尤其是为了室内装修和内干技术的应用并且在此特别是用于潮湿区域,常采用由织物在两面层压或增强的板。层压使得硬质泡沫板具有增加的劲度并因此还具有较高的内在强度。因此,这些板很适合承受相对高的负载并最终也适合于建筑。例如,作为围绕浴缸和淋浴基座的壁的支承元件的安装使得能够直接铺瓷砖或抹灰/涂镀。

硬质泡沫支承元件的织物增强或织物层压如果通过机器来进行通常具有相对大的厚度:硬质泡沫板借助刮刀系统在传送带上用通常是所述专用砂浆中的一种的粘合剂涂覆。增强性织物随后自动置入新鲜砂浆床中。在下一步骤中,除去过量粘合剂以达到规定层厚。用这种方法制备的板随后通过一个高温区以加速粘合剂或粘合砂浆的固化。
这种自动化方法的主要缺点在于为此使用的设备不能加工厚度小于10mm的支承元件。
因此,具有低厚度的织物层压硬质泡沫支承元件迄今为止不能通过机器生产,因为低厚度非层压硬质泡沫芯不够硬,所以这些薄硬质泡沫芯元件不适合于机器生产方法。在另一种人工生产中,层压织物首先置于硬质泡沫芯元件的外表面。然后人工将专用砂浆涂抹在织物和泡沫芯上。也和机器方法中一样,织物通过专用砂浆随后的固化而永久固定于支承板上。在织物层压的一面固化之后,合适的话,相对的且没有层压的外表面最终同样人工用织物增强。
具有低于10mm的薄的总厚度的织物层压硬质泡沫支承元件的这种人工生产极其耗费时间且因此增加了成本。此外,板质量因人工工艺步骤而大为不同。
本发明的目的是提供可以以低成本和高产品质量生产且总厚度低于10mm的织物增强硬质泡沫支承元件。
该目的由完全通过机器生产的相应支承元件实现。
惊人地发现如所述生产的硬质泡沫支承元件不仅充分实现了该目的而且甚至在极低的厚度下它们具有的劲度使得它们适合于厚度大于10mm的硬质泡沫支承元件的所有常规应用领域。另外,通过使用本发明的生产方法也可以以实质上低于10mm的任意层厚且无严重废板率来生产硬质泡沫支承元件,因此额外增加了经济效益以及板的种类。
在本申请硬质泡沫支承元件的一个优选方案中,该元件在两个表面上都由织物增强。另外,优选芯为发泡聚苯乙烯和/或聚氨酯的硬质泡沫支承元件,其中特别选用挤出芯。

根据本发明的这种变体,硬质泡沫支承元件应通过以下步骤生产:

在这种方法中,厚度大于10mm的硬质泡沫芯由于它们具有通过机器织物增强所需的劲度而因此用作原料。根据本发明,厚度为10-60mm,尤其为10、20、40或50mm的硬质泡沫板优选用于工艺步骤a)中。织物层压在这些板的情况下可在板的一面但自然也可在板的两个外表面上进行。然而,优选单面机器层压。

使用基于卜特兰水泥的专用砂浆将玻璃纤维织物用机器以常规方法施用至由挤出硬质聚苯乙烯泡沫制成且具有600mm×2600mm面积和13mm厚度的硬质泡沫板上。砂浆固化后,玻璃纤维层压硬质泡沫板通过使用热丝作为切割装置的机器切割成2mm的厚度。由这种方法得到并且各自在一个面上层压玻璃纤维的两块硬质泡沫板使用基于苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯水分散体的粘合剂通过机器在两个切割表面上互相粘接。这以低成本的方式得到在两面都用玻璃纤维织物层压且具有4mm总厚度和极好劲度的硬质泡沫支承元件。
实施例2
使用基于卜特兰水泥的专用砂浆将玻璃纤维织物用机器以常规方法施用至由挤出硬质聚苯乙烯泡沫制成且具有600mm×2600mm面积和14mm厚度的硬质泡沫板两平面的每一面上。砂浆固化后,两个面上都层压玻璃纤维的硬质泡沫板通过使用热丝作为切割装置的机器分开以得到各自在一个面上层压且分别具有8mm和6mm厚度的板。由这种方法得到且各自在一个面上层压玻璃纤维的硬质泡沫板随后用玻璃纤维织物和水泥砂浆通过机器以常规方法在切割表面涂覆并固化。这以便宜的方式得到在两面都用玻璃纤维织物层压且总厚度为8mm和6mm的硬质泡沫支承元件。
Claims (11)
1.总厚度<10mm的织物增强硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于其完全通过机器生产。
2.根据权利要求1的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于其在两个外表面上都由织物增强。
3.根据权利要求1或2的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于其优选以挤出形式包含发泡聚苯乙烯和/或聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于其通过下列步骤生产:
a)在厚度>10mm的硬质泡沫板的至少一个外表面上用织物增强,并随后
b)将由工艺步骤a)所得且在至少一个面上由织物增强的硬质泡沫板切割成厚度各自≤10mm的单板,以及合适的话,
c)将两块由工艺步骤b)所得硬质泡沫板在没有织物增强的表面区域上相互粘接以得到在至少一个外表面上由织物增强且总厚度<10mm的硬质泡沫支承元件。
5.根据权利要求4的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于将厚度为10-60mm的硬质泡沫板,尤其是厚度为10、20、40和50mm的板用于工艺步骤a)中。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于所述织物增强硬质泡沫板在工艺步骤b)中切割成各个厚度为≤5mm的单板。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于所述源于不同厚度硬质泡沫板的硬质泡沫板在任选工艺步骤c)中相互粘接。
8.根据权利要求4-7中任一项的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于所述工艺步骤a)中的织物增强使用纺织物、合成和/或玻璃纤维织物进行。
9.根据权利要求4-8中任一项的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于所述工艺步骤a)中增强织物的固定通过粘接进行,优选借助粘合剂进行,所述粘合剂选自基于苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、丁二烯、乙酸乙烯酯、支链烷烃羧酸乙烯酯、乙烯和无溶剂反应性树脂,尤其是环氧树脂和聚氨酯的水分散体的粘合剂,以及基于水硬或非水硬无机粘合剂如石灰、石膏粉、水玻璃、无水石膏和水泥的粘合剂。
10.根据权利要求4-9中任一项的硬质泡沫支承元件,其特征在于所述任选工艺步骤c)中的粘接借助粘合剂进行,所述粘合剂选自基于苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、丁二烯、乙酸乙烯酯、支链烷烃羧酸乙烯酯、乙烯和无溶剂反应性树脂,尤其是环氧树脂和聚氨酯的水分散体的粘合剂,以及基于水硬或非水硬无机粘合剂如石灰、石膏粉、水玻璃、无水石膏和水泥的粘合剂,还有基于水溶性聚合物如淀粉醚、纤维素醚、黄原胶、藻酸盐和糖衍生物的水性粘合剂。
11.根据权利要求1-10中任一项的硬质泡沫支承元件作为绝缘材料在建筑物和构筑物中,优选在内部领域中以及尤其在隔热和/或隔音中的用途。
