Description
島津製作所社製DSC−60型示差走査熱量計を用い、昇温速度20℃/minで測定した。ガラス転移温度(Tg)は変位の接線交点を、融点(Tm)は融解ピークのピーク温度を測定した。
アッベ屈折計を用い、長手方向の屈折率(Nx)、幅方向の屈折率(Ny)及び厚み方向の屈折率(Nz)を測定する。また、(Nx−Ny)を屈差として求めた。
フィルムの長手方向に、幅20mm、長さ200mmの試料を切出す。図1(a)に示す突刺し強度測定用治具を引張試験機(島津製作所製オートグラフAGC−1KNG型)の上部チャックに挟み、試料は二つ折にして図1(b)に示すように治具にかけ、下部のチャックからの長さが50mmとなるように下部のチャックに挟む。資料の折返し部分を直径0.7mmの鋼球が突刺すように、チャックを50mm/minの速度にて引張り、突刺して穴を開けたときの荷重を求める。測定はn=5で行い、最高値と最低値を除いた3点の平均にて求めた。
ブリスターパックボトム材を押圧することで、内容物である注射針パックを介して蓋材を破断し、注射針パックを取出す際の蓋材の易開封性を判定した。なお、判定はつぎにの基準とした。
○:問題なく開封できる
△:開封に力を要する。又は、開封が困難
×:蓋材を破ることができない
中間層(A)として、テレフタル酸−イソフタル酸−エチレングリコールからなる、ガラス転移温度が73℃、融点が225℃、極限粘度0.63dL/gの共重合ポリエステル樹脂97.5重量%と、テレフタル酸−エチレングリコール−ポリテトラメチレングリコールからなる、ガラス転移温度が−80℃、融点が170℃、極限粘度0.76dL/gの共重合ポリエステル系エラストマー2.5重量%とからなる混合物と、外層(B)として、テレフタル酸−エチレングリコールからなるポリエステルである、ガラス転移温度が75℃、融点が265℃、極限粘度0.62dL/gのポリエステル樹脂に、平均粒径が1.5μmの不定形シリカを2000ppm添加したポリエステル樹脂組成物を、おのおの285℃の温度で別々の押出機により溶融し、この溶融体を複合アダプターで合流させた後にTダイより押出しし、20℃に調温した冷却ドラムで急冷して、B/A/B構成の3層の未延伸積層フィルムを得た。
実施例1と同じ原料、方法で層構成を4.0μm/8.0μm/4.0μmとして厚みが16μmのフィルムからなるブリスターパックを得た。得られたフィルム、及びブリスターパック包装物の特性を表1に示す。
実施例1と同じ原料、方法で、層構成を6.0μm/4.0μm/6.0μmとして厚みが16μmのフィルムからなるブリスターパックを得た。得られたフィルム、及びブリスターパック包装物の特性を表1に示す。
実施例1の中間層(A)として、テレフタル酸−イソフタル酸−エチレングリコールからなる、ガラス転移温度が73℃、融点が240℃、極限粘度0.64dL/gの共重合ポリエステル樹脂97.5重量%と、テレフタル酸−エチレングリコール−ポリテトラメチレングリコールからなる、ガラス転移温度が−80℃、融点が170℃、極限粘度0.76dL/gの共重合ポリエステル系エラストマー2.5重量%とからなる混合物を用いた以外は実施例1と同様に16μmのフィルムを得、同様にブリスターパック包装物を得た。特性を表1に示す。
Claims (2)
- 分子配向を有する層と実質的に分子配向がない層とからなる易突刺し性2軸延伸ポリエステル系積層フィルムであって、前記実質的に分子配向がない層の長手方向の屈折率(Nx)と幅方向の屈折率(Ny)との差(Nx−Ny)が−0.005〜0.005であり、前記ポリエステル系積層フィルムの厚みが9〜16μmであり、前記実質的に分子配向がない層と分子配向を有する層の厚み比が85:15〜65:35であり、かつ、前記ポリエステル系積層フィルムの突刺し強度が2.0〜8.0Nであることを特徴とするブリスターパック包装用蓋材。
- 少なくとも一方の面に、熱接着層が積層されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のブリスターパック包装用蓋材。
