本发明总地涉及用于支撑多个可食(consumable)产品的包装(package)。更具体地，本发明涉及这样的泡罩包装，所述泡罩包装使多个可食产品容纳于泡罩盘中并且以可破裂的泡罩片(blister sheet)盖覆(cover)。
背景技术
长久以来已知使用泡罩包装来容纳和支撑多个可食产品，例如糖果、胶基糖、薄荷糖，以及诸如胶囊、片剂等的药用产品。这种类型的泡罩包装组件包括这样的泡罩盘，即所述泡罩盘具有多个向上开口的格，所述格在其中支撑所述可食产品。泡罩片包封(enclose)所述格开口的顶端，从而可密封地盖覆包含于其中的产品。
在某些泡罩盘组件中，泡罩片可以被回剥以使所述格暴露，允许分发包含于其中的产品之一。

发明内容
本发明提供用于可食产品的泡罩包装组件。所述泡罩包装组件包括泡罩盘，所述泡罩盘具有多个端部开口的泡罩格，所述泡罩格向共同的(common)平坦表面开口。所述泡罩格支撑其中的可食产品。弹性泡罩片覆盖所述泡罩盘的所述平坦表面并且闭合所述格的所述开口端。所述泡罩片包括在其上与所述泡罩格的所述开口端覆盖配准(in overlyingregistry with)的可破裂部位。这准许所述可食产品被推过所述泡罩片，由此分发所述产品。
在优选实施方案中，可以通过被设置为部分通过所述泡罩片的孔眼形成所述可破裂部位。还可以通过激光切口形成所述可破裂部位。

具体实施方式
本发明提供用于以密封包容(accommodation)的方式支撑多个可食产品的泡罩包装组件。参照图1，示出常规的泡罩盘。泡罩盘1是由弹性塑料材料(例如PVC)形成的一般为平坦的构件(member)，具有上表面2和多个悬垂的(depending)泡罩格3。每个泡罩格具有开口端4和腔5，所述腔5从开口端4延伸，用于包容广泛的各种可食产品。在本图示说明性实施方案中，泡罩盘优选地与诸如胶基糖块6的糖食产品组合使用。
所述泡罩格可以沿泡罩盘排列为任何期望的阵列。所述泡罩格是可按压和可变形的，从而施于泡罩格上的压力会通过上开口端4分发胶基糖块6。
以常规的方式，泡罩片8置于平坦表面2之上，以使泡罩格的上开口端互相包封。用于密封泡罩盘的现有技术包括使用金属箔(例如铝箔)来密封泡罩的上开口端。箔片8为泡罩格3内支撑的胶基糖块6提供期望的环境保护。除了提供期望的环境密封，铝箔片8是可易于破裂的，以从泡罩格3中分发胶基糖块6。

现在参照图3和4，本发明提供改进的泡罩包装组件，在所述泡罩包装组件中以塑料膜代替箔片。塑料膜的制造以及施加到泡罩盘是更经济的，并且消除了与使铝片破裂相关联的噪声问题。然而，因为塑料膜是弹性的并且会延展，所以难以穿破并由此从其分发胶基糖块。
预期塑料泡罩膜可以由广泛的各种材料(例如聚酯或聚乙烯)形成。泡罩膜可以是单个层或者是各种材料的复合层。
图3示出本发明的泡罩包装组件10。泡罩包装组件10包括泡罩盘12和弹性塑料泡罩片14。泡罩盘12可以为由诸如PVC的塑料材料形成的常规构造。泡罩盘12包括平坦的上泡罩表面16，以及沿其排列为阵列的多个端部开口的悬垂泡罩格18。泡罩片14覆盖泡罩盘12的平坦表面16，以包封并环境密封泡罩格18中的内容物(未示出)。尽管示出泡罩格的一种特定排列，但是可以意识到其他排列是可能的。所述内容物(例如胶基糖块或丸，参加图2)可以被排列为每个格18中一块。同样，每个格中可以置多块内容物。此外，所述块可以在格中以各种取向排列。

具体参照图3和4中示出的实施方案，可以通过广泛的各种技术形成可破裂部位20。这些技术中的每一种被设计为弱化端部开口的格之上的塑料膜，从而当产品被从其推过时，该塑料膜穿裂而不是延展。例如，可以通过设置部分通过塑料泡罩片14的孔眼来形成可破裂部位20。在替代方案中，可以通过设置为部分通过泡罩片的激光切口(cut)来形成可破裂部位14。类似地，通过机械装置进行的任何类型的刻痕(scoring)都可以被用来形成部分通过塑料泡罩片的可破裂部位。通过这些技术形成的可破裂部位仅被设置为部分通过该片，以便维持设置在泡罩盘12上的泡罩片14的环境和密封性能。这些可破裂部位足够深，以便一旦将产品从其推过，则允许片的可破裂穿破。尽管可破裂部位优选地仅部分延伸通过片，但是在环境密封并非必需的某些情况中，可破裂部位可以从其完全延伸通过。
如图3中所示出的，用于提供可破裂部位20的一种技术是以直接与端部开口的泡罩格18覆盖配准的方式设置刻线或孔眼。如果提供孔眼，则这些孔眼优选地仅部分延伸通过泡罩片。如图3中所示出的，可破裂部位可以采用各种形式。例如，可以提供诸如X式图案21的图案。当然，还可以采用其他形状的图案。还可以使用刻线或孔眼线(perforationline)22。类似地，多条平行或不平行的线23可以被设置在泡罩片中。可破裂部位的其他形式可以包括随机设置的与泡罩格18的开口端覆盖配准的可破裂点或其他形状23。
如图5中所示出，可以采用各种可破裂部位的图案。同样，这些可破裂部位可以被设置在与端部开口的格18覆盖配准的各种位置处。这些不同位置被定向为使产品在特定位置处(诸如格的中央)被分发，以减小分发期间掉落的机会。此外，不同图案和位置的可破裂部位可以设置在同一泡罩包装中。
在泡罩格18的开口端上提供可破裂部位落入本发明的构想，所述可破裂部位在其所在的地方弱化所述泡罩格18的塑料膜。因此，本发明不限于任何特定形状或结构的可破裂部位。此外，确切的位置也可以改变。
现在转至图4，可以看到，可以在片14置于泡罩盘上之前或在置于其上之后将整个片14制造为具有特别对准或随机设置的可破裂部位20。这些可破裂部位优选地采用细长刻痕、切口或孔眼线25的形式，跨片14横向或纵向延伸，以便覆盖泡罩格18的端部开口部分。
在图4的实施方案中，线25在片未覆盖端部开口的泡罩格18的部分上延伸。从制造的观点来看，这种技术可以是更成本经济的。
图5-10中示出在泡罩片14上可破裂部位设置的其他图案。
图5和6示出可破裂部位20的各种结构。这些变体中的每一种可以一致地用于一个盘上的整组泡罩，或者在同一盘上可以不同。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于支撑可食产品的泡罩包装组件，包括：
泡罩盘，所述泡罩盘具有多个端部开口的泡罩格，所述泡罩格向用于在其中支撑所述可食产品的共同的平坦表面开口；
泡罩片，所述泡罩片覆盖所述泡罩盘的所述平坦表面并且闭合所述格的所述开口端，所述泡罩片包括在其上与所述泡罩格的所述开口端覆盖配准的并且纵向地或跨所述泡罩片对角地延伸的可破裂部位，其中所述泡罩片是弹性的并且会延展的塑料膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的泡罩包装组件，其中所述泡罩格是可压缩和可变形的，以导致所述产品通过所述泡罩片的可破裂移动。
3.如权利要求1所述的泡罩包装组件，其中所述可破裂部位是由设置为部分通过所述泡罩片的孔眼形成的。
4.如权利要求1所述的泡罩包装组件，其中所述可破裂部位是由设置为部分通过所述片的激光切口形成的。
5.一种用于支撑产品的包装，包括：
用于支撑所述产品的包装壳体，所述包装壳体具有开口表面，以获取所述产品；
覆盖所述开口表面的塑料片，用于包封所述产品，所述片具有形成在其上并且纵向地或跨所述片对角地延伸的用于准许所述产品从其通过的可破裂部位，其中所述塑料片是弹性的并且会延展的塑料膜。
6.如权利要求5所述的包装，其中所述包装壳体包括至少一个用于支撑所述产品的端部开口的格。
7.如权利要求6所述的包装，其中所述包装壳体包括多个具有开口表面的所述端部开口的格，并且其中，所述片覆盖所述开口表面并包括一个形成在每个开口表面之上的所述可破裂部位。
8.如权利要求6所述的包装，其中所述包装壳体是泡罩盘，并且其中，所述格是可变形的泡罩格。
9.如权利要求5所述的包装，其中所述产品是可食产品。
