Abstract

本申请涉及无线开关概念,并且更具体地说,涉及用于也是自激励的无线开关的应用。
背景技术
诸如厨房之类的房间常常包含用来存储各种物品的多种外壳,如橱柜、抽屉、及食品室。这些外壳中的一些利用照明,但接通和切断这样的照明除接近外壳外,还可能需要人工致动开关。
发明内容
一种无线照明系统包括包含照明负载的外壳。外壳具有可运动以接近外壳内部的面板,并且面板具有关闭位置和至少一个打开位置。系统也包括自激励开关,该自激励开关通过面板到关闭位置或离开该位置的运动被致动,以发射无线信号。接收器是可操作的,以响应来自自激励开关的信号选择性地将照明负载耦合到电源上。

具体实施方式
图1示意地表明示范无线开关应用10。自激励开关12是可操作的,以与可编程接收器14无线地通信。在一个例子中,无线通信通过射频(“RF”)信号进行。如在图1a的分解示意图中表示的那样,开关12包括能量采集器13、和可操作以发射无线信号的发射器15。能量采集器13是可操作的,以从外部源,如致动开关的人、或光伏电池,采集能量。贯穿本申请,术语“自激励开关”是指可操作以从外部源采集能量、且可操作以将无线信号发射到接收器14的开关。在一个例子中,自激励开关是没有电池的。在一个例子中,开关12具有上部部分12a和下部部分12b,并且当上部部分12a被按压时,开关发送ON(通)信号,而当下部部分12b被按压时,开关发送OFF(断)信号。接收器14是可操作的,以响应来自开关12的信号选择性地将照明负载16a、16b耦合到电源20。例如,接收器14可编程成为,响应来自开关12的信号个别地或一起接通或切断负载16a和负载16b。
一种示范自激励开关在产品号No.PTM 250下从EnOcean是可得到的,并且一种示范接收器在产品号No.RCM130C下从EnOcean是可得到的。尽管在图1中所表示的接收器14是多信道接收器,但要理解,接收器14可以是单信道接收器,并且可耦合到多于或少于两个物品。而且,要理解,多个接收器可用在开关应用10中。

接收器36电气地耦合到橱柜灯39、抽屉灯40、吊灯42、及食品室灯46,并且是可操作的,以响应来自开关24a-e、34的信号选择性地将灯38、40、42、及46耦合到电源44。橱柜22a、22b、22c、门26、28、及抽屉32中的每一个具有敞开和关闭位置。使用橱柜22a作为例子,面板23a从关闭位置的打开会致动铰链开关24a,以将无线信号发射到接收器36。接收器36使用软件来处理信号,并且响应于该信号而选择性地接通橱柜灯39。当面板23a关闭时,铰链开关24a被致动,并且信号被发射到接收器36,这然后会切断橱柜灯39。当然,接收器36可编程成,响应于该信号而进行其它动作。橱柜22b和22c按类似方式操作,从而接收器响应于敞开位置而接通灯,并且响应于关闭位置而切断灯。
当食品室门28打开时,开关24e将信号发射到接收器36,并且接收器36接通食品室灯46。当食品室门28关闭时,开关24e将信号发射到接收器36,并且接收器36切断食品室灯46。而且,当抽屉32打开时,开关34将信号发射到接收器36,并且接收器36接通抽屉灯40。当抽屉32关闭时,开关34将信号发射到接收器36,并且接收器36切断抽屉灯40。图2的例子也可修改,从而食品室灯46是在顶楼、狭窄空隙、或房屋中的另一个区域中的灯。类似地,冰箱门26的打开会致动铰链开关24d,以将信号发送到接收器36。接收器36然后可使用软件来处理信号,并且发出通知,如接通吊灯42。
在另一个例子中,如果铰接门,如橱柜门23a,仅部分地关闭,那么接收器36响应来自铰链开关,如铰链开关24a,的信号而发出通知,如声音、光闪烁、灯接通、或灯断开。
自激励开关可以建造成形成铰链开关的铰链,从而铰链的运动用来采集能量,以使铰链开关能够将无线信号发射到接收器,如接收器36。图3a示意地表明用于橱柜的示范自激励开关24a的第一视图。开关24a包括能量采集器100a、和耦合到能量采集器100a的弹簧102a。当铰链开关24a被打开时,弹簧102a被释放,致动能量采集器100a以产生电流,铰链开关24a使用该电流将信号发射到接收器,如图2的接收器36。当铰链开关24a被闭合时,弹簧102a被压缩,致动能量采集器100a以将电力提供给铰链开关24a,该铰链开关24a然后可选择性地将信号发射到接收器36。图3b示意地表明示范铰链开关24a的第二视图。

图5a示意地表明在关闭位置中的图2的抽屉开关34。抽屉开关240包括能量采集器100c、可运动臂110、及弹簧114。抽屉32包括延伸部112。当抽屉32在关闭位置中时,延伸部112将可运动臂110保持在退回位置中。图5b示意地表明在打开位置中的抽屉开关34。当抽屉32打开时,弹簧114被释放,该弹簧114致动能量采集器100c。类似地,当抽屉32关闭时,延伸部110压缩弹簧114,该弹簧114致动能量采集器100c。当能量采集器100c被致动时,它采集能量,抽屉开关34可以使用该能量将信号发射到接收器,如图2的接收器36。如以上讨论的那样,接收器36可编程成,当抽屉32被打开时接通灯40,并且当抽屉32被关闭时切断灯40。

Claims (8)
1.一种无线照明系统,包括:
外壳,包围照明负载,该外壳具有可运动以接近该外壳内部的面板,该面板具有关闭位置和至少一个打开位置;
自激励开关,通过所述面板到关闭位置或离开该关闭位置的运动而被致动,以发射无线信号;以及
接收器,能够响应于来自所述自激励开关的信号而选择性地将所述照明负载耦合到电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述外壳是橱柜,所述面板是橱柜门,以及所述自激励开关耦合到所述橱柜门的铰链并且通过打开或关闭所述橱柜门而被致动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述外壳是冰箱,所述面板是冰箱门,以及所述自激励开关耦合到所述冰箱门的铰链并且通过打开或关闭所述冰箱门而被致动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述外壳对应于食品室,所述面板对应于食品室门,以及所述自激励开关对应于所述食品室门的铰链并且通过打开或关闭所述食品室门而被致动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述外壳是壁橱,所述面板是壁橱门,以及所述自激励开关耦合到所述壁橱门的铰链并且通过打开或关闭所述壁橱门而被致动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述外壳是抽屉外壳,所述面板是在所述抽屉外壳内可运动的抽屉,以及所述自激励开关布置在所述抽屉外壳内并且通过打开或关闭所述抽屉而被致动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述外壳是狭窄空间,所述面板是狭窄空间门,以及所述自激励开关耦合到所述狭窄空间门的铰链并且通过打开或关闭所述狭窄空间门而被致动。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述外壳是顶楼,所述面板是顶楼接近面板,以及所述自激励开关耦合到所述顶楼接近面板的铰链并且通过打开或关闭所述顶楼接近面板而被致动。
