Claims (12)
- 一种镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁闭结构包括光源面板、光源底板、设置在光源面板和光源底板之间的锁紧凹槽以及锁紧件,该光源底板和光源面板为内嵌入式结构,在光源底板上设有凹陷槽,该凹陷槽大小形状适合容纳整个光源面板嵌入式安装,在该凹陷槽的侧壁上以及该光源面板的侧壁之间设有锁紧凹槽以及锁紧件,该锁紧件置入锁紧凹槽内,锁闭卡紧光源面板和光源底板。
- 根据权利要求1所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,在该光源底板中央设有凹陷槽,该凹陷槽包括底面和侧壁,该底面大小和形状与光源面板一致,而该凹陷槽的侧壁深度与光源面板的厚度一致。
- 根据权利要求2所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该光源面板包括底面、侧面和顶面,当光源面板置入光源底板的凹陷槽内,该光源面板的底面整个与凹陷槽的底面平贴,侧面与凹陷槽的侧面接触,而顶面与光源底板的外表面平齐。
- 根据权利要求3所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,在光源面板的侧面与光源底板的侧面相互接触贴合,形成一道接缝,在该接缝处设有锁紧凹槽,在光源面板侧面和光源底板的凹陷槽侧面各设半个锁紧凹槽,两侧面贴合构成完整的锁紧凹槽,锁紧件置入锁紧凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧凹槽的截面为圆形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的圆形。
- 根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧凹槽的截面为矩形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的矩形。
- 根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧凹槽的截面为三角形,而锁紧件的截面为与该锁紧凹槽相适应的三角形。
- 根据权利要求5-7任一所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,光源底板为矩形,光源底板上的凹陷槽为矩形,光源面板也为矩形,锁紧凹槽延伸出一个通孔,该通孔贯穿光源底板至其外表面。
- 根据权利要求8所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧件为钢钎,从光源底板上的通孔插入,并卡入到锁紧凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求8所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧件为环氧树脂,从通孔灌入至锁紧凹槽,固化成型后锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
- 根据权利要求4所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,光源底板为圆形,光源底板上的凹陷槽为圆形,光源面板为圆形,垂直于锁紧凹槽方向设有一个灌注孔,该灌注孔连通锁紧凹槽至外表面。
- 根据权利要求11所述镶嵌式LED外壳的锁闭结构,其特征在于,该锁紧件为环氧树脂,从灌注孔灌入至锁紧凹槽,固化成型后锁紧光源面板和光源底板。
