背景技术
在服装制造领域中,涂覆器系统通常用于将材料诸如聚氨酯(PUR)胶涂覆到织物或布料,以将一块块的织物或布料粘结在一起。当将一块块的织物粘结在一起时,需要能够以高精确度和准确度喷涂少量材料的涂覆器系统。例如,要涂覆到织物的期望材料条带的宽度可具有小于8mm的宽度和小于0.2mm的高度要求。在许多现有的涂覆器系统中,材料以低水平的精确度和准确度喷涂,这可导致喷涂过量的材料。
此外,涂覆器系统难以调节以形成所分配材料的期望图案。通常,不将足够多的材料涂覆到织物上以形成足够强的粘结。如果期望更多的材料,则运行单独的涂覆过程,从而导致制造时间延长、机械磨损增大并且成本增加。

发明内容

继续参见图1至图4,泵16包括限定在喷嘴100的外表面和中间部件32b的内表面之间的周向腔室54。周向腔室54流体连接到材料供应源12,使得周向腔室54被构造成从材料供应源12接收材料并允许材料流过周向腔室54以到达限定在喷嘴100内的径向孔56。然后材料可流过径向孔56到达下部腔室38。在一些实施方案中,径向孔56包括围绕喷嘴100周向等距间隔开的四个径向孔。然而,设想径向孔56可包括更多或更少的孔,以及具有非等距间距的孔。
当击发销48处于回缩位置时,阀杆48b与由喷嘴100限定的阀座104间隔开。在该位置中,材料流过周向腔室54,流过径向孔56,并进入下部腔室38中。然后,当击发销48转变到伸出位置时,击发销48的阀杆48b沿着竖直方向6朝向阀座104快速向下移动穿过下部腔室38。在该转变期间,击发销48致使下部腔室38内的一定量的材料通过出口通道108排出。当处于伸出位置时,阀杆48b的下端可接触阀座104,并且因此在下部腔室38和出口通道108中的每个出口通道之间形成流体密封,或者可定位在阀座104的稍上方。
当击发销48沿竖直方向6从回缩位置转变到伸出位置时,击发销48行进一段距离,该距离可被称为行程长度。所需的行程长度可随分配操作、所分配材料的类型、内部部分随时间的磨损等而变化。因此,行程长度可使用限制杆44来调节,该限制杆延伸穿过主体31的顶部部件32a并且进入上部腔室36的第一部分36a中。当击发销48处于回缩位置时,上端48a可接触限制杆44的下端,使得限制杆44控制击发销48在回缩位置向上移动多远。限制杆44可通过螺纹接合顶部部件32a,使得限制杆44相对于顶部部件32a的旋转使限制杆44进一步移入或移出上部腔室36,因此改变击发销48在回缩位置的最大向上位置,并且同样改变行程长度。
参见图4至图7,喷嘴100可包括三条出口通道108,但应当理解,喷嘴100可包括另一合适数量的出口通道108,例如,一条、两条、四条、五条或六条出口通道。例如,图9和图10所描绘的例示性实施方案示出了分别具有一条出口通道108和两条出口通道108的合适喷嘴100。出口通道108中的每条出口通道可与竖直方向6成介于0°和90°之间的角度设置。在一些实施方案中,出口通道108中的一些出口通道或全部出口通道可平行于其他出口通道108中的一条或多条出口通道,并且可沿竖直方向6设置。出口通道108中的每条出口通道的特定角度可取决于阀座104的尺寸和/或形状、阀杆48b的尺寸和/或形状、正在分配的材料,取决于从出口通道108中的每条出口通道分配的液滴之间的期望距离,或取决于其他制造要求和/或偏好。
当击发销48从回缩位置转变到伸出位置,然后从伸出位置转变回到回缩位置时,这可被称为行程。利用每个行程,喷嘴100的下部腔室38内的材料移动穿过出口通道108。击发销48被构造成冲击阀座104,使得由于阀座104和击发销48的阀杆48b之间的冲击动量,将离散体积的材料从喷嘴朝向基底200强行喷出(即喷射)。喷射与挤出或其他类型的材料分配形成对比,其中液体材料被分配为连续的细长长丝,一般被称为粘合剂的“珠”。虽然可通过在液体材料挤出期间快速打开和关闭阀或通过在分配所挤出的珠时使用空气将其打碎来形成材料液滴,但这些方法明显不同于喷射方法,在喷射方法中,当击发销48撞击阀座104时,离散的液体块以高速直接从分配器快速喷出。液体材料(例如,粘合剂)在低压下被接收到下部腔室38中,并且在较高压力下从下部腔室38喷射出。随着阀杆48b朝向阀座104移动,产生高压。当阀杆48b冲击阀座104时,液体材料的一部分(以液滴或圆点的形式)可从喷嘴组件100脱离。因此,在一些实施方案中,所喷射的材料可在接触基底200之前与喷嘴组件100分离。
通过提供多条出口通道108,单个行程可导致多个液滴从喷嘴100分配到基底200上。应当理解,行程长度、存在于下部腔室38中的材料的量、以及出口通道108的数量和尺寸均为可被修改以实现期望分配的参数。
在图4至图7的示例性实施方案中,在喷嘴100中描绘了三条出口通道108。在击发销48的每个行程中,三个单独的液滴从喷嘴100喷射到基底200上(参见图8)。这允许同时分配更多的材料,从而导致制造时间缩短并且相关的成本降低。出口通道108的数量和布置可基于期望的用途进行调节,这增加了每个分配装置和喷嘴100的通用性。
分配到基底200上的相邻液滴之间的距离可由出口通道108之间的距离和每条出口通道108相对于竖直方向6的角度来控制。另选地或除此之外,可通过移动喷嘴100更靠近或更远离基底200来改变所分配液滴之间的距离。在一些实施方案中,诸如图7所描绘,第一出口通道108a沿着竖直方向6设置,第二出口通道108b被设置成在负水平方向4上与竖直方向6成介于0°和90°之间的角度,并且第三出口通道108c被设置成在与负水平方向相反的正水平方向4上与竖直方向6成介于0°和90°之间的角度。在该描绘的实施方案中,基底200上从出口通道108a、108b和108c分配的三个液滴中的每个液滴之间的距离将与喷嘴100距基底200的距离正相关。
出口通道108在喷嘴100上的具体布置也可确定基底200上的分配图案。应当理解,期望的图案将取决于具体的基底、涂覆用途、被分配的材料、以及其他制造参数,并且本说明书不限于任何具体的分配图案。涂覆器系统10可包括移动机构,该移动机构被构造成使涂覆器系统10和/或喷嘴100以两个、四个或六个运动角度移动。
在一些实施方案中,涂覆器系统10可用于粘结织物材料。例如,涂覆器系统10可将粘合剂材料诸如聚氨酯(PUR)胶的多个液滴分配到织物基底上,该织物基底然后被构造成接收并粘附到其不同部分或单独的织物材料。通过粘结多个织物,可在进行缝合或不进行缝合的情况下组装衣服。
虽然已经结合各个附图的各种实施方案描述了系统和方法,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,可以在不脱离本发明的广泛发明构思的情况下对实施方案作出改变。因此,应当理解,本公开不限于所公开的具体实施方案,并且旨在涵盖如权利要求书所限定的本公开的实质和范围内的修改。

Claims (18)

1.一种用粘合剂粘结织物的方法,所述方法包括:
将所述粘合剂从粘合剂供应源接收到喷嘴组件中,所述喷嘴组件具有阀座、被构造成朝向和远离所述阀座可滑动地移动的阀杆、以及多条出口通道;
将所述粘合剂从所述多条出口通道喷射到第一织物上;以及
将第二织物施用到所述第一织物以将所述第一织物和所述第二织物彼此粘附。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中喷射所述粘合剂包括使所述阀杆朝向所述阀座移动并将所述阀杆冲击到所述阀座上,使得由于所述阀杆和所述阀座之间的所述冲击动量,将离散体积的所述粘合剂从所述多条出口通道中强行喷出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中喷射所述粘合剂包括通过所述多条出口通道中的每条出口通道喷射基本上相等部分的所述粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第一织物和所述第二织物均为单块一体织物的一部分,并且将所述第二织物施用到所述第一织物包括折叠所述单块一体织物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述第一织物与所述第二织物分开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中喷射所述粘合剂包括将所述粘合剂通过三条出口通道喷射到所述第一织物上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中喷射所述粘合剂包括将所述粘合剂通过两条出口通道喷射到所述第一织物上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
使所述喷嘴组件以第一构型取向,使得所述第一织物上的所喷射粘合剂形成第一图案;以及
使所述喷嘴组件以不同于所述第一构型的第二构型取向,使得所述第一织物上的所喷射粘合剂形成不同于所述第一图案的第二图案。
9.一种用于喷射粘合剂以粘结织物的喷嘴组件,所述喷嘴组件包括:
主体,所述主体在入口和出口之间限定其中的腔室,所述腔室被构造成通过所述入口接收所述粘合剂并且允许所述粘合剂通过所述出口离开;
阀座,所述阀座邻近所述出口设置;
阀杆,所述阀杆被构造成在所述腔室内朝向和远离所述阀座可滑动地移动并且接触所述阀座;和
多条出口通道,所述多条出口通道与所述腔室的所述出口流体连通,所述多条出口通道中的每条出口通道被构造成从所述腔室接收所述粘合剂,
其中所述阀杆被构造成冲击所述阀座,使得由于所述阀杆和所述阀座之间的所述冲击动量,将离散体积的所述粘合剂从所述多条出口通道中强行喷出到第一织物上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴组件,其中当所述阀杆朝向所述阀座移动时,所述腔室中的所述粘合剂朝向所述出口移动并穿过所述出口。
11.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴组件,其中所述多条出口通道中的每条出口通道被构造成从所述腔室接收基本上相等部分的所述粘合剂。
12.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴组件,还包括当所述阀杆与所述阀座接触时在所述阀杆与所述阀座之间的不透流体的密封件,以防止所述粘合剂通过所述出口移出所述腔室。
13.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴组件,其中所述多条出口通道相对于彼此张开,使得所述多条出口通道中的至少一些出口通道面向不同方向。
14.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴组件,其中所述多条出口通道包括三条出口通道。
15.根据权利要求9所述的喷嘴组件,其中所述多条出口通道包括两条出口通道。
16.一种用于将粘合剂喷射到织物上的涂覆器系统,所述涂覆器系统包括:
材料供应源,所述材料供应源用于存储所述粘合剂;和
喷嘴组件,所述喷嘴组件被构造成从所述材料供应源接收所述粘合剂并且将所述粘合剂喷射到所述织物上,所述喷嘴组件包括:
主体,所述主体在入口和出口之间限定其中的腔室,所述腔室被构造成通过所述入口接收所述粘合剂并且允许所述粘合剂通过所述出口离开;
阀座,所述阀座邻近所述出口设置;
阀杆,所述阀杆被构造成在所述腔室内朝向和远离所述阀座可滑动地移动并且接触所述阀座;以及
多条出口通道,所述多条出口通道与所述腔室的所述出口流体连通,所述多条出口通道中的每条出口通道被构造成从所述腔室接收所述粘合剂,
其中所述阀杆被构造成冲击所述阀座,使得由于所述阀杆和所述阀座之间的所述冲击动量,将离散体积的所述粘合剂从所述多条出口通道中强行喷出到所述织物上。
17.根据权利要求16所述的涂覆器系统,其中所述材料供应源还包括被构造成加热所述材料供应源中的所述粘合剂的加热元件。
18.根据权利要求16所述的涂覆器系统,其中所述喷嘴组件被构造成相对于所述织物以六个自由度取向。
