Abstract

聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材及其制备方法,材料配比组份为:聚氯乙烯60~90份、氯化聚氯乙烯10~40份、稳定剂2.8~7份、发泡调节剂3~5份、发泡成核剂1~3份、发泡剂0.5~2份、外润滑剂0.6~1.5份、内润滑剂0.5~1份、加工助剂0.5~2份、抗氧剂0.05~0.5份、填充剂≤30份。制备方法为:将全部物料加入高速搅拌机中混合均匀,加热至90~120℃,保温10分钟以上,放入冷混机中冷却至25~45℃,打入料仓,挤出机挤出发泡材料,再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,最后按所需长度进行切割、包装。本发明产品表面硬度高、强度大、不易变形、易于加工,制造工艺合理,成本低、质量好、效率高,具有广泛的推广应用价值和良好的经济社会效益。

Description

聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料及家具用料,尤其涉及化学发泡板材。
背景技术
在建筑装饰材料、家具用料中,塑料制品用量越来越大,聚氯乙烯发泡板材以其质轻防腐、不易变形、保温性能好等优点占有重要的地位,市场需求量日益扩大。目前聚氯乙烯(PVC)发泡板材的生产方法主要有:共挤发泡工艺,其芯部为发泡层,表层采用实芯材料,由于采用共挤出加工方式,一般需要两台挤出机,配合生产,设备投资大,工艺相对复杂。再有采用结皮发泡方式加工生产,该工艺是将挤出机挤出可发的聚氯乙烯融体,通过定型装置进行激冷,使表层迅速冷却形成比较坚硬的层面,芯部由于冷较慢形成发泡。这种结皮发泡方式的设备投资相对较少,但生产的聚氯乙烯发泡板材表面硬度难于提高,容易划伤,产品的使用范围受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是提供一种表面具有高硬度的发泡板材和制造这种发泡板材的工艺方法,简化工艺,降低成本,提升板材质量,提高生产效率,扩大产品用途。
本发明的任务是这样完成的:研究设计一种聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材,材料配比组份为:聚氯乙烯60~90份、氯化聚氯乙烯10~40份、稳定剂2.8~7份、发泡调节剂3~5份、发泡成核剂1~3份、发泡剂0.5~2份、外润滑剂0.6~1.5份、内润滑剂0.5~1份、加工助剂0.5~2份、抗氧剂0.05~0.5份、填充剂≤30份。稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、铅盐稳定剂、有机锡与钙锌复合稳定剂的的混合物、铅盐稳定剂与钙锌复合稳定剂的混合物。发泡调节剂为丙烯酸酯类聚合物,发泡成核剂为超细碳酸钙、钛白粉、铝粉,或它们的混合物,发泡剂为偶氮类发泡剂或其调温、超细的改性产品。内润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸或它们的混合物,外润滑剂为石蜡、聚乙烯蜡或它们的混合物。加工助剂为ACR-201、ACR-401或它们的混合物,抗氧剂为位阻酚类抗氧剂BHT、1010或它们的混合物,填充剂为重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙,或它们活化处理后的混合物。各种材料配比组分按比例加入高速搅拌机中进行混合搅拌均匀,加热至90~120℃,保温10分钟以上,将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至25~45℃,打入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出机挤出,形成发泡材料,机身工作温度为140~185℃,合流芯温度为150~180℃,机头工作温度为170~220℃,主机喂料转速为10~90转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割、包装。本发明采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)的氯化产物氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)作为改性材料,氯化聚氯乙烯比聚氯乙烯的硬度、强度明显提高,溶体粘度也相应增加,使发泡材料的开孔率大幅下降,有利于结皮发泡表面硬度的提高。在材料配方中加入发泡调节剂,可以减少开孔比例,调节溶体的强度和弹性;加入发泡成核剂有利于形成的泡孔更加细致;加入加工助剂有利于材料塑化均匀;加入内润滑剂和外润滑剂能够调节润滑平衡,赋于制品表面较高的光亮度,同时避免溶体在设备和模具上粘附;适度加入填充剂,可以在保证产品质量的同时降低生产成本。
按照上述设计方案进行试制、试验,证明本发明的产品表面硬度高、强度大、质量好,结构稳定,不易变形、易于加工,应用范围广泛,制造工艺合理,生产成本低,生产效率高,较好地达到了预定目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明的具体实施方式加以说明。
实例1,按重量配比,选取SG-6聚氯乙烯90份,聚合度500、氯含量67%的氯化聚氯乙烯10份,有机锡稳定剂2.8份,丙烯酸酯类发泡调节剂3份,超细碳酸钙发泡成核剂1份,偶氮类发泡剂2份,外润滑剂选石蜡0.4份、聚乙烯蜡0.2份,内润滑剂选硬脂酸钙0.4份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1份,ACR201加工助剂0.5份,抗氧剂选BHT0.08份,填充剂选重质碳酸钙10份。将上述物料全部加入生产线上的高速搅拌机内,加热至90~120℃,混合搅拌均匀,并保温10分钟以上。将混合物料放入冷混机中,冷却至25~45℃,打入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出机将混合物料挤出发泡板材,挤出机工艺参数为:机身温度140~185℃,合流芯温度150~180℃,机头温度170~220℃,主机转速10~90转/分钟。再将挤出的发泡板材经过真空定型、冷却成型、修整切边,然后按照需要规格定长切割,形成发泡板材成品,最后包装入库。
实例2,按重量配比,选取SG-7聚氯乙烯80份,聚合度700、氯含量67%的氯化聚氯乙烯20份,钙锌稳定剂5份,丙烯酸酯类发泡调节剂5份,发泡成核剂选钛白粉3份,调温改性偶氮类发泡剂1份,外润滑剂选石蜡0.3份、聚乙烯蜡0.3份,内润滑剂选硬脂酸钙0.5份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.2份,ACR201加工助剂0.8份,抗氧剂BHT0.1份,填充剂选轻质碳酸钙20份。将上述全部物料加入高速搅拌机中混合,按照前述实例1的工艺过程进行制作加工。
实例3,按重量配比,选取SG-6聚氯乙烯70份,聚合度500、氯含量67%的氯化聚氯乙烯30份,复合铅盐稳定剂7份,发泡调节剂4份,发泡成核剂铝粉2份,偶氮类超细发泡剂0.5份,外润滑剂选石蜡1份、聚乙烯蜡0.1份,内润滑剂选氧化聚乙烯蜡0.3份、硬脂酸0.6份,ACR401加工助剂0.8份,1010抗氧剂0.15份、填充剂选活化重质碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙混合物30份。将上述全部物料加入高速搅拌机中混合均匀,按照前述实例1的工艺过程进行加工制作,制成发泡板材成品。
经测试,本发明发泡板材与原有的聚氯乙烯发泡板材相比,冲击强度由1.5kJ/m2提高到1.6KJ/m2,拉伸强度由17.2MPa提高到21.4MPa,弯曲模量由198MPa提高到330MPa,硬度由邵氏D57提高到邵氏D65。加工制作设备与生产聚氯乙烯(PVC)发泡板材的设备相同,日产量为2.7~2.8t。本发明发泡板材主要用于制作门板、踢脚线、家具、广告牌等。制品表面光亮度高,外形美观,结实耐用不变形,产品质量好,适用范围广,具有良好的发展前景。

Claims (6)

1.聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材,其特征在于材料配比组份为:聚氯乙烯60~90份、氯化聚氯乙烯10~40份、稳定剂2.8~7份、发泡调节剂3~5份、发泡成核剂1~3份、发泡剂0.5~2份、外润滑剂0.6~1.5份、内润滑剂0.5~1份、加工助剂0.5~2份、抗氧剂0.05~0.5份、填充剂≤30份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材,其特征在于所说的稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂、钙锌复合稳定剂、铅盐稳定剂、有机锡与钙锌复合稳定剂的的混合物、铅盐稳定剂与钙锌复合稳定剂的混合物。
3.按照权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材,其特征在于所说的发泡调节剂为丙烯酸酯类聚合物,发泡成核剂为超细碳酸钙、钛白粉、铝粉,或它们的混合物,发泡剂为偶氮类发泡剂。
4.按照权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材,其特征在于所说的内润滑剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸或它们的混合物,外润滑剂为石蜡、聚乙烯蜡或它们的混合物。
5.按照权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材,其特征在于所说的加工助剂为ACR-201、ACR-401或它们的混合物,抗氧剂为位阻酚类抗氧剂BHT、1010或它们的混合物,填充剂为重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙,或它们活化处理后的混合物。
6.聚氯乙烯/氯化聚氯乙烯结皮发泡板材的制备方法,其特征在于是将权利要求1所述的各种材料配比组分按比例加入高速搅拌机中进行混合搅拌均匀,加热至90~120℃,保温10分钟以上,将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至25~45℃,打入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出机挤出,形成发泡材料,机身工作温度为140~185℃,合流芯温度为150~180℃,机头工作温度为170~220℃,主机喂料转速为10~90转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割、包装。
