该制作方法步骤如下:
(1) 根据如上所述的一种五色养脏健脑馒头配方,分别称量红、黄、白、绿、 黑五色养脏健脑馒头所需之配料备用;
(2) 将如上所述的红豆面、血糯米粉、薏苡仁粉、面粉、山药粉、黄豆面、 玉米面、白扁豆面、白玉米面、绿豆面、豌豆面、螺旋藻粉、黑豆面、黑米面,按 五色馒头配方分别放置5个容器中,混合搅匀备用;
(3) 将如上所述的禽蛋打碎、去壳,搅匀备用;
(4) 将如上所述的禽蛋打碎、去壳,分别取蛋清、蛋黄搅匀备用;
(5) 将如上所述的白糖、蜂蜜、酵母、食盐、面碱,分别置于5个容器中添 加适量温水化开备用;
(6) 将上述已混合的面粉类与禽蛋液、植物油、鲜牛奶、白糖水、蜂蜜水、 酵母水、养脏健脑茶水、食盐水、面碱水及适量水,按五色馒头配方分别放置5个 容器中,混合搅匀,先分别用搅面机和面,再分别用轧面机反复轧面,之后按常规 分别制作成所需红、黄、白、绿、黑五色馒头、面包或发面饼模型;
(7) 将上述五色馒头、面包或发面饼模型,放入温室醒发30-100分钟,然后 .再放入笼屉或蒸车、烤箱,按常规分别制成五色养脏健脑馒头或面包、面饼。

五色馒头配方分别放置5个容器中,混合搅匀备用;
(3) 将如上所述的禽蛋打碎、去壳,搅匀备用;
(4) 将如上所述的禽蛋打碎、去壳,分别取蛋清、蛋黄搅匀备用;
(5) 将如上所述的白糖、蜂蜜、酵母、食盐、面碱,分别置于5个容器中添 加适量温水化开备用;
(6) 将上述已混合的面粉类与禽蛋液、植物油、鲜牛奶、白糖水、蜂蜜水、 酵母水、养脏健脑茶水、食盐水、面碱水及适量水,按五色馒头配方分别放置5个 容器中,混合搅匀,先分别用搅面机和面,再分别用轧面机反复轧面,之后按常规 分别制作成所需红、黄、白、绿、黑五色馒头、面包或发面饼模型;

(2) 健脾养胃黄馒头配方:黄豆面6%,玉米面6%,薏苡仁粉1%,面粉63%, 山药粉1%,禽蛋黄3%,鲜牛奶6%,白糖0. 8%,蜂蜜0. 4%,酵母0. 3%,植物油0. 1%, 食盐O. 1%,面碱0.3%,养脏健脑茶水12%,水适量;
(3) 润肺美肤白馒头配方:白扁豆面6%,白玉米面6%,薏苡仁粉1%,面 粉63%,山药粉1%,禽蛋清3%,鲜牛奶6%,白糖0.8%,蜂蜜0.4%,酵母0.3%, 植物油0. 1%,食盐0. 1%,面碱0.3%,养脏健脑茶水12%,水适量;
(4) 养肝明目绿馒头配方:绿豆面6%,豌豆面6%,螺旋藻粉0.2%,薏苡 仁粉1%,面粉63%,山药粉1%,禽蛋2.8%,鲜牛奶6%,白糖0.8%,蜂蜜0.4%, 酵母0.3%,植物油0. 1%,食盐0. 1%,面碱0.3%,养脏健脑茶水12%,水适量;

4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种五色养脏健脑馒头及制作方法,特征在于其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1) 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种五色养脏健脑馒头配方,分别称 量红、黄、白、绿、黑五色养脏健脑馒头所需之配料备用;(2) 将如上所述的红豆面、血糯米粉、薏苡仁粉、面粉、山药粉、黄豆面、 玉米面、白扁豆面、白玉米面、绿豆面、豌豆面、螺旋藻粉、黑豆面、黑米面, 按五色馒头配方分别放置5个容器中,混合搅匀备用;(3) 将如上所述的禽蛋打碎、去壳,搅匀备用;(4) 将如上所述的禽蛋打碎、去壳,分别取蛋清、蛋黄搅匀备用;(5) 将如上所述的白糖、蜂蜜、酵母、食盐、面碱,分别置于5个容器中添 加适量温水化开备用;(6) 将上述已混合的面粉类与禽蛋液、植物油、鲜牛奶、白糖水、蜂蜜水、 酵母水、养脏健脑茶水、食盐水、面碱水及适量水,按五色馒头配方分别放置5 个容器中,混合搅匀,先分别用搅面机和面,再分别用轧面机反复轧面,之后按 常规分别制作成所需红、黄、白、绿、黑五色馒头、面包或发面饼模型;(7) 将上述五色馒头、面包或发面饼模型,放入温室醒发30-100分钟,然 后再放入笼屉或蒸车、烤箱,按常规分别制成五色养脏健脑馒头或面包、面饼。
