Abstract

本发明提供了一种包装/填充装置,其中高速运转的成形装置或横向密封装置不会破坏包装容器的外表面或纵向密封部分,甚至从相对侧以高速强力按压的成形/横向密封也不会有使液面改变或振荡的趋势,液面控制变得容易,并且这些功能在运转期间有效地起作用。一种包装/填充装置,其中通过将幅带状的包装材料成形为具有管的形状,用液体食品填充在管状的包装材料中直到预定液面,并且然后通过由密封钳口和相对钳口在液面下高速地夹持来进行横向密封,从而生产出包装容器。该装置还装备有诊断机构且具有压力凸缘,该压力凸缘设置在横向密封位置上方并且在液面下,并且由无菌气体构成,以便检测当包装材料被密封钳口和相对钳口夹持时传播的振动并根据这样检测到的振动诊断无菌气体的剩余量。

Description

包装及填充装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装及填充装置,其针对每个容器横向密封并且切断填充有液体食品的管状包装材料从而制造容器。
背景技术
当生产具有例如牛奶、矿泉水、茶、汁、汤、酒等液体食品的包装容器时,使用了幅带状叠层包装材料,包装容器通过用热密封、超声波密封等对叠层包装材料进行密封来形成。例如,在包装及填充装置中,首先将条带接合在幅带状叠层包装材料的边缘上,叠层包装材料形成为管状形状,叠层包装材料的两缘与保护纵向密封部的内侧端面的条带被从所述管的内侧推压,并且利用纵向密封装置沿着纵向方向(长度方向)密封,液体食品填充的管状叠层包装材料由横向密封装置沿着横向方向密封,并且切断,从而形成枕状的预成形容器,该预成形容器形成为预定的形状,从而完成包装容器。
图3是表示包装及填充装置的一个示例的示意透视图。一卷幅带状叠层包装材料1装填到包装及填充装置中。叠层包装材料1包括纸基材和叠层在纸基材的两侧上的聚乙烯薄膜的挠性叠层体。必要时在纸基材与该薄膜之间叠层铝箔、阻气性树脂等的阻挡层。预先在相应于包装容器14的表面的部分上印刷装饰。
展开的叠层包装材料1用输送机构的进给器连续地输送,并且通过转向辊和调节辊输送到条带粘贴装置3,利用条带粘贴装置沿着叠层包装材料1的一个边缘附接条带2。
必要时,利用拉环粘贴装置在叠层包装材料1上附接拉环。叠层包装材料1被输送到杀菌槽4,并且在杀菌槽4中用过氧化氢等杀菌液杀菌。叠层包装材料1输送到气刀5以便由气刀5干燥,并且运送到无菌室40的内部。叠层包装材料1通过成形环6、其他成形环逐渐变形为管状形状。
叠层包装材料1由来自纵向密封装置的预热机构8的热空气预热,以沿长度方向密封,从填充导管7的底端将液体食品填充到管状叠层包装材料1内。
图4示出了从填充导管将液体食品填充到管状包装材料内直到预定液面并进行控制的模式的示例。
填充导管7的垂直部分向下延伸。
向上部分连接到控制阀32。在填充导管7的垂直部分的外侧周向地设置有圆柱状浮管34。在液体中浮动的浮管34位于管状包装材料1与填充导管7之间,并且在上下方向上能够自由移动地置于填充导管7的垂直部分的外表面上。在浮管11中安装了待检测物体35(磁铁、发送器或标签)。在管1的外部设置有检测器31。检测器31将与待检测物体之间的信号的强弱变化转换为电流,并且输出电信号。当液面等于或超过预定高度时,将停止信号输出至控制部33,并且当液面等于或低于预定高度时,将开启信号输出至控制部33。在填充导管7的水平部分设置了电磁式流量控制阀32,电磁式流量控制阀32由控制部33控制。液面被控制在预定高度。
管状叠层包装材料1由辊引导并被运送到横向密封装置10中,且被夹住以沿横向方向密封。用刀等将横向密封的叠层包装材料切断,从而形成枕状的预成形容器13。
图5示出了横向密封装置10的详细局部剖视图。在这个实施例中,管状包装材料1在被向下运送相应于仅一个包装容器的长度的距离的同时,其由成形翼部对41和41保持,并成形为近似容器形状,管状包装材料由密封钳口对10a、10a和相对钳口对11、11保持,通过沿横向进行横向密封来形成两个横向密封区域。利用刀42将相连的枕状预成形体的密封区域的中部切断,从而形成分离的枕状预成形体13。
预成形容器13由最终成形设备15输送并成形为最终的形状,从而生产出填充液体食品的包装容器14。
在填充导管的示例中,填充导管是固定的,环绕填充导管的气阱(中空空间)被密封,当包装及填充装置工作时,包括对包装材料的管内的液体食品的运动进行缓冲的缓冲构件。(参考专利文献4)

然而,在横向密封装置中,管状包装材料在被向下运送的同时,其由两对成形翼部保持以成形为近似容器形状,同时它由密封钳口和相对钳口保持,以在横向方向上横向地被密封,这时需要利用所述成形翼部、密封钳口和相对钳口强力地按压包装材料。当液体内容物的液面设定得比横向密封装置的位置高得多时,液体水压(压力)增大,并且其成为成形和横向密封的阻力(抗力)。这样有被高速动作并强力按压的硬成形翼部、密封钳口和相对钳口刮伤包装材料表面(容器产品的外观表面)的危险。
另外,由于高的内部压力,从而存在在成形的包装材料的密封部分产生破损、破裂、断裂等的危险。
而且,因为成形翼部、密封钳口和相对钳口通过包装材料从两侧高速地强力按压内容物液体,所以内容物液体被快速地向上推动从而导致回流,并且液面变化和振动,从而变得难以控制液面。
当设置包括气阱的缓冲构件来缓和管内的液体食品的快速回流时,由于包装及填充装置的动作,使得气阱的尺寸逐渐变小,缓冲能力下降,因此需要保持缓冲能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包装及填充装置,其中高速运转的成形装置和横向密封装置不会刮伤包装容器的外观表面,并且由于成形和横向密封从两侧高速强力的按压导致的液面的变动和振动减小,因此容易控制液面。
另外,本发明的目的在于提供一种包装及填充装置,其中高速运转的成形装置和横向密封装置高效、稳定且自动地运转。
并且,本发明的目的在于提供一种包装及填充装置,其控制并保持缓和管内的液体食品的快速回流的缓冲能力,并且能够高效、稳定且自动地运转。
在本发明的包装及填充装置中,幅带状包装叠层材料成形为管状,管状包装材料在包装材料的两端沿着纵向方向纵向地密封,液体食品填充到管状包装材料中直到预定位置的液面,当管状包装材料在液面下被密封钳口和相对钳口高速地保持时,管状包装材料通过使用密封钳口和相对钳口沿着横向方向加热和按压来横向地密封,管状包装材料在横向密封区域被切断,从而制造出包装容器,其特征在于:
所述包装及填充装置具有压力缓冲性压力凸缘和诊断机构,所述压力凸缘设置在管状包装材料内的液面下并且在横向密封位置的上方,并且包括对液体食品的运动进行缓冲的无菌气体空间,所述诊断机构检测通过用密封钳口和相对钳口夹持而产生的振动以根据检测到的振动诊断无菌气体的剩余量。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述振动是液面的特定振动,并且诊断机构根据振动的频率和振幅诊断无菌气体的剩余量。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述压力凸缘包括筒状主体以及所述主体上部的顶板,并且设置在填充导管的外周,在上部形成有无菌气体空间的压力缓冲部分。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述压力缓冲部分包括设置在所述主体的顶板下的弹性膜、以及填充在形成于所述弹性膜与所述顶板之间的空间中的无菌气体。

发明效果
本发明的包装及填充装置将幅带状包装叠层材料成形为管状,沿着纵向方向在包装材料的两端纵向地密封管状包装材料,用液体食品填充管状包装材料直到预定位置的液面,当管状包装材料在液面下由密封钳口和相对钳口高速地保持时,通过使用密封钳口和相对钳口沿着横向方向加热和按压来横向地密封管状包装材料,在横向密封区域中切断管状包装材料,从而制造出包装容器。因为是在填充有液体食品的幅带状包装材料的液面之下的横向密封,所以在容器内没有没用的空气,有助于保质,但是在沿着横向方向的横向密封时,当从两侧高速地按压内容物液体时,内容物液体被从下方推出而会回流。
在本发明的这些特征中,压力凸缘设置在管状包装材料内的液面下并且在横向密封位置的上方。通过使用密封钳口和相对钳口高速地保持,使得从下方推出的液体及其压力分别移动和传播到所述压力凸缘。
因为压力凸缘包括具有压力缓冲能力的无菌气体空间,所以被从下方推出的液体及其压力分别由压力缓冲性无菌气体吸收和缓冲。
被从下方推出的液体及其压力不会到达压力凸缘的上方,并且能够容易地控制液面,而没有液面的变动和摆动。
另外,因为在液面下方接近横向密封位置处具有缓冲区域,因此能够减小抵抗成形和横向密封的动作的阻力(抗力),并且甚至在成形翼部、密封钳口和相对钳口的高速运转和强烈撞击中,包装材料的表面也不会受到破坏。
另外,在成形的包装材料的密封部分没有由于高的内部压力而产生破损、破裂、断裂等的危险。
在本发明的特征中,检测通过用密封钳口和相对钳口夹持而产生并在液体食品中传播的振动。振动频率和振动振幅依赖于作为传播介质的液体食品的状态而受影响。在作为传播介质的液体食品中,具有在压力凸缘内的无菌气体空间,并且振动频率和振动振幅依赖于无菌气体空间的容积而被改变。在本发明的特征中,诊断机构根据振动诊断无菌气体的剩余量。
因为能够通过诊断机构来估计无菌气体的剩余量(容积),因此能够根据诊断的结果,在包装及填充装置的运转停止之后供应无菌气体,或者在包装及填充装置的运转期间供应无菌气体,并且能够通过无菌气体量的减少来预先防止缓冲能力的降低。
根据本发明,缓和管内的液体食品的快速回流的缓冲能力得到控制并且得到维持,包装及填充装置得以高效、稳定以及能够自动化地运转。
在本发明优选实施例的特征中,检测由于用密封钳口和相对钳口夹持而产生的液面的特定振动,并且根据特定振动的频率和振幅诊断无菌气体的剩余量。
通过液面下的密封钳口和相对钳口,当以高速夹持/夹住例如每小时成形15000个容器时,管状包装材料以每秒4.2个容器的比例被夹持,即每秒4.2次。另外,在每小时20000个容器时,每秒是夹持5.6次。在每秒夹持4.2次的示例中,由夹持产生的液面的振动估计为4.2Hz的特定振动频率。在本发明中,检测上述特定振动。
关于振动,发现在本发明中具有特定频率的特定振动的振幅依赖于无菌气体的压力缓冲性能的降低而变化。
在本发明中,无菌气体的剩余量是根据上述发现来诊断的。根据无菌气体剩余量的可能估计,能够通过基于警报器的手动操作和自动化来有效地再填充、供应和增加无菌气体,并且以高速工作的成形装置和横向密封装置能够被高效、稳定并且能够自动化地运转。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述压力凸缘包括筒状主体以及所述主体上部的顶板,并且设置在所述填充导管的外周,在上部形成有所述无菌气体空间的压力缓冲部分。
压力凸缘不妨碍填充导管的设置,并且能够有效地利用管状包装材料内的空间。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述压力缓冲部分包括设置在所述主体的顶板下的弹性膜、以及填充在形成于所述弹性膜与所述顶板之间的空间中的无菌气体。当缓冲构件是无菌气体时,气体容易压缩/膨胀来显示缓冲功能。液体的振动/流动可能会导致由散失和飞散带来的气体减少的危险,以及由于气泡/溶解气体从填充液体的分离而带来的气体增加,但是能够通过弹性膜将无菌气体量保持恒定。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述压力缓冲部分包括设置在所述主体的顶板下的弹性袋、以及填充在所述弹性袋中的无菌气体。
当缓冲构件是无菌气体时,气体容易压缩/膨胀来显示缓冲功能。液体的振动/流动可能会导致由散失和飞散带来的气体减少的危险,以及由于气泡/溶解气体从填充液体的分离而带来的气体增加,但是能够通过弹性袋将无菌气体量保持恒定。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述装置包括诊断机构,该诊断机构检测通过用密封钳口和相对钳口夹持/夹住而产生的振动,以根据检测到的振动诊断无菌气体的剩余量。
当无菌气体量减少并且压力缓冲能力降低时,能够检测减少的量,并再填充无菌气体,且精确而有效地恢复压力缓冲能力。
在图8中示出管的振动量与无菌气体的剩余量的相关。在图8的线图中,纵轴表示管的振动量,而横轴表示运行时间,并且在箭头所示的时刻再填充无菌气体。随着所述装置的运转时间,管的振动量增大,通过在箭头所示时刻再填充无菌气体,使管的振动量回到最小。示出了管的振动量与无菌气体的剩余量之间的相关。情况得到理解。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述压力凸缘包括筒状主体以及所述主体上部的顶板,并且设置在所述填充导管的外周,在上部形成有所述无菌气体空间的压力缓冲部分。
在填充导管的外周,能够进行有效的配置。能够制作具有导管和顶板的简单构造。因为在上端形成有包含无菌气体的压力缓冲部分,因此能够简单地再填充无菌气体。
在本发明的优选实施例中,位移计例如激光位移计检测通过用密封钳口和相对钳口夹持而产生的管的振动。在这个实施例中,振动作为振幅检测。检测由位移计来执行。
当物体从一个位置移动到另一个位置时,位移传感器(或位移计)测量移动距离。测量移动距离(位移量)的系统包括通过使用磁场和光以及声波的介质的非接触类型、和接触类型的位移传感器,例如刻度表、差分变压器,即光学式、超声波式、激光(聚焦式)等。
在本发明的更优选实施例中,根据填充的液体食品的种类、包装材料的种类及其规格,能够预先确定将要再填充的时机的管的振动量,并且在检测到预先确定的振动量时再填充无菌气体。
图9表示在填充四种不同液体食品时的管的振动量与无菌气体剩余量的相关。在图9的线图中,纵轴表示管的振动量,而横轴表示运行时间,并且在箭头所示的时刻再填充无菌气体。随着装置的运转时间,管的振动量增大,并且通过在箭头所示的时刻再填充无菌气体使管的振动量返回到最小。示出了管的振动量与无菌气体剩余量之间的相关。理解这种情况,并且示出了管的振动量根据液体食品的种类而不同。

下面参考相关附图描述本发明优选实施例的详细说明。
如图3所示,幅带状叠层包装材料1在包装及填充装置中以卷的形式进给。叠层包装材料1包括用纸基材、聚乙烯最外层、聚乙烯最内层叠层的挠性叠层体,形成有铝箔的阻挡层,并且印刷有字符、图案等。
展开的叠层包装材料1由输送机构连续地输送,通过转向辊、调节辊等输送到条带粘贴装置3,并沿着叠层包装材料1的一个边缘附接条带2。
叠层包装材料1被输送到杀菌槽4,并且在杀菌槽4中用过氧化氢等杀菌液杀菌。叠层包装材料1被输送到气刀5,并被运送到无菌室40中。叠层包装材料1借助成形环6和其他成形环逐渐变形为管状形状。叠层包装材料1由纵向密封装置的预热机构8的热空气预热,以纵向地密封,并且从填充导管7的底端将液体食品填充到管状叠层包装材料1内。
从填充导管7将液体食品填充到管状包装材料1内直到预定液面,并且包装材料1在液面下沿着管的横向方向被横向地密封。
在这个实施例的特征中,压力凸缘设置在管状包装材料内的液面下并且在横向密封位置之上的位置。
图1表示根据第一实施例的包装及填充装置的压力凸缘20的剖面正视图。
在这个实施例中,压力凸缘20设置在填充导管7a的下部的外周。

参考图7,下面描述图1所示实施例的包装及填充装置的诊断机构50的诊断功能。
实施例的包装及填充装置在液面下利用密封钳口和相对钳口从管装包装材料每小时成形15000个容器。在高速地夹持中,包装材料每秒被夹持4.2次,振动在液体中传播,液面振动,并且该振动具有频率为4.2Hz的特定振动。
在这个实施例中,由液面传感器37检测液面A上的特定振动。
图7(A)表示液面上的振动的波形的示例。
纵轴和横轴分别表示振动量(振幅)和时间。
图7(B)表示利用FFT(快速傅立叶变换)从波形数据抽出该信号中所包含的频率成分的处理的结果。

在由诊断机构50进行的诊断中,压力缓冲能力依赖于无菌气体空间28的容积,因为当缓冲能力下降时,4.2Hz处的特定振动的大小会增加,所以根据所述大小估计和诊断无菌气体的剩余量。
图7(C)表示上述估计/诊断是合理的和正确的。
在固定到预定位置的激光传感器中测量向下连续地被输送的管状包装材料的位置的位移,并且示出了随时间的变化,并且也测量了4.2Hz的特定振动的大小,并且示出了随时间的变化。
当压力缓冲无菌气体28的缓冲能力下降时,液体压力(压力)上升,管状包装材料通过成形和横向密封的动作而膨胀或移动,并且位置移位。所述位移被认为是与无菌气体剩余量成反比。
如图7(C)所示,可以理解管的位移(锯齿线)与来自液面的在4.2Hz的特定振动的大小(黑点)相关。
图2表示包装及填充装置的第二实施例的压力凸缘20的剖面正视图。
在这个实施例中,圆柱状浮管24设置在填充导管7的外周,在浮动在液面A中的浮管24中设置了待检测物体(未示出,例如磁铁、发送器和标签),利用管1外部的检测器31检测液面A。
上端的压力缓冲部分包括设置在主体顶板下的弹性袋21以及填充在弹性袋中的无菌气体22。
因为缓冲部22是无菌气体,所以气体容易压缩和膨胀,并且示出了缓冲作用。
利用气球形弹性袋,将无菌气体的量保持为恒定,由于液体的振动和流动而散失的气体减少。另外,由于填充的液体中的气泡/溶解气体的分离,使得存在在压力凸缘20的顶板中蓄积气体的危险,但是在该示例中,能够从设置在顶板中的小孔23放出。
在这个实施例中,压力凸缘20设置在填充导管7a下部的外周。压力凸缘20不妨碍填充导管7a的设置,并且能够有效地利用管状包装材料内的空间。另外,当清洗填充导管7a的下部时,能够一体地拆卸、清洗和安装。
图6表示包装及填充装置的第三实施例的压力凸缘20的剖面正视图。
在这个示例中,上端的压力缓冲部分包括设置在主体顶板下的弹性膜26、以及填充在所述顶板与所述弹性膜之间的空间中的无菌气体22。
因为缓冲部分22是无菌气体,所以气体容易压缩、膨胀和缓冲。利用弹性膜26,使无菌气体量保持恒定,由于液体的振动和流动而散失的气体减少。另外,由于所填充的液体中的气泡/溶解气体的分离,使得存在在压力凸缘20的顶板中蓄积气体的危险,但是在这个示例中,能够从设置在顶板中的小孔25放出。
液体食品从填充导管填充到管状包装材料中直到预定液面,并且被调整。
如图5所示,管状包装材料1在被向下运送到与一个容器相应的每段长度的同时,由两对成形翼部41、41夹住,从而管状叠层包装材料1形成为近似容器形状,由两对密封钳口10a、10a和相对钳口11、11夹持,被沿着横向方向横向密封,并且形成两个横向密封区域,利用刀42将相连的枕状预成形体的密封区域的中间切断,从而分离成单个的枕状预成形体13。
预成形容器13由最终成形输送器15输送,并且成形为最终形状,从而完成具有液体食品的包装容器14。
图10表示包装及填充装置的第四实施例的压力凸缘20及其附近部件的剖面正视图。
在这个示例中,压力凸缘20包括筒状主体27和主体上部29的顶板29,其设置在填充导管7的外周,并且在上端形成有无菌气体空间22的压力缓冲部分28。
压力凸缘20的压力缓冲部分28吸收和缓冲从下方推出的液体及压力。
从下方推出的液体及压力不会到达压力凸缘20的上方,从而液面由液面传感器37容易地控制,而不会有液面A的变动或摆动。
另外,因为在液面下方并且更靠近横向密封位置的位置上具有缓冲区域,所以能够减小成形和横向密封的动作的阻力(抗力),即使成形翼部41、密封钳口10a和相对钳口11高速地强烈撞击,包装材料1的表面也不会被刮伤,并且枕状预成形体13的纵向密封也不会受到破坏。
在这个示例中,在填充导管7的外周可以进行有效的配置。它可以具有带导管27和顶板29的简单的构造。因为在上端形成有包含无菌气体22的压力缓冲部分28,所以能够简单地再填充无菌气体。
在图11中,示出了在包装及填充装置的第四实施例中将无菌气体再填充到压力凸缘20的模式。
在包装及填充装置的这个示例中,在运转中,从填充导管7连续并且大量地供给液体食品,并且高速地填充到所述容器,压力凸缘20中的无菌气体由于作为气泡散失以及液体食品的吸收而逐渐减少。
在再填充中,停止从填充导管7供给液体食品,液面A降低至压力凸缘20,通过如图11所示从无菌气体供给管38供应无菌气体,从而能够将无菌气体简单地再填充在压力凸缘20中。
在这个实施例中,检测由于用密封钳口10a和相对钳口11夹持而产生的管1的振动,并且包括根据振动诊断无菌气体的剩余量的诊断机构50。
在这个实施例中,利用激光位移计51检测由于用密封钳口和相对钳口夹持而产生的管的振动。
当管由于振动从一个位置移动到另一个位置时,位移计测量移动距离。利用数据接收器52从位移计51接收模拟数据,并且通过模数转换设备53发送到诊断机构50。将检测到的振动量或振动量随时间的变化量与预定的振动量或变化量比较,从而诊断再填充的时机。
对于诊断为再填充的时机的情况,将控制信号发送至包装及填充装置的控制部54和/或通知操作者再填充时机的显示设备或警报器。
在表示管的振动量与无菌气体剩余量的相关的图8的线图中,纵轴表示管的振动量,横轴表示运行时间。无菌气体随着填充装置的运转时间的经过而减少(并且压力缓冲能力降低),并且如图中所示,管的振动量增大。另外,当在箭头所示的时刻再填充无菌气体时,管的振动量回到最小,并且压力缓冲能力恢复。
在这个实施例的诊断机构50中,精确地检测无菌气体量的减少(压力缓冲能力的降低),并且再填充无菌气体,使压力缓冲能力精确和有效地恢复。
作为诊断的标准,有在超过振动量的预定阈值时诊断为再填充的时机的方法、以及根据振动量随时间的变化量估计再填充时机并将估计时间诊断为再填充的时机的方法。
在本发明的优选实施例中,与填充的液体食品的种类、包装材料的种类和规格相对应,预先确定将要再填充的时机的管的振动量(振动量随时间的变化量),当检测到该预定振动量(振动量随时间的变化量)时,能够再填充无菌气体。
图9是表示当填充四种不同液体食品(在图(9A)中是水果汁,在图9B中是蔬菜汁,在图9C中是咖啡,在图9D中是拿铁咖啡)时管的振动量与无菌气体剩余量的相关的线图。纵轴表示管的振动量,横轴表示运行时间。在填充装置启动后,管的振动量随着时间的经过而增大,可以理解,管的振动量通过在箭头所示的时刻再填充无菌气体而返回到最小。另外可以理解,根据液体食品的种类,再填充时机的阈值(管的振动量)是不同的。
前面的描述已经呈现来用于阐述和说明的目的。而不是意在穷尽的或将本发明限制为所公开的精确实施例。在上述教导下,可以进行显而易见的修改或改变。
工业实用性
根据本发明的包装及填充装置,能够制造用于例如牛奶、汁、矿泉水、流食产品等的包装容器。

Claims (6)

1.一种包装及填充装置,其中幅带状包装叠层材料成形为管状,该管状包装材料在包装材料的两端沿着纵向方向纵向地密封,液体食品填充到管状包装材料中直到预定位置的液面,当管状包装材料在该液面下由密封钳口和相对钳口以高速保持时,管状包装材料通过由密封钳口和相对钳口沿着横向方向加热和按压而被横向地密封,管状包装材料在横向密封区域被切断,从而制造出包装容器,其特征在于:
所述包装及填充装置具有压力缓冲性压力凸缘,该压力凸缘设置在管状包装材料内的液面下并且在横向密封位置的上方,并且包括对液体食品的运动进行缓冲的无菌气体空间,以及
诊断机构,该诊断机构检测通过用密封钳口和相对钳口夹持而产生的振动,以根据检测到的振动诊断无菌气体的剩余量,
并且所述压力凸缘包括筒状主体和所述主体的上部的顶板,并且设置在填充导管的外周,在所述主体的上部形成有所述无菌气体空间的压力缓冲部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装及填充装置,其中所述振动是液面的特定振动,并且所述诊断机构根据该振动的频率和振幅诊断无菌气体的剩余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装及填充装置,其中所述压力缓冲部分包括设置在所述主体的顶板下的弹性膜、以及填充在形成于所述弹性膜与所述顶板之间的空间中的无菌气体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装及填充装置,其中所述压力缓冲部分包括设置在所述主体的顶板下的弹性袋、以及填充在所述弹性袋中的无菌气体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包装及填充装置,其中所述振动是所述管的特定振动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包装及填充装置,其中位移计检测所述振动。
