本实用新型涉及一种混联式混合动力系统的驱动系统,包括发动机、具有两个动力传递端的ISG电机、用于与相应车轮传动连接的驱动轴和通过减速箱与所述驱动轴传动连接的主电机,所述的主电机与所述的减速箱共用一个壳体,所述ISG电机的一个动力传递端通过第一离合器与所述发动机的动力输出端传动连接,另一个动力传递端通过第二离合器与所述的驱动轴传动连接,所述的ISG电机的其中一个动力传递端上还传动连接有输出端用于带动相应车载附件工作的传动机构。本实用新型提供了一种结构紧凑且在发动机停机时仍能为车载附件提供动力的混联式混合动力系统的驱动系统。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及车辆工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种混联式混合动力系统的驱动系统。
背景技术
现有混合动力系统的驱动系统如中国专利CN 101293478A公开的一种“插电式集成启动发电机混合动力轿车驱动系统”,该驱动系统包括以汽油或柴油为燃料的发动机、具有两个用于动力输入或输出的动力传递端的ISG电机、主电机和用于与相应车轮传动连接的驱动轴,其中ISG电机的一各动力传递端与发动机动力输出端传动连接,ISG电机的另一个动力传递端与驱动轴通过离合器传动连接。主电机通过变速箱也与驱动轴传动连接。同时与发动机的动力输出端传动连接的还有车载附件,车载附件包括空调压缩机、发电机等动力元件。
现有的驱动系统存在的问题在于:主电机与变速箱之间均是独立设置的,这就使得驱动系统中各个部件之间的结构不够紧凑。同时,由于车载附件只与发动机连接,当发动机停机时,车载附件均无法工作,影响了车辆的舒适性和安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑且在发动机停机时仍能为车载附件提供动力的混联式混合动力系统的驱动系统。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种混联式混合动力系统的驱动系统,包括发动机、具有两个动力传递端的ISG电机、用于与相应车轮传动连接的驱动轴和通过减速箱与所述驱动轴传动连接的主电机,所述的主电机与所述的减速箱共用一个壳体,所述ISG电机的一个动力传递端通过第一离合器与所述发动机的动力输出端传动连接,另一个动力传递端通过第二离合器与所述的驱动轴传动连接,所述的ISG电机的其中一个动力传递端上还传动连接有输出端用于带动相应车载附件工作的传动机构。
所述的ISG电机包括与其转子固连的电机轴,ISG电机的两个动力传递端分设于所述电机轴的两端,所述的传动机构包括固连于所述电机轴一端的电机传动齿轮和与所述电机传动齿轮啮合传动的附件传动齿轮。
所述的ISG电机包括安装其定子的ISG电机壳体,所述的电机传动齿轮与所述的附件传动齿轮均设置于所述的ISG电机壳体内,所述的传动机构还包括与所述附件传动齿轮同轴固连且转动装配于所述ISG电机壳体上的动力输出轴。
本实用新型的有益效果为:通过主电机与减速箱共用一个壳体使整个驱动系统的结构更加紧凑;同时,在发动机正常工作时,第一离合器闭合,发动机通过ISG电机和传动机构间接带动相应车载附件工作,当发动机停机时,可以通过ISG电机带动传动机构从而带动相应车载附件工作。

具体实施方式
混联式混合动力系统的驱动系统的实施例如图1~2所示:包括以柴油或者汽油为燃料的发动机1、具有两个用于动力输入或输出的动力传递端的ISG电机3、用于与相应车轮10传动连接的驱动轴9和通过减速箱6与所述驱动轴9传动连接主电机5,主电机5与减速箱6共用一个壳体。ISG电机3的一个动力传递端端与发动机1的动力输出端传动连接,另一个动力传递端与驱动轴9传动连接,其中一个动力传递端上还传动连接有输出端用于带动相应车载附件7工作的传动机构8,车载附件7包括空调压缩机和发电机等动力元件。ISG电机3包括ISG电机壳体3-1、固连于ISG电机壳体3-1上的定子3-2、转子3-3和与转子3-3固连的电机轴3-4,两个动力传递端分别设置于电机轴3-4的两端。传动机构8包括固连于电机轴3-4上的电机传动齿轮8-3和与电机传动齿轮8-3啮合传动的附件传动齿轮8-1,电机传动齿轮8-3和附件传动齿轮同时设置于ISG电机壳体3-1内。传动机构8还包括与所述附件传动齿轮8-1同轴固连且转动装配于ISG电机壳体3-1上的动力输出轴8-2。通过将附件传动齿轮8-1和电机传动齿轮8-3同时设置于ISG电机壳体3-1内,进一步的使整个驱动系统的结构更加紧凑,当然在本实用新型的其它实施例中,附动齿轮8-1和电机传动齿轮8-3还可以设置于两个壳体中,而且它们之间的齿轮啮合传动还可以被带传动或者链传动代替。
本实用新型的驱动系统可以实现以下工作模式:
(1) 串联模式,第一离合器2闭合,第二离合器4分离,发动机1驱动ISG电机3发电,电能驱动主电机5工作。
(2) 发动机单独驱动模式,第一、第二离合器均闭合,ISG电机3和主电机5均空转,发动机1带动驱动轴9转动。
(3) 联合驱动模式,第一、第二离合器均闭合,ISG电机和/或主电机5为发动机1提供助力。
(4) 再生制动模式,当车辆刹车时,第二离合器4分离,主电机5回收能量;或第二离合器4闭合,主电机5与ISG电机3共同回收能量。
(5) 发动机停机模式,在车辆临时停车时,发动机1关闭,第一、第二离合器均分离,ISG电机3通过传动机构8带动相应车载附件7工作。当车辆起步时,第一离合器2闭合,ISG电机3快速将发动机1拖动至一定转速以上,此时发动机点火启动,发动机1启动后第二离合器4闭合,ISG电机3空转,从而实现发动机1间接通过传动机构8驱动带动相应车载附件7工作。
通过主电机5与减速箱6同壳集成,使整个驱动系统的结构更加紧凑,便于布置;同时在发动机1停机后,车载附件仍能继续工作。经证实,本实用新型的驱动系统节油率可达45%。
Claims (3)
1.一种混联式混合动力系统的驱动系统,包括发动机、具有两个动力传递端的ISG电机、用于与相应车轮传动连接的驱动轴和通过减速箱与所述驱动轴传动连接的主电机,其特征在于:所述的主电机与所述的减速箱共用一个壳体,所述ISG电机的一个动力传递端通过第一离合器与所述发动机的动力输出端传动连接,另一个动力传递端通过第二离合器与所述的驱动轴传动连接,所述的ISG电机的其中一个动力传递端上还传动连接有输出端用于带动相应车载附件工作的传动机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动系统,其特征在于:所述的ISG电机包括与其转子固连的电机轴,ISG电机的两个动力传递端分设于所述电机轴的两端,所述的传动机构包括固连于所述电机轴一端的电机传动齿轮和与所述电机传动齿轮啮合传动的附件传动齿轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的驱动系统,其特征在于:所述的ISG电机包括安装其定子的ISG电机壳体,所述的电机传动齿轮与所述的附件传动齿轮均设置于所述的ISG电机壳体内,所述的传动机构还包括与所述附件传动齿轮同轴固连且转动装配于所述ISG电机壳体上的动力输出轴。
