Abstract

[0018]图1示出了轮转胶版印刷机具有八个胶印单元10、12、14、16、18、20、22、24,每个都具有印版滚筒42、胶印滚筒44、印版滚筒48和胶印滚筒46。在印刷模式中,胶印滚筒44和46夹住卷筒纸30,如对于印刷单元10、12、14、16所示,例如它们可以分别印刷黑色,青色,黄色和品红色。卷筒纸可以经由轧辊32(例如可以是横进辊子)进入印刷单元,并且可以经由退出辊子34离开,退出辊子34可以例如位于干燥器的下游。

[0029]如图5所示,当支架104进一步向下移动时,橡皮布支架102靠在挡块120上,同时印版支架104更进一步向下移动。因此,支撑表面109和110之间的距离增大,例如可以为1毫米。距离F也增大。在此位置,可以接触印版滚筒42以移除或者更换印版。对于自动装版,如图4中所示,印版滚筒42可以再靠着胶印滚筒44被移开,如果该自动装版机构这样要求。

[0031]如图2中所示,驱动齿轮280可以驱动胶印滚筒齿轮260。胶印滚筒齿轮260可以驱动类似的印版滚筒齿轮。这些齿轮280、260可以轴向地在支架102内,例如沿插入页面内的方向。由于这些齿轮的切向布置,支架102的转动不会引起齿轮260从齿轮280(其具有不能移动的轴线)脱离。在图2、3、4和5的位置中,齿轮280能驱动胶印滚筒齿轮260和相互作用的印版滚筒齿轮。因此可以使用马达72来自动装版。
Claims (7)
1.一种胶印单元,包括:
具有端部的印版滚筒;
可转动的印版滚筒支架,支撑所述端部,并且所述支架具有第一支撑表面;
具有胶印滚筒端部的胶印滚筒;
可转动的胶印滚筒支架,支撑所述端部,并且所述支架具有第二支撑表面;和
致动装置,用于转动所述印版滚筒支架和所述胶印滚筒支架,在所述这些支架转动的部分期间内所述第一和第二支撑表面接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶印单元,其中,所述印版滚筒支架具有第三支撑表面,和所述胶印滚筒支架具有第四支撑表面,在所述这些支架转动的部分期间内所述第三和第四支撑表面接触。
3.如权利要求1所述的胶印单元,其中,所述第二支撑表面具有与所述胶印滚筒相似的弯曲弧度。
4.如权利要求1所述的胶印单元,其中,所述第一支撑表面具有与所述印版滚筒相似的弯曲弧度。
5.一种移动印版滚筒和胶印滚筒的方法,包括:
选择性地使印版滚筒支架的支撑表面与胶印滚筒支架的支撑表面接触。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,还包括选择性地使印版滚筒支架的第二支撑表面与胶印滚筒支架的第二支撑表面接触的步骤。
7.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,印版滚筒支架的第二支撑表面接触胶印滚筒支架的第二支撑表面。
