可完成外壳的锁紧安装。
更进一步地,也可以在产品上打出一个垂直的灌注孔31,灌注孔为了便于往锁紧凹槽30内部灌注环氧树脂并保持不外流泄而设计,预留出一个垂直锁紧凹槽30方向,且开口朝向光源面板所在上方的灌注孔,在灌注完环氧树脂之后,只需要静置,待其自然凝固,就可以完成产品的封装固定。
实施例4:请参考附图5,在本实施例中,光源底板20为圆形,光源底板20上的凹陷槽为圆形,光源面板10为圆形,由于光源面板和光源底板都为圆形,则光源面板和光源底板之间的的锁紧凹槽也为圆形,无法采用插入钢钎的锁紧安装方式,所以对于圆形的产品,也可以采用灌注环氧树脂的方式。
在光源面板10上,垂直于锁紧凹槽方向设有一个灌注孔31,该灌注孔31连通锁紧凹槽至外表面。
此时采用锁紧件为固化后的环氧树脂,将液态的环氧树脂通过灌注孔灌注到锁紧凹槽30中,静置产品待其自然固化,固化成型后即可锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
综合以上几个实施例,可以理解,不论将光源面板和光源底板做成什么形状,如果两者之间的接缝为直线,都可以采用钢钎或者灌注环氧树脂进行锁紧组装,而如果两者之间的接缝为曲线,就采用灌注环氧树脂进行锁紧组装。
该发明所涉及的锁闭结构,是针对镶嵌式LED封装外壳而设计,这种锁闭结构能让LED外壳封装更加稳定可靠,同时不需要精准地定位对准,也无需机械拧固过多螺钉,表面简洁,且避免了安装发热对内部元器件的损害,简化了封装方式,有利于大规模实现机械化自动化工艺。

1.一种镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁闭结构包括光源面板、光源底板、设置在光源面板和光源底板之间的锁紧凹槽以及锁紧件,该光源底板和光源面板为内嵌入式结构,在光源底板上设有凹陷槽,该凹陷槽大小形状适合容纳整个光源面板嵌入式安装,在该凹陷槽的侧壁上以及该光源面板的侧壁之间设有锁紧凹槽以及锁紧件,该锁紧件置入锁紧凹槽内,锁闭卡紧光源面板和光源底板。
2.根据权利要求1所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,在该光源底板中央设有凹陷槽,该凹陷槽包括底面和侧壁,该底面大小和形状与光源面板一致,而该凹陷槽的侧壁深度与光源面板的厚度一致。
3.根据权利要求2所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该光源面板包括底面、侧面和顶面,当光源面板置入光源底板的凹陷槽内,该光源面板的底面整个与凹陷槽的底面平贴,侧面与凹陷槽的侧面接触,而顶面与光源底板的外表面平齐。
4.根据权利要求3所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,在光源面板的侧面与光源底板的侧面相互接触贴合,形成一道接缝,在该接缝处设有锁紧凹槽,在光源面板侧面和光源底板的凹陷槽侧面各设半个锁紧凹槽,两侧面贴合构成完整的锁紧凹槽,锁紧件置入锁紧凹槽中。
5.根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧凹槽的截面为圆形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的圆形。
6.根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧凹槽的截面为矩形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的矩形。
7.根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧凹槽的截面为三角形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的三角形。
8.根据权利要求5-7任一所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,光源底板为矩形,光源底板上的凹陷槽为矩形,光源面板也为矩形,锁紧凹槽延伸出一个通孔,该通孔贯穿光源底板至其外表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧件为钢钎,从光源底板上的通孔插入,并卡入到锁紧凹槽内。
10.根据权利要求8所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧件为环氧树脂,从通孔灌入至锁紧凹槽,固化成型后锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
11.根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,光源底板为圆形,光源底板上的凹陷槽为圆形,光源面板为圆形,垂直于锁紧凹槽方向设有一个灌注孔,该灌注孔连通锁紧凹槽至外表面。
12.根据权利要求11所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧件为环氧树脂,从灌注孔灌入至锁紧凹槽,固化成型后锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
