Abstract
本发明涉及一种电能管理方法,其主要应用于充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)。本发明的电能管理方法通过汽车所在位置信息、行进方向、电池状态信息、目的终点信息、以及其他信息来提供充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)、电动汽车(Electric Vehicle)或驾驶人员一控制指令与相关数据。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电能管理方法,特别涉及一种应用于充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)或电动汽车(Electric Vehicle)的电能管理方法。
相关案件
本发明主张2009年3月17日于美国专利局申请的美国专利案61/210,222作为优先权。该美国专利案61/210,222所公开的内容视为本发明内容且在此并入本发明参考。
背景技术
随着充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)的登场上市,补充汽车的电能的需求也因此而提高许多。
顾名思义,充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)可由电能或石油两者来驱动,以减少汽车对石油的使用量。如一般所知,减少石油的使用量可获得许多好处,例如降低花费以及减少汽车排放废气等等。然而,如果汽车不具有特殊设计来管理电池所能提供的电能,而使得驾驶人员每次回到家或者到达充电站的时候都是处于电池的电能饱满的状态,便会大大的降低油电混合动力车的优势。
此外,电动汽车仅能利用电池作为提供电能的来源,一旦电池的电能用尽,电动汽车也就会停下来且无法继续前进。在充电站以及电池更换站未如同加油站一般普及之前,大多的驾驶人员仍然是会害怕电池所能提供的电能会在路上忽然用尽,如此的想法也阻碍电动汽车的销售情况。
发明内容
发明目的
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种应用于充电式油电混合动力车的电能管理方法,其可大量减少石油的使用量。进一步地,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种电动汽车的电能管理方法,其可预防电池的电能完全用尽。
发明说明
本发明提供一种警告驾驶人员电动汽车需要紧急充电或更换电池的方法。本发明还提供一种确保充电式油电混合动力车可尽可能使用电能的方法。
本发明提供的一种电能管理方法,包含下列步骤:
a)取得一汽车所在位置信息;
b)取得一电池的电能状态信息;
c)根据该电池的电能状态信息,计算该电池的电能用尽前可行进的一距离范围;
d)根据该汽车所在位置信息以及该距离范围,提供该距离范围内的至少一充电站信息;
e)判断该距离范围内的充电站个数是否小于一默认值;以及
f)当该距离范围内的充电站个数小于该默认值时,显示一警告信号给汽车用户。
在本发明提供的电能管理方法中,还包含下列步骤:
e1)取得一行进方向信息;以及
e2)扣除该距离范围内远离该行进方向的充电站信息。
在本发明提供的电能管理方法中,该至少一充电站信息还包含电池更换站信息。
本发明同时还提供一种电能管理方法,包含下列步骤:
a)取得一充电站信息
b)取得一汽车所在位置信息;
c)取得一电池的电能状态信息;
d)计算由该汽车所在位置到达该充电站所需的一电能;
e)判断该电池的电能状态是否大于所需的该电能;
f)当该电池的电能状态大于所需的该电能时,控制汽车进入电能模式。
在本发明提供的电能管理方法中,还包含一步骤:依据用户指示,记录该汽车所在位置信息为一充电站信息。
本发明又提供一种电能管理方法,包含下列步骤:
a)取得一目的终点信息;
b)取得一汽车所在位置信息;
c)取得一运送清单;
d)取得一电池的电能状态信息;
e)根据该运送清单以及该目的终点计算一中止时间;
f)计算该中止时间内所能补充的电能;
g)计算从该汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能;
h)判断该电池的电能状态加上该中止时间内所能补充的电能再扣除从该汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能是否大于该电池的最大储电;以及
i)当该电池的电能状态加上该中止时间内所能补充的电能再扣除从该汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能大于该电池的最大储电量时,使汽车进入电能模式。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的内容及原理,请参阅图1,其为本发明的第一较佳实施例的流程图。如图1所示,本发明的电能管理方法可定位汽车所在位置、取得电池的电能状态、对汽车提供模式控制指令以及与数据库进行数据交换。以电动汽车(Electric Vehicle)为例,本发明的电能管理方法的第一步骤为先取得电池的电能信息、汽车所在位置信息以及行进方向(步骤101),该电池的电能信息是用以计算到电池的电能用尽前,汽车可行进的一距离范围(步骤102),该电能管理方法接着将该汽车所在位置视为起点,然后以电能用尽为原则,检索该距离范围内的多个充电站信息(步骤103),根据数据库所提供的数据列出该距离范围内充电站信息及个数,在该行进方向上,需要回转以到达的充电站将不会被列入考虑,除非此充电站是该距离范围内唯一的选项。本发明的电能管理方法还可进一步过滤已经呈现客满状态的充电站。在该实施例中,如果电动汽车是以更换电池的方式来提供电能,本发明的电能管理方法也会显示该距离范围内的电池更换站。接着,本发明的电能管理方法会判定该距离范围内的充电站个数是否高于默认值n(步骤104),如果该距离范围内的充电站个数小于该默认值n,本发明的电能管理方法便立即向驾驶人员显示一警告信号(步骤105),通过此信号通知电动汽车的驾驶人员在该距离范围内有限的充电站信息。
根据本发明的内容及原理,请参阅图2,其为本发明的第二较佳实施例的流程图。如图2所示,本发明的电能管理方法可定位汽车所在位置、取得电池的电能状态、对汽车提供模式控制指令以及与数据库进行数据交换。本实施例以充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)为例,本发明的电能管理方法首先进行的步骤是取得一默认的充电站信息、汽车所在位置信息、行进方向以及电池的电能状态信息(步骤201),接着,该电能管理方法即着手计算汽车所在位置到达该充电站所需使用的电能(步骤202),另外,以行进方向来考虑汽车目前是朝向或远离充电站的位置前进,然后本发明的电能管理方法接着便比较电池的电能状态是否高于从汽车所在位置到该充电站所需要的电能(步骤203),如果电池的电能状态高于所需要的电能,本发明的电能管理方法便控制汽车进入电能模式(步骤204),如此便可确保当汽车抵达该充电站的时候,汽车的电池的电能可到达几乎用尽的状态。如此一来,充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)的优势便能够尽可能的被发挥出来。除此之外,在汽车仪表板上可设置一专用按钮,当驾驶人员按下该专用按钮后,汽车本身的控制系统便可主动记录汽车所在位置的信息以作为将来可进行充电的充电站信息的记录。
根据本发明的内容及原理,请参阅图3,其为本发明的第三较佳实施例的流程图。如图3所示,本发明的电能管理方法可定位汽车所在位置、取得电池的电能状态、对汽车提供模式控制指令以及与数据库进行数据交换。本实施例中,以充电式油电混合动力车(PHEV)作为运送汽车为例,在已知运送清单与目的终点信息的情况下,本发明的电能管理方法将会先与数据库进行数据交换来取得目的终点信息以及一运送清单,另外会向车载组件(onboard unit)取得目前电池的电能状态(步骤301),接着,根据该运送清单来计算到达该目的终点的一中止时间(步骤302),而数据库则负责提供该运送清单中运送每一物品所需要的时间信息,再依此计算在该中止时间之内所能够补充的电能(步骤303),另外同时计算从汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能(步骤304),最后判断目前电池的电能状态加上可被补充的该电能再扣除从汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能是否大于电池本身的最大储电量(步骤305)。如果结果是大于电池本身的最大储电量,本发明的电能管理方法便控制汽车进入电能模式(步骤306)。这样的方法可确保当汽车到达运送清单上的每一个目的地时可获得最大量的电能补充,并且在离开时备有饱满电能的电池。
Claims (6)
1.一种电能管理方法,包含下列步骤:
a)取得一汽车所在位置信息;
b)取得一电池的电能状态信息;
c)根据该电池的电能状态信息,计算该电池的电能用尽前可行进的一距离范围;
d)根据该汽车所在位置信息以及该距离范围,提供该距离范围内的至少一充电站信息;
e)判断该距离范围内的充电站个数是否小于一默认值;以及
f)当该距离范围内的充电站个数小于该默认值时,显示一警告信号给汽车用户。
2.如权利要求1所述的电能管理方法,还包含下列步骤:
e1)取得一行进方向信息;以及
e2)扣除该距离范围内远离该行进方向的充电站信息。
3.如权利要求1所述的电能管理方法,其特征在于该至少一充电站信息还包含电池更换站信息。
4.一种电能管理方法,包含下列步骤:
a)取得一充电站信息
b)取得一汽车所在位置信息;
c)取得一电池的电能状态信息;
d)计算由该汽车所在位置到达该充电站所需的一电能;
e)判断该电池的电能状态是否大于所需的该电能;
f)当该电池的电能状态大于所需的该电能时,控制汽车进入电能模式。
5.如权利要求4所述的电能管理方法,其特征在于还包含一步骤:依据用户指示,记录该汽车所在位置信息为一充电站信息。
6.一种电能管理方法,包含下列步骤:
a)取得一目的终点信息;
b)取得一汽车所在位置信息;
c)取得一运送清单;
d)取得一电池的电能状态信息;
e)根据该运送清单以及该目的终点计算一中止时间;
f)计算该中止时间内所能补充的电能;
g)计算从该汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能;
h)判断该电池的电能状态加上该中止时间内所能补充的电能再扣除从该汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能是否大于该电池的最大储电;以及
i)当该电池的电能状态加上该中止时间内所能补充的电能再扣除从该汽车所在位置到达该目的终点所需要的电能大于该电池的最大储电量时,使汽车进入电能模式。
