背景技术
随着白光LED技术的发展,市场上对LED应用的需求也日益增加。在过去十年里,全球LED 器件市场的复合增长率达到22.5%。而在未来一段时间内,交通照明、户外及家居照明等领域将面临LED 产品的快速渗透。据测算,未来五年,我国LED器件市场的复合增长率预计为百分之三十五,2015 年整体产业规模将超过5000 亿元。可以说,LED 产业的发展将迎来广阔的市场空间和发展前景。面对巨大的市场机会以及疯狂的灯具市场竞争,世界大牌的LED 企业都在加大研发力度,新技术不断取得突破性进展,LED 照明技术创新的步伐正在不断加快。 
LED面板灯具有节能环保、长寿命、高光效的独特优势,因此迅速成为室内照明的重要灯具,从长远来讲,LED面板灯在未来一定会替代传统面板灯,前景广阔。但现有的LED 面板灯通常都由点光源构成,其发出的光不够柔和均匀,比较刺眼,不能满足人们对照明日益提高的要求,LED面板灯导光板采用专用玻璃胶固定,到达一定时间后容易脱落,存在安全隐患。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构牢固、发光均匀的LED面板灯。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:LED面板灯,包括边框2、导光板3、灯板5、底盖8,其特征在于:还包括紧固件一1、压扣4、紧固件二6、底盖外缘7、螺纹孔一9、螺纹孔二10、边框凹槽11,所述灯板5通过压扣4压紧在底盖8内,所述导光板3安装在边框凹槽11内,边框2由紧固件一1通过螺纹孔二10固定在底盖外缘7外侧,底盖外缘7内侧由紧固件二6通过螺纹孔一9加固。 
进一步地,所述紧固件一1为边长相等的L型。 
进一步地,所述紧固件二6为边长相等的L型。 
进一步地,所述灯板5为长方形条状。 
进一步地,所述灯板5有20根。 
本实用新型取得的有益效果是:光源发出的点光变成面光,光角度更广,光线更均匀,更柔和;导光板3不易脱落,边框2也更加牢固,容易装配、缩短安装时间,降低成本。 
另外,灯板5的长方形条状设计将散热部分化整为零,更加便于散热器的设计。

参见图1、本实用新型LED面板灯由设置在灯板5上的多个LED光源发出的光经导光板3,使光源发出的点光变成面光,光角度更广,光线更均匀,更柔和。本实用新型的边框2和底盖外缘7分别设有紧固件一1和紧固件二6,这种固定方式使得导光板3不易脱落,边框2也更加牢固,容易装配、缩短安装时间,降低成本。灯板5的长方形条状设计将散热部分化整为零,更加便于散热器的设计。

1.LED面板灯,包括边框(2)、导光板(3)、灯板(5)、底盖(8),其特征在于:还包括紧固件一(1)、压扣(4)、紧固件二(6)、底盖外缘(7)、螺纹孔一(9)、螺纹孔二(10)、边框凹槽(11),所述灯板(5)通过压扣(4)压紧在底盖(8)内,所述导光板(3)安装在边框凹槽(11)内,边框(2)由紧固件一(1)通过螺纹孔二(10)固定在底盖外缘(7)外侧,底盖外缘(7)内侧由紧固件二(6)通过螺纹孔一(9)加固。
