Description
技术领域
本发明涉及带有包覆成型(overmould)在一个或多个轴承单元的内座圈和外座圈上的塑料材料的环形主体的轴承组件。本发明进一步涉及相关的轴承单元。
背景技术
存在已知的具有包覆成型在滚动轴承的内座圈和外座圈上的塑料材料的环形元件的轴承组件。这些轴承组件使用在多种技术领域中,例如用于在电动马达内可旋转地支承轴,且特别地用于其中必须防止轴承潜在地破坏通过它的电流的应用中。以上类型的轴承组件也用于其中希望降低形成了轴承的钢的量的应用中,以获得重量降低且也降低昂贵的轴承钢的处理数量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是实现在重量降低和电绝缘上极好的最终结果,同时具有保证在轴承滚道(race way)相对于中心地安装在轴承内的轮轴或轴的中心几何轴线的共轴性或同心性方面的高精度的能力。本发明的另一个目的是提供模块化轴承单元,可用于被包覆成型,以获得作为不同应用的函数的不同尺寸的塑料材料的环形主体。
将在下文中更好地理解的这些和其他目的和优点根据本发明通过具有在附带的权利要求书中限定的特征的轴承组件完成。本发明进一步涉及相关的轴承单元。
总之,轴承组件包括一个或多个轴承单元,每个轴承单元具有外座圈和相对于外座圈可旋转的内座圈,带有分别包覆成型在外座圈和内座圈上的两个塑料材料的环形主体。两个座圈的一个形成了径向延伸的凸缘,凸缘终止于圆柱形周向连续或不连续的表面。此表面金属表面终止为与包覆成型在相关的座圈上的塑料材料的环形主体的自由圆柱形表面齐平。
优点在于,轴承组件在轴上的驱入配合(drive fit)精确地相对于轴固定了轴承滚道的轴向径向位置。驱入配合在钢与钢之间发生,且因此长时间可靠且不受到温度变化的影响,但另一方面温度变化降低了两种具有不同的膨胀系数的材料的联接的稳定性,例如钢和塑料材料。

具体实施方式
最初参考图1至图6,参考数字10总体上指示了根据本发明的轴承组件的第一实施例。组件10包括轴承单元20,轴承单元20具有径向外座圈21、径向内座圈22、一组介入在座圈21和22之间的滚动元件23(在此例中为球),包覆成型在轴承单元的外座圈21上的塑料材料的环形主体30和包覆成型在轴承单元的内座圈22内的径向内环形主体40。在这已组装后,塑料主体30、40包覆成型在轴承单元20上。在整个本说明书和权利要求书中,指示了位置和方向的术语和表达,例如“内”、“外”、“径向”、“轴向”将解释为参考轴承单元的中心旋转轴线x。
外环形主体30具有径向外表面31,在图1中示出的典型的实施例中,径向外表面31具有一组纵向凸出和凹陷,其合适地定尺寸以优化组件在圆柱形壳体(未示出)内的驱入配合。这些凸出和凹陷降低了径向干涉的量,以避免外主体30由于其受迫插入的过度变形。由于驱入配合,凸出的变形由凹陷吸收。凹陷也可以用作接收一定量的胶合剂的容器,胶合剂可以施加在主体30的外表面和壳体之间的界面处。
如在图3、图4和图4a中示出,外轴承座圈沿其外表面圆周提供有外周腔或凹进24。这些周向地分开的凹进在环形外主体30的成型的塑料材料中产生了多个相应的补充形成部,这防止了外主体30和外轴承座圈21之间的相对旋转。
轴承单元的内座圈22形成了向中心轴线x径向延伸且限定了轴向圆柱形表面26的凸缘25,圆柱形表面26在此例中周向地离散,适合于与中心轴(未示出)联接。为保证更好和更均匀的应变和应力的分布,凸缘25在轴承单元的轴对称的径向平面P内延伸(图6)。在图1至图9中示出的例子中,圆柱形表面26由多个段形成,多个段由相应个数的轴向通道27在角度上相等地分开,通道27建立了凸缘25的两个相对的侧或径向面之间的连通。通道27填充以包覆成型在轴承内座圈22上的径向内环形主体40的塑料材料。因此,通道27在内环形主体40的成型的塑料材料内产生了一组相应的补充形成部,这防止了塑料主体40和内座圈22之间的相对旋转。离散的圆柱形表面26显现且与环形主体40的内圆柱形表面41齐平。
如将认识到,轴承组件通过塑料材料的环形主体30和40在整体上制成为更轻,但因为内座圈的凸缘且因此与中心轴的精确的金属对金属的联接保证轴承滚道相对于中心几何轴线x的极好的同心性。
图7、图8和图9示出了本发明的一些可能的变体。在图7中,外塑料环形主体30的外表面略微凸起而作为圆柱形的替代。作为替代,此外表面也可以具有不同的形状,例如球形或圆锥形。在图8中,外环形主体30形成了径向向外突出的凸缘33。在图9中,两个轴承单元并排定位,且塑料材料的环形主体30和40包覆成型在这样布置的轴承单元上。
在图10中示出的变体中,用于塑料材料的通道27通过轴向地从一侧延伸通过凸缘到另一侧的窗形成。凸缘25的径向内圆柱形表面26在此情况中是周向连续的。表面26大体上与环形主体40的内圆柱形表面41齐平。
在图11的变体中,径向突出的凸缘25由外座圈轴承21形成。在此例子中,可以周向连续或离散的圆柱形表面26根据要求显现在组件的外圆柱形表面上,以强制地配合在圆柱形壳体(未示出)内。
根据简化的但较不优选的实施例,如在图12中示出,形成了凸缘25的轴承座圈22缺少如本发明的前述实施例中的27所指示的类型的轴向通道。
本发明不意图于限制于在此描述和图示的应考虑为实施本发明的组件和轴承单元的例子的实施例。而是本发明可以在零件的形状和布置、部件个数、构造和功能细节等方面修改,如本领域一般技术人员将显见。例如,当然凸缘25的轴向尺寸将小于相关的座圈22的轴向尺寸。然而,凸缘的宽度可以根据要求变化。最后,轴承单元可以在一侧或每侧装配有用于润滑脂的密封设备。
Claims (12)
1.一种轴承组件(10),包括:
至少一个具有外座圈(21)和相对于外座圈可旋转的内座圈(22)的滚动轴承单元(20),
两个分别包覆成型在轴承单元的外座圈(21)和内座圈(22)上的塑料材料的环形主体(30、40),其中两个环形主体(30、40)的至少一个具有大体上自由的圆柱形表面(41);
其中两个座圈的一个(21或者22)形成了径向延伸的凸缘(25),其特征在于:所述凸缘(25)径向向轴承单元的中心轴线(x)延伸且限定了周向离散且适合于强制配合在中心轴上的轴向圆柱形端表面(26),端表面(26)终止于大体上与塑料材料的自由的圆柱形表面(41)齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其特征在于:凸缘(25)具有至少一个建立了凸缘(25)的两个相对的侧之间的连通的轴向通道(27),且通道(27)填充以包覆成型在凸缘(25)上的环形主体的塑料材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轴承组件,其特征在于:凸缘(25)具有多个建立了凸缘(25)的两个相对的侧之间的连通的轴向通道(27),且通道(27)填充以包覆成型在凸缘(25)上的环形主体的塑料材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轴承组件,其特征在于:端表面(26)是由建立了凸缘(25)的两个相对的侧之间的连通的轴向通道(27)中断的周向离散表面。
5.根据权利要求3所述的轴承组件,其特征在于:端表面(26)是周向连续表面且轴向通道(27)具有从一侧轴向穿过凸缘(25)到其另一侧的窗的形式。
6.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其特征在于:轴承组件包括两个或多个并排布置的所述的轴承单元(20),其中塑料材料的环形主体(30)包覆成型在轴承单元(20)的外座圈(21)上且塑料材料的另一个环形主体(40)包覆成型在轴承单元(20)的内座圈(22)内。
7.一种具有外座圈(21)和相对于外座圈可旋转的内座圈(22)的滚动轴承单元,其中两个座圈的一个(21或22)形成了径向延伸的凸缘(25),其特征在于:凸缘(25)径向向轴承单元的中心轴线(x)延伸且限定了周向离散且适合于强制配合在中心轴上的轴向圆柱形端表面(26)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的轴承单元,其特征在于:凸缘(25)在轴承单元(20)的轴对称的径向平面(P)内延伸。
9.根据权利要求7所述的轴承单元,其特征在于:凸缘(25)具有至少一个建立了凸缘(25)的两个相对的侧之间的连通的轴向通道(27)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的轴承单元,其特征在于:凸缘(25)具有多个建立了凸缘(25)的两个相对的侧之间的连通的轴向通道(27)。
11.根据权利要求7所述的轴承单元,其特征在于:端表面(26)是由建立了凸缘(25)的两个相对的侧之间的连通的轴向通道(27)中断的周向离散表面。
12.根据权利要求11所述的轴承单元,其特征在于:端表面(26)是周向连续表面且轴向通道(27)具有从一侧轴向穿过凸缘(25)到其另一侧的窗的形式。
