Description

燃料喷射阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机中使用的燃料喷射阀,尤其涉及在抑制喷雾过度扩散的同时能提高燃料喷雾的微粒化的燃料喷射阀。
背景技术
近年来,对汽车等的废气的限制越来越严格,人们希望能提高从燃料喷射阀喷射出的燃料喷雾喷射方向的自由度和微粒化。特别是在燃料喷雾的微粒化方面进行了各种研究,例如,在日本专利特许第3183156号公报(下面称为专利文献1)中披露了一种流体喷射喷嘴,其结构如下:在阀座座部下游侧的流体的主流方向与喷孔板交叉的虚拟包络线的内侧配置喷孔,将阀芯前端部的靠座部内侧的、与喷孔相对的部分形成为与喷孔板平行的平坦面,使喷孔相对于喷孔板以规定角度倾斜,另外,在将喷孔径设为d、开阀状态下阀芯平坦面与喷孔板间的垂线距离设为h时,满足h<1.5d的关系。
根据这种喷射喷嘴,燃料从阀座座部流出后,在阀芯平坦面与喷孔板之间的腔内,燃料流变换成沿着喷孔板流动的燃料流,产生直接流向喷孔的燃料流以及经过喷孔间后在喷孔板中心因相对流动的燃料流而U字形转弯并流向喷孔的燃料流,从而能形成均匀地流向喷孔的燃料流。由此,能使喷孔正上方的燃料流相互间产生碰撞,能促进微粒化。

发明的公开
发明所要解决的技术问题
上述专利文献1记载的喷射喷嘴中,利用将从阀座座部流出的燃料流在阀芯平坦面与喷孔板之间的腔内变换成与喷孔板平行的燃料流这点来促进燃料喷雾的微粒化,但冲入喷孔的燃料的流速容易受到腔的高度偏差的影响,由于专利文献1中定义的腔高度会受到加工偏差的影响和开阀时阀芯的倾斜的影响,因此存在每一燃料喷射阀的流量精度和喷雾特性容易产生偏差的缺点。
另外,虽然使流向喷孔板中心方向的燃料流与经过喷孔间后在喷孔板中心因相对流动的燃料流而U字形转弯并流向喷孔的燃料流在喷孔正上方碰撞的方法有助于微粒化,但喷雾容易扩散,喷雾的方向性变差。因此,由于喷雾附着在吸气端口壁面上,成为液膜而进入燃烧室,因此可能会导致废气的恶化和发动机输出功率控制性的恶化。
本发明为了解决上述以往装置的问题而作,其目的在于得到一种燃料喷射阀,在汽油发动机用燃料喷射阀中,在抑制流量精度和喷雾特性的偏差并维持喷雾的方向性的同时,提高燃料喷雾的微粒化。
解决技术问题所采用的技术方案
本发明涉及的燃料喷射阀,具有开闭阀座用的阀芯,通过利用控制装置接收动作信号来使该阀芯动作,从安装于阀座下游侧的喷孔板上设有的多个喷孔喷射燃料,其中,在阀芯前端部具有与上述喷孔板大致平行的平坦面,在阀座座部下游侧的内壁的延长与喷孔板上游侧平面交叉的虚拟包络线的内侧同时也是上述阀芯前端的平坦部的外侧配置有上述喷孔的喷孔入口部,相对于喷孔入口直径d,开阀状态下上述阀芯前端的平坦部与上述喷孔板上游侧平面间的垂线距离h满足h<d的关系,并且上述喷孔相对于上述喷孔板板厚方向以规定角度倾斜地形成。
另外,本发明涉及的燃料喷射阀,具有开闭阀座用的阀芯,通过利用控制装置接收动作信号来使该阀芯动作,从安装于阀座下游侧的喷孔板上设有的多个喷孔喷射燃料,其中,在上述喷孔板中央部设置有与阀芯前端部大致平行地朝下游侧突出的凸部,并且,相对于喷孔入口直径d,开阀状态下上述阀芯前端部与上述喷孔板中央部间的最短距离r满足r<d的关系,在阀座最小内径的内侧的、上述喷孔板外周侧的平面部上配置有上述喷孔的喷孔入口部。
发明效果
根据本发明的燃料喷射阀,由于在来自阀座座部的燃料流的主流的内侧配置有喷孔入口部,并且喷孔正上方的腔流路面积急剧缩小,因此朝向喷孔入口的冲入角较大的燃料流得到强化,能得到喷雾的过度扩散被抑制并被微粒化的燃料喷雾。
另外,由于腔的喷孔正上方的流路的一个面由高精度的球构成,因此喷孔正上方流路的尺寸偏差较小,且不会因开阀时阀芯的倾斜而引起腔高度的不均等,因此,喷孔正上方的腔流速的偏差也小,能抑制流量精度(静流量)和喷雾特性(喷雾形状、喷雾粒子直径)的偏差。

具体实施方式
实施方式1
图1是本发明实施方式1的燃料喷射阀的剖视图,图2是实施方式1的燃料喷射阀前端部的细节剖视图。
在图1中,符号1表示燃料喷射阀,符号2是螺线管装置,符号3是作为磁回路的轭部分的外壳,符号4是作为磁回路的固定铁心部分的铁心,符号5是线圈,符号6是作为磁回路的可动铁心部分的电枢,符号7是阀装置,阀装置7由阀芯8、阀主体9、阀座10构成。
阀主体9在压入铁心4的外径部后被焊接。电枢6在压入阀芯8后被焊接。喷孔板11利用焊接部11a在阀座下游侧与阀座10结合,在此状态下插入阀芯9,利用焊接部11b与阀芯9结合。如图2所示,在喷孔板11上设置有沿板厚方向贯穿的多个喷孔12。
接着对图1的燃料喷射阀的开闭动作进行说明。
在由发动机的控制装置将动作信号发送至燃料喷射阀的驱动回路时,燃料喷射阀1的线圈5通电,由电枢6、铁心4、外壳3、阀主体9构成的磁回路中产生磁通,电枢6被朝铁心4侧吸引。由此,与电枢6呈一体构造的阀芯8从阀座座部10a离开而形成间隙,燃料从焊接在阀芯8的前端部上的球13的倒角部13a经由阀座座部10a与阀芯8的间隙,从多个喷孔朝发动机吸气管喷射。
接着,在由发动机的控制装置将动作的停止信号发送至燃料喷射阀的驱动回路时,线圈5的通电停止,磁回路中的磁通减少,通过将阀芯8朝闭阀方向推压的压缩弹簧14的作用,阀芯8与阀座座部10a间的间隙消失,燃料喷射结束。
阀芯8借助电枢侧面6a、导向部13b与阀主体9的导向部相对滑动,在开阀状态下,电枢上表面6b与铁心4的下表面抵接。上述导向部13b是限制阀芯8相对于阀座面在径向上的非同轴度(偏斜)的装置,因此,空隙最好尽可能设定得小,在本实施方式1中,为使阀芯的耐磨损性处在允许限度以内,空隙为10μm以下(单侧间隙5μm以下)。
接着,使用图2~图4,对本发明实施方式1的燃料喷射阀的主要部分的结构和作用进行说明。
如图2所示,实施方式1的燃料喷射阀在阀芯前端部具有与喷孔板11大致平行的平坦面13c,在位于阀座座部10a下游侧的内壁的延长10b与喷孔板上游侧平面11c交叉的虚拟包络线15的内侧并位于阀芯前端的平坦部13c的外侧的、喷孔板的部分上,配设有喷孔12的喷孔入口部12a。
另外,相对于喷孔入口直径d,开阀状态下阀芯前端的平坦部13c与上述喷孔板上游侧平面间的垂线距离h构成为满足h<d的关系,并且,喷孔12相对于喷孔板板厚方向以规定角度倾斜地形成。
图3表示燃料喷射阀前端部的流路面积的变化。
在具有上述结构的实施方式1的燃料喷射阀中,如图2和图3所示,对于由阀芯前端13、阀座10和喷孔板11围住的腔17内的燃料流来说,由于到达喷孔板11后到阀芯前端的平坦部13c为止腔流路面积急剧缩小,因此朝虚拟包络线15的中心方向流动的燃料流16a得到强化,此外,由于h<d的关系,经过喷孔间后在喷孔板中心因相对流动的燃料流而U字形转弯并朝喷孔流动的燃料流16b被抑制,从而使从一个方向朝喷孔的流入得到强化。
因此,如图4所示,因喷孔入口部12a处的燃料流脱流而形成液膜22a,燃料被推压在喷孔壁12b上,喷孔内的燃料流成为沿着喷孔的曲率流动的燃料流16d,燃料流在喷孔内与空气23的混合得到促进(图4(b)),并从喷孔出口以月牙形的液膜22的形态扩散(图4(c)),从而能一边抑制喷雾的过度扩散一边促进微粒化。
另外,由于腔17中喷孔正上方的流路的一个面由球构成,因此,尺寸偏差比阀芯前端平面部13c小,且不会因开阀时阀芯的倾斜而引起腔高度的不均等,因此,喷孔正上方的腔流速的偏差也小,流量特性(静流量)和喷雾特性(喷雾形状、喷雾粒子直径)的偏差较小。
此外,根据实施方式1的燃料喷射阀,由于阀座座部下游的死区容积较小,因此喷射开始时未经加速而被喷出的、喷雾粒子直径较大的初期喷雾的喷射量也少,高温负压下的死区容积内的燃料蒸发量也少,从而能抑制气氛变化产生的流量特性(静流量、动流量)和喷雾特性(喷雾形状、喷雾粒子直径)的变化。
如上所述,根据本发明实施方式1,由于吸气阀期望的喷雾的方向性良好且容易与空气混合的喷雾特性,因此能得到一种可得到能降低废气排放和燃料消耗量的燃料喷雾的燃料喷射阀。
实施方式2
图5是本发明实施方式2的燃料喷射阀的剖视图。图中,与图1~图4相同的符号表示相同或相当的部分。
如图5所示,在实施方式2的燃料喷射阀中,在上述喷孔板中央部设置有与阀芯前端部大致平行地朝下游侧突出的凸部11e,并且,相对于喷孔入口直径d,开阀状态下阀芯前端部与喷孔板间的最短距离r满足r<d的关系,在阀座最小内径10d内侧的、喷孔板外周侧的平面部上配置有喷孔入口部。
该实施方式2也与实施方式1一样,能一边抑制燃料喷雾的过度扩散一边促进微粒化,能获得与实施方式1相同的效果。
实施方式3
图6是本发明实施方式3的燃料喷射阀的剖视图。
如图6所示,在实施方式3的燃料喷射阀中,将阀座座部的夹角设为α,在座面下游侧设置夹角β的锥面18,满足α>β的关系。
另外,其它结构与实施方式1一样,省略说明。
根据该实施方式3,通过将流向喷孔板11的燃料流的主流16a朝喷孔入口12a的外周侧引导并使其碰撞,能将其变换成沿着喷孔板流动的燃料流16c,并能增大朝向喷孔入口12a的冲入角γ,因此,喷孔入口部的燃料流的脱流得到进一步强化,液膜变薄,具有可促进燃料喷雾微粒化的效果。
另外,该实施方式3不仅可应用于实施方式1,当然也可应用于实施方式2的燃料喷射阀。

如图7所示,在实施方式4的燃料喷射阀中,在阀座座面下游侧设有夹角为β的锥面18,并且相对于座角α设置成α>β,在锥面18上,设置有多个小坑19。
另外,其它结构与实施方式1一样,省略说明。
根据该实施方式4,在锥面18上会产生较小的涡流20,涡流使得经过阀座座面10c后的燃料流在锥面18上不容易发生脱流,因此,能进一步将燃料流的主流16a朝锥面侧引导。其结果是,能将燃料流与喷孔板11的碰撞朝喷孔入口12a的更为外周侧引导,因此,朝喷孔入口12a流入的燃料流能以与喷孔板11更为平行的形态流动,能进一步增大朝向喷孔入口12a的冲入角γ,燃料喷雾的微粒化得到强化。
另外,该实施方式4不仅可应用于实施方式1,当然也可应用于实施方式2的燃料喷射阀。
实施方式5
图8是本发明实施方式5的燃料喷射阀的剖视图。
在实施方式5的燃料喷射阀中,如图8所示,在锥面18上设置多个槽21来取代上述实施方式4的小坑,能获得与实施方式4相同的效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种燃料喷射阀,具有开闭阀座用的阀芯,通过利用控制装置接收动作信号来使该阀芯动作,从安装于阀座下游侧的喷孔板上设有的多个喷孔喷射燃料,其特征在于,在阀芯前端部具有与所述喷孔板大致平行的平坦面,在阀座座部下游侧的内壁的延长与喷孔板上游侧平面交叉的虚拟包络线的内侧同时也是所述阀芯前端的平坦部的外侧,配置有所述喷孔的喷孔入口部,相对于喷孔入口直径d,开阀状态下所述阀芯前端的平坦部与所述喷孔板上游侧平面间的垂线距离h满足h<d的关系,并且所述喷孔相对于所述喷孔板板厚方向以规定角度倾斜地形成。
2.一种燃料喷射阀,具有开闭阀座用的阀芯,通过利用控制装置接收动作信号来使该阀芯动作,从安装于阀座下游侧的喷孔板上设有的多个喷孔喷射燃料,其特征在于,在所述喷孔板中央部设置有与阀芯前端部大致平行地朝下游侧突出的凸部,并且,相对于喷孔入口直径d,开阀状态下所述阀芯前端部与所述喷孔板中央部间的最短距离r满足r<d的关系,在阀座最小内径的内侧的、所述喷孔板外周侧的平面部上配置有所述喷孔的喷孔入口部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,将所述阀座座部的夹角设为α,在所述阀座座部的座面下游侧设置有夹角β的锥面,满足α>β的关系。
4.如权利要求3所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,在所述座面下游侧的夹角β的锥面上设置有多个小坑。
5.如权利要求3所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,在所述座面下游侧的夹角β的锥面上设置有多个环状槽。
