在衣服製造領域中,施加器系統通常用以將諸如聚胺甲酸酯(polyurethane,PUR)膠的材料施加至一織物或布,以用於將織物或布片結合在一起。當將織物片接合在一起時,需要具有以高度準確度與精確度噴灑少量材料的能力之施加器系統。例如,施加至一織物的所欲材料條帶的可具有寬度小於8mm及高度小於0.2mm的要求。在許多目前存在的施加器系統中,將材料以低準確度與精確度噴灑,其可導致過量的材料量之噴灑。

當撞針48沿著垂直方向6從回縮位置轉變至延伸位置時,撞針48行進一距離,該距離可稱為行程長度。所需的行程長度可在施配操作、所施配之材料類型、內部部件隨時間的磨損等之間變化。因此,行程長度可使用限制桿44來調整,該限制桿延伸通過本體31之頂部組件32a並且進入上部腔室36之第一部分36a中。當撞針48於回縮位置時,上端48a可接觸限制桿44的下端,使得限制桿44控制撞針48在回縮位置向上移動多遠。限制桿44可以螺紋方式嚙合頂部組件32a,使得限制桿44相對於頂部組件32a的旋轉使限制桿44進一步移入或移出上部腔室36,因此改變在回縮位置中撞針48的最大向上位置,並且同樣地改變行程長度。

當撞針48從回縮位置轉變至延伸位置,及接著從延伸位置返回至回縮位置時,此可稱為一行程。隨著各行程,在噴嘴100之下部腔室38內的材料係移動通過出口通道108。撞針48經組態以碰撞閥座104,使得材料的一離散體積係由於撞針48之閥桿48b與閥座104之間的碰撞動量而從噴嘴朝向基材200強力射出(即,噴射)。噴射與擠出或其他類型的材料施配(其中液體材料係施配為連續細長細絲)形成對比,通常稱為黏著劑的一「珠(bead)」。雖然液滴可藉由在液體材料擠出期間快速打開和關閉一閥而形成,或藉由在其施配時使用空氣斷掉所擠出的珠,但此等程序明顯不同於噴射程序,其中在噴射程序中,離散的液體質量係在撞針48撞擊閥座104時以高速直接從施配器快速射出。液體材料(例如,黏著劑)係以較低壓力接收至下部腔室38中,及以較高壓力從下部腔室38噴射出。當閥桿48b朝向閥座104移動時形成高壓。當閥桿48b碰撞閥座104時,液體材料的一部分(以一液滴或一點的形式)可從噴嘴總成100斷開。因此,在一些實施例中,所噴射的材料可在其接觸基材200之前從噴嘴總成100分離。
藉由提供複數個出口通道108,一單一行程可導致多個液滴從噴嘴100施配至基材200上。應理解到行程長度、存在於下部腔室38中的材料量、及出口通道108之數量及尺寸都是可經修改以達成所欲施配的參數。
在圖4至圖7之例示性實施例中,三個出口通道108係描繪在噴嘴100中。隨著撞針48的各行程,三個分開的液滴係從噴嘴100噴射至基材200上(參見圖8)。此允許同時施配更多材料,導致減少製造時間及相關成本。出口通道108的數量與配置可基於所欲的使用來調整,其對各施配裝置與噴嘴100添加多功能性。
經施配至基材200上之相鄰液滴之間的距離可藉由出口通道108之間的距離及各出口通道108相對於垂直方向6的角度來控制。替代地、或額外地,經施配的液滴之間的距離可係藉由移動噴嘴100更靠近或更遠離基材200來改變。在一些實施例中,諸如圖7所描繪,第一出口通道108a係沿著垂直方向6設置,第二出口通道108b係在負側向方向4與垂直方向6呈0°與90°之間的角度設置,且第三出口通道108c係在正側向方向4與垂直方向6呈0°與90°之間的角度設置,該正側向方向相對於該負側向方向。在此描繪的實施例中,在從出口通道108a、108b、及108c施配之三個液滴的各者之間的基材200上的距離將與噴嘴100自基材200之距離正相關。
噴嘴100上之出口通道108的特定配置亦可判定基材200上的施配圖案。若將理解到所欲圖案將取決於特定基材、應用用途、所施配材料、及取決於其他製造參數,且本說明書不限於任何特定的施配圖案。施加器系統10可包括移動機構,該移動機構經組態以使施加器系統10及/或噴嘴100以二、四、或六個運動度(degree of motion)移動。
在一些實施例中,施加器系統10可用於接合織物材料。例如,施加器系統10可施配複數個黏著劑材料的液滴(諸如聚胺甲酸酯(PUR)膠)至 一織物基材上,然後該織物基材經組態以接收及黏附至其不同部分或一分開的織物材料。藉由接合多個織物,可在縫合或不縫合的情況下組裝衣服。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種以一黏著劑接合織物的方法,該方法包含:從一黏著劑供應接收該黏著劑至一噴嘴總成之一腔室中,該噴嘴總成具有一閥座、一閥桿、及複數個出口通道,該閥桿經組態以於該腔室內可滑動地朝向及遠離該閥座移動,該等出口通道之各個係設置成相鄰於該閥座且經組態以自該腔室接收該黏著劑;藉由使該閥桿移動朝向該閥座且使該閥桿撞擊相鄰於該複數個出口通道之該閥座以將該黏著劑從該複數個出口通道噴射到一第一織物上,使得該黏著劑的一離散體積經由該閥桿與該閥座之間該碰撞的動量而通過該複數個出口通道自該腔室強力射出;及將一第二織物施加至該第一織物,以將該第一織物與該第二織物彼此黏著。
  2. 如請求項1之方法,其中該等出口通道之各個係設置成直接相鄰於該閥座且經組態以直接自該腔室接收該黏著劑;及噴射該黏著劑包括將該閥桿朝向該閥座移動及使該閥桿碰撞到直接相鄰於該複數個出口通道之該閥座上,使得該黏著劑的一離散體積係由於該閥桿與該閥座之間該碰撞的動量而通過該複數個出口通道直接自該腔室強力射出。
  3. 如請求項1之方法,其中噴射該黏著劑包括噴射該黏著劑之一相等部分通過該複數個出口通道之各者。
  4. 如請求項1之方法,其中該第一織物與該第二織物兩者皆係一單一整合片織物的部分,且將該第二織物施加至該第一織物包括折疊該單一整合片織物。
  5. 如請求項1之方法,其中該第一織物與該第二織物分開。
  6. 如請求項1之方法,其中噴射該黏著劑包括噴射該黏著劑通過三個出口通道至該第一織物上。
  7. 如請求項1之方法,其中噴射該黏著劑包括噴射該黏著劑通過兩個出口通道至該第一織物上。
  8. 如請求項1之方法,其進一步包含:以一第一組態定向該噴嘴總成且將該黏著劑從該複數個出口通道噴射到該第一織物上,使得在該第一織物上之經噴射的該黏著劑形成一第一圖案;及以與該第一組態不同的一第二組態定向該噴嘴總成且將該黏著劑從該複數個出口通道噴射到該第一織物上,使得在該第一織物上之經噴射的該黏著劑形成一第二圖案,該第二圖案不同於該第一圖案。
  9. 一種噴嘴總成,其用於噴射一黏著劑以接合織物,該噴嘴總成包含:一本體,其在一入口與一出口之間界定於該本體中之一腔室,該腔室經組態以通過該入口接收該黏著劑,及允許該黏著劑通過該出口離開;一閥座,其經設置成相鄰於該出口;一閥桿,其經組態以在該腔室內可滑動地朝向及遠離該閥座移動,及接觸該閥座;及複數個出口通道,其等與該腔室之該出口流體連通,該複數個出口通道中之各者係設置成相鄰於該閥座且經組態以自該腔室接收該黏著劑, 其中該閥桿經組態以碰撞相鄰於該複數個出口通道之該閥座,使得該黏著劑的一離散體積係由於該閥桿與該閥座之間該碰撞的動量而通過該複數個出口通道自該腔室強力射出至一第一織物上。
