Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保生态发泡板材的制备工艺。涉及板材制备技术领域,所述的环保生态发泡板材包含以下重量份原料:80‑120kg树脂、120‑155kg氢钙、3‑8kg复合稳定剂、4‑8kg发泡调节剂、2‑5kg氯化聚乙烯、0.5‑1.5kg黄发泡剂、1.0‑2.0kg白发泡剂,0.5‑1.5kg PE蜡1.0‑1.5kg硬脂酸,0.03‑0.08kg染料。本板材以树脂和轻钙为主要原料,制成的板材耐高温,不燃烧,不怕水,不含甲醛,具备节约木材的优点,并且拓展了板材的使用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材制备技术领域,具体为一种环保生态发泡板材的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前传统的板材例如细木工板,颗粒板,生态板等全部使用木材为原材料,并使用含有甲醛的胶水粘合压制在一起,第一对人体有严重的危害,第二木材的性质是易燃,不防水,易变形,使用时存在隐患,第三在提倡节能环保的大环境前提下,以木材为原料的板材大量浪费森林资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保生态发泡板材的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保生态发泡板材包含以下重量份原料:80-120kg树脂、120-155kg氢钙、3-8kg复合稳定剂、4-8kg发泡调节剂、2-5kg 氯化聚乙烯、0.5-1.5kg黄发泡剂、1.0-2.0kg白发泡剂,0.5-1.5kg PE蜡,1.0-1.5kg硬脂酸,0.03-0.08kg染料。
进一步优选,所述的环保生态发泡板材包含以下重量份原料:100kg树脂、150kg氢钙、5kg复合稳定剂、6kg发泡调节剂、3kg 氯化聚乙烯、1kg黄发泡剂、1.5kg白发泡剂,1千克pe蜡,1.2kg硬脂酸,0.05kg染料。
一种环保生态发泡板材的制备方法:步骤一、按照保生态发泡板材的重量份原料进行配比,将所有原料放入混料机内混料;
步骤二、高温混料机将原料继续搅拌均匀,并达到120℃后将配料放出;
步骤三、将混合好的原料输送到挤出机后,经定型模具定型,冷却成型的板材尺寸为长2-3m,宽1-2m,厚4mm-20mm;
步骤四、在板材上覆膜、转印膜,裁边即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本板材以树脂和轻钙为主要原料,制成的板材耐高温,不燃烧,不怕水,不含甲醛,具备节约木材的优点,并且拓展了板材的使用范围。

实施例1
一种环保生态发泡板材的制备方法:步骤一、按照保生态发泡板材的重量份原料进行配比,其中包含100kg树脂、150kg氢钙、5kg复合稳定剂、6kg发泡调节剂、3kg 氯化聚乙烯、1kg黄发泡剂、1.5kg白发泡剂,1千克pe蜡,1.2kg硬脂酸,0.05kg染料,将所有原料放入混料机内混料;
步骤二、高温混料机将原料继续搅拌均匀,并达到120℃后将配料放出;
步骤三、将混合好的原料输送到挤出机后,经定型模具定型,冷却成型的板材尺寸为长2m,宽1.2m,厚4mm;
步骤四、在板材上覆膜、转印膜,裁边即可。
实施例2
一种环保生态发泡板材的制备方法:步骤一、按照保生态发泡板材的重量份原料进行配比,其中80kg树脂、120kg氢钙、3kg复合稳定剂、4kg发泡调剂、2kg 氯化聚乙烯、0.5kg黄发泡剂、1.0kg白发泡剂,0.5kg PE蜡1.0kg硬脂酸,0.03kg染料,将所有原料放入混料机内混料;
步骤二、高温混料机将原料继续搅拌均匀,并达到120℃后将配料放出;
步骤三、将混合好的原料输送到挤出机后,经定型模具定型,冷却成型的板材尺寸为长3m,宽1.5m,厚20mm;
步骤四、在板材上覆膜、转印膜,裁边即可。
实施例3
一种环保生态发泡板材的制备方法:步骤一、按照保生态发泡板材的重量份原料进行配比,其中120kg树脂、155kg氢钙、8kg复合稳定剂、8kg发泡调节剂、5kg 氯化聚乙烯、1.5kg黄发泡剂、2.0kg白发泡剂,1.5kg PE蜡1.5kg硬脂酸,0.08kg染料,将所有原料放入混料机内混料;
步骤二、高温混料机将原料继续搅拌均匀,并达到120℃后将配料放出;
步骤三、将混合好的原料输送到挤出机后,经定型模具定型,冷却成型的板材尺寸为长3m,宽2m,厚15mm;
步骤四、在板材上覆膜、转印膜,裁边即可。

1.一种环保生态发泡板材,其特征在于:所述的环保生态发泡板材包含以下重量份原料:80-120kg树脂、120-155kg氢钙、3-8kg复合稳定剂、4-8kg发泡调节剂、2-5kg 氯化聚乙烯、0.5-1.5kg黄发泡剂、1.0-2.0kg白发泡剂,0.5-1.5kg PE蜡1.0-1.5kg硬脂酸,0.03-0.08kg染料。
