本发明提供一种布粘接装置。布粘接装置将喷嘴夹在上布与下布之间。喷嘴排出粘接剂。粘接剂附着在下布上。上移送滚筒和下移送滚筒按压并移送上布和下布,使布粘接。施力滚筒从喷嘴下方的孔部朝上方突出,从而朝上方对下布施力。施力滚筒将下布压紧在喷嘴上。施力滚筒支撑部对施力滚筒的转轴予以支撑。施力滚筒支撑部通过弹簧的弹力的作用而旋转,朝上方对施力滚筒施力。因此,即使在下布的厚度发生变化时,布粘接装置也始终以一定的力将下布压紧在喷嘴上。

Description

布粘接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种布粘接装置。更具体而言,本发明涉及将布以最合适的力压紧在排出粘接剂的喷嘴上的布粘接装置。
背景技术
布粘接装置不是用针和缝线来缝制布,而是用粘接剂将布与布粘接。布粘接装置通过用粘接剂将布与布粘接,能消除因缝线而引起的缝制时布表面上产生的缝线的凹凸。利用粘接装置时,加工后的布的表面是平滑的。因此,粘接装置能制作手感良好的衣服等。
粘接装置将液态的粘接剂从喷嘴排出。粘接剂附着在布上。接着,操作者在附着有粘接剂的布上重叠其它布。粘接装置使双方的布压接。粘接装置通过该方法使布与布粘接。
在布与喷嘴之间存在间隙的状态下将粘接剂从喷嘴排出时,粘接剂会以断续且不均匀的状态附着在布上,因此粘接剂不能连续且均匀地附着在布上。在布与喷嘴之间没有间隙、布用力地压接在喷嘴上的状态下,粘接剂无法从喷嘴排出。
对此,日本特许公开2002年第104318号公报记载的装置利用两个滚筒按压件使支撑粘附体(纸制的带)的支撑滚筒上下移动。由于该装置能调整粘接剂的喷出孔(喷嘴)与粘附体之间的间隔,因此粘接剂可均匀且连续地附着在粘附体上。
上述公报记载的装置中,操作者变更粘附体的厚度时,存在不得不分别上下调整滚筒按压件来变更支撑滚筒的上下方向位置的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种即使变更了布的厚度时操作者也无需对喷嘴与布的间隔进行调整的布粘接装置。
技术方案1的布粘接装置包括:喷嘴,其朝布排出粘接剂;移送部,其按压上述布,并朝与来自喷嘴的粘接剂的排出方向交叉的方向移送上述布;支撑部,其设置于隔着上述布与上述喷嘴相对的位置,并朝上述喷嘴的方向移动来支撑上述布;以及施力机构,其朝上述喷嘴的方向对上述支撑部施力。支撑部通过对布施力,以一定的力将布压紧在喷嘴上。布粘接装置防止喷嘴与布之间产生间隙。布粘接装置利用具有适当的作用力的施力机构来防止将布用力地压紧在喷嘴上。因此,粘接剂以均匀的厚度附着在布上。即使在布的厚度发生了变化时,操作者也不必进行布的位置调整。
技术方案2的布粘接装置中,上述支撑部包括第一滚筒,上述移送部包括第二滚筒,上述施力机构包括:将上述第一滚筒支撑成能旋转的臂部、以及与上述臂部连接的弹簧部,上述臂部在其端部将上述第一滚筒支撑成能旋转,位于上述第二滚筒的旋转中心的轴将上述臂部支撑成能摆动。支撑部包括滚筒,因此,布与支撑部之间的摩擦小。因此,布粘接装置中,支撑部不会在移送布时对布施加额外的阻力,防止布产生起伏的不良情况。移送部包括第二滚筒,因此,布粘接装置通过驱动第二滚筒旋转,能支撑并移送布。施力机构包括臂部和弹簧部。布的厚度发生变化时,弹簧部调节支撑部的位置。因此,即使在布的厚度发生变化时,操作者也不必进行布与喷嘴的间隔的调整。臂部的摆动中心的位置位于第二滚筒的旋转中心的位置,因此,第一滚筒与第二滚筒之间的距离始终恒定。因此,即使在第一滚筒摆动时,第二滚筒与第一滚筒也不会接触。
技术方案3的布粘接装置中,上述支撑部包括第一滚筒。布与支撑部之间的摩擦小。因此,布粘接装置不会对布施加额外的阻力,能防止布产生起伏的不良情况。
技术方案4和5的布粘接装置中,上述移送部包括第二滚筒。第二滚筒通过旋转,能支撑并移送布。
技术方案6的布粘接装置中,上述施力机构包括:支撑上述支撑部的臂部、以及与上述臂部连接的弹簧部。布的厚度发生变化时,弹簧部调节支撑部的位置。因此,即使在布的厚度发生变化时,操作者也不必进行布与喷嘴的间隔的调整。
技术方案7和8的布粘接装置还包括限位件,其进行限制,以防止上述支撑部朝上述喷嘴的方向移动规定距离以上。限位件能限制支撑部的移动,以防止支撑部朝喷嘴方向移动规定距离以上。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图来说明本发明的第一实施方式所涉及的布粘接装置1。
参照图1~图4,对布粘接装置1的结构进行说明。
下面,将图3所示的粘接机2的纸面上侧、下侧、右侧、左侧、近前侧、背后侧分别定义为粘接机2的上侧、下侧、右侧、左侧、前侧、后侧进行说明。
参照图1,对布粘接装置1整体的结构进行说明。如图1所示,布粘接装置1包括:粘接机2、使用台220。使用台220固定粘接机2。粘接机2在相对配置的两层布之间附着粘接剂,按压并移送布。两层布通过粘接机2的上述动作粘接。粘接机2的详细结构将在后面说明。
使用台220包括:台板211,左右的脚部212、213,左右的支撑部214、215、登架216。粘接机2固定在台板211之上。台板211在俯视下呈将左右方向作为长边方向的矩形板状。台板211的左右方向的长度是粘接机2的左右方向的长度的大致3倍。台板211的前后方向的长度是粘接机2的前后方向的长度的大致2倍。
台板211在粘接机2的固定部分的右侧包括操作面板210。操作面板210包括:液晶显示部207、多个键209。液晶显示部207显示各种信息。键209进行各种输入。操作者通过一边观察液晶显示部207一边操作键209来设定布粘接装置1的各种动作。
板状的左脚部212从台板211的左端相对于台板211的上表面朝铅垂方向的下方延伸。板状的右脚部213从台板211的右端相对于台板211的上表面朝铅垂方向的下方延伸。左支撑部214与左脚部212的下端连接。右支撑部215与右脚部213的下端连接。左支撑部214和右支撑部215分别是将前后方向作为长边方向的大致方柱状的部件。
细长的板状登架216将左支撑部214的前后方向中央部分与右支撑部215的前后方向中央部分彼此相连。踏板208设置于登架216的左右方向大致中央。操作者为了调整布的移送速度而使用踏板208。控制箱3固定于台板211的下侧。控制箱3储存安装有CPU等的控制基板。控制箱3与粘接机2、操作面板210和踏板206电连接。
参照图2至图4,对粘接机2的结构进行说明。如图2和图3所示,粘接机2包括:基座部11、立柱部12、臂部13。基座部11呈将左右方向作为长边方向的大致长方体状。基座部11固定于台板211(参照图1)。立柱部12从基座部11的右端沿铅垂方向延伸。臂部13与立柱部12的上端连接,朝立柱部12的左侧面的左方突出。臂部13的左右方向的长度是基座部11的左右方向的长度的大致三分之一。
基座部11在其内部包括下移送滚筒25(参照图5)、第三马达93(参照图5)等。下移送滚筒25与后述的上移送滚筒22一起按压并移送布。第三马达93驱动下移送滚筒25。基座部11作为支撑立柱部12的基座起作用。立柱部12支撑臂部13。
如图2所示,臂部13的左端部从前方起依次支撑泵壳体14、贮存室18、梁部19。臂部13在其内部包括第一马达91(参照图5)、第二马达92(参照图5)等。第一马达91驱动齿轮泵124(参照图5)。第二马达92驱动上移送滚筒22。
下面对泵壳体14进行说明。如图2和图3所示,泵壳体14包括第一泵壳体31和第二泵壳体32。第一泵壳体31是大致立方体状的部件。第一泵壳体31固定于臂部13的左侧面。第一泵壳体31在其内部包括齿轮泵124(参照图5)等。齿轮泵124将适量的粘接剂高精度地朝喷嘴17供给。第二泵壳体32是大致长方体状的部件。第二泵壳体32从第一泵壳体31的左下端面朝下方延伸。如图3所示,第一泵壳体31的上下方向的长度与臂部13的上下方向的长度大致相同。第二泵壳体32的左右方向的位置与基座部11的左右方向中央的位置大致相同。
第二泵壳体32在其左侧包括轴部45(参照图3)。轴部45与支撑部16的上端部42的右侧连接,将支撑部16支撑成能绕轴部45摆动。泵壳体14包括后述的供给路81(参照图9)和供给路82(参照图9)。供给路81将粘接剂从贮存室18朝齿轮泵124引导。供给路82将粘接剂从齿轮泵124朝支撑部16引导。
如图2和图3所示,支撑部16的形状是将上下方向作为长边方向的大致长方体状。在支撑部16的下端部44与基座部11之间存在极小的间隙。支撑部16在其内部包括供给路83(参照图10)。供给路83将粘接剂从泵壳体14朝喷嘴17引导。支撑部16在其下端部44包括喷嘴17。喷嘴17从支撑部16朝左侧延伸。支撑部16在其上端部42包括驱动传递部41。驱动传递部41对气缸24的可动部75的前端部予以支撑。
气缸24包括空气注入口71和空气注入口74。在空气注入口71和空气注入口74上分别连接有未图示的吸排气用软管。布粘接装置1对流向空气注入口71和空气注入口74的压缩空气的吸气/排气进行控制。位于气缸24的主体部73内的活塞的位置通过吸气/排气的控制进行移动。可动部75与活塞连接。因此,活塞移动时,可动部75的前端部前后移动。
通过气缸24的可动部75前后移动,支撑部16以轴部45为中心轴在前后方向上摆动。随着支撑部16的摆动,喷嘴17在进行布的粘接作业时的位置与进行维护时的位置之间移动。
喷嘴17呈圆筒形。喷嘴17在其下侧具有排出粘接剂的排出口86(参照图10)。操作者进行布的粘接作业时,排出口86与基座部11相对。操作者进行粘接作业时,在相对配置的两层布之间插入喷嘴17。齿轮泵124通过支撑部16内部的供给路83将粘接剂朝喷嘴17供给。喷嘴17从排出口86朝布排出粘接剂。其结果是,粘接剂附着在位于喷嘴17下方的布的表面上。
如图2和图3所示,贮存室18呈将上下方向作为长边方向的大致长方体状。贮存室18从臂部13左侧的泵壳体14的后方部分朝上方延伸。贮存室18包括主体部46、盖部47和盖轴部48。主体部46的形状是上部开口的有底筒状。盖部47覆盖主体部46的上部开口。主体部46在其上端具有盖轴部48。盖轴部48将盖部47支撑成可开闭。贮存室18将粘接剂(未图示)贮存于主体部46的内部。贮存室18根据需要将贮存的粘接剂朝齿轮泵124和喷嘴17供给。
如图2所示,梁部19包括:主体部51、弹簧支撑部53、柱部52。主体部51是从臂部13的左侧后端部朝左方水平延伸的部件。主体部51的左右方向的长度是基座部11的左右方向的长度的大致三分之一。弹簧支撑部53呈板状,从主体部51的左侧端部朝前方水平延伸。弹簧支撑部53的前后方向的长度是基座部11的前后方向的长度的大致二分之一。如图2和图4所示,柱部52相对于水平面以大致45度的角度从主体部51朝前方的斜下方延伸。柱部52的下端部从基座部11离开。
如图2所示,弹簧支撑部53在其前方的前端部上具有孔。弹簧支撑部53将轴部61支撑成可上下移动。轴部61插通弹簧21。轴部61的上端部分插通弹簧支撑部53的孔。柱部52在其下端部分的左侧具有左右延伸的轴部62。轴部62对滚筒保持部20的后端部56予以支撑。滚筒保持部20以轴部62为摆动中心使前端部58在上下方向上摆动。主体部51在弹簧支撑部53的右侧包括气缸24。气缸24切换支撑部16的位置。
下面对滚筒保持部20进行说明。滚筒保持部20的前端部58将圆柱状的上移送滚筒22支撑成能旋转。上移送滚筒22位于从支撑部16延伸出的喷嘴17的后方附近。滚筒保持部20在比中央稍靠前方的上表面上具有轴支撑部59。轴支撑部59对插通弹簧21的轴部61的下端予以支撑。弹簧21位于弹簧支撑部53与轴部61的下端之间。弹簧21通过朝下方对轴部61施力,朝下方对与轴部61连接的滚筒保持部20施力。
如图2所示,基座部11在上移送滚筒22的下方部分设置有孔部23。下移送滚筒25(参照图5)的一部分从孔部23朝上方稍微突出。下移送滚筒25与上移送滚筒22一起旋转。下移送滚筒25和上移送滚筒22将这两个滚筒25、22所夹持的布从前方朝后方移送。基座部11在喷嘴17的下方部分设置有孔部26。施力滚筒28(参照图5)的一部分从孔部26朝上方稍微突出。施力滚筒28朝上方对布施力。
参照图5~图8,对粘接机2的内部构造进行说明。如图5所示,粘接机2在其内部包括第一马达91、第二马达92、第三马达93等。
第一马达91通过转轴121将旋转驱动力传递给齿轮泵124,从而驱动齿轮泵124。齿轮泵124包括:驱动齿轮122、从动齿轮123。驱动齿轮122固定于转轴121的左侧前端部。驱动齿轮122与转轴121一起旋转。从动齿轮123与驱动齿轮122啮合。第一马达91位于臂部13的内部,并位于泵壳体14与臂部13连接的部分的右方。转轴121在泵壳体14内从第一马达91的转轴朝左方延伸。驱动齿轮122和从动齿轮123将适量的粘接剂朝喷嘴17供给。
第二马达92通过转轴126、127、128和皮带129、130将旋转驱动力传递给上移送滚筒22,从而驱动上移送滚筒22。第二马达92位于臂部13的内部,并位于梁部19与臂部13连接的部分的右方。转轴126从第二马达92的转轴朝左方延伸,在主体部51内贯穿。转轴126的左侧前端部位于柱部52内。转轴126的左侧前端部对带轮予以支撑。转轴127的右侧前端部延伸到柱部52的下侧端部内,转轴127的左侧前端部延伸到滚筒保持部20的后端部56内。转轴127的右侧前端部和左侧前端部分别对带轮予以支撑。转轴128是上移送滚筒22的转轴。转轴128的左侧端部延伸到滚筒保持部20的前端部58的内部,对带轮予以支撑。转轴128的右侧前端部从前端部58突出,对上移送滚筒22予以支撑。皮带129在柱部52内张设在转轴126的左侧端部的带轮与转轴127的右侧端部的带轮之间。皮带130在滚筒保持部20内张设在转轴127的左端部的带轮与转轴128的左端部的带轮之间。上移送滚筒22随着第二马达92的旋转而旋转。
第三马达93通过转轴141和皮带142将旋转驱动力传递给下移送滚筒25,从而驱动下移送滚筒25。下移送滚筒25呈圆柱形状,固定于转轴141。下移送滚筒25位于上移送滚筒22的下方,并位于基座部11内。基座部11在其内部具有支撑基座4。支撑基座4将转轴141支撑成能旋转。皮带142在基座部11内张设在第三马达93的转轴的带轮与转轴141右端的带轮之间。下移送滚筒25随着第三马达93的旋转而旋转。
如图5和图6所示,施力滚筒28设置于喷嘴17的下方。施力滚筒支撑部100将施力滚筒28支撑成能旋转。如图8所示,施力滚筒支撑部100包括左侧面板部101、右侧面板部111和架设部108。板状的左侧面板部101位于下移送滚筒25的左侧。板状的右侧面板部111位于下移送滚筒25的右侧。架设部108将左侧面板部101与右侧面板部111彼此相连。
如图6和图8所示,左侧面板部101包括支撑凸部102、轮部103和弹簧凸部104。圆形板状的轮部103与下移送滚筒25的左端面平行设置。轮部103的中心位于与下移送滚筒25的转轴143的中心相同的位置。轮部103的直径是下移送滚筒25的直径的大致一半。轮部103在其中心部分具有孔。下移送滚筒25的转轴143插通该孔。弹簧凸部104朝轮部103的后方水平延伸。支撑凸部102朝轮部103的前方的斜上方以大致45度的角度延伸。
如图8所示,右侧面板部111隔着下移送滚筒25与左侧面板部101相对。右侧面板部111的形状与左侧面板部101的形状大致相同。右侧面板部111包括支撑凸部112、轮部113和弹簧凸部114。弹簧凸部114的前后方向的长度与弹簧凸部104的前后方向的长度相比稍长。轮部113在其中心部分具有孔。下移送滚筒25的转轴143插通该孔。
支撑凸部102和支撑凸部112在其前端部分分别具有孔。施力滚筒28的转轴插通该孔。支撑凸部102和支撑凸部112将施力滚筒28支撑成能旋转。施力滚筒28与下移送滚筒25之间的距离始终恒定。架设部108从弹簧凸部104的前端朝右方延伸而与弹簧凸部114连接。
如图6和图8所示,限位件110设置于弹簧凸部114的下方。限位件110对弹簧凸部114的后方前端部的下表面予以支撑。限位件110呈将上下方向作为长边方向的杆状。限位件110从支撑基座4沿铅垂方向延伸。限位件110可改变上下方向的长度。
弹簧106设置于限位件110的前方。弹簧106的下端部与支撑基座4连接。弹簧106的上端部与弹簧凸部114的右侧面的、弹簧凸部114的前后方向大致中央部分连接。弹簧106将弹簧凸部114拉下。施力滚筒支撑部100以转轴143为轴进行摆动。支撑凸部102和支撑凸部112的前端通过弹簧106的施力而上升。其结果是,施力滚筒28朝上侧移动。限位件110通过改变上下方向的长度,能调整施力滚筒支撑部100的摆动范围。因此,限位件110可调节成防止施力滚筒28从孔部26朝上方突出规定距离以上。
参照图9和图10,对粘接机2的粘接剂的供给路进行说明。
如图9所示,贮存室18的主体部46具有周壁和底壁。主体部46在由周壁和底壁包围的空间内贮存粘接剂。供给路81是在泵壳体14侧的周壁下端朝泵壳体14侧延伸的贯穿孔。供给路81是用于将主体部46所贮存的粘接剂朝齿轮泵124引导的通路。
供给路81从贮存室18延伸到泵壳体14的第一泵壳体31内的中央。供给路81在第一泵壳体31的中央部分朝右方直角折弯,延伸到驱动齿轮122与从动齿轮123啮合的部分的上端。
如图9所示,供给路82是用于将经过齿轮泵124后的粘接剂朝支撑部16的供给路83引导的通路。供给路82从驱动齿轮122与从动齿轮123(参照图9)啮合的部分的下端朝左方延伸。该朝左方延伸的供给路82朝下方折弯,在其下端朝左方折弯,经由轴部45延伸到支撑部16内的供给路83。
供给路83是用于将流经供给路82的粘接剂朝喷嘴17引导的通路。供给路83在支撑部16的内部从上端部42延伸至下端部44,延伸到喷嘴17内的供给路84。
供给路84是用于将流经供给路83的粘接剂朝排出口86引导的通路。排出口86设置于喷嘴17的左端部的下方部分。供给路84在喷嘴17的内部从右端延伸至左端,与排出口86连接。粘接剂从排出口86朝外部排出。
参照图11和图12,对将上布151与下布152粘接的粘接作业时的粘接机2的形态进行说明。
如图11和图12所示,进行粘接作业时,粘接机2使气缸24的可动部75朝前方移动,使支撑部16朝使用位置移动。操作者将上布151与下布152重叠配置。操作者在布的粘接部分夹持喷嘴17。操作者在喷嘴17的后方利用上移送滚筒22和下移送滚筒25从上下方向夹持上布151和下布152。
在上述状态下操作者踩下踏板208(参照图1)时,齿轮泵124(参照图5)驱动。其结果是,粘接剂经由供给路81~83从喷嘴17排出,附着在下布152上。如图11所示,上移送滚筒22和下移送滚筒25旋转,以使上布151和下布152沿着与来自喷嘴的粘接剂的排出方向交叉的方向从前方朝后方移送。弹簧21朝下方对上移送滚筒22施力。因此,上移送滚筒22和下移送滚筒25将上布151和下布152压紧、粘接。
如图12所示,施力滚筒28从孔部26(参照图11)朝上方稍微突出。弹簧106朝上方对施力滚筒28施力。施力滚筒28朝上方对下布152施力。施力滚筒28将下布152压紧在喷嘴17上。施力滚筒28根据下布152的布的厚度沿上下方向移动。布的厚度较大时,施力滚筒28大幅度朝下方移动。布的厚度较小时,施力滚筒28稍微朝下方移动。施力滚筒28始终以一定的力将下布152压紧在喷嘴17上。
从喷嘴17排出的粘接剂的量根据喷嘴17与下布152的位置关系发生变化。在喷嘴17与下布152之间存在间隙时,从喷嘴17排出的粘接剂比适量要多。将下布152用力地压紧在喷嘴17上时,粘接剂不从喷嘴17排出。对此,布粘接装置1中,施力滚筒28可用弹簧106来调整将下布152压紧在喷嘴17上的强度。施力滚筒28以最合适的力将下布152压紧在喷嘴17上。其结果是,布粘接装置1中,适量的粘接剂附着在下布152上。
施力滚筒28朝上方大幅度移动时,限位件110的前端部分与弹簧凸部114的下方接触。限位件110从下方支撑弹簧凸部114。因此,施力滚筒28不会朝上方移动规定距离以上。
如上所述,施力滚筒28朝上方对下布152施力。施力滚筒28始终以一定的力将下布152压紧在喷嘴17上。即使在下布152的厚度较薄时,喷嘴17与下布152也不会彼此离开。即使在下布152的厚度较厚时,施力滚筒28也不会将下布152用力地压紧在喷嘴17上。其结果是,粘接剂以均匀的厚度附着在下布152上。
由于施力滚筒28能旋转,因此移送布时不会施加不必要的阻力。布粘接装置1可利用施力滚筒28来防止布的起伏。
弹簧106朝上方对施力滚筒28施力。布的厚度发生变化时,弹簧106会调节施力滚筒支撑部100的位置。因此,即使布的厚度发生变化,操作者也不必进行布的位置调整等。
施力滚筒支撑部100的摆动中心的位置位于下移送滚筒25的旋转中心的位置。因此,下移送滚筒25与施力滚筒28之间的距离始终恒定。因此,即使施力滚筒28摆动,施力滚筒28也不会与下移送滚筒25接触。施力滚筒支撑部100的摆动轴和下移送滚筒25的转轴可通用。因此,能简化布粘接装置1的构造,从而能实现布粘接装置1的小型化。
图1的上移送滚筒22和图4的下移送滚筒25相当于本发明的“移送部”、“第二滚筒”。图4的施力滚筒28相当于本发明的“支撑部”、“第一滚筒”。图4的施力滚筒支撑部100和图5的弹簧106相当于本发明的“施力机构”。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,能进行各种变更。上述实施方式中,弹簧106设置于弹簧凸部114的下方。弹簧106通过将弹簧凸部114拉下来抬起施力滚筒28。本发明并不局限于该结构。弹簧106也可设置于弹簧凸部114的上方。弹簧106通过压下弹簧凸部114来抬起施力滚筒28。弹簧106也可与支撑凸部102或支撑凸部112连接。弹簧106也可朝上方直接对支撑凸部102或支撑凸部112施力。弹簧106既可设置于支撑凸部102或支撑凸部112的上方,也可设置于下方。
上述实施方式中,弹簧106是所谓的螺旋弹簧(日文:コイルばね),但本发明的弹簧并不局限于螺旋弹簧。布粘接装置1也可利用盘簧(日文:渦巻きばね)对施力滚筒支撑部100施加旋转力,从而朝上方对施力滚筒28施力。
上述实施方式中的限位件110也可以是气缸。也可通过控制气缸来改变限位件110的上下方向的长度。
上述实施方式中,支撑凸部102和支撑凸部112对施力滚筒28的转轴予以支撑。本发明并不局限于该结构。也可设置驱动施力滚筒28的马达。利用该结构,施力滚筒28在朝上方对下布152施力的同时,也可将下布152从前方朝后方移送。

Claims (8)

1.一种布粘接装置,其特征在于,包括:
喷嘴,该喷嘴朝布排出粘接剂;
移送部,该移送部按压所述布,并朝与来自喷嘴的粘接剂的排出方向交叉的方向移送所述布;
支撑部,该支撑部设置于隔着所述布与所述喷嘴相对的位置,并朝所述喷嘴的方向移动来支撑所述布;以及
施力机构,该施力机构朝所述喷嘴的方向对所述支撑部施力。
2.如权利要求1所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,
所述支撑部包括第一滚筒,
所述移送部包括第二滚筒,
所述施力机构包括:将所述第一滚筒支撑成能旋转的臂部、以及与所述臂部连接的弹簧部,
所述臂部在其端部将所述第一滚筒支撑成能旋转,
位于所述第二滚筒的旋转中心的轴将所述臂部支撑成能摆动。
3.如权利要求1所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括第一滚筒。
4.如权利要求1所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述移送部包括第二滚筒。
5.如权利要求3所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述移送部包括第二滚筒。
6.如权利要求1、3、4、5中任一项所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,所述施力机构包括:支撑所述支撑部的臂部、以及与所述臂部连接的弹簧部。
7.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,还包括限位件,该限位件进行限制,以防止所述支撑部朝所述喷嘴的方向移动规定距离以上。
8.如权利要求6所述的布粘接装置,其特征在于,包括限位件,该限位件进行限制,以防止所述支撑部朝所述喷嘴的方向移动规定距离以上。
