还能够以已知的方式使用一种包括通过电流转换器而与车载电网连接的称为“超级电容”的高电容的技术,以便得到能够在内燃机更长时间停止时为该电网供电的存储更多电能的设备。
然而这些电容和转换器的容积和质量相对较大,以及价格较高。此外,需设置具有足够大的截面以使为超级电容供电的大功率通过的电缆,这提出了电线束的连结问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的尤其在于避免现有技术的这些缺陷。
为此本发明提供了一种用于液压混合动力车辆的动力系统,所述动力系统包括传动装置,所述传动装置接收来自内燃机和来自被供应液压能的第二动力装置的功率,以驱动车辆的车轮,其特征在于,内燃机不包括设置用于直接驱动所述内燃机的特定的电动启动器,所述内燃机在内燃机壳体的一侧上以与轴线平行的方式接收电机,所述电机与进入传动装置中的联结轴连接。
该动力系统的优点在于当车辆在内燃机停止的情况下行驶时通过使用能够持久驱动电机以便为车载电网供电的传动装置,能够省去额外的电能存储部件,例如超级电容。
此外,通过设置可借助于传动装置驱动内燃机从而启动所述内燃机的电机,释放了在该内燃机一侧通常为电动启动器设置的位置,这能够使电机布置在该位置上以便实施结构紧凑的动力系统,该动力系统的容积略微与传统车辆的动力系统不同。
根据本发明的动力系统还可包括以下可彼此组合的一个或多个特征。
有利地,减速器布置在电机的轴与联结轴之间。
更具体地,电机的轴与联结轴可侧向偏离。
根据一种实施方式,电机的轴与联结轴通过齿轮彼此连接。
根据另一种实施方式,电机的轴与联结轴通过皮带彼此连接。
有利地,内燃机壳体布置在被电机后侧接收的横向壁的一侧,该横向壁被联结轴穿过。
有利地,内燃机包括在内燃机壳体的一侧上的设置用于以与轴线平行的方式通常接收电动启动器的位置,电机布置在该电动启动器的位置上。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种组装包括任意其中一项上述特征的动力系统的方法,所述方法首先包括使电机与减速器联接以便形成固定在内燃机上的子组件,然后使传动装置靠近该内燃机以使所述传动装置固定在所述内燃机上。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种布置有用于驱动的动力系统的液压混合动力机动车辆,所述动力系统包括任意其中一项上述特征。

具体实施方式
图1示出了包括三个竖直气缸的内燃机壳体2,所述内燃机壳体包括位于按惯例称为前侧(由标注为“AV”的箭头表示)的一侧上的横向表面4,所述横向表面用于接收用于驱动液压混合动力车辆主动轮的传动装置的支承件。
内燃机以及传动装置横向布置在车辆中,并且在前轮之间以便驱动所述前轮。
传动装置接收来自内燃机曲轴和来自未示出的液压机的曲轴的机械功率,以按照所要求的运行模式通过这些功率的组合来驱动主动轮。按照运行模式,传动装置可驱动为压力蓄能器充能的液压泵,所述压力蓄能器然后将该压力释放在液压机上。
传动装置包括不同的平行轴,所述平行轴尤其包括沿轴线6布置并且支撑着通过同步套筒18接合的两个齿轮的轴,所述同步套筒在所述两个齿轮之间轴向滑动。前齿轮与沿第一平行轴8布置的齿轮啮合,后齿轮与沿第二平行轴10布置的由联结轴12支承的齿轮啮合。
内燃机壳体2包括在内燃机的向车辆后方转动的一侧上的横向壁20,所述横向壁延长了接收传动装置的横向前表面。内燃机壳体2设置用于通常在该侧接收包括与曲轴平行的轴线的电动启动器,所述电动启动器朝向端部(nez)的前部布置,所述端部包括朝向横向壁20的前部突出的齿轮,所述齿轮与装配在内燃机飞轮上的齿圈啮合,所述内燃机飞轮固定在曲轴的前端上。
安装在该启动器的位置上的电机16包括平行于曲轴布置的轴,该轴的前端进入固定在横向壁20的后表面上的减速器14中。减速器的输出端驱动联结轴12的后端,该联结轴穿过横向隔板20以进入传动装置中。
减速器14包括沿横向平面布置的两个壳体,所述两个壳体形成接收齿轮机构的密封的内部容积,所述齿轮机构使电机16的轴与传动装置的联结轴12连接。
以该方式,减速器14能够同时选择电机14的轴与联结轴12之间的减速比以及管理这两个轴之间的侧向偏离。更具体地,可调节电机16的速度以得到该电机的最佳效率。
电机16由与车辆主动轮连接的差速器驱动,这能够在车辆行驶时(即使内燃机停止)产生为车载电网的蓄电池充电的电流。
可持久产生的该电流能够尤其避免布置有转换器的额外的能量存储部件(例如超级电容)的安装,所述存储部件体积较大并且昂贵。此外避免了一定功率的电线束朝向这些存储部件的连结,这些存储部件尤其布置在车辆前表面上。
相反,电机16可通过提取蓄电池中的电能而向主动轮传送转矩,以便使该转矩与由液压机传送的转矩相加。还可传送尤其用于启动车辆前进或后退的额外转矩。
电机16的转矩还可与由内燃机提供的转矩相加,以便尤其得到允许较大加速度的高功率。
按照传动装置的布置,电机16可尤其通过传送用于冷启动的较高转矩来用作内燃机的启动器。
为了组装动力系统,有利地,使电机16与减速器14联接以便形成固定在内燃机上的子组件。然后使传动装置轴向靠近包括内燃机及电机16的组件,以使所述传动装置固定在该组件上。然后如此形成的动力系统在该车辆的组装线上被安装在车辆车身上。
图2示出了位于车轮轴32上方的电机16,所述车轮轴沿内燃机壳体2延伸,以使在位于车辆左侧的传动装置中一体化的输出差速器与位于另一侧的车轮连接。电机16还位于进气歧管30的下方,所述进气歧管布置在内燃机壳体2上以用于为气缸盖供应。
电机16的轴的前端包括多槽皮带轮34,所述皮带轮接收用于驱动未示出的第二皮带轮的皮带,所述第二皮带轮位于沿轴线10布置的联结轴的后端。
因此通过皮带和皮带轮来实施减速器,这能够调节电机16的旋转速度,并且能够管理该电机的轴线与联结轴12的轴线之间的侧向偏离。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于液压混合动力车辆的动力系统,所述动力系统包括传动装置,所述传动装置接收来自内燃机和来自被供应液压能的第二动力装置的功率,用以驱动车辆的车轮,其特征在于,内燃机不包括设置用于直接驱动所述内燃机的特定的电动启动器,所述内燃机在内燃机壳体(2)的一侧上以与轴线平行的方式接收电机,所述电机与进入传动装置中的联结轴(12)连接,内燃机壳体(2)布置在被电机(16)后侧接收的横向壁(20)的一侧上,所述横向壁被联结轴(12)穿过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力系统,其特征在于,减速器(14)布置在电机(16)的轴与联结轴(12)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力系统,其特征在于,电机(16)的轴与联结轴(12)侧向偏离。
4.根据权利要求2所述的动力系统,其特征在于,电机(16)的轴与联结轴(12)通过齿轮彼此连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的动力系统,其特征在于,电机(16)的轴与联结轴(12)通过皮带彼此连接。
6.根据权利要求1、2、4和5中任一项所述的动力系统,其特征在于,内燃机包括在内燃机壳体(2)的一侧上的设置用于以与轴线平行的方式通常接收电动启动器的位置,电机(16)布置在所述电动启动器的位置上。
7.一种组装根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的动力系统的方法,其特征在于,所述方法首先包括使电机(16)与减速器(14)联接以便形成固定在内燃机上的子组件,然后使传动装置靠近所述内燃机以使所述传动装置固定在所述内燃机上。
8.一种布置有用于驱动的动力系统的液压混合动力机动车辆,其特征在于,所述动力系统根据权利要求1至6中任一项实施。
